Breakfast is limited but just ok to get by

Thought your little dining area could be larger. And wished that the air conditioner could have stayed on consistently instead of on and off on and off on and off. Also, we had difficulty figuring out how to turn two lights on.

This hotel is totally adequate, clean and maintained fairly well. It is a bit older but we found the rooms updated with new sinks, furniture and bath.

The bed was sloped and I could feel the springs. The shower had what looked like make-up smeared on the wall. I tried making coffee in the room with the provided coffee and it came out lighter than church coffee. I was expecting something nicer from a Ramada-Wyndham hotel.

The TV is not working. Telephone doesn't work ants all round bedrooms. It stinks by restroom smells. Call two times nobody knows to fix anything. I was very disappointed.

Not great at all!! Room phone not connected and told by desk "not plugged in because not working". Bathroom lighting issue upon check told by desk they were "already aware but had no more light bulbs". End table lamps cel phone charging outlets not working. Bathroom had dirty stains on wall that I cleaned myself. First morning during sleeping, awakened rudely by grounds staff leaf blower outside room window at 7:20AM.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hotel was fine. Nothing special but nothing bad. The internet was a problem but rectified quickly.

Not a pleasant experience. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The microwave was not working in one room, the pillows were all half size so we could not sleep properly, the breakfast items were not being refilled so a lot of items were out and we were not able to enjoy breakfast and the breakfast host was not at all hospitable. Probably would not be returning to this hotel and not even recommending to my friends.

I couldn’t use the microwave because it would trip the outlet and we lost power. The outlets in the lamps did not work so charging our phones was not convenient. No coffee cups in our room so I couldn’t make coffee in the room. Also no working outlet for the coffee pot. Coffee and waffles in the breakfast area was very good. There was a $10 charge for our 2nd car.

Bed sheets would not stay on. Bed Staff was loud and noisy in the morning waking everyone up.On busy night hard to find a place to park. Pool was dirty And the room needed Alot of repair Holes in the wall a/c just barely hanging on the wall. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Ramada is a nice place as a last resort in my opinion, beds were not very comfortable room wasn’t dirty but wasn’t exactly clean staff was very nice and attended us very well overall place is okay but I personally would not come back.

The parking waa adequate and seemed well lit. My refrigerator made a lot of nice during the night so I unplugged it. I flagged housecleaning to come in while I was gone during the day but they never came in. Otherwise everything was more than adequate. I didn't have time in the morning to enjoy the breakfast and could not rate it.

The bed was very comfortable. I was there nine weeks and ate breakfast once. It is VERY minimal. I found direct tv adequate, but it would be nice to have a little manual on it provided in the room. For example, I worked very hard to get closed captions and had no luck until someone who knew the trick showed me that it was in the settings on the remote.

Lets be honest, this is a motel turned into a hotel. First off, room smelled like mildew as soon as I entered. The floor was dirty. I could feel the dirt under my feet and really noticed when i got into the shower. The AC barely worked. The AC unit was held together with actual duct tape! The front door barely closed. I would not recommend staying here and wont ever be staying at a Ramada by Wyndham ever again.

El desayuno es muy básico (yo no lo llamaría desayuno), la habitación es amplia y cómoda, el establecimiento y los alrededores se sienten seguros, mi viaje era por 4 noches y terminamos extendiendo la estadía a 6 noches. Me entregaron la habitación muy limpia, el único pero es que tienen una politica de aseo de 3 niveles (1 toallas, 2 room refresh y 3 full clean every 3thrd day), en resumen y aunque se los pedí expresamente (cambiar algunas toallas y sacar la basura) no hicieron nada de eso hasta el 4 día.

Not a good night's sleep. Room and bathroom were quite clean but beds had only thin covers and three strange, small square pillows per bed. AC was loud and blew way to strong even on low so we turned it off. First impression of entry and parking area were concerning (I might not have stayed if I hadn't already paid). Can hardly call it breakfast. Just cereal two kinds Frosted Flakes and raisin flakes that’s it. A waffle maker with nothing to peal it off. Milk from a large drink jug in a small fridge that looks 15 years old. Couple of fruits literally 1 orange and 1 apple. People would walk in look at the options and walk away. The room had weird noises all night coming from the fridge and ac. Kids struggled to sleep with the noises. Staff was ok. Felt like the same service you get at a 7-Eleven. Not much just enough.

I have to say the staff was nice and were mostly accommodating, but the room condition was poor. I’m glad the bedding was fresh, but walls and bathroom were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre. Dry cereals and waffles. Minimum fruit and yogurt. I’m glad that was there at least.

The staff were mostly curt and rude. They also sprung a $100 security deposit at check in, in spite of months in advance booking. These sort of last minute security charges are frustrating, offputting, and explotative. If a hotel is going yo do that they need to make it expressly clear they will in the listing or don't do it at all. They also charged me for a foldout bed for 5 days in spite of the fact that they didn't have it ready on the first night staying there.

The Ramada by Wyndham delivered as promised. The rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was stocked and not crowded and the pool was beautiful. For the price, this property is ideal for anyone who just needs a base to regroup.

Had a mostly positive experience with this location. Got a text to do a check- in before arriving to save time... then they just asked the same info when I got there so didn't need to do that. Everything in the room was clean and worked fine: hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Wasn't a fan of the desk chair in the room; it looks like a basic chair, but leans back far and way too easy. We almost fell off it every time we sat there. I liked that they had Dove products available in the rooms instead of generic tiny bottles. We didn’t use the pool, but the water looked nice. Breakfast isn't super fancy, but did just enough to help my group save some money overall on our trip. It included a waffle maker, cereal, toast, packaged pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea.

I explored the neighborhood and noticed every possibly store was in walking distance or travel distance. From dollar tree to target. And Breakfast too. I am definitely returning back in the summer. For the beaches, parks, and the cute neighborhood. It felt like I was at home.Thank you for having me.

Feels like a side road motel. Breakfast is scarce, break rooms in mediocre industrial buildings have better options. Cereal, toast, coffee, and the only “premium” option was the waffle maker… that was literally it!!! I thought Ramada was high in the economy section of hotels but Comfort Inn and Quality Inn are waaaaayyyy better options.

Rooms needs updates, walls dirty, doors with a lot of chips. Lack of choice for breakfast.

Good experience for a last minute room

The room had bugs in it, they looked like small roaches. The TV kept buffering which was very annoying. We left a day early and they refused to refund us for the second day. We went to the Hampton Inn and it was a much better stay. I will never recommend that hotel.

I would recommend staying here, Poway/Miramar is a great place if you are stopping in San Diego. You are not too far from anything you would need. Rooms were clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Walls were thin with noisy neighbors in the morning when trying to sleep. A bit of a dingy remodel. Pics look better than what it looks like in person. Overall, was a decent price. I did like there was no carpet.

Extremely simple check-in system to enter details before arriving for quick processing and entry, which conveniently can be sent via text and email, applying as well with the checkout process. Ample towels and toiletries.

The door could feel a little bit more secure, there was a gap between the door and the wall, I was traveling alone as a woman and that made me feel a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was good for the price. The bed was super comfortable and clean, no bugs anywhere not even a moth. Parking I was able to park right in front of my room which I liked.

Room was clean, parking area was a lil narrow, pool was small but decent has a grill which was a major plus one ice machine which is right next to the office, we only stayed 2 days but housekeeping didn’t come to our room maybe if requested they wud have. Room had a smart tv which is able to get Netflix prime video tubi etc.. check in was easy and fast the front desk person treated me weird and watched our every move when we came out of our room even came out of the office to watch us at the pool and when we unpacked our belongings made me a bit offended but we still enjoyed our time in our room would recommend for a decent place to rest your head very convenient had food places and stores within walking distance.

My experience at the Ramada was very terrible I drove 30 minutes after work arrived about at 7:38 p.m. only to be told by the front desk attendant they had canceled my reservation stating that I was supposed to be in the room by 5:00 p.m. however I argue the fact that on the website and majority of hotels check-ins starts at 3:00 p.m. and goes to about 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. at night me arriving at 7:30 p.m. was more than enough time the front desk attendant did not make any attempt to try to accommodate me he stated that he would try he didn't even look in the computer to see if there were any rooms available he just looked at me and told me that he didn't have anything for me and that they were completely booked which I found out later was a complete lie I will never patronize your mother ever again my experience was horrible and I spent the next 3 hours trying to find some place to stay for the night

The bathroom sink had a really nasty smell when you turned the water on. Weird that it didn't translate to the shower or toilet, so we used shower water to brush our teeth.

Checked in just fine, went to our room and there was a strong bad odor. We found it was coming from the sink, the pipes. We turned on the air and tried to open windows and it didnt go away. I messaged the property and they came by to pour cleaner down the sink, nothint changed the smell. They said i couldnt get a new room since no vacancy and couldnt give me a refund for the room until checkout. When i go to check out, they say i have to call in the morning since the manager is out. I contact the property and they denied my refund. Will not be back!

I checked out on July 23 and i still haven’t had my deposit from my credit card released. I called them, they said to contact my bank because it was released on their end. I contacted my bank and they tried to force release it but they said the hotel hasn’t released it. I called Ramada again, they said they will email me a screen shot of the money being released. I still haven my received that email ! So frustrating! Best not to stay there at all

The room was not cleaned well. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. There was no coffee pot. And only 1 regular coffee. When the sunk was turned on, water ran from the side and then started dripping intobthe floor if you did not place a wash cloth beside the faucet.

You can tell that they remodeled the room with paint and hardwood floors. But the floors were dirty and the cabinet that the TV was on around the bottom area you could tell an animal chewed all along it. One night we had a roach in the bathroom, killed it and flushed it. In the office area where they have free breakfast the first morning going in there at 6:10 and they opened at 6 AM. It was very dirty. The waffle maker had a bunch of burnt stuff in it. There was three containers that had pancake batter in it just sitting there. There was crumbs all over the counter and one morning there was even a mattress right there in the hallway that was connected to the eating area by the coffee machine. The guys at the front desk were busy on their phone instead of cleaning the eating area. And there was nobody in there so clearly this was from the day before. The outside is very old-fashioned and the parking lot was pretty rough looking. While sitting there, I looked up at reviews and I see a lot of the same complaints on those reviews.

Ants in the bathroom. Bathroom sink drain had a smell that made me gag when brushing my teeth. I asked for a ground level room in a message ahead of arrival because my wife has knee issues but we were given a second level that used stairs for access. Parking area was uneven and not easy to navigate with mobility issues.

If you want to stay somewhere just outside of the city. Where quiet is at a premium and affordable. Ramada hotel is the place. Just a 20 minute drive from the airport. It seems like you’re a long way from the city. But you near most attractions within a 20 minute drive.

They said they cleaned our room but our feet were black from all the dirt.

It was a good value fornthe price. The room clean and spacious but a little dated. There was a small frige and microwave for convenience. It was putdoor room entry so no elevators for the disabled and the only ice machine that I found was near the check- in are a which was a little walk away. Overall, it was good fornthe price point.

We asked for a refund and they said we couldn't have one since it was late and couldn't find a room last minute we stayed the night. We woke up with a bunch of big bug bites and I got one on my foot. My foot got so swollen and had to take antibiotics and ice it for the swelling to go down. I let the staff know that night and the following day about these issues. They simply did not care and said they were not able to help us. The issues found and the disrespect of the staff was not professional or acceptable.

I checked in and dropped my stuff off, then left for a family event. Returned around 10 PM. There was a slight sewage smell that got worse as the night progressed until it was unbearable. The air conditioner was so loud that it sounded like an airplane taking off from the foot of the bed. I decided not to stay the three nights that I had booked. When I checked out they informed me that they had already charged my credit card for the 3 nights and refused to refund the 2 nights I didn't stay. Altogether a horrible, dirty, old, smelly place.

Let's see: The TV didn't work properly which made watching extremely frustrating. The signal continually faded out and popped back in a second or so later. When I tried to call the front desk to ask about the TV I discovered that the in-room phone was inoperative. This was confirmed by the desk clerk Raj. Also, the chair by the desk was broken in a dangerous way. When leaning back there wasn't any support which could easily result in falling backwards. And, a light bulb was out on the desk lamp. Raj and Rosario were excellent!

The front desk was an experience that I would want to forget. Person was not to friendly, was in a rush to leave, wasn’t personable. Other than that it was not to bad.

Please has a small refrigerated and make a lot of noise. I do not recommend this place overpriced for that room. Lots of noise.

For the price, this could’ve been better. In fact, the only good part about it was the shower. The bathroom remodel looks great. The rest? Not so much. There’s very limited parking, very limited lighting, and if there are no rooms available on the first floor, anyone who has an issue with stairs will find this problematic very quickly. I can’t speak for the entire hotel, but my TV remote only turned the TV on and off. Even though I asked about it multiple times, there was never an answer. also, I’m not sure what’s going on, but it seems as if there may be a cell reception blocker. Hard to say, though. The bed was fine, the pillows were too small, but they worked fine and I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. The only staff on site is the cleaning person and a front desk attendant. I should mention, the front desk attendant does not show you where your room even is. You simply look up your number, and figure it out. This much I can say: I won’t be returning because for the price you pay, it’s not worth it. No TV, spotty Internet, seemingly very little customer service, and no parking for anything bigger than a small car, and even that is a very limited space.

The property in real is different than what photos are trying to portray. The property is dirty and dangerous. We saw someone with a helmet slamming the door to a room open and shut several times. There was weed smell all over. Not a place to be at with family.

I booked for a King size bed. Upon arrvining and checking, i get to my room. Im told that the website automatically selected a double queen bed for me. He, then, told me that there's no more rooms available. I reminded him that my reservation online said there was 1 king left and allowed me to selectively choose 1 king size bed. He did his magic on rhe computer and im suddenly switched to a king size. The bed made so much noise, what sounded like a thin and hollow metal foundation underneath. I did end up leaving my cosmetic bag in the previously booked room. I called for it and im told ill be contacted back through my contact info after housekeeping was contacted. I still have not heard from them. Last time i will ever book here.

Super easy check in. We had the bottom floor which was so convenient. Room was very clean, we went to breakfast one day, it was ok, we’re not big eaters so it was perfect for us. I was visiting my son so didn’t really look around that area much, but had a lot of stores around. Would definitely stay again.

The property is in need of an upgrade, the room we stayed in was pretty old and had a weird smell. The toilet lid and the toilet it self was loose. We didn't complain because we stayed there for one night. The breakfast was pretty basic with no protein.

Staffs were not much friendly nor accommodating. I even ask for a simple wake up call but never done it.

Was good just breakfast was very limited

Stayed with a family of five. It was quiet, clean, staff was friendly, location is good, food was good!

Stay was very good. Relocating to area and need a place to feel comfortable staying. Staff is superb..Very quiet and a whole lot of eateries.

Pipes stink!! It’s a remodeled property and yes the room was clean but the smell was awful. They should have flushed the pipes as part of their remodel. It was nasty, I will never stay there again.

I will never go on this property again. The bathroom was stinking. There was something wrong the moment we put the heater /AC unit on the bathroom would start stinking. Unlivable conditions. The towels which were put in our room had stains on it. The staff was ok. The breakfast offered was so so basic. I will never go back, and you should not book it either. It's really cheap property.

Booked a room a month ahead for a 1king bed got to our room and they gave me 2 queen bed room. TV doesn’t work, people there are noisy and the refrigerator makes a clinking noise all night.

Very convenient location to our friends. Room conditions immaculate! Good quality of room service and reception/ desk manager. This is a great hotel at a very reasonable price. There was some some wi-fi issues perhaps from dampness from rain?

Overall the stay wasnt bad but i wouldnt stay again.

I booked a one night stay, I was ONE HOUR pass the cancellation period when I had to cancel due to being effected by the wildfires!! Did they care nope! They just want their money. They have no care in the world what is happening to their guest. I had 3 more nights reserve next month but you can forget that. What a terrible cold hearted place!

It's ok gives an extremely lame breakfast on a good note Jack in the Box is in the same parking lot.get a good breakfast there for about 10 bucks or less. The room is clean comfortable prices okay nothing special though it's a good price in the area.z
