This is our go to place to stay when we come up to visit our kids.

Everything was good! Comfortable bed! Wasn’t crazy about the breakfast! No bacon and eggs were semi cold!

We arrived late and it was an easy check in and a good night’s sleep :)

Nothing.....I never went there on the dates that you or your computer program selected. I needed a room on Wednesday, June 3, but when the confirmation came in, the date assigned for my reservation was May 31.were ultimately You could have respected the date I selected on the Booking. com program ie. June 3.

Great hotel near local attractions for a great price. If your just looking for a place to crash after a day of exploring, this is the perfect spot.

But the staff at the hotel was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. I also liked that when I called the front desk, somebody answered and the phone in the room worked. The last couple places (not this hotel chain) I have stayed either the phone didn’t work to call the front desk or no one answered.

Great check in! Allowed us to check in an hour early….excellent customer service by the front desk clerk….Room was modern, and spotless….no elevator for second floor….we enjoyed the Spa/hot tub…..water was crystal clear. Excellent breakfast and again great choices.

It was lovely. They had a wonderful breakfast that was always stocked in the morning. Bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. And it was literally a 15 minute walk away from Viking Fest, which was our reason for being in town.

Very nice room, clean, quiet, located close to restaurants, downtown Poulsbo, good base for excursions to nearby Olympic Peninsula destinations - Port Gamble, Hansville, Bainbridge Island, Silverdale etc. Breakfast was better than average, just not quite "restaurant quality". The hot items (Cheese Omelet (meh), bacon (very good), sausages and patties (ok) were prepared and kept hot. Lots of carbohydrate rich items - muffins, cereal, prepare your own waffles, fruit, yoghurt etc. So quite a variety, just not as much on the "healthy" side. However, nice to have it available and not having to rush out first thing in the morning to find a breakfast restaurant.

Super fast check in process! The staff was great! The property is super close to downtown Poulsbo. The free breakfast was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast, hot coffee, beds comfortable, nice rooms the only draw back was the chairs in the room was wood and no cushions so you couldn't sit on them very long.

We appreciated the excellent front desk staff, clean room, and convenience to other places on the Olympic Peninsula. We did not try the breakfast or the hot tub due to our tight schedule.

The room is fine nothing special everything is a little dated and walls are paper thin. Also there is no breakfast or were we not told about it or the times available when we checked in. Would not recommend.

We stayed during the Viking fest.our room was very clean and the bed was wonderfully made with a great mattress. The breakfast was really nice with sausage, omelette, waffles, boiled eggs and a variety of muffins, etc. we used the hot tub each night and found it so refreshing with the cleanliness and number of people it can hold. It has a variety of shopping and eating businesses around it and we walked to town each day we were there. The bathroom was beyond small. Very difficult to move in but it was clean and good pressure in the shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good beds. The breakfast options were great. However, our room was bit run down. You can tell the lobby and breakfast space has been redone, hopefully the rooms are next.

I stay here every time I'm in Poulsbo for teaching or seminars. I especially love the Great breakfast service and the friendly the front desk staff.

Only stayed one night so I couldn't use the soaking tub (but I will next stay) and got up too late for breakfast. This location is an excellent value.

Hot Tub needs a bit of maintenance. The jets shoot up not out. The water temp was pretty good just the laundry room door was open in front of the spa

After our 2 stay stay, our large dog's rate was cut from $90 to $30. What a wonderful surprise. We'll be back again!

Room next door was extremely noisy at night but the manager helped us change rooms for remainder of stay.

The property was much nicer than I had expected. The rate was very reasonable, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the amenities were clean and as expected. I did not use the hot tub, however so many people enjoying it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok for the price, bathroom extremely small and if you have a dog be prepared they require you to take your dog with you they cannot be left in the room when you go out.

The room was smaller than expected, but I guess for a hotel very close to the airport, this may be expected. The room was clean and all three front desk people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little average with less than good tasking juices and standard link sausage, scrambled egg circles and such.

Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 to 10 am and it closed today at 9:30. When I approached the staff person (regular person) regarding why early closure, she was confused and thought it was 10 so I showed her clock which clearly said 9:30. To her credit she tried to give me the breakfast items she had available. Another couple came in at 9:45 and no breakfast. I note that my experience today was highly unusual. She was the regular staff person and has always done an excellent job, even accommodating people coming for breakfast at 9:55. I was concerned about her since she seemed confused regarding the time which is strange for an excellent employee, who always in the past has been great. I talked to the front desk at check out about my concern, especially over the confusion she had. My review above is not to get her “in trouble “, but appeal to someone to help her. She has always been very acommodating in the past and I would consider her an excellent employee.

They do not take cash for payment of room. The room was extremely dark. Painted brown and green.

The hotel was very clean the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the hot tub/spa was great. The breakfast was a extremely excellent. The lobby washrooms were perfect. The hotel could improve by having fresh coffee throughout the day. Also there was no guest de button on the remote control making the TV a bit difficult to navigate for some people.

Our room on the first floor was very clean and tidy, two well made queen beds, that were firm, but not too firm -- but the pillows were kind of too soft and squishy. TV channels were limited and the bathroom/toilet area was tiny. But the breakfast room was pleasant and bright and the breakfast dishes a nice surprise with great sausage links, cheese filled egg omelets, and a waffle maker, along with the usual various pastries, juices, etc. They offered both regular coffee AND a jug of decaf, a nice surprise, as some places do not. All together, for the price of $139 plus the usual taxes, this was a good choice.

The staff were all great. The breakfast lady was a delight to talk to and she kept a very clean buffet. The room was big and clean. I was nervous bc it wasn’t a chain brand hotel, but I would for sure stay here again and recommend to friends.

My husband can't climb stairs so I requested a 1st floor room. We were put in a disabled room and when I questioned it, I was told that I did not pay enough for a different room. (I was not offered and I would have paid more.)This room was ridiculous. The bathtub was so high, I wonder how a person with disabilities could get over the side to shower. There is no counter by the sink and I don't think a person in a wheel chair could reach the faucets. The fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress and the bed was a size I haven't seen in a hotel in decades. Not a happy customer.

Staff! Very friendly with my 6 in a very nice professional way. Room cleaning offered each day (stayed 7 nights). Only add id make is towels for hot tub and maybe mats out there. Hot breakfast was very nice and so much better then most places with a plain continental that advertise as breakfast.

The staff was all welcoming and friendly. The facilities were clean and well-kept. There is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Getting to and from the room was difficult because of this, especially with luggage. This inconvenience should be more prominent when booking.

Great place to stay! Its a little dated but they do such a great job, it was clean the staff was Amazing! They were friendly and helpful the staff cleanjng rooms all had smiles and were doing a great job. All 3 of my rooms were clean and ready right on time. For context of my stay I was hosting a group of ladies for spa relaxing night and they also all were happy with the property. Can't wait until next year to do it again!

Really appreciated the location close to holiday shopping at small businesses on Front Street. And Sluys bakery!

Bad things: There was a thin blanket but no comforter on the beds, so we had to turn up the heat, which caused excessive dryness and dry mouth by morning. No elevator, and there were no rooms available on the first floor so we had to drag heavy bags up stairs (yes we could have asked for help, but price was already high). In our first room the toilet ran very slow and ultimately clogged. I borrowed a plunger (because it's just a clogged toilet, no big deal), but it took longer than It has ever taken me to clear another toilet to get that one to go down. Later, even with flushing first then adding paper before flushing, it clogged again. We changed rooms after the first day and the second room toilet ran slowly and clogged once too (even with flushing, then paper and flushing again). Carpets looked clean but were very dirty and soiled our socks when walking upon them. Cooked eggs, both hard boiled and folded omelets with very cheap yellow waxy tasting cheese were offered first two days, then no eggs after that. Room service only cleaned coffee pot 1 day & supplies for it 2days

This was a great place to stay! It was quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and, what I liked best was (only understood by people my age) the toilet height was taller, the bed height was shorter and there was only 1 TV remote!

This was a 2 night stay. The room was spacious, the small fridge had ample room, and the beds were comfortable. I had a great sleep both nights. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast held many options and was a decent spread, with the coffee actually tasting pretty good. Although we had dogs in the two rooms to one side of us, and a lot of yapping from them, we are not early sleepers and they did tire out by midnight, but I am not going to complain about that, just acknowledge. The lady at the front, as I mentioned it to her, said if I had wanted, I would have been moved without issue, and willingly and positively accepted the information I mentioned at check out (as I said, it wasn't an issue for us, and was only giving a heads up for possible future guests). I would absolutely stay here in the future.

Staff super nice, Our room was nice and Clean. The hotel is nice and kept up, outside as well. It needs some updates and minor repairs & tile/shower updates, in the rooms, at least our jacuzzi room. When we left for the day and came back into the hotel room, it was heavy smell of chlorine. We never ran the tub. King size bed, but sheets didn’t fit well and kept coming off. And, I’m a pillow girl, they NEED NEW ones. Toilet Slllooowww flushing. So not that’s not that big of a deal. LOVED THE OUTSIDE HOT TUB! Hubby took Soak in the rain bout 50 degrees, he said felt amazing. The property was really pretty, especially, out our back view. Didn’t hear anyone in the halls, if they were walking or our neighbors if tv was on or off they were talking. Loved that privacy too. We would def stay again, convenience to our daughter and the town was exceptional!

I've stayed here several times throughout the last few years, and what really bothers me, is the non welcoming nor warm greeting upon arrival. I'm a very warm friendly person and when I have to stay here it's because one of my dogs is at the emergency vet up the road.. so a warm friendly smile and welcome would just mean so much... but I never received that here. Otherwise, the breakfast staff is nice and location is fine

Friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. If you're up for a short walk, it's easy to get to Front street for shopping and festivities. Dining options are mostly strip mall locations, but there are hidden gems. I couldn't give 5 stars because the hot tub was a disappointment. The water temp is tepid and it's located in the parking lot at the back of the hotel.

I used the Guesthouse Inn for clients from out of town and they loved the place. They did not get to check out many of the available amenities but the room was immaculate so I imagine everything else would be good quality as well. I presonally loveded the location as it's convenient to shopping, public transportation, restaurants, historic downtown Poulsbo and the waterfront by car or by foot. I will most definitely use this place again for visiting clients or family.

I liked the hotel it was clean and the breakfast area was kept up. Staff was courteous and offered assistance. Note: If you have difficulty with stairs, please book a 1st floor room as this hotel does not have an elevator. (I had a lot of items that I had to bring to my room on the second floor and they offered to help shuttle items up to it since I couldn't use the luggage trolley)

Not the first time here and certainly not the last!

The room looked a little dated but it was clean and it smelled nice. The room was serviced during my stay (something other hotels I have stayed in have stopped doing since COVID) so it was a delightful surprise to return to my room to find it tidied and made up.

Staff very friendly. Our room was located on the first floor near a back exit to accommodate our dog. It’s an older motel but well maintained and quiet. Breakfast offering was good, similar to many hotels with self-serve eggs, sausage, juice, toast, muffins, coffee. Our only complaint was that the carpeted floor was damp and smelled of bleach for the three days we were there.

Cute little hotel in Poulsbo with great customer service and staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I thought by the photo it was in a more rural location but it was in town with a bunch of stores surrounding it.

The room was large and bed/bedding very comfortable and clean.

This is a weird little property but the location was what I needed. No elevator and I was told that the room I reserved was only available on the second floor. Now i am 78 and in good shape but that was a stretch for me after a full day of travel from TN to WA.

We were very pleased with our room and the entire facility. Breakfast was also good-not many places serve omelets and bacon. We were able to walk our dog right behind the property. Great value all around .

Hotel was clean. Oriental staff was very conscientious about meeting our needs when a hair dryer failed. Breakfast room was very nice with expected breakfast items. Hotel was convenient for our needs and reasonably priced.

Water damage in bathroom, door had water damage at bottom. very noticable

There was no internet because of a disruption in the area..we were not informed prior to checking in and for the price of the room it was not worth it. No elevators , the a/c was old and barely blowing so only the area by the ac was cool , the ceiling was all patched from I assume water damage. The bathrooms are literally 4 ft of space and outdated as was the room. The refrigerator would almost top out of the cabinet when you opened it. The shower head was super low and no water pressure. Despite no internet for our way , no comps were offered. The room did not feel clean and one sheet had a blood stain on it, ??

I’m not tall (5’4”j, but my partner is 6’3”. The vanity top and toilet were uncomfortably low, even for me. We had not requested an ADA room, so I really can’t complain.

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel many times while visiting our grandkids in Poulsbo. The staff is very friendly and caring and strives to meet every need. The continental breakfast is very nice with a cozy little breakfast room.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious, the hotel was very pretty and very convenient to town. Loved it!

This hotel was not necessarily dirty but was definitely in need of maintenance. The lighting in the room was very dim, wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, walls were stained & paint was chipping. The carpeting and paint on the walls don't match - looks like they just got whatever was cheapest & threw in there. The 2nd night we were there the room next to us kept their TV on all night and we couldn't sleep. I'm not sure how this hotel had an excellent rating on Expedia - Definitely won't be back to this place.

Friendly staff. Bathroom needs a refresh. Bed linens are worn out. Breakfast items were out of stock, or just not stocked. Overall, an okay place.

Great place to stay, quiet, friendly staff, room nice and roomy, great location. Breakfast was great, egg and cheese omlets with sausage, Belgium Waffles, Coffee, OJ, and apple juice, and much more to have. I would recommend this place.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The decor was a bit dated but the location is convenient and within walking distance of downtown Poulsbo.

Clean & very nice hotel staff

The wonderful gal at the front desk was courteous and friendly despite my being a tired grumpy old man! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a nice clean dining room to enjoy it in. The room was comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to another stay in the future.

I usually stay here when i'm in Poulsbo for training or business, and i really like the convenience of the hotel being so close to restaurants, the waterfront, etc.

Everything was clean and amenities were nice. The walls are thin, I could hear people above us walking and doors shutting seemed loud. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The property was nice and the bed comfy. The only issue we had was the bathroom. It was so small the toilet is crammed up against the wall making it a bit challenging to use, especially if you are a woman.

Good for the money

The check in was very easy and quick. The staff was great too. I asked for an early check in too. The only thing I would have to say was bad was the smell. It was like a musty smell and was unpleasant.

Although relatively “clean”, property had a damp smell to the room. Was supposed to stay 2 nights, but only could manage one night of the 2 night stay.

This property has comfortable rooms. Close to downtown Note there are no elevators

The hotel was clean but could use a little TLC. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The check in process was quick and friendly. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff was friendly, positive, respectful, polite and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Furniture appeared inexpensive and worn. Surrounding was good. Cost hood.

The hallways were over heavily scented though. They could use some better pillows, but other than that it was a nice place to stay

The staff were friendly, very nice area close to the downtown. I had requested the room that no pets were there because I am allergic to pets, but the room I stayed I can smell pets odors. I had to sleep with wearing mask. I wished they were shampoo the carpet after the pets left.

The bathroom was on the smaller end due to the age of the building but no really problem.

Bathroom is so small and bathroom vent is noisy.

There were plenty of outlets for all of our electronics and the wifi was very reliable. Breakfast was good and for a reasonable time period. Rooms were quiet. The beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful.

We loved the hot tub and the hotel room! Beds were a bit too firm but the place was tidy and a great price! We’ll def come back it’s super close to downtown!

The so called 'Premier Suite with kitchenette' is just a regular hotel room. An average one at that but expensive like a real suite. The only difference is an extra sink. Don't book if you're looking for a separate sleeping space for your kids.

We've stayed here multiple times as it's close enough to Clearwater Casino (and definitely cheaper than staying at the resort) and close to historic Poulsbo. Staff has always been wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a nice quiet area. Nothing fancy but has all you need. They could put some new carpet in the hallways I think it’s getting a bit smelly musty, could be time for a light reno.
