Our stay was good. Felt safe, staff was great & very helpful (we needed more towels as there were 3 of us in the room. Also asked for towels for the pool. They were quick & responded immediately). Breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast but plentiful. They were in the middle of remodeling but they were quiet. A lot of the excess building material in the parking lot. Overall a good stay. *a couple of requests: shelves by the sink & hooks in the bathroom. Space was very limited by the sink and no place to put towels. Also the bathroom there was limited space to put my clothes, towels etc & I didn't want to put them on the floor. Decorating flaw.

Hotel was friendly, good continental breakfast, and easy to access. They are working on remodeling. My only complaint is that the WiFi was not working and the TV couldn’t connect as they said they are getting direct TV next week.

Quiet location. Pool was very clean. Towels provided. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. The entire hotel is being remodeled. Hopefully there’s a full length mirror going into the rooms when they’re done. Hubby put a suitcase over the nightlight that wouldn’t turn off next to the bed. Shines right on you.

Rooms looked to be recently renovated, but I say that in the cheapest possible way. Construction crew started banging around at 6am day one and 5:15 on day two. Staff was excellent considering everything going on with the “remodel”.

Breakfast was great... Accomodations were great as well.... But we arrived in the middle of room renovations... Our bathroom door couldn't close because the door was door wide for the doorway. We had 2 rooms so we couldn't get our rooms on the same floor but that was the issue. The issue was all the furniture and boxed furniture

Booked last minute got a very nice clean room but a sticky floor. Probably from too much cleaner. Fresh cookies in the lobby very helpful gentleman at the desk. Luggage rake was small and a little difficult to maneuver but the in room amenities were great

The building was under renovation so there was paintings on the floor the were staff moving stuff. The microwave also was unplugged and when I plugged it in did not work, the pillows turned flat so I double stacked pillows and still went flat. The pool was open at least, breakfast was a lot of food.

Breakfast is descent, the room is noisy expertially when they used the chair to fly across the room. sounds like a train going on top for you.

The beds were hard, the food tasted stale, the pool was shut down the whole time we were there because someone decided to tamper with a light at the bottom and wires were exposed, they had no rush to fix it at all, my kids were pretty disappointed.. and they tried to double charge me when I got there because booking didnt transfer them the money and caused more headaches, so make sure you pay attention and keep your receipts.

They were doing some renovations to the hotel . Big room and ok bed . Will stay again when in the area

The property was in what looked like the middle of a huge remodel and the pool was quite small. But the staff were amazing, breakfast was good and for what we paid, it was well worth it.

Clean but small bathroom

Looks like they are remodeling which is nice. The place is kinda odd. Very loud/poor noise isolation between rooms. Lack of power outlets (could use one at the desk for laptop, for instance). No "do not disturb" sign for the door and was bothered by the housekeeping person despite the sign on the wall in the room saying they don't clean the room unless you ask. Odd stuff like that. The breakfast however was excellent and the folks there were very nice. I hope they improve things since this is a Best Western and I don't think it meets the minimum. But it was fairly cheap compared to others in the area.

No closet hooks to hang clothing and had trouble with the tv.

The “renovations” done to this hotel have ruined it. I’ve stayed here a few dozen times over the last few years and will never return. They have horrible giant rain showers that make keeping your hair dry almost impossible. The new shower fixtures are not installed right and you can’t get hot water without pulling up constantly on the handle, then the tub isn’t functional since you can’t plug the water. The room is dark and has yellow lights over the sink so you can’t put makeup on properly. The desk has no lights. There’s paint spilled on the new floor. The towels are in an awkward basket on the door by the door. The sink has almost no countertop making it very hard to take out or put in contacts. The space has been made non functional all so it looks good in a picture. My shower experience was the worst Ive ever had in a hotel and I once had to bath out of a bucket with water I heated on a stove. Plus the hotel has major structural issues in the front rooms but they have been covered up by the low end face lift.

The people at the front desk were accommodating and knowledgeable. Housekeeping helped us with a few needs and were very pleasant. I really appreciated the breakfast choices and the cleanliness. We'll come again.

January 2026 update: There is demolition and construction going on in the lobby. Breakfast has been moved to a temporary area. The rooms in the back section are closed for construction. Property will be renamed to Comfort Inn.

Clean rooms for the older building. Worked well for a quick night passing through.

It was an okay place to spend the night. The room was clean except for the vent over the shower that had deep gunk climbing out of the vent.

Everything was fine however after booking a pet friendly room and not being notified that pets had to be declared at check in I was charged an additional fee.

It’s like they painted over a smoked filled room and you could still smell the smoke. The bed was comfortable though at least.

Tub in room could have been cleaned it wasn’t bad to stay there everything else was clean breakfast pancakes were rock hard even then new ones that were brought out eggs were watery/rubbery yogurt was good coffee wasn’t excellent it was a great place to stay overnight convenient location close to shopping/food/fuel

Breakfast was good. Ac/heater 1st floor,2 floor elevator all smelt of mold, burning rubber. It made me sick ,bed was hard as a rock . Then a old man in lobby said me &my husband were noisey my husband is dead I'm single. For the staff to allow this is harassment is crap. Will not ever return.

We got in late and were greeted in a professional manner in which made our arrival enjoyable. We were offered coffee or tea an instructed in a preofessional manner what to expect in the morning breakfast and check out.

Room was small but clean. Next to a gas station so it was a bit loud. But over all, nice stay.

I kind of wished we would’ve gotten fresh sheets at least once during our trip and we had incessant banging and footsteps for the final three days of our trip at all hours of the day and night. Our three year old really struggled to nap and to sleep at night as well as us because the noise was so incredibly loud and constant.

At first appearance from the outside we were a little apprehensive, especially given the surroundings. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the hotel and our room. We definitely feel like we got more than our money’s worth. Great value!

Sheets and everything were very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was perfect and a huuuuuge bonus while traveling with two teenagers with bottomless stomachs. Ability to sit downstairs early in the am and have coffee and watch news while rest of the crew slept was wonderful. The hotel is under construction so some things appear to still not have been upgraded and the outside is, well, a more industrial area of Post Falls. I think it is mostly reflected in the price though and I'm giving them grace while they go through construction.

The pictures and the ratings are a joke. The property is old dirty and the breakfast was horrible. I had the sausage gravy biscuits, bacon, and eggs. The only thing palatable with the scrambled eggs. The bacon was undercooked the gravy on the biscuits was just unpleasant tasting. Overall the worst breakfast at any hotel I've ever had. Won't ever return to this property.

While the free breakfast was a perk we were looking forward to, only 1 of the 4 of us actually liked it, and opted to eat elsewhere the second day.

Reasonable cost (nightly) and comfortable room overall. Pool is typically occupied (families) and no jacuzzi available. Breakfast is a nice feature (add), and rooms (and beds) are comfortable, although not particularly modernized. Black out curtain is a nice feature and check-in/out was easy and made pleasant (by staff).

Just off I90. Clean, room is renovated, check in was fast and friendly.

The property was not well kept, the handle to the door to the room was broken, the light with outlets on the desk did not work, the light cover in the bathroom was missing showing a dirty fan and accessible wiring,

Overall it’s a place to sleep and have a breakfast (bacon looked fake). Can’t be mad at the spring mattress quality for the price we paid but prepare yourselves physically. Our comforter had dirt stains and a couple holes on it so there’s my rating on the cleanliness. The area the hotel was located in wasn’t the worst but definitely didn’t make you feel like taking a stroll outside.

The hotel was directly across the street from the water. It was an easy walk to get to the large park, lighthouse, and visitor centers, and it was very pretty at low tide. I was given a choice of the fro t or back of the property and picked the fro t for the view. Our room was on the end and our total view was of the staircase and a bit of the building with the restaurant. The breakfast was fairly standard, but sufficient. The pool was OK, but the bathroom was dirty. I imagine it's difficult to maintain when there's wet kids using it. The staff seemed fairly neutral about their job, you'd think a nice welcoming smile would made customers and themselves feel better about the day. I didn't like the fact that there were people that had a u-haul trailer set up in the parking lot which they'd gather around smoking and dri king and throwing a ball which hit my vehicle rental (I changed parking spots after that). We were only able to stay the first night of our two night stay because there was a tsunami warning at about 8:30pm which was effective until further notice so we ended our vacation to California and drove all night back home.

Inexpensive and clean.

Had a noise complaint from a room below us, 5 minutes being in the room. Had plenty of noises ourselves from the other rooms probably because walls are paper thin. Neighbors next door seemed to have influenza A,B and C because the coughing did not stop. Not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good. Stay was good. Staff was good. Check out was good.

We had a good stay at this property. Our room did got get cleaned the day before of our departure ( we did not have our do not disturb sign on our door).

Its by truck stop so little noise. Pool could use to be cleaned & tended better.

Great experience! Nice continental breakfast. Not too far from Silverwood theme park. AC made the room so comfortable. Will come here again to try the pool. We didn’t have time but looks nice!

Crowbar marks on doors and filthy!

We pre booked and prepaid for the hotel stay for July 11-14th. Upon arrival and a few hours after checking in, we needed to cancel. We were willing to pay for the first night even though we didn’t even stay and had checked out a few hours after checkin. The front staff stated that since we had prepaid we would need to negotiate with Expedia and the General Manager. I called a few times between Expedia and the hotel and was told to let Expedia negotiate it. A week went back and the General Manager refused to refund the cancellation. Here’s a lesson to folks, don’t stay at Sure Stay Post Falls or don’t pre-pay through Expedia. Typically you can cancel and only be responsible for a night of the stay. We won’t be referring this hotel to family or friends for our future stays in town. The one positive was the lady in the front desk was friendly and as helpful as she could be.

Room was nice, lobby was very nice. The elevator was dirty and room doors let in to much noise from the hallway. Why is the doorway for the elevator so small?

Overall for a quick night stop on the road it’s doable but it’s not luxury by a long shot.

The hotel was clean, and front staff were friendly. The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed 3 nights, and the ONLY change was from sausage to bacon. No waffle maker. And they don't have enough breakfast room seating for the guests, leaving many people standing to eat. The floor in all of the rooms is a cheap laminate, so you can hear anyone above & next to you walking around all night, making it difficult to sleep. We do a lot of traveling and overall, we would likely try different future lodging.

Only issue is they need much better blinds. I wake up real early, but my wife and kid do not and even with blind closed our room was like daylight by 4:45 AM. Also odd but whenever I stay in this town by room keys to to be reprogrammed all the time. Not just here at all. We stay in the area one a year and happens everytime if Post falls. Travel a lot and this is only city it happens in.

It was a nice stay, easy, felt safe and the bed was really comfortable!

- The lack of a working fan left the bathroom mirror fogged up. The thick window shades kept out the morning sunlight.

Set of washer and dryer for the entire property. Plus, you couldn’t control the time on the dryer. You just had to guess the time and power.

The staff were amazing, they went the extra mile on all our request whether it was a room change, or resetting the e-cards or helping us to better understand what appeared to be an additional charge. Room 250 was quiet and clean.

Basic hotel, no frills. Our room was without hot water the first night and the shower did not work. The hotel did get us another room at no cost the next day but we had to pack up and move rooms. Found out the hotel was doing work that day.

I would not say this is motel was up to my standard normally staying at Best Western plus.

Room was good enough, but common areas are run down, and pool didn't open until 9 am (after we'd left), which was disappointing for the kids.

The hotel was okay overall—nothing stood out as particularly impressive. The breakfast was average, decent enough to get the day started but nothing memorable. I requested clean towels during my stay but never received them, which was disappointing. Service could definitely be improved.

Very old. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Sink in bathroom was filthy as was the bathtub. Fixtures had to be original. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Had to park a long way away from my room.

This place was very nice and clean. The only problem was other people. So loud all night, 3 out of 4 nights. Did not sleep well. Also delicious breakfast.

Stayed 5 nights have been coming here for many years getting rid of the waffles was a mistake people with childern always loved the waffles eating the same breakfast options for 5 days was awful the only change was sausage or bacon the sausage gravy was not very good either, this stay was disappointing

Breakfast the following morning was good also, but was a little tight squeeze with so many guests. They offered biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, pancakes, muffins and yogurt. Overall I was very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return.

Not super great overall but great for the price. Definitely would stay again if I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. A good bargin.

Phones in rooms did not work and desk clerk was not concerned about this at all! The facility was poorly maintained, tub stained, toilet paper holder falling off wall. Carpet had holes in it. Chair in room had holes in it.... dirt in corners and along walls. Phone in room did not work and desk clerk aware but inconcerned... Before Expedia has a facility on their list of hotels i think you should be aware of conditions!

The staff has always been great

It is close to my customer's address, so it is very convenient. All the waitresses are friendly. It is easy to get food near this hotel.

I stayed in the area for a week. Staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind. The breakfast was a big deal for me and I thought it was better than most places! I used the heated pool everyday and had it mostly to myself. My room always was kept clean and restocked. Located near some gas stations and truck stops, which I liked having right across the street despite some noise. Overall, great experience.

The staff at the front desk was excellent and help me zip up my dress for an event.

My only complaint is the water wasn't hot enough when I took my shower.

The whole time we stayed none of the outdoor trash was changed (overflowing) cigarette cans full with butts all over the ground, dog poop everywhere

The hotel is older but laminate floors that were clean in the room. Showrr had good pressure and was hot quickly. It was quiet and they had plenty of room to park our long truck and trailer.

Not impressed with cleanliness or comfort. Showerhead leaked, both the sink and shower drains were very slow to drain, air vent above showerhead was filthy, live cockroack spotted at night in the bathroom. Interior door handle on front door needs to be repaired and comforter and towels felt cheap and thin.

The room had a weird musty smell to it. The bed was terrible, quite hard and could feel individual springs. The outlets were in inconvenient places. No usb or power outlets on the end tables like I have seen more and more in hotels and motels. The tv remote was incompatible with the tv and didn’t function fully. The toilet kept running every 5-10minutes. Had to get key card reactivated because it stopped working. They had a back entrance door with a card reader that didn’t lock the door so it felt unsecured. Shower was ok. Breakfast was ok but have had better. I will avoid this motel in the future.

We found multiple hairs and stains in the bed, gross!

Was nice and quiet and the staff was super courteous. However, the heater filters were disgusting and i had to rinse them out. Other than that, the room was nice.
