Pooler was closed by health department which was the main reason I booked hotel. Also, the tv kept freezing up and couldn't watch it. I feel i should get at least a partial refund.
- 3.5/5
it was comfy, room was okay for the price, breakfast was minimum The hallway carpets was dirty, room sofa was to do stained I wouldn't sit on it.

Nice room decor. Beds and linens were high quality and comfortable. Excellent value and an easy drive to Historic Savannah. The “free” continental breakfast was the worst I’ve had. Bare bones and all cheap sugary carbs. Served 6-9 am, by 8:30, almost everything was gone. Even ran out of coffee. No attendant.
- 3/5
The TV wouldn't work and the front desk person said they were coming to check on it and never did and when we called her again she said maintenance had already left.
- 1/5
Very poor
- 1.5/5
It had so much stains on the sheets even when we switched rooms there was still stains
- 2/5
The hotel room and halls smell like a funeral home/abandon house. In the bathroom of our room above the shower on the walls had black specs (possibly mold). It just felt like this place was so dirty. Don’t recommend.
- 3/5
Price was reasonable, location was fine Booked it for the pool, unfortunately the pool was closed. Room had a strange smell.
- 3/5
On the positive side: comfortable bed, functioning a/c, microwave and tv, and the continental breakfast was well done. On the negative side: the drapes were missing an attachment making them difficult to close, the toilet was not well attached, the bathroom outlet was non-functioning, there was not a single glass or cup in the room nor any kind of vending machine in the lobby - had to buy water, soda and chips from the front desk clerk. None of these were deal breakers but collectively indicated insufficient maintenance.
- 1/5
It was dirty, smelled like weed the entire stay, house keeping tried to get into our room while we were still in our room
- 3/5
Great location and good price! Friendly staff! The room was clean but we had a funky smell in our room and it felt musty. We weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter that much but when we did come in to sleep we noticed it. We turned the air on and the musty part went away just not the smell!

The facility was clean and comfortable but did not have an elevator or exercise room. However it was only a two story building and the staff gracious about helping take luggage to second floor.

Location No elevator Room was 85 degrees upon arrival Facility especially in hallway & steps was very dirty & run down Front desk lady was unpleasant Hotel charged me AGAIN after I paid Booking.com at reservation and I had to use my vacation time fighting the double charge. Messaged hotel about additional charges and got NO response.

- 5/5
Very clean friendly staff
- 3/5
If an elevator was needed we didn’t see one. Location attractiveness was sacrificed at the expense of being close to I-95. Room smelled off and no great window view of course due to being close to interstate. Dog friendly but we did not bring ours.

Cleanliness and Price[ Stated bathroom was wheelchair accessible and it is not. It is handicap accessible not accessible for wheelchair bound person. Toilet is in corner next to counter, making really hard to transfer. Shower bench is way lower and on angle from wheelchair so could not transfer to Shower, bed is about 28 to 30 inches off ground and super old and soft and tilted towards the head board. Couch makes it almost impossible to transfer to bed with out assistance. I will not stay here again. Staff was supper friendly and rooms we clean.

Joy - at the front desk really was a joy! The rooms had a smell from the old fashioned A/C. Water pressure very low.
- 5/5
The easy access to the room and shower.
- 4/5
The hotel is in a run down area. Not a lot of food choices within walking distance.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and my stay each week I came was very comfortable. From the shower, the bed, and WiFi , I definitely enjoyed N/A
- 4/5

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! Nothing
- 2/5
Room was tiny and not very clean; very overpriced for quality and lack of cleanliness. Air conditioning was poor and room had a very musty smell. TV was VERY outdated and extremely blurry. Light in bathroom flickered and did not work properly. Breakfast options were very minimal.
- 3/5
The property is very well kept by a very nice family. It was a little outdated, but not a big deal for a quick stay. In a good location. There is no elevator, but only one set of stairs to go up.

- 3/5
Room was ok. Clean and standard. Check in for us was ok but only one person who half the time needed help. I believe his wife was in a hallway room and he ran back or they calls out to one another in another language. Your breakfast are usually top grade. This one was not. Working by himself - I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 3.5/5
The bed was comfy and room was quiet. Did not have extra pillows and breakfast could be improved.
- 5/5
We stop on our way to and from the south. Always good accommodations and cordial staff —
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay, clean room and bathroom, smelled nice, had all the amenities I needed. The rooms could use a few more lights though.
- 3/5
Front desk personnel were rude and very unprofessional. The property is in dire need of an update.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, room was clean, a lot of road noise. I-95 is pretty much right out back window. Major accident so all kinds of sirens.
- 5/5
Nice comfortable room!
- 1/5
Check-in was HORRIBLE!! The lady was eating watching tv while sitting in the dine in area. I thought she was a customer. She chewed and stared at the computer for five minutes before doing anything. Was rude to me when I got impatient. Made me precheck-in after doing precheck online. Gave us a key to a room already occupied. Made excuses when we went back to the desk for new unoccupied room and still slow and rude.
- 3/5
Hotel is kind of outdated and could use some remodeling. Not much in the way of breakfast. No coffee maker in the room.
- 4/5
A perfectly serviceable hotel. This would not be my choice for a vacation stay. However, if your there for work and are only sleeping in the room its fine. Not a particularly memorable hotel either good or bad.
- 2/5
The room was at the end of a hallway on the first floor. It was supposed to be handicap accessible. The toilet area had a grab bar and slightly raised toilet seat. There was not a walk in shower. It was a step in tub. That is not handicap accessible. There was an outside door right next to my room. The desk person said I could use that entrance to make it easier, which was great, EXCEPT the door, after opening, would not close securely. The desk person assured me no one would know or use the door to get in. He said I could use the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign for extra safety. There was a communication problem. He didn't speak or understand English. I did not feel safe at this location
- 1/5
The shower wouldn't drain properly so I had water over my feet the whole time I was showering, and found a lice on the bedspread.
- 5/5
This location is fantastic for what we needed. It was close to Savannah and reasonably priced.
- 1/5
It was bugs

I love Microtel brand and this particular one was a poor representation. The door frame to the connecting room was broken which was not comforting sleeping in the room with my two young children. The room was cleanish but not at all to the standard of what you would normally expect from Microtel. There was no elevator to the second floor which was a problem for my mother in law and not disclosed until after booking. The woman working the front desk was not efficient and had no idea where the key to the lobby bathroom was located. I hope this is not Microtel's new standard.
- 1/5
The staff is very rude and the rooms was nasty I had to go up front my first night to change the sheet bc there was a big stain on it
- 5/5
Very clean rooms, incredible water pressure, and the hot water was amazing. I would definitely stay again.
- 2/5
No elevator
- 3/5
Too much traffic noise. A poor breakfast selection.
- 2/5
On the positive side, it was clean. The mattress was horrible. Torn carpet on the steps. No elevator. Continental breakfast. Staff outside in the middle of the night talking very loudly, just above our room. For one quick stay over it's ok.
- 5/5
Clean room ad friendly staff.

Have stayed at another Micro before in Pittsburgh and was not good, so I was a little skeptical with this one. To my surprise it was far superior than my expectations. Clean room, wonderful staff, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean!
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast at hotel
- 3/5
The bathroom sink was spurt water everywhere when you turned on. And, the continental breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They served nothing nutritious. Everything was full of sugar.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy. Room was a little smaller than expected but clean. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
I don't understand the precheck in. When I arrived, they required everything anyway. Staff was polite. i was asked if a second floor room was ok. I said yes and was told "good, there is nothing left on the first floor." Then I find out there is no elevator.
- 1/5
Not as described. Not pet friendly. Had to pay extra for my 4 pound, well trained, Yorkshire terrier. That should have been stated.

My room was clean with no issues. Staff was very nice and accommodating with my late check in. Very quiet. Continental breakfast wasn’t too bad.
- 4/5
Everything about my stay was great, exept
- 4/5
The stay was nice I would definitely stay again the only thing I did not like was the room had a bit of a smell almost like there were dogs other than that breakfast was fine and staff was kind
- 4/5
Close to historic district, safe location, clean room but our sheets had some stains.
- 4/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Everything was excellent _ except that the Air Conditioner in Room 113 is NOT working well at all... not cooling.
- 3/5
It could have been cleaner
- 4/5
Very clean. New fixtures. Nice staff.
- 1/5
This hotel is disgusting! They put me in a room where the air conditioner leaked making the carpet stink! Then in the morning I was getting ready for work and the housekeeper tried opening my door!! Who does that!?? It was 8:00 in the morning!! Never ever stay here!!!
- 5/5
Nice stay, beds were nice.
- 3/5
Easy check-in check out
- 4/5
Property was older, but pretty well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable but the air conditioner and hallway (doors etc) were noisy. All in all not a bad place to stay.
- 3/5
This is an ok place of you just want a bed to sleep
- 3/5
The room was dark, smelly, and the a/c unit leaked into the room.
- 2/5
The blankets we asked for were dirty and then told there were no more for us to switch out. The morning shift lady at the front desk was very rude and off putting. The evening front desk man was much nicer. The bed thing had old blood on it and there was a dried piece of blood clot on the bed. It was conveniently located, but unfortunately we won’t be back.
- 1/5
Broken door knobs to entrance, pool is disguisting. Very dirty everywhere.
- 2/5
I believe the air conditioner was leaking. Also had a weird smell. Would not stay here again. And charged $40 for my dog when they stated it was $25 per pet.
- 3/5
Unfortunately the smoke detector started beeping at 2am and had to change rooms
- 5/5
Great for the price!
- 5/5
Great quick stay
- 2/5
Sheets were dirty when we arrived, room smelled,. The picture seems much larger than what the room is. Towels not in good condition and can use new mattress covers and new mattresses.
- 5/5
Location was excellent
- 5/5
Nice place definitely worth the money
- 5/5
All in all, it's a really decent hotel. It's not the biggest or the fanciest, but it was very clean and quiet; breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Thanks for the service
- 4/5
I like the fact that the place was clean
- 4/5
Purely for convenience. Room smelled like mildew but you sort of got used to it. Team was solid. Seemed to work hard. There is an outdoor pool which was nice but it’s definitely a convenient budget hotel. Oh and make your own waffles were fun too.
- 4/5
Great service, good location for our trip.
- 2/5
No AC or working tv requested a different room got moved & again no working tv & no hot water in this room & no accommodations made to find an all working room.
- 1/5
It was terrible they said online it was pet friendly so we traveled 4 hours and got there and it said no pets allowed. So my husband had to sleep in the car with or dog.
- 5/5
Everything was beautiful very nice staff and clean bed is soft I will book again Thankyou for your hospitality have a great day
- 3/5
Clean and staff was nice
- 5/5
You have to take into consideration the price. It was clean, convenient, comfortable beds, and cold AC. No it’s not in perfect condition but for 100.00 a night don’t expect it to be
- 5/5
clean and good service
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay here. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it has all the essentials for a comfortable few nights.
- 4/5
clean and accommodating
- 3/5
I will just say this its not bad for the price. Its clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Always a good place to hold over for a night in between visits with family and friends!
- 3/5
The cost and the room was nice. One exit up on the highway was where everything was located
- 1/5
Property smelled bad. Our room overlooked trailers. Towels which were once white were gray and dingy. No soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful.
- 4/5
Unfortunately we arrived after a long day of driving & the computer was not working. We had to wait about 1/2 hr. Then no elevator. Had to carry the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The bath towel & hand towel had yellow stains. And i noticed it after I used the towel. Ewww
- 5/5
clean affordable
- 5/5
No pool only downside
- 5/5
The property was clean and stylish. Plenty of sleeping space. The rooms were newly renovated and the beds were bery comfortable.
- 5/5
fine property for a night or two. nice rooms
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and clean rooms
- 3/5
Walls were very thin. Heard the people beside us very clearly. No major problems just old with no updates. Front desk lady was speaking rudely to staff. Breakfast was very limited.

Good basic room no issues
- 4/5
Not the best area.
- 5/5
Nice room.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Not bad. Clean room, comfy and spacious room. Bathroom was clean but toilet paper handles coming off the wall a bit.
- 2/5
Very run down! Room was dirty, TV didn’t work (fuzzy channels), carpet was ripped up and full of stains. Shower had someone’s hair in it. Breakfast options were nil. Would NOT stay here again.

- 5/5
I like how close it was to the soccer fields and enjoyed my weekend stay.
- 4/5
Nice quiet location room were clean and freshly painted. Check in was a breeze. Located near Tanger Outlets and all dining spots. Would stay again
- 2/5
Room was adequate. Dated and in need of an upgrade. Lousy Breakfast!! No waffle mix in the machine. Most of the bread for toast was the heals of the loaf. I wouldn't recommend!!
- 3/5
Smell
- 2/5
Deals so good, you’ll hear your neighbors talking about it at all hours of the night! IF you manage to get any sleep at all, rest assured (pun intended), the alarm clock will wake you up at 5am with the local gospel station. The only real solution was to unplug it, as there was no other way to make it stop. The buttons didn’t work, and it was held together with duct tape (the previous tenant probably threw it across the room when it woke them up too). There is zero sound insulation whatsoever. Every car door, room door, passing foot traffic, and even conversation in the lobby sounded like it was in the room with us. Our room key lost its programming twice, and both times were met with irritation from the desk staff when asked to reprogram it. The TV was circa 1995 in flat screen form with no real channels and awful picture quality. Bring your own pillow too - these compared to resting your head on Stone Mountain itself. The clientele is what you’d expect for a 2 star hotel. If you like the smell of weed and the entertainment of watching a 10 man construction crew get out of a 5 man car, this is the place for you. On a positive note, the day crew at the front desk was friendly, and the location is convenient. If you’re looking for a cheap place to shower and rest your head while passing through, it’ll do. If you’re planning more than a one night stay, I’d highly encourage you to look slightly north, closer to the outlets. Much nicer facilities for only a fraction more expense.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Thin windows need to be replaced with thermal to block sound of hughway.
- 5/5
Very well kept hotel that was recently updated! I will stay here again if in the area.
- 4/5
Just off highway. Clean, quiet, good coffee, great stopover
- 5/5
very good
- 2/5
TV quality was not watchable, fuzzy no guide option
- 5/5
Good overnight location for passthru from airport to final destination. Property is somewhat dated and our room window was "propped" open upon arrival. Took my husband and I both to get it closed and locked. Otherwise- good stay with friendly staff.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel I have ever been in, in my life. There are roaches in the facility and in the bed and bugs in the bed and crawling on the walls. The night manager even tried to get upset when she was told about the bugs and other people were asking for their money back that didn’t want to stay there with the bugs.
- 2/5
Not very clean needs to be updated
- 5/5
Easy check in. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and updated.
- 2/5
Property has cockroach problems
- 3/5
Elevator not working.
- 5/5
Nice stay for being cheap.
- 5/5
manager was very helpful, the place was very clean and the bed comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
- 4/5
The hotel was good location but unfortunately the smell of paint was overwhelming, very very strong smell in my room even with the ac on
- 5/5
Close to the exit but the room was quiet for sleeping. We were able to walk to a nearby bar/restaurant which was great.
- 5/5
It was clean.
- 3/5
This is really just a roadside motel that bought into the Wyndham franchise. Front desk person was friendly and polite. Room was clean for the most part and mattress was firm. Towels were thin and had stains. Common areas like staircase had horribly dirty and tired carpeting. The breakfast area is small and the included breakfast was poorly layed out. Felt the room rate was too high for this property. Not a good value.
- 3/5
The room was rather small, but My buggest concern was the Bathrub. Yes, there was a handicap rail attached to the wall, but there needed to be some safety strips on the tub floor. The tub was very slippery!!
- 2/5
First impression was very disappointing. The lobby was filthy. The guest looked suspicious and as l was waiting to check in l heard someone snoring loudly. I looked over and mind you this is a very small lobby and l see a man laying on the couch with a blanket sleeping. I informed the hotel that l would be checking in very late, after midnight prior to booking and also earlier that day. I was informed it would be no problem my room would be available. I booked a room with a double bed. When l arrived l was told all they had left was a room with a king size bed. Needless to say l was absolutely livid because this was the absolute last straw… l had to take an Uber to the hotel because the car rental place was closed when l arrived. If l had my car there is no way in hell l would have stayed there. I literally laid across the bed with my clothes on and refused to touch anything. I could not sleep at all because l was so skeeved out and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like it had mold. The rug had stains. My only saving grace is l did not see any bugs. That would‘ve sent me completely over the edge. When daylight appeared l got the hell out of there. I refused to get in that shower and canceled the rest of my 6 night stay there. The reason l booked with this hotel is because l stayed at a micro hotel by Wyndham in Delaware and l was very pleased with it. This place was a HUGE disappointment to a beginning of what was to be a nice getaway. A lot of nerve charging me too…
- 3/5
Ok for the price. But it was not very clean - carpet was pretty gross, stains on the sheets, bugs on the floor. Continental breakfast was not anything to get excited about and it did not seem very clean in the lobby either so I was hesitant to take anything. Staff was nice and helpful.
- 2/5
The property was nice except for people sleeping in the staircase the ac quit working in the middle of the night amen were in the hallway hollering and cussing roaches in the bathroom
- 2/5
We arrived near midnight. The front desk worker was kind and accomodating. I made our reservation for the wrong date and he changed it for us upon check-in. The room smelled very strongly of mildew. We all woke up with sore throats and stuffy sinuses. As we began to get ready, cockroaches were coming out from behind the light shade around the mirror in the bathroom. When I opened the door ro leave, there was an adult cockroach climbing up the outside of the room door which I killed with my flip flop. I didn't notify staff because they were kind enough to change my reservation, but I will never stay there again and I caution visitors about these issues.
- 3/5
I stayed there for about 6 months working in pooler. Overall it was an ok stay and the staff was friendly. Though i would probably not stay there if i was just visiting the savannah area. Most of the double queen rooms we stayed in had a musty smell. The double queen suits did not have the musty smell so we booked those when they were available. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortably but the carpets were questionable. Bathrooms were clean just a little beat up in areas same as the rooms. Some of the rooms the air conditioner didn't work well. They struggled to cool the room in the hot summer days especially on the second floor. Sometimes house keeping would turn the temperature up in the middle of the day which made for a hot room after working in the heat all day, definitely not good. Also they don't run the AC in the hallway on the second floor so you can imagine what that feels like. Probably didn't help with the air conditioner issues in the rooms either. Obviously there are a lot of construction works staying there. I was one of them but towards the end of our stay i caught multiple people going peeing behind the dumpster in the parking lot. Instead of just going back inside to use the restroom. Oh and the free breakfast, just skip it if you don't like bread, cereal or waffles. That was literally all it was. So needless to say i skiped it. So as the title says take this for what it is.

2. Smelled like marijuana a majority of the time. 3. Breakfast was a disappointment. No real protein but cold boiled eggs. Everything else was bread products. 4. TV in eating area constantly was playing Democrat political news. Couldn't enjoy even cereal without listening to all the hate. 5. Staff was nice except for the old lady on Saturday morning who "ran" the breakfast area by getting mad when items ran out and made the guests feel like idiots. 6. Don't plan on coming back to this hotel but will definitely be looking at some of the others nearby.

It was OK. This seems to be an older hotel. It could use some repairs and updates.

Good stop. Right off highway. Clean. Nothing fancy.

However, the room was pretty smelly (chemical and human odor) the bathroom was questionable with body hair and a sticky floor. The sink had a serious water flow issue and also made one feel uncomfortable brushing their teeth in it. The bed was not someplace I felt comfortable sleeping. It had the slight hint of urine, unclean comforter, and the pillows were stained. If you are on a budget it's ok, but you can likely do much better for $20 more locally I'd venture.

Easy check in. Nice clean room, friendly employees.

While the staff is good, the prop is dirty, dingy, not well-maintained, tired. For example, the chairs in the breakfast area are well worn and need replacement. The walls in the hallway and my room and bathroom are filthy. Need to be repainted. The rugs are filthy as well and need to be Shampooed

A little noisy with air traffic and other guests.

There was no internet, no TV, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was awful and there was to be no smoking but the entire floor smelled like weed and smoke.

There wasn’t an elevator. The room smells and I had caught a couple of cockroaches in the room.
