the TV didn't work well at all, kept pausing on every channel, it was annoying, the wifi didn't work all the time, the price of the room was good and deposit was good, I would come again, I will refer family and family to Traveler's Inn

Cockroaches by the beds, no refrigerator. No towels at the pool. Just laid out incase pool wasn’t maintained well.. also couldn’t find an ice machine after asking and being told there was not one functioning in property. Worked to sleep and go.

I think the only positives I have for this place is that the bed was clean, they provided extra towels when we asked, they had a nice little pool for my kids to use, the AC worked and maintenance did come out to look at the toilet right away. We took a chance and went on a little adventure staying at this hotel… one we will not be doing again!

Our room phone was broken when we requested a new one they gave us another broken phone, and there were poop stains on our “clean” new set of towels. The staff was very nice and understanding though. Wouldn’t say i would stay here again but you get what you pay for, for sure.

The restaurant and hotel are close to each other. I told the staff that there was no microwave in the room, and they said they would send one. However, even after an hour, they did not bring the microwave, and when I asked twice when they could bring it, their attitude was very unpleasant.

Missing refrigerator and was told they would have somebody install one. Never happened. Coffee service is one pot of stale coffee. Have to check out an iron. No hangers. Floor in restroom of room was dirty. Very unpleasant experience

Terrible stay, never ever come stay here. Don’t be cheap. I payed 220 for this room and it was filthy, sheets full of stains, hair all over the sinks, bugs in the shower. Dint even take the chance, I left the same night and found a nice resort style stay in Scottsdale for the same price I paid for this disgusting room. The spa water was cold and the jets stopped working half way through the time I was in the water, I tried to restart it but I could not get it to go. After a few minutes I just went to my room instead. The rest of the room and amenities were clean and comfortable.

I should have believed all the reviews of this hotel. I brought lysol and went around spraying everything down. When I lifted the pillow on the bed to spray underneath I saw the first roach, and itbwas alive and scurried along the bed. My son brought out his uv light and the whole room was disgusting. It was very late and we needed a place to stay so we asked for another room. Things did not get better, more bugs, more unknown sprays on the walls visible with uv light and I haven't even mention that the locks on both rooms was broken. There were also questionable people hanging out, outside their rooms. They kept walking by our room and looking in as we tried to bring our stuff in and out. They even followed my son across the property to the lobby. It was very unsafe and unsanitary. DON'T STAY HERE!

Nasty as hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Got in. One of the beds was unmade. There was pee in the toilet obviously food in the fridge from the previous person. Just like they gave me the room right after the next person left. If you were looking for a safe place, do not stay here. Somebody was asking me for cigarettes. Every time I watch out my Door or a lighter. This place is written with drug addict and criminals.

The pool was full of bugs, homeless everywhere, next door is a parking lot for 18 wheelers. So its always loud and noisy. When we were parking we were harassed by security about where we were parking. He stood there arguing with that we couldn't park in handicapped because we didn't have a hanging placard. Our vehicles plate has the handicapped on it. We had to get out and point to the plate multiple times for him to understand. In our room if we wanted to use the microwave we had to physically pick it up and move it to where there was a outlet. There was broken tvs by the stairway. Staff and amenities were not pleasant either. Way overpriced.

Terrible room, not worth the money at all. The light in the bathroom doesn't turn off there was A roach in the bathroom. I tried to get towels after the second day and they told me I had to wait until the cleaning staff came. Which they didn't ask I had to wait until my third day to get fresh towels. They never came and changed the linen either even though someone clearly came in my room while I was gone and opened the curtains. I wouldn't have left them open because my camera and gimble where out on the table.

I do not recommend staying at this property. There were bugs in our room and toilet was leaking. Water all on the bathroom floor. Beds were uncomfortable. We checked out early and informed staff however was unable to get any sort of refund or accommodation. Highly don’t recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again.

(Never came on) there were roaches in the room, I got bitten by an unknown insect during the night and now after over 12 hours later it is still itching and burning. the curtains did not close properly, the upstairs floor transfered the noise from the upstairs customers down to the room below, made it very loud. The air conditioning worked fine. The mattress was so old that it sagged on both sides. The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. When I walked up to check in, I was told that I had to make a $60 deposit after I had pre-paid for my stay. (She waived it after I objected). I will not be staying there again.

The TV did not work and the wifi only reached certain areas near the office. Vending machines are broken and apparently have been for months. Our bathroom light had a short within and would not stay on. We showered and used the toilet with the door open. The bed was comfortable and the location good. Three restaurants share the parking lot

The room was terribly dirty, there was graffiti on the walls. As a female traveller I felt extremely unsafe and ended up leaving rather then staying.

Perfect place to stay if you’re up to no good. Tons of sketchy people around and the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The pool was ice cold including the “hot tub.” A used rag was left behind in my shower — gross! TV wasn’t working properly. Overall bad experience, I had to check out sooner than I expected. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Water started pouring out of the ceiling an hour into my stay. They quickly moved me to a different room. The second room had a leaky toilet, ants on the floor, cigarette burns in the bedspread, faulty electrical outlets, a broken refrigerator, and paper thin wall so I could hear my neighbors dogs all night.

They had bed bugs, the toilet in one room would shut off, ran the entire time, the shower in the other room driped all over the floor, when i asked for ectra towel the room service lady glared at me, then when i asked for new towels, i was told really how many, the hot tub was ice cold.

It was the pits. Poor WiFi. No drain stop in the sink. No cups in the bathroom. No breakfast (not even toast or cornflakes). And they doubled the price advertised on Expedia (about $80 per night) to $180 per night. At the front desk, they of course blamed Expedia. Needless to say I’m never going there again, and if Expedia can’t refund the extra charge, I’m not using Expedia again.

These issues made the room unsanitary and uncomfortable for my family. Due to these conditions, we were unable to continue our stay and had to check out early on Saturday. This was a very upsetting experience for my family and me, especially as we expected a clean and safe

Cheapest property I could find that didn’t have completely terrible reviews There just wasn’t much to love. Yes it was cheaper than a lot of places in Phoenix (which is weirdly expensive), but it’s still $100 for a night. The bed itself looked clean which is what I cared about most, but the room smelled like cigarettes and old must, and it just felt very used. The bathtub was worn out and the carpet felt foul. I tried to touch everything as little as possible.

I booked a room with two beds and when I got to the room at 11:15 there was one bed. They did change the room for two beds. The room smelled like paint there’s holes in the sheets. The lampshades looked like they’ve been there for 100 years. The room was clean but bare bones. It’s just old and funky. The traffic noise from the freeway was really loud. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place.

Staff was wonderful, 10 out of 10. The room on the other hand could definitely use some upgrades. Bed was comfortable, sheets had wax(?) stuck on it, probably should have thrown that one out. The tub shower needs to be replaced. Ceramic is cracked/falling off and stained. Tile floor appeared clean but our socks were black after walking in it. Surprisingly quiet for being right off the I 10and 51st ave. Also, huge plus that IHop is in the same parking lot. I have stayed in more questionable places but I probably won't stay here again.

Stayed 3days with NO service on our room, when I ask for 2 fresh towels they told( me ) that I had to bring the dirty ones to the office then they would give me clean ones! They made me feel like I was going to take there $2.00 towels after I paid over $300 dollar to stay in there hotel didn’t even offer to bring them to me and trade at the room door way! Downside, bathroom fan was deafening loud. Towels are pretty ratty. Broken ice makers, no hair dryers, manager says they are all stolen. You have to take the 3rd floor to get ice. It’s a place for truckers, and extended stayers. A couple sat outside for days smoking. Homeless people are around near the 2 gas stations nearby. The lobby is locked after 6 and it’s kinda creepy to walk around the buildings to get to my room after dark, instead of passing through the lobby to reach my room. Sometimes the staff at night were nice helping us with getting packages we shipped to receive. When I asked for a hairdryer at night, I never got one. Then found out later, there were none. My first pet peeve was a Toyota Sienna mini van blocking the drive through to unload my suitcases. The owner purposely blocked this area. It’s hot and sunny in phoenix. I had to park my the curb with gravel rocks and dog poop droppings not cleaned up, to unload. That van never moved for 3 days. The manager had no authority to move it. I blame the owner of the establishment. Not very friendly to guests. Staff, 50/50.

I reserved 11th and stayed with no problem My stay was extended till Sunday because I was comfortable the first night. I was moved out of that room and when I came back to spend the night, I was given a different room in a different floor on the north side of the building and it was horrible. It was dirty. The tenants on the sides and above were ridiculously making noises that were unheard of this very loud. I was too tired to even get up and make any problems because I arrive to the hotel pretty late the fact that I was kicked out of the room that I initially got was a bit of concern and when they placed me in a room with a two queen size beds, the room was horrible, but I was too tired to even go look for another room, I did tell the girl in the morning, but she really couldn’t

Our room was not clean, and the restroom flooded—literally. When I notified the room service staff, she mentioned that this particular room frequently experiences clogs. If that’s the case, it’s surprising that a toilet plunger wasn’t readily available. The overflow created a significant mess, and overall, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I’m genuinely puzzled by the positive reviews this property has received.

there were people living in their cars, parked right at the side of the stairs that I needed to go up in order to get to my room. I asked the lady to put me in a nearby room toward the office because I was nervous kind of scared to be in the back. And she of course, puts me in the back. I saw the security sitting in the locked office area (to protect themselves) talking with the lady when he should’ve been walking around outside making sure everything was OK. The office lady had her gray minivan, parked right at the drop off area in front of the office. All night. So that goes to show she doesn’t feel comfortable either.

A lot of people roaming around, shouting. Some homeless people pooped on the entrance, stairs.

The hotel was a total rat hole. Homeless people & hookers wandering around all night long. The room was dirty & I didn't want to touch anything. I had to spray lysol everwhere. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in years. I was stuck there for 3 nights because I depended on the pics on the Expedia & paid for before I got there. It doesn' t look at all like the pics. It said it had a pool & spa tub but the pool was ice cold & the jacuzzi was even colder. It literally ruined tge rest of my trip. From now on I will do a drive before I pay for anything. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves for renting rooms. The whole property needs to be bulldozed to the ground. It was truly disgusting & should be taken off Expedia's site.

I booked Monday night for today Wednesday. I called and called the motels number and no answer as I wanted to make sure early check-in was available. I emailed and no answer. Showed up at 5am, no early check-in available, lost a whole hour driving around near motels till I found one available to check in at 5:45am. Expedia as well does not provide early check-in details nor has refunded me my lost money.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I read the bad reviews and I don’t know why I didn’t listen. My room smelled like cigarette and urine. The bathroom is just a nightmare. I was there in passing as a solo traveller with no car and getting to and from airport is not ideal, I looked for a hotel with a shuttle next time around.

The room was large. Bed was comfortable. The tv needed some upgrading. I was not pleased with the lobby locking in the evening

The room smelled as if someone had just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. Sex workers frequented the area. The light switches were broken. The front of the drawer in our room was ripped off. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The fridge wouldn’t stay closed. The cable tv only worked half the time. The wifi worked even less and was literally unusable until our last night. Spiders on the bed upon arrival. Visible mold in the lights in the bathroom. No mention of requiring a $60USD deposit upon arrival to stay in a room that looked like it hadn’t been looked after in years. Overall a terrible experience. Nothing at all like the pictures. Beyond disappointed in both the location and Expedia for what essentially felt like a scam.

I stayed for 7 days. I informed them I had no light in bathroom so I had to shower with door open it had to be cold or the alarm would go off the light switch was broken then two lights in room where out and 3 outlets where burnt and not working carpet was stained and filthy I informed office 4 days in a row. I gave then permission to go in if I was working . I got another room at a different hotel and the night I left on my 6th day I went in room and the bathroom was fixed but nothing else. I still left a day early

The room didn't meet my expectations. First, there were couple of light fixtures were not operating. Fixtures were wobbly, loose and one missing lightbulb. Phone did not work, volume on tv kept going on and off, and picture would pause. Seen a weird scary looking bug on floor. And, last online said they had breakfast, and they didn't have that or Coffee @11:30 am. So very disappointed. Gave a two because it was quite during night. Otherwise, not sure if I'd go back there. Thank you anyways. Would be nice to be reimbursed or credited. Manny the Owner was not there to speak with. Hopefully, they fix them items.

I don’t smoke, so, I requested a non smoking room , but instead the room smells so bad that it looks that they use it for smoking, I was going to stay for three nights but instead I stayed for a few hours only and went to a different hotel.

Though housekeeping came everyday, the overall hotel felt really dirty. My toilet would make loud noises randomly waking me up.

Came in and you’d think they would take time to clean the room but bathtub and restroom in general was pretty much dirty. The moment you walk barefoot on the floor your feet are extra extra dirty as if they didn’t really take the time to sweep of mop. And another thing too is that shower and sink water weren’t hot. But it was alright I like how the rooms were outdoors and front desk is easy access. And that they were close to food place, grocery stores and even the gas station.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Free coffee in the morning was greatly appreciated. Close by walkable restaurants.

Saw numerous roaches...the internet never worked during my whole stay..light in vanity would keep shutting off ...very annoying..

Sheets do not fit bed or cover feet, toilet seat barely attached, bathroom door hard to close and every night noise and screaming and light motion detector in room went off constantly when you moved in bed, so light came on every few minutes when trying to sleep.

To make matters worse, there were holes in the ceiling and broken drawers in the dresser. The entire room had a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. I even questioned whether the bed was sanitary enough to sleep on. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and maintenance, but this place failed completely. I ended up leaving early because it was just that bad. Do yourself a favor — spend your money somewhere else that actually cares about cleanliness and guest comfort.

Black mildew in the bathroom and a man in the bushes in the parking lot with a strap around his arm and a syringe. Also, the TV in the room did not work.

I was very near the lobby and the wi-fi signal was one bar that kept cutting out, so the only internet I had was with my phone, if I had known this I would not have stayed there. It rained a lot and the sidewalks and area had standing water and mud.

We went it to the tiny entrance, ( which I am guessing is like that to keep out the vagrants and criminals) and signed in. If I didn’t already pay, I would have high tailed it right then. We went to see the room and it looked like the door was kicked in a few times. There was the stench of weed and cigarette smoke, and there was no way on god’s green earth was I sitting on that toilet, let alone sleeping in that bed. The whole place was nasty, dangerous and all in all a terrible “hotel”.

All towels had stains. Room smelled like smoke. Arguments outside my room throughout the night. Carpet stains. Bed sheets were fairly clean but brought my own pillows. Does not match Expedia reviews. Pool was clean and staff was helpful and polite making the most of poor conditions.

For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. Not to mentioned we booked for 4 ppl and asked for 1 more towel because there was only 3. Receptionist told us we only get what we have in the room like how do they expect the other person to dry themselves. If you don’t mind all that then this place is for you. We requested non smoking and the room smelled nothing but cigarettes.

The keycard kept deactivating every new day and kept having to go down and get it fixed. Staff was very nice, I had an okay time as the pool made up for it, but i was a bit uncomfortable when the lights wouldn't turn on and the room was very dirty.

I asked him a question if the they were any rooms with carpet flooring, he just looked at me and ignored completely.

I encountered bed bugs in my last day of stay

My daughter and son inlaw checked in and had no issues. It being there honeymoon they just wanted to relax and have a good night butthat didnt happen. The whole time they had someone playong such loud noise that they couldnt sleep. They complained 3 times with no resolution especially when the noise is happening at 1am. Its disrespectful to make someones stay that bad that we have to make multiple complaints and i even had to call and complain after i got the call from them.

Property is dirty. A lot of drug addicts outside. Walked out and then was a lady outside high off her mind. A lot of prostitution going on as well. See a lot of women working and coming in and out of the place, they stand outside of the hotel by the Taco Bell to pick up guys and then they take them in to the room. Very unsafe spot to stay.

Very old hotel with thin walls. Intruder lock was broken on door. TV was from 1999. Toilet is hobbit sized. Way too much water pressure. You can hear every room around you when they turn on a shower. Seriously, Phoenix could go a long way to fixing the water shortage by installing some pressure regulators.

This is the worst motel ever. I booked this thinking it was a nice hotel based on the looks and description on their website, everything dropped to negative 0 when I got there. I would say is a homeless shelter. Nothing about it is good, I had to leave and go stay somewhere else & they never refunded me. Worst experience ever!!!

They turned the water off at 11am

The hotel was NOTHING like the pictures or reviews posted. The room was so gross and smelled like pee. Lights were broken, the room was dirty and the shower sprayed all over the toilet when turned on. We checked in late and had no where else to stay. Also, our room was on the third floor and there are no elevators. Did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the car and had to carry everything up. Definitely not a good part of town and safety was a concern. Buuut, the service was nice. And I appreciated that very much. I would advise against staying here.

We selected this property for the price ..... clean enough for a quick in and out driving break. It's discouraging to see how expensive it is to stay in the "big name" hotel chains for just a few hours..... The area doesn't exactly spell SAFE; but there was a parking lot security guard and the staff was friendly and polite. We would go back if we planned to just pass through town quickly.

This property was dirty unsecured, and the beds in the hotel were really bad to sleep in.

We got there at 11 at night after a six hour drive, rooms were dirty, first thing we noticed you have homeless people camping out around the property getting high, sheets and towels were dirty, beds no comfort at all, I am a heavy sleeper and the noise around the property does not let you rest, seem people rent this property to party, my daughter had to sleep with her airpods on. We did not rest at all!! Booked two nights, only stayed one night, hope expedia gets my money back.

Stayed there for a last minute business trip and the room was great for the price no problems at check in and the housekeeping maintained the room clean. Better than expected my overall stay

Staff need better customer attention and attitude training

The security guard told me I shouldn’t park in handicap even though I have a plaquard. He was rude. The television had spotty service like it was buffering all the time. Bathroom tub had red stains all over it.

Called front desk and they took noted big did not care if we where happy with the room or not Will not stay here again.

Microwave broken. Washer / dryer broken - paid and washer didn't rinse / spin and dryer had zero heat. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Even more each time after room was serviced.

The room was filthy. The stairs smiled like pee and looked like someone was living under them. I did not see any roaches, but would not be surprised if one showed up. Do not recommend.

For the price I guess I can’t complain. They do a good job in keeping the area around the hotel clean and although it was dated it was a comfortable stay overall

They allowed the vagrants to store bicycles all over the property. Under the stairs, in the corners etc. The day before I left the vagrants were using the hotel dolly to remove all of the bikes to a different corner of the property. The morning I left, the vagrants were standing in two groups, one of which were burning a "campfire". It does not seem like this hotel management or ownership cares what is going on on their property

Much worse in person. Smells of urine on property. Room was dirty and smells of mildew looks like the only thing they clean or change is the bedding. Would never stay again.

The pictures listed did not match the physical room. Our room smelt of smoke and cooler/heater made a noise that needs to be addressed.

This is bad. Many long term "homeless" individuals apparently being evicted, piles of junk dumped in front of the lobby. Lobby locked down in the evening forcing you to walk completely around the property to access the front. IHOP resturant across the parking lot warned of repeated recent kidnappings and to be careful in the area, which was confirmed by the Chevron in the other corner. Room was in pretty bad disrepair, cracked bath tub, very dusty. Walk ways needed pressure washing. Its obvious they are trying to bring up the quality of the place, they did have many workmen around, and they did have night security which they needed. Skip the lobby coffee and that is all they provide.

This place was horrible! We were put into the worst room in the place next to a utility room and busy lobby door. There was a car blocking the guest check-in area the entire stay. Area was unsafe and even the burger joint nearby had an armed security guard. The TV did not work and needed service. Carpet and bedding cover were dirty and there was only 1 trash can. Phone did not work, no USB ports, no coffee maker in room, no hair dryer. Had to go back twice to request the wifi password and desk staff was very rude. One small coffee pot in the lobby in the AM, no cups! I've been travelling for over 60 years and this was the WORST place I've ever seen for the price. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED THAT HOTELS.COM has this trash on their list!

The room is very clean though the building is kind of dated.

Property is worn. Bathroom door did not stay closed. Could not turn shower on nor get any water out. Faucet on sink was loose.

The floor was not vacuumed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the bathroom counter was filthy. I wiped it with a towel and it was brown and a little black with dirt.

Room was lack of maintenance, lights were not working, wires hanging down were use to be the smoke detector, shower head not working properly, bed it was in bad condition, the sorroundings appear unsafe, trash around, i will never stay there again.

I checked into this property and immediately checked out. When I arrived I was told the facility had no working water for the past 5 hours and no ETA when it was going to be fixed. The room was extremely ran down and dirty. There were stains on the bed and carpet. Bathroom was disgusting . Room smelled of cigarettes. Sketchy people outside. Would not recommend not even for a night. Thankfully through Expedia I was able to call and get a full refund. This place has the nerve to charge a deposit.
