I checked out of the property December 13 and they were supposed to refund my $50 deposit today is the 18th and I still haven’t received it. Can you please send my $50 deposit thank you.

The place is so convenient. It’s not hard to find coz it’s just along the main road, and I like it. I will take this chance to thank you all guys for being so nice. I think for me nothing. During my stay there everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like is I’ve been in upstairs but anyway it’s my fault though coz I didn’t inform them ahead of time.

excellent value. everything was as seen, comfy beds, accessible electrical outlets everywhere, good reading lamps easy to turn off from bed, easy to access highway and local towns, walkable coffee and food, etc. heat and AC easy and responsive, I loved the fact that there was clean flooring instead of skanky carpeting! nothing, really. it is a bargain motel with better than exepected ammenities.

We didn't like the person that must be acting manager the way that she treated the maid she brought her into her room and proceeded to yell at her another language we felt that was disrespectful to the employee and to us as well she could have taken the employee somewhere else to talk to them about whatever it was it was bothering her for

Very clean and well run. We were very comfortable using it as a base to explore San Francisco and surrounding area. Managers very helpful.

I had to drop off my luggage and couldn't. I gave them permission to clean around my bag. Well had to take it with me. It really was so simple request.

The place is simple, well maintained by the owners, but not located in a too attractive neighbourhood. For an economy stay over of only one night it is well suited. I was not sure if the parking area was safe, maybe a surveillance system would be worth consideration.

The staff was kind and courteous, the room was clean and even though we did not end up checking in early they had approved an early check in. Had no issuer. The steps into the room could use a safety rail. It's an old building and the entry into the rooms could use an upgrade, mostly for safety reasons.
