King suite was a comfortable size. I really utilize the extra table and counter space when traveling with kids. Sofa was comfortable and good size. Toilet did not flush when we first went into our room. Perhaps low water pressure. We were moved immediately but I felt that our 2nd room was smaller. It would have been nice to be compensated, given a discount.

The staff is awesome. The breakfast is great. Not enough seating during breakfast. The room had mold under the stand next to the bed. The shower needs a sign so it doesn't flood the bathroom. The room was really moist with dew from humidity. Floor was slippery and everything felt wet.

* The bathroom condition was bad — the sliding shower door was not fixed properly. * The toilet bowl was shaking and felt unstable. * Tables in the room were dirty. * The carpet was very dirty. My son walked around barefoot, and his feet turned black afterward. * The microwave was not cleaned. * The fridge had food stains and was dirty. Fast check in and out. Decent breakfast. It was different the two mornings we ate there. I asked for a certain room type and got it . Would stay there again if we come that way .

Everything was great but the front desk staff is more interested in talking to eachother than checking you in. The breakfast service crew was way more professional and helpful.

2) Hampton desk very confused on second room and could not transfer name or charge. 3) Room low water flow at lavatory, shower curtain did not contain shower. No overhead light in living area. 4). Cheap bed, sore back. 5) Don’t be sorry, just fix it.

Breakfast was adequate but limited in variety although always well presented. Coffee was on tap and really decent. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and functional but just a little worn but well cleaned and prepared. Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it would be my first choice if I were to ever return to Corpus Christi again.

This is the worst experience we’ve had with Hilton. The front desk is constantly unmanned. We walked by multiple times with no one at the front desk or anywhere in reception. When we were greeted, the receptionist joked about having no idea what room we were in or how long we were staying there (we were staying a week). We walked into our King Suite to find the thermostat didn’t work, the blinds were broken and the shower floor was not clean. We had planned to do laundry but there are no dryers available, despite offering laundry service on their website. On our last day, we called the front desk to schedule a late checkout. They told us that they could push our checkout from 11am to 12pm. In that hour, 3 people knocked on our door for housekeeping and 2 tried to walk into our room. I honestly regret booking this hotel and wish we had stayed somewhere with better customer service.

Loud noise and banging all day room above mine. Sticky bathroom floor and slippery shower floor. Smelled like mold musty. Staff not very friendly.

Bed was uncomfortably but the pillows made up for it. Hotel was cleaned and breakfast was good. Had a good verity of food.

The lady at the front desk was so kind upon check in. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Upon entering, the room was muggy, but I turned on the AC and it fixed the issue after a few minutes. The stay was quiet. You could tell some of the spots in the room could use updated. My biggest complaint was breakfast. Food wasn’t good. Eggs were pretty bland, sausage was decent, pastries were rock hard. We didn’t go to breakfast late, but we ended up not having anywhere to sit. Seating is extremely limited which is unfortunate as well. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Most of the staff were very polite. The location was good. Lots of amenities in the area, gas, stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Very clean facility. The only negative thing to mention is housekeeping. In the room (bathroom) there is a card on display that states housekeeping will come in ever two days to replace towels take out trash and fix the bed. I am assuming they vacuum as well (??). Well, they didn't complete task as written. They straightened the towels and took out the trash. But they did not fix the bed and even left a couple dirty towels on the floor. Even the shower floor looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. The only other issue was the bed, noisy every time you moved.

I had a boat and the place was completely sold out and staff helped me with a spot to park that was very nice .

At breakfast, the staff offered to get items without some meat that wasn't in days menu. Overall, a great place to stay.

Overall the stay was not bad but I would recommend fixing the bathroom doors as it was super difficult to close. It kept getting stuck and the lack of privacy with it be a sliding door. The bed was really squeaky as well not sure if the frames need to be changed.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I had issues with my booking but Deanna at the front desk was attentive to getting the issue resolved. She was so nice and had great customer service. It is rare to find people that have patience and that enjoy what they do in today’s time. She let me know about all of the Hotels accommodations and even through in extra toiletries after I expressed a concern about an accident my family had. Thank you!!!

Clean and spacious room. The bathroom has lots of counter space and shower had lots of water pressure and difference settings. There was an extra blanket if you get cold and the room fridge was plenty cold.

The floor in the entry and bathroom is ridged vinyl - and it was sticky. Housekeeping was good otherwise, but your bare feet sticking to the floor is nasty. And the coffee cups leaked - 3 in the lobby that I tried. Otherwise fine, but lots of options in that area.

Great getaway even when it was 1 night

Picked hotel even at the price because front desk said pool inside was heated but it wasn't. It circulated cold water until 9 pm. when it started circulating warm water by then we were getting out of not so clear water pool. Bed was very worn and uncomfortable. A/C had been set at 66° when we checked in but it was not cool throughout the night and the temp outside has been cooler due to rains. Room and bathroom were very spacious and breakfast was good with many choices.

They had a nice indoor pool,but they didn't let us have guests over due to it being a holiday weekend,our room was small and it would get a little hot.Houskeeping is every other day so we had to do the cleaning ourselves.

From the time we walked through the front door till the time we left the friendliness of the staff and the courtesy was amazing. We just loved DeeDee at the front desk.

Great staff at check in, was very helpful. Our room was great the bed was very squeaky otherwise comfortable, shower still had hair and kept getting wet by the toilet but wasn’t sure where the water was coming from.

This hotel was very inconsiderate. They took all my money and didn't care that I couldn't make the trip anymore. I will never stay here and don't recommend this place at all. They need new mangers that care about the hotel. Also it seems they don't want to post any negative reviews because mine keeps coming back to my email that I was using bad words? Hmmmm... stay away from this place for sure!

We love to stay here during our visits to the coast. Staff are always friendly and professional.

The bed was hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. The window shades wouldn’t open. The free Wi-Fi was so slow that it was unusable. stores and coffee shops offer Wi-Fi for free for buying a cup of coffee I think a hotel the charge is almost $200 a night should offer usable Wi-Fi especially since Business customers are there.

This hotel was great. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was great! Lots of selection. If i had only one complaint would be that the rooms are not sound proof. You could hear footsteps very loudly but thnkfully it was quiet during the night . I would definitely recommend staying here

Everything was great! It was very quiet at night, I felt safe going out to my vehicle. The lady checking us in was SO kind and amazing. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic! So many options! My only little stipulation was that the beds were not very comfortable, but I still got a good nights rest. Very clean and the pool area was very well taken care of. Will definitely return here!

The toilet was broken and I informed the staff of the issue. Nothing was done to repair it. We also had requested fresh towels and they were not brought. We finally went to desk to get some. On the last morning we stayed there the fire alarms kept going off.

Great place to stay while in Portland.

The hotel had terrible carpets on the hall way floors, bumpy, lose, and the concrete under the carpets has holes: dangerous for people with walking difficulties. The first room had the AC/Heat not working. The second room where I moved myself had a stuck heavy blind that would not lower. There was no computer available for the guests. Room 301 and also the previous one was very big but no chest with drawers to put your clothes.

Nothing unique same as others. Did not like the AC , did not work properly.

Half of the bed was broke my wife almost fell off the bed, rust in the shower room smelled bad will not stay at a Hampton ever ever. Hampton used to be my number one choice. But I'm sorry they dropped the ball.

I almost don’t want to rate it as well as I should because it gets more expensive, oh well it is always a great experience staff is very relatable and professionally nice haha they didn’t have my room ready then hooked me even though the other rooms weren’t ready I will continue to book here going forward!!!
