We booked and selected breakfast but no breakfast was there.

As advertised

I was given a room that had bad beds. So soft and springy anytime my significant other moved the bouncing woke me up. The mattress was cheap. Nice hotel but I won't stay there ever again I like a good night's sleep. Breakfast sandwiches were overpriced as well. There was also no reason why I had to pay for parking since the parking spots were plentiful and owned by the hotel. included around the building.

This is a good place for week business trip; where you plan to mostly e out and come in just to sleep. I would not recommend as a family vocation hotel. They charge you for parking that is not assigned. You still need to look around for parking. There is no complimentary breakfast service and the only microwave is in the lobby. The room was dirty, hair in the sink, and toilet was stained. I had to wipe the dust from the nightstand and clean juice stain in the refrigerator.

CLEAN ROOMS AND PARKING INCLUDED!

The hotel is great close to everything that you need and only a short distance from main cities. The only thing I would say is make sure you grab your things cause you will never see them again. I left fairly new pair of sneakers in the room after checkout by paccident. I realized it after I made it home to Orlando. I called them the same day and they said nothing was leftover. Mind you I came back because some had left an item. They found that item but never said nothing about noticed you left some shoes also. Been back and forth for 2 days with them when they finally said nothing was left. So just a warning anything that you leave there’s no such thing as a lost and found it’s just a lost cause.

Housekeeping needs more work !!!! They never once came after we arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday - we had to take trash out ourselves. (They’re lucky we gave them $3 cash as tip) they never refilled the coffee or made sure we had toilet paper. Plus check in was 4 o’clock we didn’t get room after arriving until 5:30 room wasn’t ready.

Overall very nice. Parking nice. Staff very nice. Quite up scale decorating and near many great stores and restaurants with many in walking distance. The only thing that really turned me off was the fact that there was a 2 inch plus cockroach on the floor when I got up in the morning on the carpeting right in the doorway of our bedroom. Coming from northern Michigan that’s not something you see, let alone at that outrageous size. I know those are things you find in the south, but it really shook me up. That being said, I’m sure that could happen at any hotel even those that are very clean. I would likely still book there again.

I wasn’t sure if I’d arrived on the property as I couldn’t see the hotel signage - but the room was great, quiet, clean and comfy.

Room was updated and clean, but property was clearly old. Breakfast was not included, charged for parking. Too many other options that are friendlier.

Disappointed that we did not get the adjoining rooms we had requested and the AC didnt always work, but otherwise had a decent stay. Rooms were clean and the area around is the hotel is very nice with anything you could want for shopping or restaurants.

Firstly I would have preferred being on a higher floor do not like a 1st floor room at all. The bathroom floors could’ve been a little bit cleaner and not a big fan of the open shower I booked courtyard Marriott because my stay there during the Christmas was good but this time not so much hopefully I will get a better room if I decide to stay there again

One of the staff was rude, she was on her phone for the 4 hours she had us wait in the lobby. Room wasn't dirty but it definitely wasn't super clean either. Walls were so thin you could hear everyone that walked by.

the check in was a bit disappointingly. We arrived at 3:20 pm. after checking the identities and booking, the lady at the front desk told me to wait at the lobby until 4 pm as we were early. There was a family ahead of us waiting as well, which was fine. In between, there were guests checked-in and were directed to their rooms. Those were identified as the members of the hotel chain, which was again understandable. At 4 p.m. sharp, the family ahead of me went to the front desk and checked-in. There was a shift of front desk staff to a young man. Seeing that, I asked the young man did I have to line up again for the check-in and was told that he would call me when he’d dealt with the family ahead of me. So I went back to the waiting area and wait for the call. Meanwhile, few more guests arrived and after finished with the family ahead of me, he turned to the next guest in line. After checking the person in, he was trying to proceed with the next guest in line. Noticing that, I went to the front desk and told him I was there since 3:20 pm, at the same time, the lady before the shift appeared, finding out what happened and told the young man to check me in first. We’re checked-in with an unhappy staff and was provided with one key card for us. He gave us 2 cards and one of them was just a blank white card. I must admit that I wasn’t happy with this kind of service. at the first place, although we’re 40 mins early, majority of hotels that I’d been at least tried to see if ther

Courtyard Plantation is in a safe, convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a short walking distance. Feels very safe to walk nearby. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the area but they did not have convenient access like Courtyard Plantation.

The breakfast and the bar were well stocked, and the food was fresh.

It was my third time staying here, and never paid for parking, now they charge $5 a day for parking. Very disappointing! No more, I’ll stay at another hotel near by that doesn’t charge for parking.

The room is very nice, the hotel is quiet and safe BUT housekeeping was a total disaster. In an 8 night stay housekeeping was done to a normal standard twice. Once the sheets and towels were removed and not replaced. When I got back to the room at 8 pm, no sheets at all. On another occasion housekeeping had not done anything. No towels replaced, no clean glasses, the broken sink stopper was not repaired and the garbage was not removed. Again not back to the room until after 8 pm so no way to contact housekeeping and needed the front desk to again round up the security and handymen to do the housekeeper's job. Because of the recurring housekeeping issues I got to know most of the night shift people at the hotel on a first name basis.

The front desk was very nice. Chris was amazing at the front desk. Housekeeping was the worst. The room was dirty the housekeeper clean my room as a stay over put the pillows on the couch not back on the bed without putting the pillows back on the bed they also didn’t put any pillow cases back on the bed. When we first checked in with asked front desk for a sheet set for the couch bed. The young lady delivered them she actually had on flip flops which was so unprofessional I’ve never seen such thing in my life. The housekeeping teams is the worse ever

Room size was good and once we got there the hotel had arranged connecting rooms for both my reservations, which was really great given I had not thought about asking for this. Location was great. Last day we found a small cockroach in our room. AC would turn on and off by itself even if we manually turned it off. One day it blew hot air. The elevator was quite slow. And finding a turn to use the washer/dryer was impossible since the laundry room only had one of each.

I gave them a two star because they apparently cannot read what a DO NOT DISTURB sign mean. I placed the sign on the door, only to have housekeeping pounding on my door at 8:30 in the morning . This happened 3 times, the second time my wife was in the shower and I was in bed ( 8:45 am ) I was awoken to a housekeeper ( male ) standing in my room. Freak the F out of my wife. We checked out 2 days early ( wasted 300+ dollars in room rates ) . I notified the front desk twice of this only to receive assurance it would happen again. Not sure what else I could have done. I’m not recommending this place at all. This courtyard is so old it actually had a courtyard… terrible beds felt like sleeping in a hammock… the room was renovated but smelled like mold. The daily dose of room freshener smelled worse. Nice location, easy parking, clean lobby, Uncaring staff. Cheaper than most hotels in the area , obvious reason why !! Buyer beware !

My 15 year old daughter arrived on Tuesday 08/26 afterv 8pm & I took her to the front deskfor check in, the receptionist was very unplesant & did not ask her name, she was just like "ok" and that was it. It is obvious that this hotel has no interest in knowing the names of all guests who are staying at the property. On another occasion I went to the desk to purchase an item & the same female receptionist rudely said "no cash' because apparently her shift ended in a few minutes so I had to use a card for purchase. All interations with her were uncomfortable & unplesant. On Wednesday 08/27 we were dropped off at Sawgrass Mills Mall . My daughter & I were the only guests & the driver who is a hotel staff said he would return at 4pm for pick up at.Marshalls.He never came, his shift ended at 3pm so he told me a blatant lie. We were stranded !! I live outside the country & did not have international minutes. The team at Marshalls said they were unable to give us a call,to contact the hotel. I believe there was a language barrier due tho the fact that the staff speaks mostly Spanish. I would NEVER return to this hotel because of those two employees, the very unplesant receptionist & the driver who never returned for us at Saw Grass Mills Mall. They are both tthe sole reason for my one star rating.

The staff were lovely, however the most important thing to me when I stay in a hotel is the cleanliness. When I arrived I didn’t realize the hotel room was so dirty, or I would have asked for a different room. I checked in super late and was absolutely exhausted. When I finally did go in the bathroom, it was absolutely disgusting. There was hair all over the floor, and the shower was super dirty. There was even a leaf on the ground.

Kathy at the front desk was excellent but she needs some help. There were also roaches in my room and I reported it to the front desk agent and they were not even suprised. It seem like something very common. And they just moved me to another room.

The staff and facility was awesome. Its close to shopping,, movies,and resturant s. Publix and Walmart is within 2 miles and the shuttle takes you there and pucks you up. Awesome stay.

This was my first time st this hotel, but it was very clean. The checkin was quick, and the desk clerk Enline was super friendly. My bed was super comfy, and the bathroom area was nice. Great to have hot water after traveling. I will definitely be back.

After a struggle night flight, our family landed on Miami 5:30am, ran to hotel around 7 trying to have some rest, this is what you get from this hotel! Expedia make up some for us because our member's level. My advice: Do Not Book, wish I read the comment before. Also please do not Al generated any reply from the management team, Just see what "customers" say.

We had bedbugs or fleas in our room. My entire family were bitten many times all over our bodies the final night we slept in our room. The next day when we noticed the bites, we immediately reached out to the hotel and asked them to review the room for bedbugs or fleas and let us know what was found so that we could properly treat our home. They never responded. I kept receiving the runaround from the hotel so I reached out to corporate who sent me an email saying they’d get back to me within 5 days. They never did, and 5 days is too long considering the risks my household was in. Long story short, corporate nor the hotel ever provided closure to this incident. We took extreme measures with our clothing, luggage, and some of our furniture that came in contact with our luggage. We haven’t found anything yet but we shouldn’t have had to go through these drastic measures. Would not recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Wonderful shower and bathroom set up. Everyone at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. There was a nice pool in the courtyard area, although it was raining most of my stay, so I never spent any time out there. But I’m sure it would be lovely if you went when the weather was nice and it was able to be used. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Stayed here for a pre-cruise night. From desk was super friendly, property looked old but well kept. Only complaints are that the employee at the breakfast cafe forgot about our order and we waited about 20 minutes for a muffin and a box of cereal...there was also definitely people smoking weed next to us. Not the hotel's fault, but had myb2 daughters with me.

Lovely hotel and convenient place to stay. 15 to FLL airport with surrounding shops. Rooms are very clean and although there is carpet it does not have the wet musty feel like other hotels. Several access points around the hotel to access the carpark.

Roderick at front desk was awesome!

I liked the property. It was simple and nice..

I like that they upgraded my room when I requested it. And I got a room with a view of the pool. It was a quiet, nice and clean hotel and I would definitely go back again

Awesome place!

Had to turn off the air conditioning fan control unit with thermostat on the wall: noisy to the point I couldn’t sleep and way out of date.

They were full so couldn't get maid service in most of the time.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Forth Lauderdale I recently stayed for a night and the young lady that works at night she was so helpful and kind and professional it was very refreshing to see that. The place is always clean and neat and smells good and the staff is always friendly.

The property was small but nice and quiet. Our room was very nice and clean.
