This hotel was great to stay at! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the linens were fresh and crisp!

Older property needing a little love. Drape in my room were stained and dirty. Bathroom paint chipped. Breakfast was ok.

The check in experience was good. I forgot toothbrushes and the front desk graciously supplied them. Then, the bathroom light did not work. I called and reported it and was told ok. I checked if the repair would be made and was told a work order was in but it would not be completed during my stay so I requested a room transfer which was completed and I had to move to the other room without assistance from staff which i understand was limited. The 2nd room - the shower spigot was stuck and it took effort to turn on and turn off water. There were repairs needed throughout the building. The pool water was chilly. Breakfast was decent.

The burners for the kitchen werw also lopsided at an intense angle.

The price 224. For one night from 3pm to 12 next day...

Guadalupe makes the breakfast and it is delicious. You can tell it is made with great love and care. All the staff are very kind and the best of the best. The lower rating part is the hotel itself. A bit older and run down, rooms that need redoing compared to other hamptons, and apparently people have their cars broke in to there from time to time. Mine was not, though it’s harder to sleep at night when other reviews say they had stuff stolen. Police apparently patrol that area more often now. Overall okay stay- staff and food were amazing (all the staff deserve a raise especially Guadalupe) but facility itself is older

breakfast was "ok" i stayed last November and it was better then. To be clear it wasn't bad, just better the first stay.

The hotel is starting to look worn and in need of an upgrade. Carpets are looking worn, (bathrooms are not the best (tile with dirty grout, old fashioned bathtub). I always have considered Hampton Inn as among the best of the mid priced hotel chains.

Excellent breakfast with wonderful OJ, delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, and more. Room was spacious and clean. But if a website says they have a hot tub, don't believe it. The pool is partially inside and partially outside, but we didn't see a hot tub.

Property was dated and in poor repair. The staff was friendly and nice. It was next-door to a couple of dispensaries… I was advised not to leave anything unlocked as well… The front door to the property was locked after hours for security.

Very quick to book. Bed was comfortable enough. Next morning breakfast food was okay. Lady at the front counter was very nice. Location was useful to me, things seemed quiet enough. Bathroom was a bit of a nightmare. There was questionable stains around, and the shower mounted products smelled of human waste and had smears that looked of human waste too. Looked a lot like the bathroom didn't get cleaned between visitors.

We checked in late. The sink in bathroom did not drain. The flushing mechanism on the toilet was not working properly. We went to bed and told the front desk person in the morning. He told us he would tell maintenance. Whoever cleaned the bathroom had to notice the problem. I expect more from a Hampton Inn.

The manager did credit those fees, but I refuse to pay any parking lot fees. It’s not even a secure parking lot. You would’ve had a five star rating if not for trying to slip those fees in.

A fire alarm went off at 6:30am for some reason for about 5 minutes. This on New Years eve/day. So we all were up quite late/early in the morning and this destroyed everyones sleep. Why they gave us the room next to the elevator as the hotel was basically empty. So, there were people coming and going most of the nite. It was a noisy elevator.

Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendation for a restaurant that was very good. Breakfast hostess was very nice and wanted to make sure we had enough to eat. I love oatmeal. Housekeeping does a great job We liked it all!!

Not a very well kept Hampton Inn

I'm driving a motorhome and there was to heighth notice on the porticahere. Mold showing through bathroom caulking. 110v outlet pulled away from wall. Deceptive online info led me to believe I was booking direct with the property. Had to change dates and was charged for a night that I wasn't there. Booking.com caused that issue

The staff was so accommodating, going out of their way to help with many incidents with my elderly mother in a wheelchair. They definitely went above and beyond to meet our needs

Nice clean hotel

The staff was exceptional and the facility was very clean. The amenities were as expected. The parking lot was so dark that I couldn't see the ground i was walking on. This is dangerous and I was worried about the safety of my car outside, the possibility of falling, and my own safety. Also, im sorry to say that the coffee was terrible. I couldn't drink it and I need coffee in the morning to start my day. I tried the coffee in the room and it was just as bad. Bring your own coffee or expect to go out in the morning and bring a flashlight

No lights in the parking lot, stains everywhere in the room, trim falling off, disgusting bathrooms. Our vehicle was broken into and it is a known issue at this hotel that no one is warned about. A terrible reflection on the Hampton brand. I will never stay here again.

The property is well kept My truck was broken in to and about $1,000 worth of tools stolen. There are no cameras and it’s poorly lit. I’ll Pay more money to stay at a nicer place that is safer.

Some kind of pizza sauce or something on the sofa in the room. No one at the front desk in the morning. Cars in parking lot get broken into a fair amount. The hotel is nice, breakfast generous, but the location will keep us from returning.

Terrible experience

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as we would've liked but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Amazing stay!! Nice hot breakfast with many options! Kids enjoyed the chocolate waffles! Really family friendly!

The bathroom too small for more than 1 person! Felt like there should have been an office chair in room! The remote to TV only worked standing in front of TV very close! The remote had a piece of tape on it to hold back on!

Good Accommodations

An excellent hotel with clean rooms, great beds, quiet and close to the interstate. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We wanted to cancel the 2nd night but got caught in lies between the front desk and Expedia. I spend 100+ nights annually in hotels and will never stay in another Hampton Inn again nor will I ever use Expedia. No customer service at all and a worn down property. Shower tub leaked, hole in the wall, etc.

Needs updating

Wouldn’t choose this hotel to stay at in the future. Woke up early because someone left their pet unattended and was barking up a storm. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was standard fare but the attending staff was great.

The hotel was just okay, but it’s clearly in need of a full refurbishment. The furniture was old and scuffed, and my bed sheets were actually torn. The bathroom had outdated white tiling and a shower that was yellowing with age. Most shockingly, the hot tub was literally filled with dirt. Based on this experience, I’ll be avoiding Hampton Inns in the future.

Filthy! Room wasn’t ready for two hours. When we checked into our room, there were already guest in it . When we checked into our second room, it wasn’t cleaned. There was bedding all over towels all over trashes were full when we checked into our third room it was cleaned about 50% of the way beds were made at least.

Please get a little better pillows these were the worst hotel pillows ever, Walmart cheep pillows would be better, yours had zero support. slightly heavier blankets would be nicer and for gosh sakes put exhaust fans in your bathrooms. Unbelievable they don’t have any

This is a lovely hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful when I messed up our reservation, the pool is nicely heated & open year-round, the room was clean, & the breakfast & the breakfast staff were fantastic.

Property stolen from a locked metal windowless truck shell. The property does not have cameras. When reported to the police, the police said this happens frequently and that Hampton Inn has been aware and still does nothing. But worse they advertise and assure guests that it is safe. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Was not the best experience. The hot tub has been filled with dirt and we has a false alarm fire alarm go off at 3 am. When I asked about it they just shrugged me off and said that since I booked on line there was nothing they could do about it. The wash clothes also smelled heavily of bleach but also dingy. The ice maker on our floor was out of order and the rooms could definitely use some updates. However the breakfast was pretty good.

The receptionist at the front desk was so polite and ready to help. A very gracious soul. Also the breakfast staff were very helpful.

Only had breakfast once. Good I did not like that the room would not be serviced until day 5 I had to seek out clean towels and trash can liners. Mattresses on beds kept sliding and that was frustrating. If using light weight mattresses could you put a rail or something to keep it from sliding.

Came to visit friends. Nice and clean hotel. Nice pool. A lot of shady hotels downtown I would not stay at .

Nice quiet area

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was hair left in my shower, though. And there was what looked like some blood on the wall in the bathroom. I also wish that they started breakfast a little earlier. I was staying there while on call at the hospital but bc they don’t start breakfast until 0630, I wasn’t able to take advantage of that offering.

The place was nice but they need to put cameras up. If you're paying over $200 for one night, there should be some form of protection. We had two bikes stolen off the back of a uhaul. They were locked on a bike rack. Our kids were so upset. The breakfast was really good and the room was pretty clean. Just wish they would have had a way to see who the thief was. Didn't know that one night there would cost 600 dollars!

Very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the sitting room atmosphere. My sister's and I played cards for a couple hours, it was wuiet and enjoyable.

More of a trucker hotel than a family hotel. Wish I would have booked across the street. Stopped at McDs for breakfast instead.

I arrived around 4:30, for a 3pm check-in time, and was told my room was not ready. I asked if was still able to get a first floor room, since i have my service dog with me, and it was requested when i booked. The front desk lady sounded like there was one bottom floor room left and that it was still being cleaned, but 15min later, when I was told the room was ready, I didn't have a first floor room. On top of that, i was given an East-facing room that had full sunlight at 5:17am. Otherwise, it was any typical room I have stayed.

Could not adjust thermostat in room. Asked for another room and was given upgrade to suite. There were two thermostats in this room, and neither could be adjusted. It was 100 deg outside and the rooms were set to 68 deg which was too cold. A/C ran continuously. Front desk staff was not helpful.

This is specifically for one person at the front desk....upon 1st meeting this dude I asked him if he had another ice bucket....he told me they were in my room...now I don't no about you but that was the 1st place I looked...no bucket nor did he try to find me one...then after forgetting my key in my room I asked him if I could get another key...he told me why couldn't just go to my room with me and unlock....I told him that would be fine.....except....the 4 ppl behind me in line might not appreciate you taking 10 minutes to go upstairs and unlock it when all you had to do was give me another key.....dude needs a serious attutude adjustment and I almost gave him one

I would drive past this place and head for a Marriott.
