Went down for breakfast and most of the hot food was gone.was not well stocked.

Had a secent stayat the Residence Inn and the room was quite nice and clean. I must say though that the breakfast was horrible - powdered eggs, stale biscuits, and franks weren’t worth even trying to eat. Please do better. Thats a real horrible way to start the day and end my visit; it could’ve been great with just some more effort in the kitchen.

Wonderful accommodation… it is our “go to” when in the greater Seattle area.

We really liked that everything was very clean. The lady at the front desk was easy to communicate with and friendly. She made sure the check-in process was smooth and helped us get everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Parking pass cost an extra 15$. It would be nice if it could be included in the stay. Breakfast was with good options and delicious. Rooms are spacious and include a kitchen. Amazing room set-up. Overall, we would stay there again!

Breakfast was great, the site says they offer a continental breakfast but it was much more. They offered, eggs, waffles and breakfast potatoes along with the standard oatmeal, yogurt and bagels. The front staff was helpful when we asked for suggestions on transportation options. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean and we had a great stay.

The staff was efficient and helpful. The room was good, I had a sink that would not drain, but the bed was one of the comfiest that I have slept in. Hotel was quiet! I heard nothing! No other guests or doors closing or car noises. Amazing night’s sleep. Wish the bar had more variety of beers as a negative, but bartender was chipper and polite.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Absolutely loved it.

I deducted a rating because I really didn't care for the smoke alarm at the end of the bed, every 5 seconds it produced a bright white flash. It made it hard to fall asleep having a strobe light go off in your face.

Location was convenient Daily breakfast was horrible. Coffee was never more than warm. Cleaning service lacked, towels were never replaced. $15 a day to park is ridiculous.

I am not much of a breakfast eater, but my husband enjoyed it very much. It is nice having a covered parking structure. The Gym is very good and so is the laundry. Wish they had a restaurant. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Clean room and friendly staff

They cancelled my reservation post check in time ON THE DAY of my stay. I was working and needed to stay at the property as I was traveling with a coworker who was also staying there. Cancelled due to issues on their end but I was inconvenienced and had to make my own reservations at an adjacent hotel at a much higher price due to last minute reservation (because of this hotel cancelling on me) Mariel reached out about the cancelation initially and never followed up regarding the issue.

Clean Nice staff Stayed here earlier this year and there was more muffins/pastries for breakfast , none this stay.

When we checked in, Elijah at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. It would've been nice to have a water dispenser available in the lobby to fill our water bottles as the water from the faucet in our room did not taste the best.

Modern hotel with spacious suites. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast was above average. Room location on 5th floor was a very long walk back to the main lobby. There is an outdoor mall but 15 min walk.

Quality room, great amenties. Breakfast was pretty good. Wish we could have stayed longer! I liked the balcony but didn't get to use it much. The shower was amazing!

Thus hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is super helpful. The king suite was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was above average with fresh fruit and multiple hot choices. The location. Is isolated and next to a busy highway. An outdoor mall with restaurants is a 15 minute walk away.

Property is nice - room is nice. Bathroom towels wouldn't work for a 3 year old! And, parking cost was never shared on my Expedia booking nor when checking in.

This is a perfect quiet location. Also, the room is very spacious and it's great for the price. The fact that the television in the come with live channel. I can recommend it to friends. They need to add more options to the breakfast like omelet, hash brown. The bathroom need deep cleaning, and they need to start providing complimentary water to the hotel residents.

Loved that its so close to lake, wished that they would have double beds because the sofa bed was super uncomfortable

Liked the kitchen area and available kitchen items. Did not like that the subfloors were so thin that we could hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around in their room above our bed. Liked the location to parks and shops. Driving anywhere was simple to get around. Our one set back was having to ask for additional bathroom supplies. Walked next door to other hotel because they were not stocked with enough laundry detergent

The hotel was very nice. Great price, clean room, with spacious living space and kitchen. The room could use a little personality and color, and better lighting for make up. Other than that it was excellent.

Breakfast area needs more seating

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only negatives were the $18 per day for parking and the antiquated TV system. The pay parking is not uncommon in the area, so I can’t fault the hotel too much for that. The subpar TV system is on Marriott corporate, and not a fault of the property. A great stay and will definitely book here again.

No waste basket in the main room, bath tub had a large soap scum ring, bathroom sink plunger stuck, not able to open to let waste water through. Put in a ticket with the front desk at 5:00pm to have it fixed (left to a baseball game), returned to room at 10:45pm and the sink is still not working.

My tv originally wasn’t working and he came right up to help us fix it. Breakfast was great. The room/hotel was very clean and up to date. Excellent location and accessibility to the city. Was a little peaved there was no indication that parking was extra, for $15 per night for a hotel not in the downtown area. Also, the mattress was uneven and should be replaced.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My fully paid reservation was moved to a completely different part of town without any notice—I wasn’t even contacted. I showed up expecting to check in, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the front desk agent acted like I was the inconvenience. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from both the staff and the property. Avoid this place at all costs

Repairs needed in 303: Toilet seat is loose and moves to the left as you go to sit. Small towel shelf to the left of the sink is coming out of the wall. The bathroom cabinet latch is bent and the door does not close. And the trim on the lamp shade next to the bed is hanging and needs to be glues.

From the rooms to the continental breakfast and week day bars; this is definitely going to be our go to stay when we travel to the area. Dale and Isaiah were amazing and so accommodating during our stay and definitely made our trip great!

Stayed 4 nights. Sofa mattress was terrible, springs poking. No housekeeping services during the stay!!! Room smelled like cigarettes. Grossly overprices items at the lobby store. No way stayed at this motel(!!!!) chain again!!!

My biggest negative mark is having to pay $15 a night for parking. Talk about a greedy way to make more money. Just be aware that even though the price for the room is cheap they nail you on the overnight parking.

Breakfast was amazing! Quiet, comfortable rooms. Getting room refreshed (towels, coffee etc) was not automatic. Had to ask and someimes did not get it even then. Stayed 7 nights.

Lovely very spacious room with a great view. Wonderful breakfast choices, laundry on site, wine and dinner offered with grill on patio. Within steps of Lake Washington. All thisxwith a small kitchen. Staff so friendly and kind. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our room (studio) , which was also roomy enough for two pets. Breakfast was good and we liked the spacious breakfast room.

Nice room, breakfast good, VERY friendly check in. But the room was noisy! Frig, ice machine, heater and outside building blower and a lot of movement all night in room above made for hard sleep.

I could have lied and told them that my dog was a service dog but I didn't again if you're going to charge $100 make sure the rest of the room is clean because it's not always the Pet's fault..

Marriott Residence Inn South Lake Washington is a new hotel. Very reasonable rates. King Suite was great. All staff members friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was good.
