    I have spent approximately 100 nights there in the last year and a half. I stay there when I’m working in Broward County, and they never disappoint! I’m treated like family and it feels like home, so I’m able to be super productive!

    What is advertised for the room is not what you’re getting, photos on property site also show full size stove and fridge but your getting a two burner top. Beds state they’re king but definitely a queen size. Rooms were overall run down, had to move rooms due to filth and a broken toilet seat. Second room wasn’t much better but it was functional, front desk staff was awful and rude except for Tonya who really did her best to help once the first gal stepped aside.

    I had the king size suit with kitchen, but in my room the microwave or the light or fun was not working at all. I couldn’t heated purchase food for dinner. Front desk didn’t want to change our room. I had no kettle to make cap of tea. And had no hot water to take shower at evening or the next morning. Front desk was kept telling me they can’t do nothing. That there is no manager on site. I stayed there before and it wasn’t that bad. This stay was terrible. I am very disappointed with Marriott.

    Very disappointed. Marriott was the only place we ever stayed for years, however this time everything looked worn. Couch cushions were so worn and sunken in couldn’t sit on them! Bathroom had huge patches of ceiling with sloppy spackle and paint that didn’t match. Halls smelled of mildew. Way too expensive for this type of decor. Unfortunately we are done staying at Marriott.

    The breakfast was OK, the eating area was clean and food was ample. The lobby area was open and bright with many areas to sit. Other than that, it was not a hotel I would ever recommend. Extremely disappointed with this stay. The hotel is located in an isolated industrial park, yet charges a nightly parking fee. The property is severely outdated; the pool was freezing and dirty, with old, worn-out furniture. The room itself was a major health concern—I found black mold in the shower grout and dark moldy spots on the ceiling near the vent. The furniture was beat up, lightbulbs were burned out, and the bathroom mirror was dangerously cracked. To top it off, housekeeping and the front desk ignored our requests for basic amenities like shampoo. Not worth the money, especially for a holiday weekend. Avoid this place.

    The couch in the room had a huge stain on one cushion, mold in shower, carpets needed cleaned which made the room smell like dirty feet, when the refrigerator ran its cycle it was so very loud even throughout the night, the carpet in hallway near laundry room was full of debris and dirt, the laundry room was filthy.

    During my 5-night stay, my room was only cleaned twice, which was frustrating. On top of that, I requested help multiple times with a mattress for the sofa bed. Each time I was told someone would take care of it, but no one ever followed through. After several requests and no resolution, it became clear the issue wasn’t a priority. The hotel itself is fine in terms of appearance and location, but the lack of consistent housekeeping and poor follow-up from staff made the experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I wouldn’t consider this a good stay, even though the hotel has potential.

    The staff was neither friendly or helpful: we booked 2 rooms and when we got there they told us the reservation was only for 1 room. They asked how I had booked the rooms and when I said it was through Expedia, they told they couldn’t do anything about that because Expedia hadn’t saved the 2 rooms, only one. I had to take my 3 daughters to sleep at my sister in law’s house because I didn’t have a room for them the first night (all of this at midnight) As it turns out the person in the front desk didn’t look at the reservation number, only my last name, the next day Expedia called the hotel a the mistake was the hotel’s. Expedia had done a great job. They didn’t do housekeeping for 2 days in a row so the halls were full of garbage bags the guests had to leave outside their rooms and it smelled. We ran out of toilet paper and there wasn’t any extra ones. Our room was a king bed with a double sofa for my son, the mattress in the sofa was terribly old and looked dirty. They didn’t leave any linen for the sofa bed and I had to go downstairs to pick them up myself. The pillow they gave me in the linen bag smelled horribly. The tissue paper box was empty. The fridge was dirty and I asked them to clean it, they didn’t. The carpet was torn. The towels were really small. The carpet in the halls looked dirty and had lots of stains.

    The check in person was rude and informed us there would be housekeeping every other day, then ultimately they failed to provide housekeeping, which had to be requested again for the third day. Our room was not properly prepared at check-in (no linens for the pullout bed for our daughter). There was trash in the pullout bed. There was food caked on the walls. The bathroom was not clean-- there were visible hairs. Part of the floor drain in the shower was standing on its end, clearly broken or improperly installed. The business center was out of order. Despite requesting housekeeping the third day, the room was not cleaned at all(same dirty hair and food mess from check-in was still present). They made one bed, and replaced the towels. Addition of parking charge for a place with a surface lot in a suburban setting is greedy and unnecessary, and shady business practice. This is not a $200 + per night hotel. With these issues I would have been disappointed even at $70 per night. Management should be ashamed. Hire or train better. Charge less and clean more.

    We stayed there at the end of October 2025, when we arrived nobody was there to greet us at the front desk. When the young woman came to check us in she seemed to be very inconvenienced. She barely spoke to us and never smiled. Never gave us any direction at all. We found our way to the room and missed breakfast the next morning. (We had no idea of the times). The side door of the hotel next to our room was left open with a stick wedged in between it so I closed it as it was 10 pm at night and It totally freaked me out. I checked the door before bed and it was wedged open again so I mentioned it to the rude girl at the desk and she said they keep it open all night as there are people coming and going all night long. I never felt safe during my stay. I do want to mention that the rest of the staff besides that one front desk employee were extremely helpful and friendly but for safety reasons I would not stay there again.

    She went to take a shower and there was dog hair everywhere in the shower. We had to clean the shower before she could use it. The room had a slight musty smell, but I guess we got used to it after a while. The AC was cold! TV was great! Room was kind of spacious. Fridge didn’t get really cold so I had to toss out my milk products. Overall, wasn’t terrible but DEFINITELY needs to be thoroughly cleaned before guests get in.

    The carpet is old and dirty. The staff was cordial and nice. I think to charge for parking in Florida, specially in Pompano Beach, is completely unacceptable. Worst is that you only know that you will be charged, after your stay. If I knew they would charge for parking, I would not stayed.

    Check in staff was not pleasant at all. Curt, and short with us. Did not tell us about breakfast or give the Wi-Fi code. We had to ask which way to go for our room. Rest of staff were very accommodating. Room carpet was in need of a good steam clean as our white socks were very dirty when we took our shoes off

    When I got to the room. The toilet paper was almost run out and a little disgusting knowing I would be using a role of toilet paper the previous guest was using. Seeing that, we did our own cleaning of the toilet and tub due to the fact we found pubic hair in the toilet and urine stains that we had to clean ourselves.

    Enjoyed the hotel until I looked on my credit card account and I owed $4.14 from the hotel. Called the hotel and asked what that was and they said it's the charge for parking. Had no idea about this charge and no one told me at check-in. Usually normal hotels will tell you if there is a charge for parking. The guy I spoke to after I stayed there said it's on our website. That may be true, but why aren't you telling that to people when they check-in that don't go on your website to look at the details? Not a big fan of surprise charges. I understand its only $4.14, but warn the customer at check-in instead of assuming they read the website. Not happy with this stay because of this.

    The staff is friendly and helpful during our transition from selling our house to move out of state. Breakfast was a hit with the kids! There are a handful of repairs needed. There’s a peg on the wall in the bathroom that reminds me of a final destination scene waiting to happen. Poor patch job on the ceiling and filthy carpets. But it did the job.

    However, the room was not cleaned properly Lots of dog hair, lots of people hair, the sofa in the room was dingy, stained, and broken! Dirty couch accessory pillows and old carpet on the floor. Kind of felt insulted for the price I paid the type of room I was given! I have two service pets. They are non-shedding and hypoallergenic so I don’t know if they assume because people have dogs they put everyone in a dingy dog room but my service dogs are of course fully trained And cleaner than most people. So I hope the next time I stay there if there is a next time, you will accommodate me with a much better room.

    First room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. The young man at the desk was able to switch our room to our satisfaction. Pool is not heated (or atleast was chilly if it in fact is) and the firepit shown in the photos was not working- we were hoping to be able to sit and enjoy this. Parking lot does fill up in the evenings. Was able to find parking but we were aware of others less fortunate - not sure what the solution to this was for them.

    It was a very nice hotel, great breakfast very nice room with full kitchen and living room. Great bed. Nice pool but the water was too cold to get in cause it’s not heated. It’s in an industrial area so there was nothing nearby but we would stay here again

    I booked and paid for my room in Pompano Beach Florida. Upon arrival. We were informed that the pool would be out of service for our entire stay. I should have been notified due the booking process or offered assistance in locating a different location. While this may have Ben ok in Wisconsin or Michigan, it’s not ok in FLORIDA.

    Guy (the front desk) pretty nice person and polite. The young girl in the morning shift, not polite at all. She is very rude. My husband often wakes up earlier than I and, he goes and sits minding his own business down in the lobby at all hotels, never ever been an issue, whilst I am still asleep. He got thrown out of the lobby, because the "the lobby is closed, that's why the lights are off" - We get that, she could be polite about it and no need for attitude and making noises under breath (urgh) like it's a major inconvenience. We are GUESTS, not people who walked off the streets. BREAKFAST - May as well, go to a IHG hotel or a Comfort Inn. This was awful. First and foremost the best are McKibbon group owners of this hotel, as you see the difference. Go to the one by Tampa and you, will see cheese, charcuterie boards, real good selections. This breakfast was awful, even the lids don't fix cups for coffee. As for coffee and hot water during the day. Do NOT expect it. It is "breakfast only" So, if you want a Tea or some hot water. Go to the room! They have the set up down there for "looks" ROOMS - Nice size. Bed comfy. Bathroom, 7 pubic hairs in shower, uncleaned and unsanitary. Called down to front "sorry no more rooms available. I will have someone clean up" No one came at all. NOT, Marriott standard.

    This facility is in bad need of renovation. I was in one room on the first floor that faced the highway. It wS very noisy so I requested a room change. That room was no better. It backed on the ice machine plus the refrig in the room was very noisy. The breakfast wS very limited the first day. The rooms were not very clean.

    I randomly stay here since it's convenient to my monthly business meeting. My vehicle was broken into a couple of years ago. Expensive construction tools were stolen. Nothing has changed. For the past couple of years it's the same issue. I witnessed another Ram Pick-up truck broken into. I spoke to the owner who went out at 1 AM and found his vehicle with the window broken and items stolen. The hotel is aware of the issue. The security guard that was suppose to be on duty was nowhere to be found. This issue is ongoing and nothing has changed. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE. I now have my partner drop me off so I no longer park a vehicle on site. Sad!!!

    We stayed at this hotel for one night before taking a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is conveniently located approx. 22 min drive from the FLL Port Everglades cruise port which makes it an ideal stop. The staff is absolutely amazing; a special shoutout to Jabari Campbell at the front desk who was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy right in front of main entrance. The hotel is located in an industrial area which looks nice, adjacent to a lake, close to the I-95 and close to the Tri-Rail. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again when in the area.

    - They billed me for purchases I never made. - It was hard to get housekeeping to clean our room, they would keep telling me it has been scheduled and no one showed up. - The water in the pool was extremely cold, appears that they were not running the heating / not a heated pool. - Like that they had a full size fridge and microwave. Get your own pans! The kitchen had 2 pans - one of them was so large that it did not fit the tiny stove-top which almost flush with the fridge.

    Full kitchen with full sized fridge in the rooms is a nice touch when you’re traveling and plan to have a lot of food with you. Rooms are a nice size overall. Bed are okay as far as comfort levels. Breakfast was really good as well.
