Palms Motel

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The India woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I was signing my paperwork, she literally tossed the pen at me. Even after I mentioned how disrespectful that was, her attitude did not improve. Things only got worse at checkout. We were only about 10 minutes past checkout time because we were loading our bags into the car, and she came outside to tell us to hurry up. There was no courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. The room itself was not much better. The bed had disgusting stains and cigarette burn marks, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, the staff tried to claim that I hadn’t paid for my stay. I had to pull up my reservation and payment confirmation on the app to prove that I had already paid. The only positive thing I can say is that the restroom was nice. Unfortunately, one decent bathroom does not make up for rude staff, poor customer service, and an unclean room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

room wasn’t cleaned and reset after our first night. shower wouldn’t close. toilet wasn’t sealed onto floor properly. floor boards not even. could hear music from other room (people kept to themselves but obviously lived there). kinda sketch

The room was nice but the bed wasn’t clean when we got there, I had to dust off the sheets because I could feel crumbles of stuff on the bed and there was a big band aid on the inside of the bathroom door just left there. So overall very nice modern room but it didn’t feel very clean.

Parking is first come first serve, my room had dirty sheets and blankets, did not have a smoke detector, smelled like cigarettes even tho it was a non smoker room… list goes on don’t stay here.

roaches , urine stains on the bed not even there over 30 minutes i brought it up the who ever was working and the window told them i was not going to stay there totally disregarded what i saying so i contacted Expedia said they would get back to me and today i just received a email pretty much saying their hands are tide that they cant help me about a refund not even after that fact i sent pictures. crazy!

The blinds gotta go. People are so nosy and look thru the blinds to what is up your watching. Mind your business. Suggest get a curtains all black out is a standard.. and the floors squeaks instead putting plastic linol or whatever could’ve simply get cheap tiles.or stick to carpet. People are so nosy what is they doing. Saying They walk too much. And the TV are too big for a small room no wonder everyone is into your business. And HDMI don’t work. I know my ways around tv setting ya do this on. Purpose. It’s nice room but the blinds just ruined the sense of privacy.

The best little hidden getaway I've had in a long time. Beautiful little rooms with a gorgeous shower! The bed was so perfectly comfortable! Great size tv and great internet connection. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be back.

This place is awesome. Quiet, great staff, amazingly comfortable bed. It is well kept. I totally would stay here again. I was sad to leave.

When we checked it it smelled like cigarettes and the smell wouldn’t go away, otherwie very modern and pleasing and customer service was helpful.

Not sure why this place is rated pretty well but This place is ok to sleep for one night and nothing more.Not really clean, found crumbled chocolate under the sheets. The profile pictures of the place look nice but the place itself is worn down. Pillows were brick hard.

What I like about it was in the boulevard there was a lot of stores around it was convenient everything worked everything is new it's cool but I didn't like it now you can hear everybody's f****** through the wall.

The place was clean and decent. However the property owner was very rude at checkout. That made my stay go from good to disappointed. All because I rang the bell to checkout.

it was a last minute stay got there around 1 in tge morning someone shifty was just standing out side their room just watching who came in , also had a little issue at check in they said they didnt see my name anyway once i got in i noticed there was a big gap from the floor to the bottom of the door letting in a draft i took a picture of that and also the tv was damaged i also took a picture of that and usually whe you get a hotel they have the toilet paper stocked with a new roll the one that was there was already less then half i wanted to complain the day of but i just need to somewhere to sleep like i said it was last minute

The room has the smell of a room where someone had smoked, even though I requested a non-smoking room. the walls were very thin and you can hear what isngoing on in the next room.

What was really bad was the manager who check ins. An Indian men, he’s very rude. Gets upset you ring the bell but literally standing there looking at you. I think he hates his job. People do mind their business. There’s a gas station near by. But yeah I wouldn’t come back though.

The room is very clean. The air condition is very good and the heater is very good. And the hot water shower is very good. And they area of the motel is very nice. I recommended I come back to the motel. thank you very much.

The people in the room next door were extremely loud and had random visitors all day. It felt like something not legal was happening. The room itself was not bad so if you aren't going to stay long and just need a place to sleep a little then I guess it's the place

as soon as we entered the room and turned the tv on there was porn playing, which was completely uncomfortable. Then there was just certain things like the shower leaking and the sink water not going down it will just fill up . Upon arrival I went to check in and said I wasn’t the age but then asked for my drivers license. It was ride for them to believe that i wasn’t the age that was on my ID. Don’t stay here.

Get there, check in and there’s hair on all the sheets, and hair everywhere in the bathroom. Smoke alarm kept going off in the morning

The room was a comfortable clean room for sure . The room is definitely updated and looks better in person then the pictures. Shower was extra clean and updated . What made me not come want to come back was the guy who was at the front desk . He was walking around the property at 10:50 knocking on room doors with an upsetting face telling people they need to leave because it’s time to go . I took my first bag to the car and he approached me with his hand out asking for the room key at 10:55am and check out wasn’t til 11. They don’t have irons , or blow dryers, and the parking at night IS BEYOND HORRIBLE ! your car will be trapped by someone else’s be cause parking is not organized at all . Bed was comfortable though .
