terrible The bed was so high it was hard to get in and out of. The shower drain came off on my foot. The bed was incomfortable. The toilet did not flush well. At $300.00 this was way over priced. The couch was stained.
- 4/5
The location of the hotel was very near our destination. It's away from the downtown casinos. The bathroom area was a little small, for a suite. The breakfast buffet was just OK. Nothing special.
- 4/5
The bathroom didn’t flush properly. And the card key was not opening correctly we had to go to the receptionist like 3 times to get new cards. But other then that everything was good.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff was awesome and friendly very helpful Kitchen didn’t have pots and pans in one of our rooms but found some in our second room
- 4.5/5
Happy hour meal. The breakfast was almost the same every day. I would have prefered some variety.
- 4.5/5
Friendly staff clean room and very convenient ? Nothing
- 5/5
Great amenities. Fanily friendly as well.
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was awesome! The pool is freezing cold. Our toilet didn’t flush well.
- 5/5
I like the staff. They were so friendly and awesome! The room was very comfortable. I loved the gym.. The only downside was the indoor pool would have been better if it was heated it was quite cold.
- 5/5
Quiet. Safe. Good parking.
- 4/5
The area was nice and peaceful, the room was large, and the staff was friendly. They had a pool, which my granddaughter loved, and a free buffet breakfast. They allowed dogs, which was important to us. The room needed new carpet (or flooring would probably by more sanitary) and a new refrigerator. The walls definitely needed paint. The sofa was very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Jacuzzi was aglie and shower head was duty
- 1/5
I didn’t like how after I paid for a extension to my say that they had called me an hour later to say that they would not be able to extend my stay because of a issue last time I stayed there. Refund was mentioned by them but haven’t received anything.
- 5/5
Everyone was Great, helpful, caring. Felt very much like home.
- 2.5/5
The property was in a good location and the facility was nice. My family and I were disappointed that the neighbors beside our room, and the upstairs tenants were the most noisiest ever. There was banging and stomping and screaming, the dragging of furniture, all this throughout the day and night while we tried sleeping! The water pressure was horrible, it went from feeling great to close to dripping. And when the pressure went weak, so did the warm water, causing it to go cold! When we arrived into our room, the dishes in the dish washer were used/ dirty. We had to wash them the day we settled in. My daughter had to use the restroom by the pool and I politely went and asked the front desk if that there wasn’t any tp in the restroom by the pool, and she said nothing to me, but she did slam a tp roll on the desk and walked away. She was rude! However, there was a cleaning checklist on the back of the door of that restroom, and clearly, from what it stated, it had not been clean in 5 days, and it was gross. I felt bad for the man that was making the breakfast each morning, I think he may have been Hispanic, but he was so nice! He kept a smile as he worked so hard trying to appease all the guests, adults and children, while the majority of guests made an absolute mess with food and just the area in general! He cooked and cleaned simultaneously and continued to ask if we needed anything, with a smile. 11 nights of the sound of pounding and yelling, did not make for a good stay unfortunately.
- 5/5
Everything good
- 3/5
The breakfast was good, lots of options. Trouble with the room keys. The room wasn't fully clean. Every dish was crammed into the dishwasher. We had to wash dishes in order to use them. We found a room key under the coffee maker and debris around the room. Not a thoroughly cleaned room.
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Love the breakfast and it’s in a good location
- 5/5
Right off the bat was a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. From the lobby/fireplace and clean room/kitchen to the pool and ease of the layout of the property, it accommodated 6 of us perfectly! My new home away from home.
- 5/5
great foods
- 4.5/5
Which they had kcup coffee maker. Bed was too high. Toilet was too low. Didn't like shower head.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very, very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything was great no complaints
- 5/5
Great view and excellent breakfast.;
- 5/5
I really like this hotel. We tried it after staying at the Sonesta ES twice and not enjoying it the second time. The rooms and facilities at Staybridge are great and the staff fabulous (shout out José at breakfast!). The food is really wonderful - the breakfast had lots of options, and there is a Happy Hour with food held M-W. My husband is tall, so we always have to have a king-size bed, which Staybridge has, and it was very comfortable. The door separating the bedroom from the main room kept out noise, which was helpful for early morning Zoom meetings. We have family in the area and my husband and I already discussed how we will be staying here again when we come back. Thanks so much for making our trip great!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5

- 1/5
Our room had a new small fridge put in but had no ice maker, which is usually not an issue but, the water hose from the sink to the old ice maker was not hooked to anything. And would pour water out of all over the floor in the kitchen. The maintenance guy came in and instead of capping off the hose he just turned the water to the entire kitchen off. I then asked for another room and they told me they were completely booked until Christmas. Also, the first person to use the restroom. The toilet was clogged instantly they had to then go to the third floor to find the only plunger that they apparently had on site. The room we booked was supposed to sleep six with a pullout couch, but apparently they had replaced the couch with one that did not pull out as well, causing one of my children to have to sleep on the floor. Overall breakfast was great. Front desk was great maintenance guy not so great. All of this could’ve been avoided by them switching us rooms. When we checked in they offered us several different floors to choose from so I knew they had other rooms available.
- 5/5
This place is great. The employees are ALL very nice, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, the breakfast is good and the location is super pretty , quiet and very secluded. I highly recommend this hotel. They even offer free parking on the property. I loved my stay here.
- 5/5
Family of 5. Had a great stay, tons of room.
- 5/5
Great staff, rooms were clean and spacious. Will return
- 5/5
Toilet did not flush good.
- 3/5
Usually this is a great stay. We ended up having to throw away the groceries we had bought due to malfunctioning refrigerator that would not keep food cold. Staff acted indifferent when issue was brought up. This cost us a lot of money in food that we had to toss into the garbage. Very unfortunate given that this is an expensive place to stay. We stay here most often when in Reno, but have now started looking at other properties.
- 1/5
We order 6 sleep , there sofa bed was broken , so we got 2 queen beds .
- 4/5
Nothing was terrible, some things we didn’t know about such as having a dishwasher with dishes in the room, which was nice but the towel rack that was supposed to be on the back of the door was broke and we had nowhere to really hang towels that we had used, and to go off of that we never had a room service sign The do not disturb, etc. so we never got new towels. I had to go get towels from the front. We had also run out of toilet paper that we also had to go get our trash built up so we took our own trash out several times to the kitchen area. Our Card kept demagnetizing so every time we get up to the room, we had to go back down to the customer service desk and get it re-magnetized or whatever that was frustrating especially with a handful of bags and our baby. No towels at the pool which was unfortunate combined with the no towel replenish from our room… There was stains, what looks like snot on the wall behind the curtains in the front room but staff seemed nice, bed was comfy, pull out couch had some questionable stains as well on the bottom of the cushions ?? Room 308
- 5/5
It says it had a spa but it did not other than that it was nice
- 5/5
Clean premises, comfortable beds and bedding, staff was great (from front desk, to breakfast buffet staff), location was excellent (beautiful landscape, walkable, close to amenities)
- 5/5
Our only complaint was that the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors quite loudly, however, this issue is not a deal breaker, we would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great front desk service
- 5/5
The staff was amazing.
- 5/5
The breakfast and social events well managed by friendly well prepared staff! Made my wife and I very comfortable! Thanks for the service!
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 4/5
It was a pleasant Stay. Room and Area was nice. We liked that they have landry room. Parking was $5 a night which was not too bad. Only suggestion is perhaps to clean the carpet.... other than that we will stay here again.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Our go to hotel for all our ski trips. My kids love the breakfast here, friendly staff
- 5/5
A bit remote from the downtown but nice and quiet place for my needs.
- 5/5
Best for families. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
Cleanliness seems to be the downfall. When we first got our room we quickly noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned. We walked down the hall and the maids were happy to take care of it. But once we spend a little more time in there we noticed that there were hairs on the door to the bathroom, the bathroom floor and bathtub were not cleaned either. Additionally, the silverware was also not all clean. Some were and some weren't so we had to inspect before using. If the cleaning could match the level of customer friendliness and care this would be an outstanding place to stay.
- 2/5
Poor quality all round. Room poorly laid-out. Hotel would appeal to families w/3 or 4 kids and a couple of dogs. NOT recommended for adults looking for a clean, quiet place to rest/recharge.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly they are very accommodating to your needs when possible
- 5/5
My family and I have been here for a week and we just extended our stay for 4 more days. We just moved to the area and are waiting for our home to be ready. We arrived and realized the next morning the pull out couch was broken on the bottom and wouldn’t go back in the couch. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite for the remainder of our stay and for the extra days we booked! Breakfast is always wonderful and “social hour” is an added plus. Free beer and wine and appetizers is a great way to end the day. The staff is so kind and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Reno area as well as book it for future staycations.
- 2/5
Our room was very dirty every wall had something on it. There was a red stain in the living room on the carpet.Only one of the remotes worked and the kitchen staff had the worst attitude because they were under staffed and over worked. They had a mingle thing downstairs where apatizers and drinks were provided which we would have loved to sit and enjoy however the attitude of the woman pouring the drinks made me not want to go back for another we stayed maybe 5 minutes and decided to go enjoy drinks and food elswhere.
- 3/5
Awesome what I expected. Looks like a lot of permanent residence.
- 3/5
Housekeeping only after 4 days. Can’t access Netflix on room tv. Hallways and stairwells smelly (cleaning supplies?)
- 3/5
Quiet, rooms are small and look different than pics online. Missing a few little things like towel bars and hooks in the bathroom and no microwave. One of the staff employees was very condescending upon checking in.
- 4/5
Quiet, clean place, pool, buffet breakfast was good, however, fruits were not fresh as well as fried potatoes, also, when we turned on heater, the smoke alarm started to sound, had to turn it off for the night. Overall nice place.
- 3/5
Ok but very expensive. Staff was nice
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the property was nice
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and went out of there way to be helpful and kind.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 3/5
Peaceful and quite surrounding, nice outdoor sitting, pool, breakfast wasnt boring, they had good options. Staffs were friendly. Great facility.
- 5/5
the bathtub was slippery when taking a shower
- 3/5
Refrigerator & TV remote didn't work. Both were replaced in a timely manner. Breakfast area arrangement was dysfunctional - not easy to maneuver around since most food items were in a middle island and people were crowded around it. Breakfast food was mediocre. Cleanliness of food area (especially waffle area) was also mediocre. Cleanliness of hotel room was suspect - some kind of stain on bathroom door and walls. Crumbs in sofa bed. Other small issues with cleanliness. No ice machine for patron use. Our stay was for 2 days (1 bdrm suite). Would have preferred a full-size sofa in common area (it was loveseat size) and maybe an additional chair. Location was in a good area - seemed fairly safe. Staff was very helpful and timely with the initial problems. Overall: good/average.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, free laundry, full size refrigerator ice maker
- 5/5
great place to stay place very clean and quite and dog friendly. and the staff was super nice.
- 2/5
They didn't honor my reservation of 2 queen beds. Instead they put my family of 5 in a room with 1 king bed. Then they blamed hotels.com for the mishap. We found someone's glasses in the fold out couch, and upon entering the hotel the outside door was not secure and anyone could enter. Furthermore there was damage to the curtain and the telephone line was also broken.
- 5/5
The morning breakfast staff were all very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Loved our stay free breakfast and free laundry! Will stay again!!
- 5/5
Great service. Quiet. Clean comfortable room.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay, with comfortable beds and a clean kitchen and bathroom. Cons: single elevator was slow and very in-demand, making checking in and out with luggage a slow process. Really annoying $5/night parking fee.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, large room
- 5/5
Friendly
- 3/5
We stayed for two nights and our room were not even cleaned.
- 3/5
The room was ok.but we notice that walls are dirty and found a bug in the pillow.also a downside is theres only one entrance in to the hotel.
- 4/5
The room is standard—clean and comfortable and has all the things you would expect for a suite. There were two major things that our room, at least, did not have—an iron and a hair dryer. I am sure I could have gotten both from the front desk but didn’t have the time to do that once I realized the room didn’t have either item. The room itself was clean and in good repair as were most of the common areas, but the elevator and stairway were totally disgusting. The location is good—a nice area away from Reno but close enough to zip in to do the fun things the “Biggest Little City” has to offer…then retreat back to the peace and beauty of this area. Free washers and dryers are a huge perk!
- 5/5
Great place to stay! I’m a very safe place and nice place also!
- 4/5
The kitchen and refrigerator
- 5/5
Gave stayed here multiple times over the years. Never disappoints.
- 3/5
rooms were not clean and found a buf on sofa on the first night.
- 4/5
We traveled as a family of six and stayed for one night while making our way to California. The hotel worked great for the kids! The best part for me was the breakfast in the morning. I have been places where all they give is cereal and bagels, but this place and hot and cold options that were delicious. My boys loved making waffles for themselves! If you are someone who likes to have a solid continental breakfast and are on a budget for travel, this was a good choice.
- 3/5
Food was ok. Staff was friendly. Shower could use updating and tub. Water doesn’t drain until you turn it off. Amenities were good had stove, fridge, washer machine.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and hotel
- 3/5
Sticky film on kitchen floor that was cleaned promptly. Spillage on bedside table of unknown substance and stains on carpet. We also had a late night knock on our door by an individual who said “ I have your request”. Just as I was replying “ we didn’t have a request” trying to find the peep hole in which someone had stuffed a paper towel, he took off into the stairwell. Made us very nervous. The next morning front desk didn’t seemed concerned and did not verify it as a hotel employee. Hotel does secure the front doors with room key entry. Also has a parking few we weren’t aware of.
- 4/5
Good sized room for our family of 5. Had a kitchen of you wanted to cook. The location was great for being close to restaurants and the freeway.
- 5/5
Room was clean and roomy
- 5/5
Pleasant staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Close to Mt. ROSE ski area
- 3/5
Oh, and I had to take the lid off the toilet after every flush to fix it from running constantly.
- 4/5
Cons: shower drain was going down very slow, dirt water collected while showering, more seating area would be nice tends to get crowded. People where standing around with their plates waiting for tables. We got charged $25 not sure for what. Overrall it was a pleasant stay.
- 3/5
No Hot tub either which is another negative
- 4/5
No full-service house keeping, light service could be provided if requested. Wifi signal inside the room is very weak, even unconnectable. Monday to Wednesday dinner times offer drinks and light plates
- 5/5
Was charged $5 for parking, which I found odd. Its a small amount and its NV, why even have a parking fees?
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Continental breakfast was delicious, different options throughout the week. And they have a social gathering in the evenings with wine and snacks. Wished there was an enclosed pet relief area.
- 5/5
The customer service was great! Helpful, friendly, cheerful staff—even though they had to work in a holiday.
- 5/5
The front desk staff are so helpful and all the employees are very kind!
- 3/5
Rooms were okay for the price! The staff was really nice that was a plus!
- 5/5
I like that you have options on the room sizes. I am a father with 2 small kids that lives out of state. It was easy to have the two bedroom for myself and my ex while I visited. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. I will be staying here again in the future when time comes for the next visit.
- 3/5
We are IHG members. Front desk gal said she couldn’t see on her computer tye member nightly rate for us to book. I had to go online and booked with hotels.com as was less than she quoted us. She didn’t offer us water upon check in. Room was very loud as we backed up to the elevator. Beds not comfortable and tv was put in a weird place so you had to crook your neck to see the tv from the bed. Hair dryer was an old dinosaur of a dryer. List goes on. Hallway people were noisy up until 11 pm and we had to get up super early. Not sure we would stay at this particular IHG hotel next time.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, suite was spacious and comfortable. Has everything there to enjoy if you want to stay in all day. Nice patio area and indoor pool. Breakfast was very good. Good selection of food and drink for everyone.
- 4/5
The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The oatmeal was under-cooked both the days we were there. The hotel staff is not too nice though. You would expect them to be more warm and courteous.
- 5/5
Everything are good
- 5/5
The hotel was super clean and the staff were so nice. Especially the night lady w the pet turtle. She was so wonderful and caring. Had a great time.
- 5/5
The indoor was great for my three year old. We checked in around 8:30pm and Jenny was amazing. So kind and friendly. The next morning the breakfast staff gal was amazing. Very sweet to my three year old, talked to her and myself. Our room was great! We will stay here again. A king bed with a pull out side, kitchen with large standup frig, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Reminds me of my first apartment. Super clean, great area out of town, but still close.
- 4/5
Was nicely located, felt safe. Had seen reviews for other inns and the reviews were not good (One had a homeless encampment next to it). This was away from the casinos and just felt good. Service was above excepted.
- 3/5
It’s older and has lots of use showing. Toilet paper holder fell off the first time I used it. Not a place I would want to spend long time in
- 1/5
Didnt sleep all night due to heavy marijuana smell as of 11pm thru the night. Seemed going thru vents from other rooms
- 3/5
The front desk workers were amazing, thay are pet friendly, the beds were comfortable, but my bedding was not changed for a week. The rugs were dirty( my husband and i were shocked when we put our 11month on the floor to crawl and she can up very dirty) the dishwasher silverware rack was broken( so we had to wash them buy hand) the front leg on the fridge was bend inward. The elevators were 3 months out of inspection. This was the second time we stayed within 3 months. This stay was for 10 days, the last time was in may and again the rugs were dirty( they need to deep clean them) our bath tub had a black ring of dirt around it( noticed when i went to give the baby a bath.friends of our actually had to fix thier own garbage disposal. For what they charge this place should be in top order.
- 5/5
We liked the layout of the room and bathroom area, the only downside was that sofa bed was broken it was still usable but I notified the front desk and she said that somebody was going to check it out but nothing happened.
- 5/5
This is our favorite hotel in Reno. The accommodations are first-rate, wonderful breakfast, and the staff is always most helpful.
- 4/5
The property felt safe. Our fridge was pretty dented up.There where things that needed maintenance.
- 5/5
Relaxing and beautiful sorroundings, nice architectural design of the building
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will be coming back soon!
- 1/5
Room had mold in the bathroom. Pool never had towels. Not much parking. Breakfast was always extremely busy and everything would run out early.
- 3/5
Staybridge is located in a nice area but the parking really sucks. Parking was always occupied by big trucks that took up all parking spaces. Breakfast was not so great with workers being rude because there was no utensils and doing their job sloppy. Lastly very disappointed that their pool was closed which was the only reason why I stayed here so the kids can use it.
- 4/5
The room was good sized, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the room wasn't super clean; there was some trash under the pull out couch and there was something splattered all over the framed picture in the living area. Overall, the hotel overall felt pretty clean and well kept. The breakfast staff in the morning was less than friendly, but they did their best to keep up with the morning rush. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The pillows and bed sheets were comfy and soft. We will come again!
- 5/5
Definitely going back on my next family trip
- 5/5
We booked a 2 room suite for overnight in Reno. Super clean and no fragrances at all which we love due to allergies. Breakfast was substantial and they prepared additional omelets for us as we like to sleep in. Noon checkout worked great. Checking in was easy and they were very helpful with my my 2 calls ahead of our trip due to the blizzard of 2023 in Tahoe for our ski trip. Safe area. Easy parking. No airport shuttle offered to hotel. You are near the airport so bring your earplugs and you will not be bothered at all.
- 5/5
A great family place!
