Our room did not have hot water at all we had to go to a family’s house to shower. They threw away some of our things. The manager offered to make it right by switching rooms however we already checked out

We LOVED our room there!! Drove a long way and were tired . The managers were so nice and helpful !! Bed super comfortable!! Above and Beyond with everything !! Would definitely recommend and stay there again .

The front desk was helpful and understanding. They said Wifi available. I couldn't get on, tried all night. The bed was great! Very comfortable and clean. The only available restaurant was pretty awful and nothing else around. Fine for a 'stop and drop' kind of stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room size and quality were fantastic! Every room has a Lazy boy recliner. The bed was super comfy. Rooms were cozy and far above most hotels that cost much more. Even the TV was a 4K large flat screen TV, better than the more expensive hotels! Okay, if I have to report of anything negative — the vending machine was out of water! That's an easy fix.

This place is just a few miles out of Medford and is always clean, quiet, and reasonably priced compared to the Medford area; there's a decent restaurant within walking distance, and a gas station a few blocks away. I've stayed there several times now and will again.

I interacted with three different staff members and each was lovely. I was given a very nice room with easy access. The bed was comfy, room temperature easy to control, nice shower, etc. I stayed two nights, but really only for sleeping; I didn't test out the tv or breakfast bar as I was busy attending events over three days both in Ashland and Medford. The inn is perfectly situated for easy access to both communities.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean, however, my daughter and I were traveling alone and the windows would not lock. (bottom floor is right next to the parking lot and second floor windows are accessible from the walkway) I asked for a new room and the windows in that room wouldn't lock either. Due to safety concerns, we packed up and left. Owners refunded money which I did not expect.

Got a non clean room at first, went back and got it switched. Second room had food in drawers, dirty pillows, basically two out of two rooms weren't clean. I stayed here before and it was decent, but this experience this time was definitely one star due to that.

It happened to be raining. There was no tv remote so it was quiet. We could hear a dripping in the ceiling and could see a patch. Bob’s wife told us to put a bucket under it. I asked for a new room. Still said no 1st floor available. Second room had same smell. I looked late at night and at 5:00 am, there were at least 15 vacant rooms on the first floor. Don’t book this place through Hotels.com. Bob and his wife will treat you like Shxt and smile in your face while doing so. They have a strong bias against anyone using this website to book with them. I will never go back to this place.

It would be a solid 10/10 except for the shower head was frozen on a setting like a power-washer, and the shower curtain plastic was partially melted. Between the two, I had to mop the bathroom when I was done and was rather grumpy. I highly recommend replacing the shower head and curtain.

Check-in was extremely quick. The room was large and comfortable and well kept. I had a good night’s stay. My only complaint is that I found long black hairs on the bathroom vanity and bathroom floor which means they weren’t cleaned very well. Would have been five Star if not for that.

I liked everything!

The room had a plug-in air freshener that smelled nice, but it was clearly masking a strong urine and smoke odor. The shower was broken and couldn’t be adjusted for warm or cold water, and the bathroom itself was dirty. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable with people hanging around outside. I’m not sure who is writing the positive reviews, but I would not recommend staying here.

I have used this motel every time I come to Phoenix for many years. It is clean, comfortable, has a nice pool, and the breakfast room is appreciated. The office management is friendly and helpful.

Was not able to use the reservation and was refused a refund. I was tired from driving all day from Marysville, about an hour north of Seattle, and decided to stop earlier in Roseburg to avoid having an accident

Also, we needed to get on the road early and at 6:30am, the front desk was locked up so we couldn't return the keys - or get any of the 'promoted' breakfast. Will not recommend this to others.

It was quiet. They had a air freshener in there and the bed and smelled like it. It was way too powerful. Seemed kind of cheap. They had ashtrays on the air conditioners outside the rooms. They weren’t actually ashtrays. They were actually bowls and what not.

I called ahead and asked for a downstairs room because I was having surgery at the local hospital. The woman that answered the phone said no problem and even asked if I needed a handicap bathroom. The gentleman that was at the desk when we got there said we had an upstairs room and he wouldn't change it. So I had surgery and then had to climb the stairs. The outlets in the room did not work. The bathroom was so small you can't even turn around. It probably would have been all right if I only had to spend one night there. But since I had to spend two nights there it was uncomfortable.

Very clean and quiet. Surprisingly reasonable rates; I have paid much more for less. Only a few miles outside of Medford and much better than Medford motels. Decent restaurant across the street (2 minute safe walk) Will stay again.

The hotel is a touch older, but kept up beautifully. Everything was in great shape, painted, clean, I good repair. The bed was very comfortable.

Though I was just there to sleep from midnight to 7am, the room was great! The bed was fabulous as were the pillows and I got to park my car right in front of room. And…the hotel room price is very modest

Everything Was Great

Check in was friendly, quick, and easy. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The small refrigerator had an excellent large freezer on top, which was particularly nice. Everything in the room was functional, and the air conditioning was easy to use and just right. Bathroom amenities were good and coffee was available in the unit. I will definitely stay here again on any future trips. Highly recommended. They had a complementary breakfast and the price was very reasonable.

The worst that I can say is that the shower hot water ran out within about 3 minutes (between about 7:30 and 8 a.m. one morning) Otherwise, all was good.

We had a reservation for a king, non-smoking room. When we arrived we were told we were getting a room with two beds. When I explained that we reserved a single king, we were told that they were sold out, that the double queen was a nice room, on the ground floor, and he "would give us a discount next time". Resigned to our fate we drug our belongings to the room, opened the door, and saw two unmade queen size beds. I went back to the office and explained that the room had not been cleaned yet. After consulting with another person we were told it would be a 10 minute wait while the room was cleaned. We returned to the car to wait and someone else came out and gave us keys to a different, double queen room. The room was nice and very clean. The faucet for the sink did not have a way to adjust the temperature, and the water in the shower never got warm enough to be comfortable. Their ice machine was broken. Nice area, easy access to the freeway.

Safety latch was broken on the door. They had a glade plug in that was on high. We unplugged it and put it outside. The smell was so strong it permeated the bedding. Left bathroom fan on all night to try and suck out the over powering chemical smell.

Completely remodeled room. Very comfortable bed.

We checked in around 9 pm. The lobby was nice. Well lit. Nicely decorated. The guy checking us in wasn’t very talkative but oh well. The room was clean and it did not smell like cigarette smoke at all which was a nice surprise. All the outlets worked. The shower was clean and had good pressure. The tv worked. The room was a King bed and came with a mini fridge and a microwave. All in all, very nice. We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay. Five-star luxury quality at a budget price. I arrived late and the cheery and helpful couple at the desk gave me a room on the back of the property. The room was ginormous with a big leather easy chair and dining table. Totally unexpected. Comfortable bed with fresh crisp linens. Every amenity imaginable in the huge bathroom. Speakling clean. Parked right at my door. Free gourmet breakfast and a restaurant right next door. Easy access to the freeway, Medford and Ashland. Free Tesla charger on property. Don't spend more, stay here instead.

The room was very clean. The tub/shower plug was broken but that was the only issue with the room. It took ten minutes for someone to come in the lobby to check us in. There was no information on when the breakfast would be available. The first morning the room was locked, the second morning there was one donut on a napkin, a burnt piece of toast and froot loops. That is not a "deluxe " continental breakfast. It looked like someones leftovers. If the staff isn't going to set it up than it shouldn't be listed as a offering of the hotel.

Everything went well. Clean room, only slightly noisy from I-5 traffic, but no biggie.
