I did not like the staff or whoever is in charge. Due to a family emergency they wouldn’t let cancel my stay. I’ve never had any problems with hotels. I got charge anyways. Never will I reserve a day in the is place ever again.

Upstairs was not so quiet,hard walkers moving furniture thru the middle of the day- night & also in the morning??‍♀️ Room was not so clean,water on floor in bathroom near toilet,piece of chewed gum on floor near bed. No microwave. Bed was very uncomfortable.

It was very quiet The hot tub was disgusting and there was a sewer smell from the hot tub when we turned it on and it was broken wouldn't hold the water

Roaches in the restroom, bedsheets small burnt openings.

I didn’t like it at all The blankets had cigarette burns in it and it reeked of smoke

Parking wasn’t too bad and had good channels. The air conditioning unit worked well Shower was dirty. Towels were dirty. Bed was uncomfortable & only provided two very uncomfortable pillows. I’m pretty sure it had bed bugs

Wasn’t as loud as some places Booked the spa tub for my anniversary paid for a 2 night stay which was almost 400$ first night there was no hot water staff did come fix it the next day but totally ruined my trip I wanted to relax in the hot tub both nights that is what I paid for I asked for a discount or partial refund but they didn’t agree to that which is insane won’t be going there again sad because I have booked with them a lot in the past but they just lost a loyal customer

Room was nice clean bed was so comfortable n the spa jacuzzi tube was so nice n relaxing n the AC was nice n cool overall a very comfortable stay n great price

Nothing Everything , I had to wait like a hour so they can clean the room , and at checkout they callled me at 10:55 to tell me to check out , I want my money back

Nothing at all Uncomfortable bed, we kept rolling towards the middle, felt like a box spring. the remote was nasty and sticky, turned on the TV to see a porno was last watched. Hence the sticky remote. BAthroom and floors were visibly dirty on the corners of the room. Guess the mom didnt reach. Had an ashtray in our non smoking room. The tray where our ice bucket and toiletries was visibly dirty as well. Dirt and dust on it. I wouldn't stay there for free. Shower had mold on the grout. I have stayed at cleaner places for this price.

The room had a really bad strong smell of cigarette smoke couldn’t stand the smell had a horrible headache, beds where hard as a rock.

Selecting room is deceiving. I scanned (should have carefully read) room amenities . Before booking the room, I selected 5 hotels in the area (this was an impromptu buy). Other hotels had better review scores, but I went with this one because I believed their was a jacuzzi in the room. Their was not. The check in clerk was inconsiderate about issue and asked for $60 more for the room with jacuzzi. Room was "ok." It was deem (not enough light), sink light fixture did not work. The bathroom door with no working latch. I needed to hold the door closed with my foot. I was not happy with purchase.

The bath towels were thin. No room clock to tell if you are on schedule.

I truly appreciate the staff and their willingness to accommodate. As a person with a disability, this very important to me. They were very courteous and friendly.

The room did not look as nice at the pictures. The cover had stains on it. I could get the tv to work

The room smelled like a dirty carpet, mattress was uncomfortable..The towels were super thin and small. We had to ask for towels, our room had none in the room, upon check-in..the desk clerk was questioning us like we were stealing the towels...I only asked for 2 towels.. Overall room condition was bad..really needs a deep cleaning.. dirty walls, doors, carpet... etc. Bad customer service from the desk clerk. I kept telling her I had prepaid my stay via Hotels .com. Still on Sat morning , I get a call to my room telling me check out is at 11:00am.. Im again telling her I paid for two days... Wont be staying there again..

The room was super dirty. Front entrance door had stains on top of door (looked like blood stains). Ceiling had a hole which was covered with tissue paper. Worse part was the bathroom door not opening on me ( I freaked out after being stuck inside the bathroom) door touches floor so it gets stuck and someone from the outside needs to force it opened. Oh, and did I mention that check in was at 3pm, I arrived at 5pm and they made me wait an hour because room wasn't ready. Not a professional place and customer service really needs to improve.

It was clean and quiet! Staff was friendly 😉 A/C was perfect! My only complaint was no microwave 😕

Love the newly updated modern decor of the bedrooms. Extra large rooms make the ambiance here very relaxing and a steal for the price.

People there does not speak english, only one iron for the whole hotel!

They refused to take me on time they said the manager was not there I had a certified time at 2 PM I did not get checked into 3 o'clock

Horrible experience! The clerk in the guest services took a while to find my reservation, she asked me my credit card to charge me again for the room/ I didn't let her and asked to look for the reservation- then after she found it she demanded 25$ cash deposit. I never carry cash. I told her to use my credit card but she wanted cash, then when I told her I have no cash she asked for my driving license as a deposit. I then told her I need my driving license and explained her that I'm a nice guy, not a crook. After all when I got to the room it was there bad smelling towels, I disgusted to take a shower and with old TV set fell asleep. In the morning when I checked out, another lady on the counter didn't greet me, didn't thank me, didn't say anything and I was happy I left. No, I prefer to go for the same price to MA, NH or anywhere else.

it was a really bad exprience, the room wasn't what we reserved, we could not get out of there fast enough.

The room was ok but I didn't reserve with time and I suppose to get a room with 2 bed and I got a King size bed instead, so we sleep together a little uncomfortable but ok, room decoration is ugly, I didn't even try to get my clothes out of my luggage. Overall it's ok if you have no choice.

The room had roaches and smelled bad. There were no towels in the room. Flies in the windows. Porn on the television available for children to see. The morning staff which was probably the owner was very rude. She called our room at about 11:50 to remind us that it was checkout time. Really who does that??? When I turned in the key, I told her by and thank you two times, and she didn't respond. I don't recommend or will never go there again.

But for $99 I expected at least to be like a motel 6, which it wasn't. I don't recommend this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Was decent but had to wait for our room to be ready got there at 530pm wasn't ready .. but was ok since it was all book for valentine. close to downtown,and all the landmarks..

We were enroute to San Francisco and needed an economic place to stop over. This one fits the bill. A decent place to stay. If there is a coffee maker, that would have been great. I'm sure the management can consider this seriously
