Expensive for a three star motel.

After arriving late at the motel, the owner accepted us in gracefully. He was understanding and polite.

Very clean. Owners very nice. Nice clean pool. Two minutes from the beach. Close to Niagara Falls. Close to Port Colborne. Many extra like bottle of water, Juice, granola bars… surrely go back to this place. We really like it.

Convenient and affordable stay for a ball tournament. Check in/check out was easy and seamless. Very friendly staff. Pool was decent and right outside the door. Would stay here again should the need arise

The owners are vey friendly .the outside looks a lot nicer than the inside , the good was clean towels and coffee and water supplied every day as much as need , the bad , the couch ,the rug ,the bed cover all need replacing I wouldn’t sit on the couch or the bed cover .the sink has no plug so you couldn’t fill it with water .it was dusty around the tv and the coffee machine had a used pod it in apron arrival . This was our second choice as our first place got cancelled on a short notice and had to find another place to stay..

The beds were very comfortable and the the room was immaculate. It was great to have WiFi service available.

The price was a very good price, the host was very friendly and office was very clean. I seen on reviews the rooms are very small compared disagree with that. I had two double beds very comfortable very good pillows. Room was clean he even had complementary juice water and snacks. Had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Most hotels now a days do not have microwaves in def recommend this place to stay at if your in the area. And not want inf to spend the large amount of money to just sleep in a room

Great motel!! The owner was very friendly and courteous! The rooms were very clean with quite a bit of room! The shower had great water pressure and was stocked with a lot of clean towels!! We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a lovely family owned and run business. They care about their property and their guests. We stayed one night. The room was clean, well maintained with good amenities and small extras for their guests. The bed was comfortable. The tub was a jet tub. We didn't try it, but it was there. We would recommend this motel.

The room had an odour, the place was old, not very clean, the toilet paper was so thin, we could hear the neighbour snoring, coughing and talking and there is no cover on the bathroom window so someone could see in at night if you have the light on...very disappointed with our experience as it was not a "cheap" place either.

Fabulous little place which is family run. Clean, friendly, well taken care of. Love the little details.... pots of flowers, free snacks and drinks. And OMG.... talk about comfortable beds and pillows! Will definitely be coming back here whenever coming down to visit our friends!

Not very appealing from the outside. The owners are trying to spruce it up with hanging baskets of flowers. Bed was comfortable, great towels, nice extra amenities (juice and cookies) friendly check-in. But my complaint is with the outside lighting. Blackout curtains on the window helped some but the light shining through the door was so bright I had trouble sleeping. Blinds on the door window did not block it at all. May not look like much but the owners have worked hard to improve the place

Nice quiet place on the edge of town. The bed was good. The cable included access to Netflix, Youtube, and Prime sign ons. The pool was older so it was nicely a bit deeper and it had pleasant landscaping around it. I had a great swim. The check in was pleasant and helpful. It isn’t the Ritz but pretty good for the price.

Only problem was very low toilet & for 1 with disabilities it is very hard to get off. My husband had to lift me up each time.Even a tiolet riser would help.

Great place to sleep, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Is not as outdated as shown in pictures, it looks nicer in person. They have coffee and small snacks in the room. Bring your own toiletries as they only had a sliver of a soap.

Motels get a poor rap due to the fact no owners seem to put any effort into the rooms. They used to be acceptable, mostly due to cheap night's stay, however now 145/night is robbery considering the state of dirt, grime, and disrepair. Bathroom was awful, some bleach spray with gloves & toilet brush do wonders. No handrail in shower...that's just an accident waiting to happen plus zero non-stick tub floor. Rust, dirty sink, dirty grouting, dirty floor...paint&flooring would go a long way. Kitchen was nice, maybe putting the microwave on counter, instead of 6ft above is a suggestion. Doors don't close well. I understand the investment, to buy for your future is great. Disappointing that motels still get bad rap for obvious reasons and easy fixes.

This Inn was very neat and tidy and very clean. The price was great, free parking, and the service at the desk couldn’t be better. We stayed for only 1 night, but next time we come back to the Niagara region, we’ll be staying here. The room even had complimentary orange juice, cookies and granola bars.

Although the property is dated, however the management and staff have kept up on it very well. Grounds were lovely, clean and tidy with many beautiful flowers and tropical plants. Staff was so sweet and always greeted us with a smile. Foe a place to hang your hat while in town I would stay again for sure.

The few things found that cause the rating to be lower was because the bathtub faucet is faulty. The switch to switch from tub to shower isn't working properly. The water continues to come out of the faucet as well as the shower head. Loved the fact that there was a window where the toilet and the tub was. The other problem was next to no room where that bathroom sink is. Just a little to tight. There should be a list of channels available if there is no guide on the TV. Other than that the place was clean and quiet.

Service staff was excellent and really nice. Nice and quiet at nite. Furnishings were not the best but everything was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Even had complimentary drinks and snacks in the room!

I was very pleased with our stay- much more than I anticipated. The room was clean, nice kitchenette (we stayed at the family room), clean and convenient. There were plates, cups, utensils, hot plate, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, kkup machine- all we needed. The owner put lots of personal touches in the rooms, even snacks and water and gave extra for the kids. The premise was nice and well maintained, you can tell the owners put a lot of time into it. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. It was quiet, convenient location for me and great price. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great inn!

The property had picnic tables, a swing & an area to play games. The parking is a bit tight. Beautiful flowers, the pool looked lovely & inviting

We’ve stayed here a few times and always have a pleasant stay. Owners are very friendly and keep the place very clean. Nice outdoor pool to cool off in after being out and about all day. Quiet at night the times we have stayed. The Roku device on the TV was a nice surprise to watch streaming services instead of TV channels.

Very good night. Comfortable beds with modern white bedding with comforter. Good pillows. Lots of fresh towels and a lovely white shower curtain. All things I’ve come to really like in a hotel so finding it in this older motel was a pleasant surprise. Keurig coffee maker as a bonus. Friendly check in!!

The owners were lovely, the rooms were clean and nice and cool. The jacuzzi tub and the free snacks were a nice touch. Loved the plants/flowers around the grounds, and the pool was well kept also. We will be back for sure.

Very nice motel.

I was very upset with this hotel because the non smoking room stunk of smoke. I had to go out and buy a can of febreeze just to tolerate it. I had to ring the bell several times for check in and had to wake someone up for checkout. In their defence we checked out very early. They need a key slot as the door to the office is locked. Riding our bikes to the canal was ok.

Motel was very dated, could use some upgrading, water only stayed hot until the next room turned on their water and then it went cold. Chairs were not clean. I would not stay there again.

quiet building friendly owners

Basic motel but comfortable. The owner was exceedingly helpful. He drove us to and back from local restaurant and provided local recommendations for future stays. Juice and cookies in the room were a nice extra touch.

Room was clean and bed was comft. Both the room and bathroom are pretty outdated. Old cracked sink in bathroom, light fixtures dated. Plug in bedroom was up in the top right corner at ceiling level. Made it difficult to plug in my sister's sleep apnea machine. Otherwise our overnight stay was comfy and pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with the room that was chosen for us.

Great place

The maintenance of the room needs a little attention but the towels and linens were clean and comfy. Overall a great stay for the price$$ we will return for future visits.

TV had many options and channels. Yet the two major Canadian sports channels were nowhere to be found. And they show all the Canadian sports teams. Also after dark there was no lighting on the sign at the road. Tough to find the entrance.

The owners are wonderful people. The property and rooms are clean. As a privately owned motel the complimentary items and personal service far exceed a large chain. The weekend we stayed was unfortunately a rainy one, I was beside myself to watch the owner walkiing guest's to their rooms with an umbrella and assist them with their belongings. That is a person that genuinely care about their guest.

The location was very central and convenient for our needs. The grounds were very nice with lots of beautiful flowers and were very well kept. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We spent 3 nights here and would stay here again without question. The rooms could use sprucing up but they were clean and the beds very comfortable.

Terrific service, great place

It's on Hwy 3, not in a rural setting, but is easy to get to. Air Cond worked well. Microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker were great. It's not a Hilton for sure, but we would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Friendly, and helpful owners. Close to fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas station. Conveniently located in Port Colborne to visit marina, parks the vertical-lift bridge on the Canal. Max. 15 minutes drive to Long Beach.

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort. Near to gas station and other conveniences in the town. Only faults would have liked grab bars in the bath and an electrical outlet on both sides of the bed.

Nice motel in Port Colborne close to downtown. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool which was as also clean and well maintained. Will come back again when visiting the area. Thank you!
