Stay was ok not worth the rate

The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include sighing near customers, especially while they are eating breakfast during the last 30 minutes the kitchen is open.

I enjoyed my stay. The tub was stained though. And the shower was tricky to turn on, but other than that - staff were friendly and helpful. No bugs seen, sheets appeared clean. Area was quiet. The breakfast looked and smelled good..I didn't eat any of it because I had other breakfast plans.

I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such.

I was worried about staying at a motel that had both smoking and non smoking. I had a king room first floor non smoking and the room didn’t smell like smoke at all. It did have a musky smell but after I turned the AC on the smell went away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The amenities are cheap but that’s expected. I’m a woman that was alone on a business trip and I felt safe. Great stay for one night. Front desk woman Julie was very nice! I got a late checkout and no one came knocking early a woke me up so great communication within the staff.

you need hot scrambled egg for breakfast. the frozen one is not eatable.

Free breakfast wasn’t very plentiful nor was it very good unfortunately. Our refrigerator was making a very loud noise and wasn’t very cold. When we moved to unplug it there was a bunch of garbage behind it.

The room smelled like weed and the TV didn’t work and there was bugs. I didn’t even stay. I packed up and left!

Receptionist was awesome - very friendly and helpful for local food and entertainment suggestions.

The refrigerator was dirty, microwave with rust in it, the linens smelled musty like not changed in a long time.

Entry door didn’t fit right; staff got testy when brought to their attention. They installed weather strip on bottom but still out of square. Toilet cobbled together & wobbled. Bedding had burn holes. panhandler asking for money in the parking lot. No information in room about checkout time, policies, etc.; ironing board had big tears. “breakfast” was stale cereal, a few bagels, waffle mix, instant coffee. Entire place needs cleaning, painting and brought up to code.

Room in poor condition. Bed spread was stained, pillows were very old. Bathroom door had all sorts of stain and dirt drips. Toilet and tub was stained. Didn’t look like the floor had been swept or mopped, visible dirt behind the bathroom door, lotion dispenser filthy. This hotel needs a total remodel.

The room was great, the trouble was I also reloaded handicap room, in which the lady it did not show up on request. The lady, Julia help me out with a bottom room, I’m a disabled veteran. On your app, you go toward the bottom to request a handicap room. It’s not guaranteed., if it’s gets seen. Thanks Jeff.

Convenient for my needs and staff did best to keep it clean, but so many pieces in my room were worn out and needed repair. Staff was friendly, but it is time to do real makeover work on the place.

Room was not what had been reserved and nothing else available. No privacy for bathroom and jacuzzi tub old and messy looking. Finally, t.v. Had no network channels!

We reserved a non smoking room. At check-in we were told that Hotel.com changed our reservation to smoking. There were not any other rooms available. We checked the room, it was a nightmare, the furniture was shredded, it was and smelled dirty. We told the management that we could not stay in that room and we left.

Staff was great, toilet wobbled, tub was slippery and dangerous, soap bottles looked somewhat used.

Check in was a bit cumbersome, especially since I paid in advance. I had to provide a credit card that they charged me again for the same room. Fortunately, I was able to correct that after check out.

Room was very badly needing updates and cleaning

The room was clean and quiet. The room needs walls repaired and repainted, and lamps replaced. Lamps are either peeling or rusty, and some outlets are cracked or broken. Fridge needs to be defrosted, many inches of ice in it.

Toilet seat moved

The room we were in a patch was coming down in the bathroom ceiling. The towels looked old and dingy. Some guy who I assumed lived there knocked on our door to hand us 1 towel. It sort of freaked me out because my husband had ran down to the car and we hadn't requested the 1 towel.

Extremely dirty

The shower didn’t turn on. The hotel needs lots of upgrades it very old and dingy looking in the bathrooms due to lack of upkeep and maintenance. I would not stay there again. The positives are pool, breakfast the room wa clean no bugs.

My stay was OK, I didnt have to interact with staff. They have room service that was cleaning the rooms.

There are not many hotels in this area to choose from so out of what’s available, this could be your best option. The lady who checked me in was very kind and pleasant. The room was clean but needs repairs badly. Towel rack was coming out of the wall, lots of rusty areas around the tub and on the floor, and the towels were stained. Overall, this hotel is older and has been well used and needs a major overhaul. The bed was clean and comfortable. The fridge was nice and cold. I did not use the free breakfast so I can’t give an opinion. The room entrances are on the outside not in halls so be prepared for extra outside noise. It wasn’t horrible but I’ll probably not stay there again and drive to a larger close by city for accommodations.

Was definitely a little ify after reading some reviews, but all in all it was clean and comfortable. The room was a little on the small side, but it was better than expected. Please do not get caught up in the reviews, you will be pleasantly surprised with this place.

Dusty, bathroom drain wasnt draining well. Sink wasnt draining as well. Rooms smell like someone smoked inside. Staff was pretty nice though. Its just the facility itself.

The room smelled awful. Staff did not inform me I was in a smokers room. The furniture was tattered and taped up. The shower head was taped up and not moveable. Very poor hotel for the cost.

The rooms smelled horrible ! The towels were worn the air conditioner was old and filthy in my room 110 .. the juice was not juice and coffee was not coffee I’ve stayed in Quality Inn before and it was a good stay in Jackson Mississippi I couldn’t take my shoes off in this one and couldn’t rest due to the smell in the room I should get a refund in my opinion

The room was nice, but some of the towels were awful. Hand towels were stained with brown/black marks and the one washcloth looked like my rags… very grey! Other looked almost new. Need to get rid of old ones. Exterior of building needs a good cleaning and maintenance. Could be nice if it was taken care of.

A quick place to stay. Room was clean, but attention to detail was needed. Toilet was new but not bolted to floor so it moved and leaked. The grab bars in shower were not attached and fell off the wall. The smoke alarm was missing. Bed was very comfortable. Quick place to stay but would be my at my minimum.

Stayed 1 night and moved to Holiday Inn for the next 2 nights. Quality Inn should be avoided at all cost . Room was dirty and smelled of marijuana . Front desk staff was indifferent, couldn’t care less . Waste of time and money . Holiday Inn was well aware of the poor reputation of not so Quality Inn

It was definitely a great visit! The staff was curtious and friendly and made my check in and out very simple and quick!! The breakfast was also good! Not a big selection, but what was there was good!!

Comfortable bed

There was mold all over the bathroom as well as broken tile and dirty stained walls all over the room . The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here. It sucks thats what u get when ur trying to save a little money.

This place was fine. The parking lot is tight and has big drainage dips but once you get parked it’s great. Very clean.

Room next door had a belligerent tenant and police came and removed him.

Room needed some repairs. Bath sink leaking when turned on. Toilet intermittently running water. Could use facelift.

Smelled. Shower didn't work. Smoke alarm ripped off the wall. Very little oversized vehicle parking. Lamps had rust on them.

It was a nice small pool to use that was old but clean. Thats where the clean part eneded. I wouldnt recommend staying . Im not going to write all the stuff that was not cleaned or stained. I just wouldnt stay again ever.

they only had a smokers room and the reality is we couldn't even walk into the room. the smell was overwhelming. we had to leave. the lady at the front desk was nice enough to understand and cancelled the reservation. we ended up going somewhere else.

The girl at check in, Heather Heffner, took pictures using her phone of my personal information on the computer and sent that to my husband. She came to kick me and my 7 yr old out when she was off duty and was exchanging personal texts with my husband.

Was just amazed on the rooms very modern and sleek walking in the hallway you would not think your room would be so nice and the bathroom are clean too with all new fixtures granite countertops can’t say enough how much I enjoyed myself

I love staying here.

The property is average and outdated. The staff is friendly but unreliable. I called to let the hotel know I would be checking in later than their normal check in time. The gentleman that answered the phone took my info and said it was fine. When I got to the hotel they had me as a no show and cancelled my reservation. The clerk refused to accommodate my prior reservation and said she had to make another reservation for me. I had to pay again even though it wasn’t my fault.

For what I was looking for, the room definitely met my needs. Clean, quiet, everything worked and check in and check out staff was very courteous. I have found Quality Inns overall to be nice rooms for a decent price. Will surely be back again and hopefully continue having the same experience.

4) Smoke detector does not exist. Electric box on wall has bare wires sticking out where the detector should be. (Code infraction)

Very clean, large rooms and large bathroom housekeeping staff was excellent very good at what they do and very polite parking was well lit with plenty of room for the loves truckstop next-door in a McDonald’s in some gas stations to grab food or snacks or whatever you need.

Manger was very kind and took care of us. Also the night associate at the front desk was wonderful. The breakfast was ok and the room itself was ok although it smelled very musty. The price was high $199 a night was way to much for booking back in Feb of 2023. Overall it was about a 3/5 Stars

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

The room was very dirty, multiple stains on the sheets and blanket. The floor was dirty, furniture looked like it was pulled from a dumpster, sink wouldn't drain, almost all fixtures on the walls were falling out. Homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk outside the room. The only good thing about the property was it had hot water and the ac worked. I used my tee shirt as a pillow case, If I hadn't just finished driving for 12 hrs I would have either found a different hotel or just slept in my truck.

Railing in swimming pool was not bolted down. Cut grass was mowed into pool area and pool. Toilet ran and was able to be moved.

Dead cockroaches, flies, wet carpet in the room, smoky smelly rooms, broken electrical switches, very limited breakfast options. Nothing great about this property, we couldn’t wait to leave. Never again.

Smelly. Smoke alarm went off when the bathroom door was opened after a shower. They called it a queen sized bed, but it was as narrow as a double. It was as long as a queen. People were nice, but breakfast was minimal.

The people checking us in and out were very friendly, which was the only positive about the stay. Overall, uncomfortable due to cigarette smelling room and dirty looking stained bedding. It seems like they wash the non-smoking bedding and sheets with the smoking rooms bedding and sheets. Will not stay here again.

The room had the smell of smoke and a hint of urine. The cover on the bed had bleached spots in it and the sheets looked very wrinkly, almost as if they had not been changed. There was a place for facial tissues, but there were none. Damp floor in places.

The hotel was easy to find and had easy access to the highway. The desk clerk was very sweet, but was all alone on her 2nd day on the job. Our room reservation was canceled without any notification from either Orbitz or the hotel directly. We ended up with the last room and had to pay DOUBLE what the original quote was. Our room was adequate. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. The rug was filthy and my feet turned black after walking from one side of the room to the other. The tub was quite slippery. You can tell there used to be strips on the bottom, but they had either been worn way down or removed. Everything in our room was damp - the sheets, pillows, towels, our clothes - everything! It was rather uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Worst hotel room I¿ve stayed in EVER! Poor air conditioning Mattress was horrible and should¿ve been replace 10 years ago. Hair dryer dangling from wall. Shower grab bar dangling. Room reeked of marijuana! Sheet rock damage.

The room was in ill repair. The toilet rocked. The bath needed to be calked. The floor was dirty. The bed spread was stained. The door looked ajar and you could see light all the way around it.

The reused of the white quilt for the next quest. I noticed that the housekeeper pick it up from the floor after I put it on the floor w the dirty bedsheets n replaced it on the bed. Take it n rewashed again. Update the pillows to medium or large size.

well... It was my only choice. Everything else was booked up for race weekend. Bathroom was dirty. Dirty towel and used shampoo bottle in the shower when we checked in. Towels and washcloths were stained and dingy.
