Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. While the grounds and location are frequently praised, the rooms and amenities are often criticized for being outdated, dirty, and in need of maintenance.
- Beautiful grounds and location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Outdated and dirty rooms
- Poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness
- 3/5
Too spread out and fairly disorganized
- 3/5
Limited dining options, store had a lot of expired items and was gratuitously overpriced. Niblicks hours are limited and they are closed on Sundays. Makes no sense? One option for breakfast outside the lobby that’s only open for a couple hours. Resort is perhaps an inaccurate description.
- 3/5
Staff knew nothing nor were they informing about what was happing. The temp was 38 degrees. Not having heat was not so fun.
- 2/5
The property was way more spread out to be able to easily walk to each activity. Restaurant wasn’t open for very long so very long line when it was open. The room we were given was very basic and the headboards looked like they should have been replaced due to damage. Will not stay there again. Was expected a LOT nicer accommodation
- 3/5
The property and our room's view of the golf course was lovely. The room itself is very dated. Although clean, it everything is very worn. It's fine for a night or two but I probably would not stay longer than that.
- 5/5
A cigarette butt was on the patio. Otherwise, the resort is a great place to stay.
- 2/5
the staff who helped us were kind and nice--there was little they could do to 'fix' our stay
- 3/5
Sunday was the day to check out and the property had lost power sometime in the early morning. No generators. We weren't able to shower. Front desk really not that friendly. Over all just an ok experience. Kind of disappointed.
- 2/5
The hotel lost power at 3:30am and never came back on before we left later that morning. We woke up to complete darkness in the hallway, not a drop of hot water in the room, unable to bathe or make coffee. The hallway was completely pitch black outside our room, not a single emergency light or anything. Had to try and get ready unbathed in the dark. Amenities were rendered useless at that point. Staff was unhelpful and offered no solutions, slipped the receipt under the door in the morning with no contact.
- 3/5
Beds were comfortable and standard amenities satisfactory. Need new pillows! Pool/spa area excellent , as well as the grounds. No newspapers, as advertised. Golf courses were excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Oregon.
- 1/5
When we checked in, our room was dirty. The bathroom counters sticky, sink, and shower- dirty with scum. The bathroom door was filthy as well. The bedding sheets where paper thin, no comforter. The headboards were made of a faux leather material, they were shredded and dirty. There was hair in the bed and random toiletry belongings under one of the beds. The power to the hotel went out at 2am due to a nearby transformer being ran into by a truck. We woke up and could not get ready for this 10 am wedding we planned to attend in sisters. We were extremely disappointed and upset. Although the outage was not eaglecrest fault, I asked the front desk for a discount at the very least. They denied me and were strictly adament they were just informing guests and that was all, very abrupt and not friendly. This is NOT worth the money. The lodge at Eaglecrest needs a LOT of work. It is in disrepair. You are better off staying somewhere else.
- 1/5
The power went out. They didn't have emergency light for the hallways or rooms. The room got hot. We couldn't sleep. We had a graduation party to attend and we couldn't shower or get ready for our event. Very unsatisfied. Power outage started around 3:00am and was still out at 8:00am when we left for our party.
- 5/5
It is a resort with walking trails everywhere, even along the river right from your door. The amenities were great and the food was amazing.
- 4/5
I like location and golf. Rooms were clean. Living room furniture well worn. Bathroom clean, but towels are thread bare and well used. Furnishings adequate but dated and uncomfortable
- 4/5
A little outdated, and the coffee creamer in the room was expired. Beds were comfy and staff was super friendly
- 4/5
The Lodge was very busy! Packed with families and golfers. The view from the room was wonderful. The fireplace added a nice cozy touch.
- 3/5
The bed was not good. Never had a bed so terrible. The room was decent but a bit run down in spots. The place was packed for the weekend so a bit chaotic for us.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with lots of options. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff.
- 3/5
The tv didn’t work and the screen door was hanging off the hinges.
- 3/5
No functional wifi. Dated room.
- 5/5
Could not get breakfast.
- 5/5
We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Pillows were soft the bed was firm but comfortable for us. Long hallways. Anyways I think we made a great choice for the Stay. No lights in surrounding areas btw. I’d stay at this hotel again
- 2/5
Love the location. Love going to Eagle Crest, but this last time was a bit disappointing. The headboard in the room was falling apart and flaking off all over the bed. There were sugar ants all over. They seemed to be short staffed, as a few times we went to the desk for something and there was no one around and had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to show up because they were busy doing something else.
- 2/5
Place is so outdated, worn, and needs immediate renovation. There’s mold in the bathrooms, the tub was dirty , the water from tub wasn’t draining. It took more time to drain than it did to fill the tub . Rooms had extreme scent of urine. The carpet was filthy throughout the complex, stairwell, rooms. The bathrooms had broken tiles on the floor. And their service was awful. Except the kitchen service. That I’ll give a strong 8. They charge to much money for something that feels like motel 8.
- 5/5
Great stay. 2 thumbs up !
- 2.5/5
The showers are a train wreck!!!! Really bad design.
- 4/5
Short stay.
- 5/5
The room we had was a bit outdated but it looked as though they have been doing some remodeling.
- 1/5
Chair had dog hair in it, lights in bedroom were burnt out, took 30+ minutes to get checked in because I bought the room online and they said they were sold out so they had to go inspect rooms that were not ready to book.
- 5/5
This is my preferred resort to stay at when I'm in the area for work. Love the resort grounds and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is always very accommodating and courteous. Good place to relax at after a day of work.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff Loved everything
- 2/5
At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals. I was told I would be charged a pet fee and placed in a pet-designated room, which is not appropriate for service animals. I asked them to clarify the policy and call me, but did not receive a response, though I assume they consulted with a manager. All hotel staff should be properly trained on service animal protocols to avoid situations like this. The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained. The coffee table and headboard were visibly worn and tattered, the soap caddy in the shower was rusted, and there was a hole in one of the bathroom doors. The toilet seat was visibly worn and soiled, and the shower was not clean (there were pubic hairs on the floor.) The TVs were quite old, though cable was available. Security and accessibility were also concerns. One of the middle entrances to our floor did not require a key card, and the card reader at the end of the building was not functioning. I noticed only one visible security camera on the property. One of the elevators was out of service, and the only way to reach the first floor was via stairs unless you walked to the far end of the building. This was manageable for me but would likely be very difficult for guests with mobility limitations. When we attempted to
- 3/5
Was very clean and comfy and employees were nice and helpful.
- 4.5/5
Clean Nothing
- 4/5
Lots of amenities we didn't use since it was a one night stay. Would return if in the area.
- 3/5
This was the second time we stayed here, the rooms are very very cold feeling. Not cozy what so ever. I booked a double queen bed room, but got one king. W didn’t mind because our toddler sleeps with us. The room however was dirty. Thick dust under the vanity in the bedroom, bathroom was gross. Behind and around the toilet doesn’t get wiped. Mold growing in the shower, floors looked so dirty as well. The AC was nice but it blows right at the bed so we froze most of the night but have to have the air going to sleep. Breakfast was decent but I paid for the breakfast package but when I checked in the front desk didn’t tell me anything about breakfast so when we went to eat the next morning we had to figure it out from the waitress that we had to get a breakfast voucher. Then the guy at the front desk had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. I paid almost $600 for 3 nights and just wasnt the happiest with our stay. I’d highly recommend training your staff better, keeping people in the loop on policies and making sure your housekeepers are doing their jobs correctly. And update the rooms. For as much money as they cost, it shouldn’t feel like a mental institution. There is also zero ventilation in the bathrooms. So anytime someone uses the bathroom there is no fan. No window. It’s gross.
- 0.5/5
I gave this stay a bad review only because someone else is using my email to use booking for com and there isn’t another way to let them know this. Do a better job screening your customers
- 5/5
So wonderful for the price we got.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
bathroom needed cleaning
- 5/5
We thought it was a great value for the type of amenities. We enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
The front desk worker was doing her best but it was only her second day on the job and she was left alone. That's not right to do to your staff. She was struggling with basic check because she was not properly trained and did not know what to do. She was problem solving and called another manager to walk her through things. She was very attentive and helpful but could not answer basic questions about the property. Being so new, she should have had a second person working with her. That is not professional to leave an entire resort in the hands of someone who is not properly trained and so new.
- 4/5
The pool, hot tubs, gym, and arcade are the absolute best. You dont ha e to leave the property when your exhausted from traveling to have something to do!
- 4/5
Comfortable stay with family and pet. It’s REALLY nice having easy access to outside with your dog. Lots of people dont clean up after their dog though and we found piles allllllllll around the property which is a bummer. But I’m sure its hard for
- 5/5
My kids had a blast! We spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub! The room was nice and clean, but definitely outdated. So if you want a fancy resort style this probably isn’t for you. Families or quiet tranquility this is your place! We also explored the caves nearby and waterfall, definitely a to do!
- 5/5
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cafe for breakfast was delicious. We did not like that we had to drive to the locations of the hot tub/pool, we assumed it was connected to area rooms are located, but it’s not.
- 5/5
The pool, hot tub, restaurant and room was all very nice. Sheri and Bobbi are the best!
- 3/5
Security: Did not feel safe. I noted that none of the exterior doors were locked down. This made me extremely nervous as a solo, female traveler. The outdoor spa near the lodge isn’t well lit and while I was in the spa alone I felt ok but as soon as someone else joined me, I didn’t feel safe to stay. Amenities: I did use the resort pool with my local family which was very nice! The staff that I engaged with were lovely and helpful!
- 3/5
Resort needs improvements and upgrades
- 4/5
Everything
- 3.5/5
Location worked for us. Our room did not have a coffee pot (it had K-cups and tea bags). The charge for our little dog was 50.00. The most we’ve ever paid. In the morning I went to check out and the front desk staff (female with long blonde hair) completely ignored me, then stood up, turned her back to and went in the back room.
- 2/5
The entire lodge needs a face lift. Everything was very dated and worn out. We faced several maintenance issues like a tub not draining, a door not working, along with very uncomfortable beds and pillows. A rough weekend for the whole family. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows and blankets were thin
- 3/5
staff was very courteous, but our room was not clean(dusty, not vacuumed, broken towel bar, shortage of kleenex). heating system was hit and miss.
- 3/5
The staff was very courteous. I vacated my room early as there were ants in the bathroom.
- 3/5
Cant complain too much for the cost though and amenities like indoor pool and hottub was nice.
- 4/5
Rooms were very spacious. I really liked the all white bedding.
- 3/5
I was traveling by myself. My room was on a lower floor next to a exterior door locking mechanism seemed to be broken. The room had no outlets near the bed for technology, I had to use the one Outlet in the hallway to charge my phone. The bathroom looked to renovated but again, the outlet was on the right wall away from the mirror and sink and the cord did not reach, especially with me being left-handed. The toilet seat was broken. There was mold in the shower, rust on the soap dispenser and the shower head and faucet or both loose. The shower head also had water scale and was hard to use. I did not seek another room because I was there just for a short time but if I were there to use the Eagle Crest Resort facilities I definitely would have requested another room. been
- 5/5
No breakfast.
- 5/5
I would love a continental breakfast ofc.
- 4/5
Room was quiet
- 4/5
Staff is always kind, check in and out was smooth, any changes made was done seamlessly.
- 4/5
Stay was good.
- 3.5/5
Beautiful and even had deer on the golf course So big was hard to find the pool and was a bit confusing even with a map
- 3.5/5
Location Room was super stuffy and wasn’t layout I expected only one entrance to shared bathroom
- 2.5/5
The towel hanger was broken. Light in the bathroom was broken and flickered. And there were spit balls on the wall. The headboard was torn up
- 3/5
Missing trim in the bathroom. Shower stall had nowhere to put soap or shampoo. You literally had to bend down and put it on the floor it was gross.
- 3.5/5
Beautiful setting. Pleasant reception personnel. Hotel is becoming a bit dated and needs remodeling. Couch used as second bed did not have sheets, so at nearly midnight I needed to run down to reception and request. Friendly reception with apologies, so no big deal.
- 5/5
Always great experience at Eagle Crest-now if we would make time to do all the fun things that comes with our stay….but we are always welcomed, treated well, questions answered, and our pets are usually wit us, making it easy travel with!
- 4.5/5
Upgraded amenities, beautiful lodge like feel Was not communicated that they had access to a pool year around. Pictures show an outdoor pool we had no idea we could go to a near by facility and use indoor pool or that hot tub is year around
- 5/5
It was great
- 2.5/5
Location downstairs was nice but cumbersome to get to the room w/ luggage; far from main desk. Door to enter building was close to room but broken & dangled several days, which made us question how secure building was. Toilet was plugged after we’d been gone all day, speculated housekeeper& front desk personnel had to come unplug during the stay. Living room couch was extremely hard &uncomfortable. Room needed updating. Fireplace didn’t work right & was extremely noisy when running
- 5/5
Nothing to say here
- 1/5
Rooms not clean, dirty and stinky
- 2/5
some
- 3/5
The hotel rooms are outdated. The room was not very clean in areas and could use better cleaning. The beds were not very comfortable. There is not a complimentary breakfast but a small cafe where you can purchase some food items. The property where the hotel is located is family friendly, but ultimately needs more updates.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and the hot tub was great
- 5/5
Comfortable room and staff was great!
- 4/5
Nice room
- 5/5
My room was clean and well appointed. There was a great view from my balcony. Staff were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Great property!
- 1/5
The bathroom tiles were covered in black and pink mold, and the bathroom didn’t have a fan. If it did, our room was missing one or was broken. They “cleaned the room a second time,” but the room still felt and smelled the same. The bathroom didn’t have a fan, and if it did, our room was missing one or was broken. They “cleaned the room a second time,” but the room still felt and smelled the same.
- 2/5
We had to switch rooms because the bedsheets and the room were not cleaned properly. Even after switching rooms, both bathrooms still appeared unclean, especially around the outside of the toilets.
- 3/5
The headboards were peeling material off of them. The phone light flashed red all night and could not be turned off. There were no usable outlets, electronics had to be plugged in a power strip. This is definitely a violation of fire code. The mini frig ran loud.
- 3/5
The poor woman at the check-in desk was on her own on a Holiday weekend and people were waiting in line for an hour. People were being given keys to dirty rooms. It was not her fault and she was lovely, but the situation was ridiculous. The rooms are very dated and need attention. And they need to staff adequately!
- 4/5
Room was great but there was a sweet stench in the air
- 3/5
Room was dated and smelled musty. Vent from air conditioning was filthy
- 5/5
Awesome staff great property plenty to do
- 5/5
Super cozy and comfortable
- 4/5
Great room and staff
- 2/5
The both headboards in the room were frayed and worn. The faux leather was severely damaged. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The bathroom was very dated. I would not stay again.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, excellent amenities, love the walking trails. Will stay here again…
- 3/5
Property grounds we nice but the rooms are trash. Out dated, terrible lighting, rock hard bed, dirty ass shower, no table in the room just to start.
- 4/5
For the price , it is a nice place to stay. A bit dated,
- 2/5
Ripped furniture. Furniture not comfortable. Left a day early because couch bed was not comfortable. Water in shower was terrible hard water. After shower my hair felt like straw. Water made eyes burn. Need to have water softener. Key to outside door near our room for disability access. Key worked at door with stairs.
- 4/5
Was a bit disappointed with the restaurant. In the advertisement it said there was prime rib and all these steak choices and what we got was like a hunk of round beef that was poorly seasoned. The prices were great but that’s only because we come from a place that’s extremely expensive. All in all the golf course really makes up for it all. This resort is for some dudes that need to rough it while playing 36 holes.
- 3/5
The couch was not comfortable at all.
- 2/5
The bathroom was gross. There was no fan, and mold clearly growing in the grout, and corners of the shower. Absolute years of neglect and lack of maintenance. The toilet was also extremely, possibly designed for a toddler. The bathroom floor and kitchen area floor was greasy and needed to be wiped down with towels in order to be safe to walk on. The bed appeared to be clean thank goodness and we were provided with bedding for the hide a bed when asked. However, we booked the room for 3 people so we shouldn't have had to ask, the bedding should have been provided already.
- 5/5
A very enjoyable stay. Relaxing. Quite and friendly.
- 4/5
Tub water was not hot enough. Room furnishings could gave been in better shape
- 1/5
Didn't stay there and they charged me anyway
- 3/5
Rooms are in need of an upgrade very outdated.
- 4/5
Property was older and couldbuse some updating, but the area was nice. Stayed at the resort and was nit kuch for food.
- 4/5
I didn't have time to use the amenities but they all seemed amazing. The building is a bit older but very well kept and clean.
- 5/5
This place is beautiful peaceful i cant wait to go back
- 2/5
Our room was filthy. The phone was broken. We went to a restaurant on site could not get served. There was four tables that had never been cleaned. We were ignored by the staff never offered a table when they cleaned one.
- 5/5
Amazing staff. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and kind and did what they could to accomodate our wishes.
- 3/5
Only my opinion
- 5/5
Spacious s d comfortable.
- 3/5
Eagle Crest as a whole was really nice. The golf courses, walking paths, and pools were lovely. The lodge staff was also very accommodating, and the lodge itself was clean and quiet. The problem was that our room at the lodge was just very tired and needed serious updating. We will return to Eagle Crest, but we will find other accommodations.
- 1/5
The room was dingy and dirty. Severely outdated. Both headboards were worn. Mold and hair in the bathtub/bathroom. Staff offered to move me to a different room but could not guarantee the quality would be improved. I did not stay the second night and requested a refund through Travelocity
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable beds, nice view of the golf course
- 5/5
We stopped by for an overnight stay. The check in was seamless, the room was clean and it was quiet when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.
- 1/5
Needs updating couldn’t rent golf carts
- 5/5
We always love a stay here! The lodge is clean and quiet, with a huge number of walk options on the vast property. Easy trip in to Redmond.
- 5/5
Golfers paradise
- 5/5
Key cards to the room never worked. Had to keep going back to the front desk
- 3/5
It had a unique smell around the property
- 2/5
Smokers on patios and I thought it was no smoking. Neighbors made noise until after midnight.
- 3/5
It was convenient and had a breakfast cafe in the lobby and food was good
- 3/5
Towels were stained and dirty. Had an odd smell
- 4/5
The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. The room could use more outlets and the shower didn't drain properly. Beautiful setting!
- 4/5
Great setting, parking was close and easy. The room was a bit tired and run down a bit. The kitchenet had virtually no silverware, dishes, and cooking tools.
- 5/5
Love the trail around the property
- 5/5
It was not too bad
- 1/5
The TV size looked like a computer monitor. The bathroom vanity area is completely inadequate, no space at all for a women's things. No plug ins at vanity, and poor lighting.
- 5/5
Nice amenities.
- 4/5
The amenities at the resort are nice the rooms are outdated and are in desperate need of updating the beds are uncomfortable but the pool and spa and golf make it easier to overlook the 80’s decor and beds
- 5/5
We went there during Labor Day weekend for the rise up reggae festival. I honestly would stay there again. The place was so perfect for my wife and I. I highly recommend it for sure! About a 13 min Uber ride to Redmond and 25 minute ride to bend which is where we floated the river!
- 2/5
Very dated. The toilet in my room clogged up all they did was give me a plunger.
- 5/5
Very nice location beautiful scenery
- 5/5
Great place....lots to do....friendly staff....
- 3/5
Fine toilet seat was loose needs to be repaired RM 107
- 2/5
Rooms very outdated. Furniture falling apart. Bottom of toilet was filthy. Expected more for the price we paid.
- 2/5
The property is beautiful. The rooms are outdated and old. Lots of thick gross old carpet. Definitely old. . Even carpet on the bench that holds the bags by the bathroom. Headboard at first looked really dirty but it is just worn out and spotted. Surprised it has gone so long with no updates. They should update it but keep the prices the same. The prices should reflect updated rooms as is. Carpet will never be clean in general, so wish it was entirely different.
- 3/5
There was black mold in the bathroom above the shower in a big area. Entire hotel needs updated. Zero options for drinks or food at the main lodge
- 3/5
It’s a little dated.
- 5/5
Great blend of kid-friendly and adult-centered accommodations.
- 5/5
Amenities were great
- 3/5
Nice property but the hotel feels severely outdated and lacking some very common modern amenities - no streaming channels, no USB or phone chargers in the rooms. Bathrooms were clean for the most part, but I saw some mold around the edges of the shower. It’s a nice place, remote and out there, but I would definitely consider other options next time.
- 3/5
If you’re a golfer it may be great. Off the beaten track, 2 restaurants (tried one - ok experience). The room was ok if a view of the parking lot ( up close) works for you. Nothing spectacular but the prices were higher than for an ok place.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful here. The front desk people were so nice, friendly, and very helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 5/5
Clean nice facility
- 3/5
It was convenient for an overnight stay with dogs. So didnt sightsee or anything adventurous. But facilty was so-so. Not much to offer for a late night snack or drink. But I've been to Sun River, sooooo
- 3/5
In room. Coffee machine sometimes worked. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Had my original reservation and then booked an additional day for the prior day. When I needed to move rooms, they were able to get me in the new room before 10:30 and didnt make us wait until regular check in. This was so much appreciated so we didnt have to pack everything back up into the car. Clean rooms, nice pool, great area, good dining. Will definitely be back again.
- 3/5
Accomodations were adequate, location is lovely. Unless you're interested in using the on-site recreational amenities, it's a little pricey for just the room.
- 3/5
The shower floor and walls in our room were moldy and dirty. The rest of room was clean but it needs to be updated. There was decent coffee and breakfast food available at the cafe. The pool area and grounds area were nice and clean
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay and play!
- 5/5
Very nice resort with 3 golf courses and walking paths. Staff very polite. Outdoor pool a plus.
- 4/5
The community was amazing. Enjoyed the trails! The lodge room was outdated and a little ran down. We had a good trip but would probably opt for a condo than stay at the lodge again.
- 5/5
Lovely setting
- 3/5
Rooms can do with upgrades, like usb adapters, bigger tvs and hardwood flooring instead of carpets. Carpets are bad with pets, not everyone trains their pets not to urinate in bedrooms and the smell does not go away, do tile or pet proof flooring would be a big plus.
- 4/5
Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap! The floors were a bit dirty (I think I saw a dead frog?), but the front desk was helpful when I needed trash bags and towels. Also- there are so many pools but you have to drive to almost all of them…. Be prepared! I would definitely go back, just more prepared!!
- 5/5
Awesome property, golf courses are amazing and the place is really affordable and theres just so much to do on the property it was a great weekend
- 5/5
Love the resort. Will definitely stay again
- 3/5
Feels like it was built in the 80s and has not been updated since. Shower plumbing was backwards so cold water came out when it should have been hot. Employees on property were not aware of anything outside of their job. Only 2 restaurants on property. Both essentially the same. Doubles as a time share property so be aware.
- 5/5
Front desk gal was very nice, kind, informative, and helpful.
- 4/5
I enjoyed the facilities. Lots of swimming options, gyms, tennis and lots of golf. I do not play golf, but the grounds are beautiful. Walking trails near the hotel are easier than the ones near the indoor pool.
- 2/5
The pools are spread through the resort and the splash park and infinity pool are a ten minute drive to get to. The infinity pool is not impressive but was more than a rectangle. All other pools are basic rectangles but they have lounge chairs and were clean. The restaurants are also spread through the resort but there are a couple of great dining options on the property. The golf courses are where they have spent their money and they are beautiful. Definitely worth playing all three courses.
- 2/5
The room was not properly cooled by the air conditioner. Called the front desk and office a fan.Bed was a little hard for my liking
- 3/5
We arrived on Tuesday and everything seemed fine. It was late in the evening we noticed upon arrival in the kitchen and there was water all over the floor by the refrigerator so we clean up the water. Reset the refrigerator in the morning woke up to the same thing so I contacted the office Wednesday morning spoke to a young lady told her that the fridge was broken and that I would love to have it looked at and she said I’ll send maintenance in 10 minutes and I said we are on our way out and I will take the sign off the door while someone comes here. Can they please bring me one extra pillow and a pillowcase because I had surgery and I need an extra pillow she said fine We came back at 5 PM and it still had not been looked at there was wet towels all over the floor that I had left because it leaked more. It was a disaster. I called the front desk once again and let them know that I had reported this in the morning asked for a pillow pillowcase and the fridge to be fixed and nothing was done. I spoke to a young man on Wednesday evening we went out to dinner and somebody came and maybe reset the fridge, but they left all the wet towels on the floor once again the garbage that I left out right by the refrigerator because it was filled with wet towels and they only give you service if you’re staying more than four days so I would say after check-in, which was really nice with destiny and Kylie Everything else after that fell apart so once you’re checked in the ball is dropped

Very nice property, amazing amenities and lots of fun stuff to do. Really enjoyed the pools, pickleball court and grounds. Did not appreciate being accused of my kids being nosy while we were eating dinner in our room.

Beautiful grounds, rooms could be updated, AC & thermostat did not work

Room 105 is marketed as a golf course view room. However the six foot overgrown hedge out front takes away any view unless you are on your tippy toes. The room sheets were dirty and the bathroom had so much hair everywhere it was gross. Staff 'tried' to move us but said they were fully booked. However the parking lot wasn't even close to being full. Perhaps if they had housekeeping cleaning the rooms nightly they might be able to keep up on the cleanliness.

It is old and dated... My shower did not drain properly. The hand towel rack was missing completely, it was just dingy. Would not stay here again... Don't let the pic's on their website fool you, thought I was going to stay in a really nice place. Not the case...

Some up grades would be newer commodes in bathroom!

Golf courses were great and very close to the lodge

The room was not cleaned well, I pulled out the sleeper sofa and there was chunks of food on it and clumps of hair on the ground right by it. There was no sheets or pillows for it either so we had to wait for those to be brought to the room. The resort outside was great but the rooms were dated and not cleaned well.

Property needs updating (bathrooms), and maybe some décor on some of the walls.

Staff not very friendly, they don’t even smile

I didnt complain due to it being a small thing but there was candy wrappers in the couch. Beer tops under the sink in the dish drying rack. Other then that we had an amazing time! Very peaceful weekend getaway.

Dog friendly property. Nice pool.

The staff are some of the most rude I have ever encountered in the hotel business. They checked us in almost two hours late and offered no compensation. When we finally got to our room the carpet had sticky spots and there was a used towel left in the bathtub. The beds are comfortable and amenities nice but everything closes promptly at 8:45pm or sooner. Overall not a well ran hotel and there are much nicer (both hospitality and room wise) places to stay for what you pay to stay here. Absolutely not worth it. Will not stay again

Overall, excellent. But the condition of the room was good. There was a missing bathroom tile, torn sliding door curtains, and a rickety coffee table. But all in all minor.

Golf courses overall we’re beautiful, had no shower curtain in my room had to shower My kids with no curtain and the screen fell off while trying to get some air from the slider, rooms were extremely old and dated not as pictured.

I don’t care for leaving negative reviews, but I reached out to the property and have not had a return call. I booked for 2 nights and we were coming over to a concert, but we love golf so thought we would check it out for later travels. The room was very dated, smelled like mold, couldn’t enjoy balcony because the A/C unit above was leaking so bad it rotted the paint off the boards and it was drooping down. Very loud buzzing noise between the wall. Not sure if there was an electrical room there or something, but got 0 sleep for 2 nights. Bathroom was growing pink/black grime, someone’s fake eyelash pieces were on the floor, headboard looked like someone had some fingernails, burn marks on curtains/bathroom countertops, sink wouldn’t hardly drain, broken glass on the kitchen floor, and our sheets were put on our bed inside out. Makes me wonder why they don’t update their rooms. I have stayed at better Motel 6 establishments. I always take picture and video proof when I first enter a motel room and I’m so glad I did on this stay.

Beautiful property with great food!

The pool was very nice. It was convenient to have the store on the property, because we had to get food there when we arrived late. The headboard looked as if a dog or cat had scratched the fabric off of them. On a good note: the beds were very comfortable and having the micro wave and coffee machine was nice. Thank you.

The check in was highly disorganized. We got there about 45 minutes early and were told the cleaners were in our rooms, and would be ready by 4 (check in time). We came back at 4:10 and only one room of our 2 was ready. It was another half hour before the 2nd room was ready. The rooms were not very clean (dirt on carpet, moldy shower, filthy bathroom floor, dust on furniture). Sink backs up. We were there for a family reunion and the variety of pools and recreational opportunities were great for the kids. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

The price was affordable; however, our room was very dated. The furniture was very old and worn, we had a broken glass, that spewed water from the bottom and when we requested a new one in the morning, they never brought it. We could never figure out the remote, thought possibly it was the batteries, but they never came to switch those out either. When we checked in the gal at the counter was not friendly at all, everyone else who worked there was very nice, and the little cafe was cute.

Loved the access to pool and food. Beautiful area! Nice clean large room. Sisters rodeo and hiking.

The front staff hardly talked to us at check-in, they were busy talking to each other. The room was not as expected and very outdated with poor lighting. Walking around the property was nice.

Nice golf course very quiet.

Older rooms need some updating.

Im not picky, but for over $300 i expect way more and for someone to actually care. Ridiculous. Wont be back ever. The shuttle also didnt pick up my kids at the sports center after an hour and 15 min and they made 3 phone calls. They had to walk 25 minutes back on road. Staff just doesnt seem to care. The pools including indoor were all freezing.

Needs some TLC

Beautiful scenery …especially in the morning…old school key cards didn’t work, and the facilities are a bit tired….

This property is huge and many pool options. Pretty clean facility. Wish all the rooms had a microwave. Overall great property to relax by the pool with the kids.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay overall, however I wished that they had kept their pool and hot tub open a bit later since 8:45pm seemed pretty early considering it wasn’t even dark by then.

Nice rooms comfy beds but bathroom showers need a deeper cleaning! The grout in shower was filthy!

Not anything front desk need to find a new job.

Older property and fairly well maintained. In a drier more desert like part of central Oregon. Good location if you want to explore Redmond, Sisters, and Bend.

The staff were great but lots of problems with room keys deactivating, we noticed other guests having similar problems. I’m sure it’s frustrating for the staff but they were always kind and professional! The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again, great value for the price!
