Painfully average hotel. In-room hair dryer and iron were terrible. Iron leaked water all over my clothes instead of steaming. The bathroom door was awfully inconvenient to work around just to get to the shower. After flying in I wanted to have a long hot shower and I was met with a subpar fan to ventilate the steam, so the smoke detector started going off. Thankfully I spent almost zero time in my room during my trip. Not sure it was worth the amount I paid.

Easy to get to.

The staff were friendly. The location good. I Liked the coffee station. You cant take food to your room. So we're running behind and I cant just take my kids a bagel, which kinda defeats the quick breakfaston the go.. The beds were uncomfortable.

Sometimes I would have liked to be able to enjoy my CONTINENTAL breakfast after 9:00 and in my room if I so choosed.

Property advertises a hot tub and shows a photo of a hot tub. But it has been broken for 5 months according to staff. I paid extra for this benefit which was not available.

No housekeeping, had the same sheets throughout the stay. That alone will keep me from staying there again and from recommending them.

The breakfast was good and the fan\heater in the room worked really well. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The cleaners did a great job the first time but the second time they cleaned they didn’t wipe down several surfaces and also did not restock the toilet paper.

The room smelled a bit stiff, but I opened the window and that helped.

My stay was short, so I didn't utilize any extra amenities, and can't really rate them ( thus the "good" rating ) but the room was clean, quiet and the night person working the desk was very kind. Great spot.

the location and cleanliness little expensive

While it seems the place has been “updated” in the last decade, the “upkeep” is not up to par for the Quality Inn brand. The room had a dank smell, the hallway paint and carpeting was worn out and dirty. And the decor seems piecy, rather than well-put-together. A couple of modern graphics isn’t going to fool us.

The front office staff always helpful. The bed was ok and clean . I did not care for my room location the loud talking singing in rm 103 my room 104 in the 2 am time frame and on the parking lot side . If I stay again I would request to stay on the back side

It was a good stay, going up and down the stairs was rough, back problems are no fun on stairs! No elevator was a shock!

The breakfast bar was great and the attendant at the breakfast bar was wonderful.

Staff was courteous and prompt. Room was spotless. The location was convenient. A little bit of road noise but not terrible. The free breakfast was pretty decent. Overall, a pleasant and consistent experience.

No room service after calling and checking twice at thecounter

The room was beautifully cleaned. The person that checked us in and out was very personable and pleasant. The room had modern amenities and was pleasant to the eyes. The only thing I would change is the room coffee and coffeemaker. I would replace them with Keurig coffeemaker and the Coffee pods they have in the lobby (I believe they are a medium roast from Costco). Surprised there was no elevator for older folks. Otherwise,a great visit! Thank you!

I love this place

There is no elevator to the second floor. I fell coming down the steps at the end of the hall. Not safe at all. Also, the walls are super thin. You can hear the people in the next room talking. Be warned if you want to take your continental breakfast and eat in the room you paid for you have to pay $10. Otherwise you have to eat in the room they have it in if you want it free like it says you get on the listing. Not exactly that enjoyable. BUT all of the staff was very nice and accommodating in the ways they could be. Just a cheap hotel the to lay your head for a night.

The staff is amazing from the front desk down to the housekeeping craew just postive energy polite group who make you feel at home. I couldn't see myself staying anywhere else.

The Jetted tub was Broken the room was dirty. The desk clerk was Creepy . Said he could come in and Trouble shoot the Tub. After I told him my wife was Naked in the tub. Just a terrible expierence to A night I spent alot of time trying to Plan around the Specific ammenity that was being Marketed and Up sold for.

The breakfast was okay. When we got to our room there was a piece of sausage on the floor and stuff in the night stand so obviously they didn’t clean the hotel room very well.

Nice clean and quiet place to stay with acess to the highway for visiting multiple places in the area.

My only criticism would be that there is a slightly must smell in the room. Unfortunately this is typical of carpeted hotel rooms which have varying vacancy period. Something to work on.

The staff were excellent and efficient. Kudos's to the lady who checked me in on 1/12 in the evening. Everything is clean and the staff are very clear on where everything is. Dining lady included.

The room was fine and clean. I've been to many, many hotels in the past few years and have NEVER felt like I didn't belong there. I had to use my room key to get into the breakfast room (NEVER had to do that before!) Then, I'm in and get asked what my room number is before I can get anything. Not a welcoming feel in my opinion.

One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was offered as part of your stay. Overall, I had a great experience.

While the hotel is small and right off the freeway. You do not hear the cars. The staff is very friendly and help to accommodate the two wedding parties that were there.

The jetted tub in my room was damaged and didn't want to use it in fear of losing my deposit. Other than that it was nice. Oh and my refrigerator didn't work but the front desk changed it out immediately.

The property was nice and room was clean. The floor in our room was coming up and was some what of a trip hazard. Also when you shower the water gets all over the floor and there was nothing you could do to avoid it.

We came in for a wedding and had a-lot of us in our group, they helped us and made sure we were all good. From early check ins, rowdy kids, and making sure everything was good. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go back.

They raise their rates more often than ANY other hotel I stay at! And several times I booked a room and wasn't on their computer when I arrived to check in. Nice rooms! Friendly staff. Great breakfast options! But I'm having second thoughts about staying here again until they stop gouging guests with sudden price hikes, often $50-$75 higher only 1 weekend later. Still very convenient to highway and dragstrip. McDonald's and Dairy Queen across the street if you're hungry.

Trina at the desk was very helpful and kind! However, I would not stay here again. My husband and I got married in Port orchard so we stayed here for two nights. The owner was extremely rude. He tried to accuse my friend and I of smoking in the room after we had lit one tea light candle. He tried to make us leave and threatened to call the police.

We weren't there very long but had an enjoyable stay!

Very clean, quiet. I would have given it a 5 star.However the front desk gal was not very friendly. I made a mistake on my reservation as I was in the middle of selling my home and I had a lot of my mind. I'm mistakenly showed up the day after the first day of my reservation. It was already paid for but I had missed the first night. I understand the policy is to not keep a room even if it's paid for, however since port Orchard isn't exactly a hopping place.I would have assumed they would have still had a room, which they did. The front desk women reprimanded me and was very curt. Im a 60 year old women, well traveled. I had a 4vnight reservation. I could have done withput the altitude. The hotel was clean, the cleaning were staff amazing.

We stay here every time we visit Pt Orchard. Clean and breakfast is good with several options. Some customers were annoyed that food could not be taken out of room. Will continue to stay there.

Hotel is not the cleaniness but the bedding is kept clean, the coffe station is maintained. The hotel for a few days. Breakfest is great for everyone.

The room was very clean and so was the property. My only reason for a lower score is that the beds are very hard and my back was killing me; but that is just a personal preference.

The toilet whistled when you flushed it, and the tune wasn' t Dixe. 😆 other than that the toilet itself was too low to the ground for comfort.

Dead grass surrounded the property. Fake, plastic flowers in window boxes is tacky. Fourth of July decor still up. Dirty windows on the outside. Filthy and ripped carpet on the stairs going to the second floor. No ice in the ice machine on the second floor. Old A/C units on the floor in a corner of the lobby. Folded up tables stacked along the wall in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Nice variety of foods.

I really liked the facility. Other than the massage chairs were taken up by two gentleman for hours and we didn’t get to use them, I really liked it.

I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The only minor inconvenience was having to carry my luggage upstairs, as there is no elevator. Overall, a comfortable and positive experience.

Service was beyond excellent! Room was clean but had a strong cigarette smell even though our room was non-smoking. Also when we checked in there was trash on the floors. Breakfast was great! Eggs waffles cereal fruit sausage! Service was even better! Staff was sooo nice. The cook was so friendly and catered to everyone at breakfast. I asked for an early check in and they went to clean my room right away. I liked that I could see the washing room because I saw some white sheets drying in the large industrial dryer. So I knew our linen was clean. Housekeeping checked on us and brought us extra towels and body wash and was very kind. The front desk lady even prepared us yogurt’s bananas and fresh coffee because we checked out before breakfast! I would stay here again :)

The person in the room next to me left the TV on all night. I had an adjoining room and I could hear the TV going even in the morning when I was getting ready to go. There were no rooms available so I had to live with it. Tooo bad!

The bad: Our first night there, we kept trying to lower the temperature in the room because it was too hot. It was a restless, sleepless night. When I asked about it the next morning, they checked it out and found the thermostat was not working. They gave us another room...but without any compensation....when we needed to stay another night (because we got sick), they gave us a 20% off the rack rate, which is the same as the Expedia price. Also, know that if you use Expedia, you will be put on a 2nd floor without an elevator. If you ask if there's a ground floor, they will tell you 'no' without even checking. The facilities were really in good shape...but I just felt they could have done better for us to compensate for the room with a non-working thermostat that did set us up for getting sick and needing to stay another night.

Trina was excellent upon checking. The morning breakfast lady was a pleasant and cheerful woman that can assist with just about anything! Awesome crew!

The biggest bummer was our jacuzzi tubs jets didnt work. No mention of that when checking in, and really that tub was the only reason i booked my mothers day trip here. Such a let down.

While this is an older property, it is clean and maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town to visit family so we only slept there and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
