Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and courteous, but the property is outdated and in need of maintenance. The location is not ideal, with some guests feeling unsafe due to the surrounding area and other guests in the hotel. The breakfast is a mixed bag, with some guests enjoying it while others find it lacking.

There weren't many amenities at this property. No drinking water available in lobby. The elevator had issues. It was a cut-rate hotel. You get what you pay for. The area surrounding hotel is a bit "sketchy". FYI

Breakfast was supposed to last until 9:00. I arrived at 8:50 and everything was pretty much gone and i got dirty looks from the staff who obviously wanted to close up.

Typically, I don't like to leave reviews, but on this time I have to do it,I want to understand for the price you can't spect too much, but was ridiculous, main door didn't latch had to force it, carpet floors completely duty black stains all around, bathroom door all duty by used the handle and touching it and not been cleaned you even see the fingerprints of others, remodel the mirror from large to small standing up you can't even see your face, they not even patch the glue that was applied when they installed the large mirror, I can continue mentioned bad things about this place but ones again for the price I shouldn't spect better, the pictures they have at the website should be updated nothing matches and get people confused and also all the reviews, I think they are all fake because decent people don't deserve that for cheap 100.00 dollars you get a decent place to sleep,Room 200, 05/26/26 Night, thanks .

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast is very good and satisfying. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Todo el personal muy amable y muy atento, el desayuno es muy variado

It was fine, not great not horrible but ok place place to stay. The room still had cans and bottles from whoever was there before, when I got to it a lampshade was missing from the lamp, the toilet paper roll holder wasn’t attached properly to the wall. The bedding was clean and so was the rest of the room and the room was pretty spacious and had nice seating. Not far from the Fairplex, which was nice. Parking was nice they do have a lot behind and some covered parking in a garage in the back. One thing that sketched me out a little bit was their elevator inspection safety permit thing expired two years ago, but that might be on the city not on them. I am not sure how that works.

I usually dont write reviews but I felt like I needed to. This place was around the same price as a best western I stayed at the night before however the experiences were completely different. The room itself was okay the TV pretty outdated only allowing cable channels. Some of the towels we got had staining on them. There was stains on the walls , carpet and what looked like black mold on the ceiling. There was also a strange odor in the room. The breakfast offered was good, and the beds were comfy. However our key cards stopped working after the first night and we kept having to go to the front desk to get them reswiped. Also talking about the front desk there was never anyone there if you wanted to speak with someone you had to wait 5-10min to come out from what I am assuming is the office behind the front desk, which is extremely annoying after the fifth or sixth time. As well there was an attempt to break into my mom's car while we were there and they refused to check the cameras to see if the culprits were caught on camera. After that we didnt feel safe at the hotel anymore. I would not choose to ever book there again and hopefully someone can take this as a precaution.

Pomona is not a top vacation destination and the area where this hotel is reflective of that as there is little to do in the surrounding ares. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and patient with the guests. For a short trip to the area with our small dog, this hotel worked well.
- 5/5
I liked the whole vibe of the hotel and its nearby a lot of things from groceries stores to restaurants. We stayed for a night but it was a good overall stay. Although we did smell like someone was smoking something and the hotel is supposed to be smoke free hotel but I guess you can’t know who it is unless you see them personally and tell the people in the front that’s why I say it’s a good stay overall no complains from me

The room had a wierd smell. Stains were on the sheets. I requested a change in linens and it was not completed. Sticky carpets. Breakfast was not good. Food was empty.
- 1/5
Room was really dirty a lot if thinks was broken ceiling was falling and when we asked to change the room front desk people were very rude and didn’t want to change it there was a lot of arguments and finally we got the room. That looks as a motel but price of hotels. Take any other hotel avoid this one.

I was threatened by staff over charged on my deposit for the stay and was never refunded my deposit to this day 4-29-2026
- 3/5
Hotel is older, in okay condition, no pool or outside area to enjoy. Breakfast area was small and crowded with just a few tables occupied. Our room was adequate but had no bedside tables. There was a couch on one side of the bed and a chair on the other. Room was not well laid out and AC was barely adequate.
- 2/5
We chose the hotel for its close proximity to the Fox Theater. Parking was ok. Check in was easy. The lobby was nice enough & the staff was kind. However, the smell of weed in the hallway & the exit signs left on the floor were the first warnings. The room was dilapidated and felt less than clean. You got the feeling that somewhere down the line they just gave up. Lamps didn't work. The furnishings were just gross. The toilet looked like it had seen some bad things. A shower cap covered the smoke alarm. The hoop earring on the window ledge added some decorative ambiance. I sleep in my clothes.
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 2/5
The sheets were not washed and had specks of blood and smeared lipstick on them and the furniture and chair had stains on them that looked like bodily fluids extremely disgusting but i had no choice but to stay there. Property was no maintained it was old and run down the online pictures are not accurate. Staff was incredibly nice.

The toaster before I left. The tv didn’t work, the desk lights were sticky, the bathtub had some dark stuff on the grout? The toilet paper would not stay on the holder, automatic paper towel dispenser in the public restroom didn’t work , no coffee at breakfast. I asked the staff to fix the tv and they did attempt but no luck, said they were booked full so they couldn’t try a different tv or move me to a different room, asked for a form of compensation and they said because I booked through a third party ( Bookking.com) I would need to take it up with them! Not a good stay.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room smelled bad when we first entered, like vinegar and feet. We had to leave the window open to air out the awful smell. The beds were comfortable and no obvious burn holes or stains in the mattress, sheets or curtains. Chair was old but to be expected. Mini fridge as promised.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, cute lobby, pretty darn good breakfast options, bed was clean and comfy, room was a bit worn down, not in a super nice part of town.
- 0.5/5
Nothing It was too expensive no swimming pool the whole place looks dirty the hallways smells the room door lock broken the shower head broken no water pressure bed and pillows uncomfortable. Never coming back to that place
- 1/5
Room 1 - as soon as we opened the door we were hit with a pungent smell of mildew & moist air. We reported to front desk, & their fix was to spray with febreeze. Children were going to be in this room so obviously that wasn’t going to work. They moved us to another room downstairs - separate floor from group. Floor has questionable stains & was moist. Feared walking around barefoot. Bathroom door handle literally was failing apart. Room 2 - smell of air was stale but not as bad compared to mildew room & no other rooms available to move. As we were getting ready for bed, we realized that the room door DIDN’T LOCK!! Someone could have just walked in while we were asleep. So glad we checked! Went to front desk and they came to fix it within 15-20 minutes. Room 3 - moist carpet floors, stale smell in air, and broken bathroom door knob. In 2 of the 3 rooms, we saw cockroaches run across the wall by the bed. The TVs were old & held up by door stops. We asked for refund of rooms so we can go elsewhere but they refused to refund the whole group because only one room was technically “unavailable” due to the smell. It was late at night and we had children, so we stayed. NEVER going back there. 100% would NOT RECOMMEND.
- 3.5/5
Exceptional and friendly staff service. Bed was comfortable. Decorations and chairs were comfortable. My screen on my room windows was missing. My window faced a wall. Room 318. I wish there was a window looking out to the street. Smoke detector was missing in the room. The room smelled like someone before me had smoked marijuana.

Like the winery history of the hotel, and the photos in the rooms & lobby emphasizing that history. Ample parking near the entrances. Elevator that works well to get to the upper floors. Good breakfast with lots of room for tables. I had difficulty getting coffee out of the coffee carafe in breakfast area.
- 0.5/5
Nothing I had a visitor at 2 o'clock in the morning and the front kicked them out called the cops then proceeded to kick me out in the freezing weather at 3 o'clock in the morning and didnt give back the deposit and then proceeded to call the cops on me. Im sueing the fuck out of you guys.
- 3/5
It was close to an event i was going to otherwise i would not have stayed there. Not well lit at night in rear parking lot. This chain used to be good but not anymore. Watery eggs for breakfast, it was ok if you wanted a quick bit and aren't picky. I can only speak to the room i was in, not the rest of the place. Rooms dated, the female clerk when we arrived was very nice and cordial however the next one that took over wasn't that great, kind of grumpy. Torn curtains, hole in flimsy blanket. Bed was only made with sheets, no blanket, had to get one from front desk.
- 2/5
My reservation did not match what Expedia had scheduled for me and the front deck was terrible at costumer service. Biggest problem was language barrier. TV didn't work; the bathroom floor was sticky. Only one set of towels for 2 guests, called the front desk and was told I would have to came down and pick up anther set.
- 1/5
The bathroom light went out, the AC didn't work and the TV was not working. Horrible experience. Will not be staying there ever again. When we got there we saw a lady that was selling herself. Horrible experience for my two girls to see that.
- 2/5
This place is really a dump. However, the room was very clean, but i still didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The bed was not comfortable and there were only two large towels for a room with two beds. Was it fine for a single night? Yes. Would I ever want to return again for any reason, absolutely not.
- 1/5
There was no no light in the room itself, only a floor lamp that we figured out was not even plugged in. The entryway light was on a motion detector, so every time we moved it popped on---in the middle of the night. The light switch in the bathroom did not work, there was a table lamp in there with no shade, completely not safe for a wet environment like a bathroom. Finally, the heat unit under the window did not work, so there was a pillar heater that when you tried to pick it up to move it, the base was not attached and fell off, so it was completely unstable---fire hazard. The room overall was very beat up, the dresser missing hardware with one of the drawers being taped shut (with scotch tape). The whole experience was awful. When we went to check in, there are two of us standing there, and she hands us one card key---we had to stop her and ask, can we get a second key?? Just awful.

It was comfortable Nothing

The hotel management kept claiming that I booked Accessibility room(not sure how that happened). I just needed a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people. May be they don't have any other rooms that have 2 queen beds. Just own up and say that they don't have any other rooms with 2 beds. The hotel was empty on Sunday night and they still wouldn't change/switch rooms. Will never book any Comfort Inn stays in the future and will never ever go back to this one.
- 3/5
The pictures over rate the place. Breakfast also low quality
- 4.5/5
It was easy to find and the grounds clean. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The only thing I did not like about it was that in the bathroom there was no space or shelves to put your own toiletries and no hooks to hang stuff. Minor stuff. But over all loved it and would stay again.
- 3/5
Just average
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly
- 2/5
More cleaning details, and it should have a nice smell
- 1/5
The bed was absolutely horrible, they should've thrown that mattress out a long time ago. My back is still hurting. Also there was a very funky smell in the room. This hotel needs upgrades, would not recommend to anyone.

Three. Stars fair.
- 3/5
His customer service perfect and nice and the room is big, but cleaning was horrible. Nasty coffee machine, nasty rugs and everything was not clean.
- 2/5
The breakfast here is great but they do not allow u to take anything out of the dining area or u will be charged. The room was mostly cleaned except for areas such as on desks under lamps that had a sticky gooey substance and on furniture with sticky residue behind. The T.V was damaged before we checked-in and never accomadated on replacing the TV. Instead, tried giving me a smaller room and after refusing promised to replace at 10pm but instead changed it to 10am the next day which nobody ever came and when i asked they lied and said they were there at 10am but nobody answered. Also, the coffe maker was not working but they gave me a replacement that worked. Too many inconveniences i hope next time will be better if i come back which i dont plan on it unless its a lot cheaper than i had to pay. Was not satisfied with my stay.

My 22 yo daughter felt unsafe. She checked in after hours and the front desk guy was aggressive and kept asking her if she was alone, and who was with her. She was taught to say "I am not alone." The guy aggressively pressured her to say who was with her and kept saying "Extra charge!" My husband called and acted like he was in the room with her and the guy said, "you need to have your daughter come downstairs and pay for EXTRA CHARGE for another person in the room and WHO is in the room right now?" My daughter felt unsafe and like he was trying to aggressively pry and find out if a girl was alone in the room. Girls should NEVER have to disclose if they are alone in a hotel room and exactly who they are with. And the door did not have that extra hinge lock or even a chain for extra protection.
- 3/5
Room was ok ... there was a stain on the sheets we didnt pull them all the back ... saw no maid there was trash left in stairway day one we were there till we left .. we were only there to sleep so thats why it was ok ... it was greatly appreciated to have a breakfast provided and that the lobby was apart of a whole winery
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, I liked the staff attentiveness and smiley faces The bathtub was a little slippery

I couldn't check in after a long day of travel because their computer system was down. After an hour in the lobby waiting, they finally agreed to let me into a room but stated that when the system came up they would call me and I would have to come down to the lobby, no matter the hour, and register. This was not acceptable to me. The hotel lacked any security and was not in a great area. Any person on the street could come in thru the parking area door and access every room in the hotel. The property was shabby at best, stains on the carpet, damaged furniture, and only shear curtains on the East facing window on a busy street. I didn't feel it was safe enough for me to stay there as a single woman traveling alone. Definitely the worst hotel experience I have ever had! To top it off, even though I never checked in, they would not refund my reservation. So, I paid over $487 for nothing and had to find another hotel on a busy holiday weekend.
- 0.5/5
Close enough to where I needed to go my experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel the property is not living up to the standards expected from a hotel listed on your website. Here are the key issues I encountered during my stay: *HORRIBLE smell of wet dog the ENTIRE duration of our stay. It was disgusting! * Lights falling off the wall: The lights in the room were literally falling off, which posed a safety hazard. * Holes in the walls: There were visible holes in the walls, suggesting significant neglect and poor maintenance. * Dirty and unsanitary light switches: The light switches were disgustingly dirty and clearly not cleaned before my arrival also broken. * Concerns of bedbugs: I feared there may have been bedbugs due to the overall uncleanliness and the state of the bedding. * Broken shower: The shower was completely non-functional, making it impossible to use. * Unhelpful and rude staff: When I addressed these concerns with the staff, I was met with indifference and no action was taken to resolve any of the issues. To help illustrate the severity of the problems, I can attach several photos documenting the issues I encountered in the room but there’s many others.
- 4/5
I didn't eat breakfast.
- 0.5/5
Horrible experience, hotel is non smoking however the smell of hallways says otherwise. The room was really dirty, front desk manager said he did not smell anything or see how dirty it was. I was getting a headache from the smell and left 1hr later. I still paid for cancelation fee, few days later they tried to charge my card again.
- 2/5
The room was not dirty but there were some broken stuff I could see. The street in front of the hotel was very noisy and there was no curtain. It was hard for me to sleep.
- 3/5
Room had undergone renovations that werent finished; no smoke detector in room; breakfast was average at best; deadbolt didnt work on the door
- 4/5
All good for the price. Nice location and plenty of food options nearby. Sufficient parking.

All good
- 4/5
Room was decently clean. The lights didn’t work 100% of the time and it took some convincing to get the bathroom light to turn on. Hairdryer didn’t work but it wasn’t a big deal. AC worked great, my room almost got too cold at times. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of variety but what can you expect. Staff was good, they just couldn’t be found a majority of the time. Overall a decent place to stay. Only major downside was the area since it didn’t seem the safest and the road it’s on seems to always be busy.
- 1/5
Made me wait hours to check in and the room had so much wrong with it from the shower completely busted shooting water everywhere to moldy pillows!
- 4/5
It was ok.

Property needs an update, dirty room. Stayed 4 nights and room was never cleaned. Broken elevator. Shower leaking all over the bathroom room. Would not stay again
- 2/5
Air/heat not working, weed smoking in back parking lot, back door locked up and no way to get in except to go around and go through the front. Card swipe on backdoor non-functional Found a disposable knife in the bed under the sheets.
- 1/5
The staff was very very nice, we had to change 3 different rooms unfortunately, 1) it wasn't clean.. 2) water started coming down the ceiling, 3) the room really needs updating... It was sad... But staff was very nice
- 3/5
Place could use a renovation but overall it was a ok stay
- 5/5
Room was really clean and smelled fresh. Staff excellent
- 1/5
Place was run down. Stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping. The worse part was people were using the place as a party spot and all Night you can hear doors slamming people's voices and the front desk just stayed in their office and pretended none of it was going on. As a women traveling alone i did not feel safe and would never stay there again.
- 2/5
Convenient parking. Didn’t meet the expectations.
- 1/5
We were given a room on the bottom floor. The window didn’t close and someone could just walk in. One bed had only one pillow. There was only one towel in the room. There wasn’t tvs in the room. One on the wall, that didn’t work and another one in front of it. I stayed there three years ago and it was vey different. No way I’d stay there again!!!!
- 2/5
Poor breakfast coffee not hot enough, only one draft of coffee, you need ask for hot water, dirty hallways.
- 3/5
Overall easy stay for the price. Some of the pictures are misleading but overall fast easy stay
- 5/5
Staff were courteous and respectful.
- 3/5
Muy sucio los pasillos
- 2/5
The staff was nice, however, upon arrival the room was leaking so they offered a room on the first floor. Smaller room with dirty carpet and couch. Didn't offer any sort of price adjustment. Offered the next day to move but then said that room was leaking. No refund of any type.
- 3/5
This hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room I was in on the third floor had a sheer curtain with what should be the black out curtains on either side that were designed to not come together and shut. As soon as the sun rose, the room was bright. I probably would not stay here again because of that issue unless I could find out if other rooms could accommodate closed blackout curtains. Also, the carpet was filthy, so I would recommend flip flops or slippers to walk around. Lastly, something I did not know before checking in, there’s a $100 deposit.
- 3/5
Interesting place…first impression was an older lady walking around in nothing but a t-shirt. The lobby is a historic winery building…very nice. But the room had shabby paint, a light that wasn’t even plugged in (and wouldn’t reach an outlet from the nightstand anyway) and the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom when it started raining. I only needed a bed for the night and it served its purpose, but if I could do it over….
- 5/5
Love the place! ♥️
- 2/5
Room was run down . Ac venta broken , smoke detectors were ripped off the ceiling and missing. Holes in the walls . Carpet pulling up from every corner of the floor . Was complete opposite from what was listed in listing pictures .
- 1/5
The room was extremely dirty and the sheets had blood on them from someone before me
- 2/5
Staff was helpful especially during breakfast, room seems rundown needs upgrades
- 2/5
Air conditioning was good but the place had a weird smell. Needs to more attentive to cleanliness. The elevator needs to be upgraded.
- 3/5
I felt kinda unsafe as the doirs were always open and no guards no one. Yes cameras arw surrounding the place probably, but i felt anyone can be having my coffee. AC was so noisy, but hey you got what you paid for. Coming feom Extended stay or embassy suites you surely notice the difference.
- 1/5
junk breakfast, AC was broken
- 5/5
Stayed here due to its proximity to a music venue for a concert. Very clean and the staff was friendly. Safe walk home late after the concert as well. I would recommend staying here again.
- 2/5
While it was easy to locate, they are not keeping up with the property. Scratch towels, mold in shower, floor turned my socks black, trash in room, room could not cool down and smelled of smoke.
- 1/5
Terrible experience. Not worth the money.
- 1/5
Not is a good safe area. I got to the place late after 11pm and 1st i couldnt find the entrance to this place, drove around to back of the building and when driving to the back i realized i booked in a wrong part of town. There was 3 women outside walking around waiting to be picked up .. some kind of sketchy interaction going on in another area. Didnt even bother to check in, i decided to look for a different location. I LOST out on money, but my safety and peace of mind comes first.

First of all, it says near Fairplex. It's not walking distance from Fairplex at all. The hotel is located in the ghetto. I saw two very filthy homeless people walking around inside the hotel barefoot at some point. The building is outdated and you can see the tear and wear in every corner. The rooms have filthy walls, holes on the carpet, stained cloth couches, ding up fridges and the sheets covering the bed box frame had what seemed to appear to be, human fluids. The curtains had tears on them, the tub was black, the lock on the door wasn't working properly. They have NO business room, so don't expect a computer or printer. The breakfast is very minimal. I heard a small dog barking our second night there. Most of the visitors there seem a little questionable. Customer service is nice though. I will never stay there again. I recommend you don't either.
- 2/5
This hotel, should be regrade to be a motel. The rooms were outdated and a unit was barely able to get the room cool. Furthermore, there were hairs everywhere, on the bed, on the couch, in the desk chair... It was horrid. If I could demand money back, I would. Horrible place to stay, not recommended at all.
- 5/5
This place is one of the greatest places to unwind pls if your in town pull up really lowkey and staff is the best 👌
- 5/5
Convenient and clean
- 2/5
Some notes: The walls, doors, and carpet clearly need to be scrubbed. I wore shoes everywhere, from the bed to the bathroom bc it just felt and looked icky.
- 5/5
Room was clean and well maintained

I like that they had nice breakfast for their guests

- 3/5
Door latch was loose. The ac in the room has broken parts. Semi clean room where it looks like the rug is old and full of dust. The beddings were clean and the bathroom was ok but very few towels and complimentary soap
- 5/5
Staff whose name I think was Mohammed was very cordial and engaging. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
It was a business trip. Staff was friendly. Parking area seemed secure and safe. No room for trailer parking. Floors definitely needed updating.
- 5/5
Nice and clean really good breakfast
- 3/5
Staff was polite and very attentive
- 5/5
Front desk people very nice and polite. Thank you!
- 5/5
The staff here were very amazing and attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Will come back again
- 3/5
Dislike...the place need renovations and upgrade.
- 4/5
I loved the employees, all of them were polite. But the people wondering outside with their entire belongings made the place feel a bit unsafe.
- 1/5
The people that owned this hotel were very kind, but our room didn’t have a working AC and they had called during our stay to ask if we had brought a pet into the room with us? We were sweating our butts off and had to make a run to the ice machine just to make ice bags to rub on each other at night. I was so embarrassed that I chose this place, but only did so we would be close to the LA fair. The shower head wasn’t the best either. I also get that they aren’t in control of the types of people that stay there, but not the classiest of individuals come here. The room across from us had definitely been smoking weed 24/7 in their room and it filled the entire hotel.
- 2/5
Place in need of upkeep, light bulbs missing, toaster wasn’t working, things scratched and dented
- 3/5
We had to change rooms during our two nights stay at the hotel because of some issues with the room conditions. Most definitely, the hotel needs a renovation and a thorough clean up. Even said so, the staff at the reception had been receptive to complaints and helpful.
- 4/5
The nicest mid level hotel in Pomona. What it lacks in the bells and whistles, it makes up for in customer service. Super friendly staff. They even sell Maruchan Noodles at the front desk.

Smell of cleaning agent most of the time. The entrance welcome/leaving

The first floor was super fresh and cold but the third floor was hot and stuffy. The ac in the room had so much dust in it. The curtains were stained. It was the type of hotel you just don’t feel safe or comfortable in. From the high reviews and ratings I was not expecting a hotel like this. It’s the type of hotel if you just want a place to sleep in for the night then it’s fine but if you are used to Hampton or Marriott quality you should cancel your booking.

I was there for short business trip and amenities aren’t important but facility is dated. Could use some improvements and hope they have more customers so there is budget for it. Staffs are friendly

Close to downtown. Very friendly staff.

Broken into cars in the parking lot. Hallways had a strong chemical smell. Room had a foul smell. I did not stay. Regardless of whether i get a refund was not worth the risk.

Dirty, smelled weirdbut front desk was great

Came into town for a concert so I stayed here for the night. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room smelled and was super clean (ohh and great pillows). Breakfast is served from 6-9 so we missed it since we slept in.Some minor things the building could an upgrade but overall great staff great room.
- 3/5
Room had no bath towels. Housekeeper did not speak English. Some fixtures were worn or broken. Curtains were frayed and could not close fully. Bathtub faucet did not function properly. Only shower mode. Not much, if any security. Only several cameras around property. Appreciated the free breakfast and parking. Pretty good location on a main street.

I have stayed here several times and it is my Go To for this area in LA. The place is clean and nice.

Grandparents house. Outdated. Small TV. Stained chair. If you are looking for an okay place at a good price this is your place.

Funny how translation headphones work, when you have a degree in International Business Management. I wont even mention how housekeeping walked in my room PRIOR to 11am check out time. I wont be back!!!!

Nothing

I did not care for tv system. Clean elevator, vacuum, mop, sanatize buttons
- 2/5
I'd rather nit share my experience except it was a place to rest our heads for the night . Just not clean and needs to be updated for the price we paid for 1 night
- 1/5
The room was not ready at checkin. We were told a guest was late checking out. We ended up leaving the hotel and had to stay somewhere else. This needs to be refunded.
- 1/5
The front desk charged the card on file without authorization then tried to scam by saying they’ll take cash only. Hotels.com staff was amazing though and helped every step the way.
- 1/5
The property was dirty and unsafe. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Avoid this place, probably bug infested. So happy I didn't stay there long. Sam was a terrible manager. Good luck to anyone that has to stay there, had drug dealers in rooms.
- 1/5
The mirrors aren’t what you think it is. Most terrifying experience I ever had there. I guess they were under new management and they don’t know anything or what is up to date there. Stay away!
- 3/5
Property is not as large as pictures imply. Had to pay $20 to check in early but then watched the desk clerk check in two other guests early without charging them. That felt shady. The TV is sub par, no safe, no microwave… otherwise it was nice enough. Pomona isn’t a great city to stay in but this was close to the location I was going to.
- 3/5
Its okay. Definitely looks prettier in the pictures. Some wall damage and carpet damage. Everything is old and outdated. The mattress was HORRIBLE. But the staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay, and the price was right. The room was clean, just not luxury at all. Simple hotel for business
- 3/5
The service was rude, front desk were really nice. The breakfast was to short on time i would loveto see that extended a little
- 3/5
the front desk was very nice, the house keeping was very rude. young lady that wore headphones pretty muched cut me off when asking for towels and bed linens. said she will get to me when she can, and she never did
- 3/5
Sraff was great.
- 4/5
Staff is great but no towels in the room and the fact you need to go down to reception to pick up towels is just and inconvenience.

Room 305 had an Oder when the heater was turned on. Carpets a little sticky. Bathroom lights were not working so in its place were two lamp shades. Window curtains were of different sizes and they were dingy. Large black shoe print on the ceiling. Bathroom seemed clean but floor was sticky. We spent one night only and showered when we got home. The breakfast was mediocre and not well stocked as the front desk person was also the breakfast cook. The second floor smelled as I got off the elevator to get some ice. There was no grate to the ice machine to place your ice bucket on, just a big hole. The room was a mix of modern and old (because of the old furnishings). I slept well. The bed was nice and comfy. Wife didn’t sleep to well and was concerned about the smell being a sign of black mold. Exercise room had one recumbent bike, one treadmill, and a multi workout station. A tv with no remote control and an older TV and metal rack shelf stored in the corner. No free weights, mats, balls. Only two apparatus for the workout station, a straight bar for pull downs/lat. exercises and a short straight bar. The room key didn’t work to well as the clerk said it would get demagnetized if it was near a cellphone. The room key,not being near any electronics, stopped working the next morning.
- 4/5
The room wasn’t ready when we checked in. There was no access to a thermostat so it was stuffy in the room. Otherwise our stay was fine.
- 1/5
I showed up and the place had an eerie vibe. The room itself looked like out of a horror film. The lamp was dirty and furniture extremely worn off. The place is haunted. Idk by what but it is.
- 4/5
Location is good
- 3/5
Older establishment. First room reeked of marijuana smoke. Complained at the front desk and we were assigned a different room. Complementary breakfast was fair.
- 3/5
Needs updated. No towels in room.
- 2/5
The people at the front are very friendly, but the rooms themselves are extremely poor. We got checked into the first room, it was penetrated with dog urine smell, and had dog throw up on the floor and it looked like it had not been vacuumed at all. The closet reeked with pee smell and trash. The second room was more decent but had not been vacuumed and had like a bucket of paint dropped and never cleaned. I did not feel safe or comfortable.

First off the area is not appealing it looks like a ghetto place to stay from the outside .. the lobby doesn’t match the outside that’s for sure.. bottom floor smells like smoke when they enforce the no smoking rule. The receptionist was nice upon arrival. Got my key went to my room no problem. Later that day went to the store with my family and to get food came back we could not find our key. I walked up to the receptionist in the front and told him I need a copy he gave me one. Then he asked me how many people I had with me I told him my boyfriend and my two kids. He then told me he needs to charge me $10 because my reservation was only for one person but kids are free .. mind you I thought I booked for 4 people I was looking at the room since the night before and it was the same rate with or without added guests. (I understand it was my mistake) I gave him the $10 to avoid any issues when I went upstairs I started looking at rates because i swore I booked for 4 people because that’s what I seen the night before. Long story short he argues with me telling me rates change all the time and I need to pay for extra guest and I kept telling him it’s the same price whether I added guests or not .. he then called his manager and he told him to return the $10 to me and I could tell that really bothered him. So he told me that my boyfriend would not be allowed to get breakfast in the morning because I only booked for one person. I just thought it wasn’t right

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming. Check in process was easy. Staff accommodated me very well. Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend due to staff being very helpful and friendly.

Everything was great. The lady checking me in was incredible. My room was great.

Staff friendly service okay, breakfast was okay

BED BUGS!
- 3/5
Comfortable, free breakfast and pet friendly a plus. Would only clean room if requested, provided 1 towel for 3 people and very poor wifi. But again comfortable, affordable and dog friendly
- 4/5
Staff was very relatable and helpful, especially changing our room from traffic noise to quiet! The heating works but the A/C does not work (maybe it's set not to work in Dec.). The controls are not obeyed by the unit for A/C.

Where to start…we had the worst experience at this place ever. The lady at the front desk was super nice and was trying to get us in a different room for the begging, but since it was sold out there were no other rooms available. We finally got into our room, form it sounds like the last room available was handicap accessible. There was not even sure how to describe it but something very disgusting on the mirror, there was black hair on walls, the towels looks so dingy, plus stains on the bedding and too top it off the room smelt like Weed so bad. We couldn’t even stay here and had to get another room plus didn’t get a refund back. I highly Do Not recommend this place! Don’t Stay Here!

Very unkept and dirty room. They will also come clean before your checkout time and steal your food if you left any in the fridge.

I had to do a late check in and system was slow to checked me in. It took about 10 minutes and clerk decide to let me in so did no have to wait any longer, he was going to check later when system come back on. Room was payed for anyway. Tv in the room had image but no sound, I called to see it there was something I was doing wrong but clerk mention it wasn’t working so sorry for that. Carpet in the room need a wash or a deep clean. Outer then that all good in the room. Morning free breakfast we went 30 minutes before it ended and all food was out even coffee. Had to ask the same clerk that check us in, that means that the poor guy work at least the overnight shift and the morning, not just that but it was a one man show, he was doing the breakfast area. Anyway I usually find the positive on the negative but I guess is for the better of the property that they know that they need to put more effort. I’ve been staying in this particular hotel for the last 15 years at least 3-4 times a year and this is the worse I’ve seen it. The area is quiet and safe and I’m going to think about it next time if I stay or not. I hope this helps

Room was okay. Broken shutter on windows. No sound on TV desk person was aware said he would take care of it and did not. It looks like they are letting run down. Won't stay here again.

The young man checking me was very nice, but the place is long past it’s prime, especially for the money they charged b

Terrible property. Literal holes in the walls, dirty bathroom and terrible customer service. I waited 40 minutes to check in because they gave our room away. We were kept up all night from barking dogs in the room next to us.
- 1/5
I used to stay here all the time as it was close to my family but yesterday we got back and found 2 roaches in the bathroom. We were able to get a refund but front desk didn’t even seem to care nor did they even apologize and due to the World Series literally every hotel was sold out so we had to drive the 4 hours back home at 1:30 am
- 3/5
An additional night stand to the other side of the bed. The door needs security latch or guard. The bathroom should have installed shampoo, conditioner, and body wash gels in the shower. I usually carry my own items just as a precaution if hotel amenities aren’t sufficient.

Cocroaches, no tv the whole time. No remotes.

Very kind staff members!😊

The TV and the iron didn't work. We needed to request another iron, the iron board and additional towels. They only gave us one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner for our 4-day stay in a room for 4.
- 2/5
Terrible stay. Our room on the first floor smelled like dog pee. There were stains and sticky spots all over the carpet. The door did not shut unless we slammed it and put all our body weight to lock it. Breakfast wasn’t ready at 7am as promised over the weekend. We will never stay here again.
- 3/5
The first room I was issued was already occupied. I have never had this done to me before. I went back to the main desk and weighted a while because there was no one attending the desk. With a loud voice I was able to get someone's attention to correct the problem and get new room that wasn't occupied. Once I got the room, I went to take a shower. Once I stepped into the shower, I slipped due to the muck my feet had collected off the carpet. I also had in the form visitors in the form of insects. There are other things I could go over but I Can assure you I'm not going Back to that hotel again.

Staff people are great!!! Great experience! The night staying at this place was $145. and normally other motels or hotels same categories are from $70. to $110. but i need to stay no choice. I like it and i was happy to stay here because the employees were really helpful.

Tv was not set up properly. I Have stayed in this hotel a lot of times with my family and it seems that the cleanliness's is declining. The Carpet looks dirty, mirrors had stains, wall stains, curtain burns and we saw a Cockroach on the wall.
- 1/5
I had reserved a room for like 4 days but when we drove up and saw the hotel, we we’re totally disappointed. Very grungy, smoky and curtains then dark and eerie. We arrived at midnight woke up to the crappy breakfast and tried canceling rest of days. Expedia was ok with me canceling the hotel decided to charge me the one night extra night plus deposit.

I rented two rooms, one for my daughter and one for myself. To start my room a/c did not work and was busted up missing vents. TV never worked and had blood stain sheets. My daughter had roaches (two) crawling on wall near vanity mirror in bathroom, the deadbolts on both rooms were very difficult to turn and lock. Reported issues to front desk and nothing was done. We departed from the property earlier than scheduled because of the issues experienced. No refund for the remaining two night was given. I was to they were "promotional rates" and could't be refunded.
