It’s big enough but there’s nothing like conditioner cups coffee etc

Location was convenient for me. Only thing decent was shower head Pet rooms were also smoking rooms the room smelled of smoke and musty. Sheets and bed covers had stains. Floor had dead bugs. Not all outlets by bed worked

I left my jacket and a t-shirt hanging in the closet and drove back after work only to find out I have to wait another day because housekeeping leaves found items in their storage room, which is only accessible from 9am-5pm. I work 10am-7pm so I had less than one hour to get my items back. It took the manager several attempts to find it because it was in an unmarked plastic bag. Don’t leave anything behind here!

The only thing that I liked is that there’s a meat market next door. I didn’t like the fact that I had to ask housekeeping to come clean my room. There were several times the housekeeper would have an attitude because I would ask her if she could come clean my room. She would try to make excuses and say that she couldn’t go in the room because she was afraid of dogs. I had a chihuahua. When I knew I wanted the room cleaned I would put him in his crate. Even when I would tell the housekeeper he’s in his crate, she would complain about she had a lot of other rooms to clean. Also, the $50 deposit was not returned to us because they claimed we left the room dirty. Mind you, nothing was broken or damaged. Which you would think would be the cause of no refund of the deposit. The room was not left dirty. Yes both trash cans were full because like I stated above the house keeper didn’t come the day before we checked out. This place pretty much scammed us for our $50 deposit. This place isn’t good for a week stay or longer. Maybe just one night. Oh and the washer and dryer in the guest laundry room suck. They do not wash your laundry well.

I booked a non-smoking pet room, but after an 11-hour drive, they only had smoking rooms left. Also the duvet and floors were filthy.

Overall a solid deal at $50/nt in Houston. Nice restaurants in area. However, mega road noise anywhere outside, no breakfast. Crappy coffee, and no elevator. Also this facility is quite a hike from the aeropuerto.

I’ve stayed there several times and the staff is always extremely nice. They welcome me when I get there because they remember me. The room is exceptionally clean and the shower is amazing. It is huge. We love it. If you’re looking for a hotel in the area, this is the best one hands-down.

Definately a " no frills" motel. Very new. A good place to sleep, but no extras. Rooms are very stark in terms of design, but a nice sleep and everything thats needed.

Property was great for the price. The bathroom was one of the nicest amenity bathrooms I have stayed in while traveling for work.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at this inn. I will continue to stay there when I’m the area.

I loved the room, but the bed had bedbugs, I showed the front desk lady a picture but disregard it as roaches, I explained it bit me but continued saying yeah roaches do that….

Manager came into my room an hour and half before check out to inspect room for damages. This has never happened to me in my travels and she was not really pleasant and I was uncomfortable about the whole incident.

Bed are a bit firm but other that it was fantastic

The rooms looked good and clean The mattress is horrible and the people that "live" there are rude,loud have no respect for those trying to sleep.the slamming of the doors rattled the walls and made sleep impossible. The name of the motel should be charged to the reprobate inn!! Not to mention constant dog barking. Will never stay here again.

Freshly remodeled, clean, utilitarian. Check-in was fast and friendly. The shower was the best feature. A step-in shower with a rain head from above and two horizontal shower heads on the wall, fantastic way to start the day. Bed was hard and the covers were very thin. TV was non-functional. Apparently, the remote needed to be coded. Not that big of a deal to me. I mentioned it on checking out and they said it just needed to be recoded.

It's very close to a lot of stores and fast food. Not enough water pressure, a/c didn't get cold enough, furniture was to big for the size of the room, rude owners.

I enjoyed the wall & ceiling shower! The stairs & that my room was on the second floor..

This was the cheapest nicest room I’ve ever had!!! King size bed was a lil stiff but slept soo good and woke up feeling great! Dooood the shower is a dream shower, room was very comfortable and had a futon also. Highly recommend this over the other 3 in the area for same rate! Also got the smoking room and didn’t smoke but smelled clean wen I opened the door even tho the a/c was off

Very Convenient as a travel stop. Location is perfect and the place is very clean and comfortable. This is our second time staying and will make this our stop each time we travel. The room door lock did not lol properly as the lock hardware did not match up for the inside lock. We solely depended on the key card lock that evening. And the towels were cheaply made and scratchy.

Brand new refurbished rooms. Very clean and safe. Kinda noisy outside because of the highway, but quiet inside. I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this property, it was very clean. The update they made was nice The beds were hard, they were suppose to have been queen size but didn’t seem like it

It was a great place to sleep, and the price was very good. We had everything we would want, and I never expected to find this in Porter TX.

I like the fact that they have smoking rooms, are not too expensive and it is a decent place to stay. Usually you don't get that. And the staff is super nice too. I have stayed here several times and will stay here again. They recently remodeled so everythhing is new and they have the rainfall shower heads. I guess you can tell I'm very pleased and recommend them to anybody looking for a place to stay.

Paid a 50.00 deposit ther I was supposed to get back which I have every time I stayed there to not get back do to renting a smoking room. First of all it states very clear that it is a refundable 50.00 deposit if the room was up to standards. Well I'm a clean freak so I know it was. Under new management was all I was told. BS these ppl are shady and I complained about the noise and the room wasn't even remotely up to standards. I cleaned it myself counters were fifty shower was not cleaned properly, the microwave was not even wiped down. The only thing good was they now accept pets. get your crap together if you want to rip people off on the deposit.

Pee stains all over bed and sheets

My daughter said it was creepy. The stairs were loose and there were spider when walking up them. Ice machine at the front office down stairs, we were at the other end, very inconvenient. There was no coffee in room or in office. No breakfast as advertised, this was the only amenity that I filtered.

Room was beautiful; however, I booked through Expedia and upon arrival they wanted my credit card to charge a deposit and charged my card for the room rental again AND a deposit. So with my payment to Expedia and this hotel, my stay turned into almost triple for less than a 15 hour stay.

LOVE the countertop cook surface! Check-in was VERY pleasant, room VERY clean!! Also like the windows, as they afford PRIVACY, that many other motels do not.

it wasnt good, the lady at the office was pissed when I showed up, telling me they didnt have rooms, i told her I booked it online through hotel. com she didnt looked to pleased. I didnt get the room I even booked. It was not clean hair at all over the bathroom, toilet was dirty, there were bugs, fridge hadnt been wiped out, the sheets werent changed, and the floor wasnt mopped it had track marks from where people walked, i was foeced to stay there because she refused to give me a refund

The property is nice, the room was great, other than the phone not working. We stayed 4 days here and got room service once. We checked into a 4 person room with just 2 people, and was told the friends that come to visit couldn’t be there or we would have to pay an additional 7.00 a day for them...What? They were just coming to hang out for a couple hours and play card games...Then we were told I needed to pay an additional 10.00 a day for my service dog?!? Service dogs dong get charged, never have, never will. I assumed this was all in attempts to keep the 50.00 deposit that is required to rent the room. We did however get the deposit back, after asking for such. All in all, it’s a good stay, just have to deal with some drama up front.

All the staff are very friendly. I noticed the property manager continuously monitoring the interior and exterior of the property which makes me feel safe.

Roaches everywhere, not even shy roaches, they were literally crawling on the bed with the lights on. The place was disgusting and dirty. I didn’t even stay the whole night.

I was hesitant at first! But it was a great place! Super comfy, great staff, man at desk was nice! Best sleep i got in weeks! I would def stay again!

They wouldn't check me in after i was on the road driving for 14hrs after calling them and asking if it was okay i came in for a early check in and telling me that "yes sir you can come in early and ill check u in" then walked right in and the same woman then told me with a careless response "sir your going have to wait till 2pm and it was only 10am so i went and paid for a room at the AMERICANS BEST VALUE INN a mile down the road checked me in with no questions asked i had to pay a lil extra but TOTALLY WORTH IT COMAPRE TO crystle inn plus there were drug addicts and prostitutes infesting that place just hanging outside it looked like a really bad place to stay at im now glad i went down the road cuz i herd about that hotel having a drug deal gone murder happening there a few days later....😬

Need to Pay a $50 refundable deposit. Hope you're not in a hurry checking out, because you cannot get deposit until they check the room. Check in not until 3:30 pm. Check out at 11:00. Beds are hard. TVs are set above the air/heating unit. No coffee makers in room. Showers are best feature in the room, but it is not a shower/tub combination.

Did not like that staff wasn’t accommodating when asked for stained sheets to be removed. Instead we’re upset when having to change and lady in office trying to convince me the sheets were ok, then nerves to disrespect me a paying customer for expecting decency of a room.

The room was nice. Tbe bathroom/shower was refreshing. The only problem was the guest on the second floor sounded as if they were dropping bowling balls in the middle of the night.

Place was loud right next to the highway, was dirty in the rooms with several stains on carpet or bedding. Would not stay or recommend again!

The older lady manager on Friday night couldn’t help us she got the older gentleman working that night as well we were asking for a couple of extra towels he told us that they put enough in the room and if we wanted more we needed to go back to our room to bring the dirty towels first!?!? I’ve never heard of anything like it. He was very rude and the lady was very lost. We also started receiving calls at 10:15am the day of checkout every 10-15 minutes until around 11:00am checkout time on Sunday morning. The room was nice the service was terrible. Would not recommend. However, I will say the daytime manager on Friday around 5pm was extremely helpful and super nice. When we asked the night manager if she was the boss etc. he claimed she was just a worker.

Now its quiet despite the sound of hiway but if your a hotel person your used to this. The staff was just amazing very help checking in with me daily to see if thwy could assist in bettering my stay..The laundry facilities are on site and unbelievable well kept and clean...rooms are modern well decorated and ive only seen the type of cleanliness in higher end 5 star hotels was very comfortable..now the very best thing are the large rain and full body showers loved it will recommend always...just hope stays hidden gem 😊

I decided to leave a review because I’ve stayed in a lot of inexpensive “inn’s”, and this was the second to worst. I will say it Was clean- but besides that everything was bad. It was literally the hardest bed I ever slept on; water flooded the entire room when we showered; you couldn’t turn any bathroom lights on unless the main lights were also switched on; the front desk staff were rude; there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. I wanted to leave a review because by no means is this worthy of more than maybe 1.5 stars.

Took shower and checked out at 2am (at which point staff showed zero concern and offered no apology). Disgusting room, lazy and unhelpful staff, would not stay again.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I have always been greeted warmly and felt welcomed. The rooms are always clean. The king bed room is awesome and the shower is amazing!

the one vending machine was broken, there was a dirty towel left in our room from last guest and the roll of toilet paper roll looked like someone used it and put it back on the roll. as for checkin, be prepared to have to get interviewed on why you are staying there and what is your purpose of your stay. my daughter and I needed a place to stay for a few nights after our home flooded and the lady that checked us in looked at us like we were scum because we had been working all day on trying to clean our flooded home.
