The parking lot and outside areas were well kept. The check in prices was slow due to malfunctioning electronics. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the toilet lid and in the shower as well as what appeared to be a blood clot on the shower curtain. I would not recommend this establishment.

The room smelled musty . They tried to cover it up with cleaning supplies.. the shower didnt work at all. They didnt have a coffee maker available nor much of the dish pack. The continental breakfast was packets of oatmeal , a blue berry muffin or energy bar. Coffee and juice. Not much choice of anything on limited to 2 items. Phone was unplugged and couldn't find where the phone jack even was. Very outdated. Will not stay there again nor recommend it.

The breakfast was just a muffin and coffee. So it’s not a real breakfast. The person at the front desk was rarely ever there. The people in the room next to mine were smoking so my room and clothes smelled like smoke. They wouldn’t move us because they said the hotel was sold out. The tub in the bathroom was in desperate need of bleach and new caulk. The tub had been painted on the inside and it was chipping. There were horders moving there stuff out and their stuff was all over the sidewalk and they slept in their car. There was dog poop in the grass everywhere. And there were lots of random people hanging around out side that looked like drug addicts. I would not recommend this hotel, ever.

Good for a no-frills extended stay. The suite is spacious with a full kitchenette and the bed is comfortable enough for the price. It’s clean and quiet. Solid if you need space and a place to cook.go there if you need quiet, or functional place to stay.

This property should be rated as disappointing by Expedia, but they rate it as very good. This hotel is a very long way from ‘very good’. The Expedia rating is dishonest and misleading, and makes you conclude that they are getting a consideration from the hotel. Avoid this property at cost. You can do much better for the same price elsewhere.

Flew in late and stayed because it was cheap and only a few hours of sleep required. What I got was a room that smelled like an ashtray mixed with fried food and wet dog. Cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom of my "non smoking room". TVs blaring at 2am, emergency exit alarms going off all night, hair tangled in the makeup and "?" stained bath towels. The only saving grace was that I could bury my face in the clean sheets to block the smell enough to fall asleep. I left as early as possible after a hot shower. There are extended stays, and then there is this.

The location was perfect. Some of the property and physical plant looked a little dated. Before we checked out I saw a roach in the kitchen area.

This hotel can only be described as a dump. Nobody at the desk at check in, staff who showed eventually very unfriendly...same at checkout. Room was a throwback which apparently hadn't seen any care in years. Carpet was heavily soileand torn in spot, bug in overhead light..fixtures chipped and rusted. Bed and linens clean at least . Windows were dirty. Lobby shabby. Relieve we were only there for one night.

The staff at the Extended Stay are fine, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and fresh coats of paint. The walls and floors are stained, the bathrub in our room had blackish stains from what looks like a bathtub non-slip rug having been there for a long time. The sink in our kitchenette had mold in the drain/strainer area. I picked this hotel because the ratings for the hotel was 8.2 but it is not worth an 8.2 rating. I have nothing against the staff, but they need to pay more attention to cleaning.

The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it smelled heavily of smoke and stale odors. The room and facility were very dated too. I would not stay here again and wish that I could be refunded. I will be calling customer service tomorrow.

The place reeked of weed at the reception area. The hotel was old and needed repairs. Thank God the did not have carpet in the rooms but the floor was dirty. The bed was ok. Kinda hard. The curtains would not close all of the way. There was a crack in them that let the morning light stream into my face. Pieces of tape were on the wall from those that experienced the same situation. Obviously, no one cared to fix it. The furniture was old and decrepid. The only thing provided was a bar of soap and a small tube of shampoo (and towels that were actually OK). Oh, and there wasn't even a hair dryer. What hotel have you ever been to that did not provide a hair dryer? As soon as I woke up, I ran out of there. Go somewhere else!

We originally requested a King sized bed and was given a full/queen bed in both of the rooms that we saw. Although this space is pet friendly, they do not have any pet stations or exterior trashcans to dispose of dog waste. The front desk representative, Zane was very nice and accommodating in allowing us to view multiple rooms. However, we ultimately left and did not stay. This hotel was gross and not a space we felt comfortable staying overnight.

Many of my towels had strands of hair on them. The shower had hair strands that wasn’t my hair color. The microwave looked like it had old coffee stains on them. I do like the kitchen set up and the fridge had a lot of storage space. I did sleep well and the tv was perfect. The WiFi was a little messy but once I connected to it correctly it was perfect. Overall, I probably wouldn’t visit again unless I absolutely have to and unless they make changes.

Someone puked right outside the rear door to reception. It was never cleaned up despite the fact that the reception clerk went out there to smoke every day. Someone dropped a used tissue and a half eaten mint in our hall. It stayed there for 2 days despite the fact that the chambermaid passed it with her cart at least twice each day. The vanity counter in our nonsmoking room had 2 cigarette burns and 5 undistinguishable spots. I replaced the cabinets in my first home in 1986. The same cabinets are still present in this property but they are no longer white, they are yellowed. One of the chairs in our pet friendly room was pre-gnawed by someone else’s pet. Would I stay here again? A resounding NO. This had an 8 rating on your website. The only way this property earns an 8 is if the scale is 100 instead of 10.

Do not recommend! I had to wait a solid five minutes for someone to even come to the desk to help me check in. Room was not clean. The windows were filthy, trash in the drawers, something mysterious spilled all over the door. And don’t get me started on the bathroom! So much mildew in the shower that I refused to get in it. I went down for breakfast in the morning about an hour after it started and they were out of food. They literally said they were out of food! They could have at least gone up to the grocery store and bought some packaged muffins and some bananas! Avoid staying here.

The room was old and dated and the towels were stained. A giant cockroach walked across my room and random people were knocking on the doors. I didn’t feel safe and I was disgusted so I left and found another hotel. The management offered to refund only one night of my booking and I still haven’t received that. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The online images aren’t accurate and the cost of the room was ridiculous for this roach motel.

This hotel was very accommodating- I was coming from a best Western that had cockroaches in it, and they were able to take me in last minute. A little loud at times because this is a long stay hotel so people live there, that was the only issue I had.

1st room - tub was stained, microwave was dirty, trash and stains in cabinet. 2nd room - tub was stained, microwave had black stuff in it.

Absolutely loved it. Very quiet and relaxing. It was very clean and I’ve stayed in enough hotels and you can’t say that very often if at all. The lady Cathy at front desk in the morning is absolutely amazing. She is so down to earth and makes our stay very relaxing and you can tell she really cares and I haven’t met an employee yet that hasn’t been absolutely great. I never had to want for anything and if I needed anything they always went above and beyond and makes everyone feel special and I love it here and never want to leave.

Everything was great. It’s nice and quiet and it’s a very safe and relaxing place to stay and I recommend it to everyone. The manager Sam is awesome and he goes above and beyond for all his guests and definitely shows how much he cares and couldn’t ask for a better manager or worker in general especially if you need anything at all, he’s the one to go to.

There were Roach traps set by the property in our room. The Room was well used and Dirty. We left and canceled our reservation and went to a different Hotel for the night.

It was a little complimentary breakfast but it was good and refreshing.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting and the worst I’ve ever seen. The place looks old, and the smell of cigars and weed was overwhelming. As soon as we walked in, we saw homeless people sitting in the front entrance with their dirty socks on the floor. The door handle of our room was broken and wouldn’t budge open. We had to leave immediately and go to a new hotel because it was absolutely unbearable. I’m expecting a full refund.

Stayed 2 nights. The place is totally run down. A stench of stale beer, vomit, and rotting trash in the hallways. Dogs barking and people yelling all night long. At any point I was expecting to find bedbugs in the sheets (thankfully none appeared) or cockroaches (blessed not to have seen any). In the room (which seemed like it hadn't updated since the 1970s), the furniture was chipped, and walls were very sloppily painted-over, and the closet no longer had a door on it. Oh, and the refrigerator had very loud compressor cooling cycles. I don't think I could return here unless I was absolutely desperate.

This property was by far the absolute nastiest and poorly kept place I have ever stayed at. The room stunk terribly to the point that my daughter sprayed her perfume in the room to make it somewhat bearable. The floors were filthy, sheets and covers had stains on them and the bed when we pulled it down had short black hairs all over it. We brushed it off best we could in an attempt to at least try to sleep. Bathroom door was broken and would not latch. But the absolutely awful stench in the room was the worst thing of all. I will NEVER EVER stay at another one of their establishments again! My mother was in the hospital and we live a fairly long distance from the hospital and we were exhausted. I would honestly like to get refunded for the stay because the pictures online are very misleading! DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!

Upon arriving we knew there was zero chance that we could stay at this place. Pictures are wildly deceiving. Smelled of cigarette smoke and weed in the lobby. Was absolutely filthy. This coupled with the ghetto people just hanging out asking for money further solidified my decision. Do NOT book at this place. Would have rather slept in my car, luckily I was able to find another room at a more respectable establishment.

Bed had stains, stains in the tub, hair left on the wall, counter had stained yellow spots, top of the fridge was dusty, inside the cabinets looked unfit for any storage- because of our short stay- I felt like I could overlook all that and mark it up to “crap happens” - until the second morning of my stay I was woken up to (assumingly a bed bug!) crawling across my face! Absolutely unacceptable stay. To top it off, I showed to get the “icky” feeling off me- and turning the hot water all the way on- got me barely a lukewarm shower. Water didn’t heat or steam even in the slightest.

I chose this hotel because of the “good” reviews. However, it was a subpar hotel. There was a woman and child who appeared homeless wandering about the lobby area and hotel. The bed creaked with every turn. The water in the shower was barely warm the entire stay. Getting out the shower and letting the front desk know and waiting to see about getting another room didn’t seem like it was going to do any good. Upon check out, I let the front desk know and their response was that “everyone must have used all the hot water”. The hotel is very dated. So, if that matters, then choose another hotel. Also, when the A/C unit is on, it blows the curtains open to a point where someone walking by can see into the room. This was simply NOT a good hotel to stay at.

Check in should have been a clue. A metal pull down gate to close off the office. Opened when we arrived and then proceeded to ask me where I worked. I asked why and they said it’s a question the company makes me ask. Well, too bad, none of your business. Wouldn’t let me check in until I gave a place so I said McDonalds. This place felt like a half way house. Disgusting. Shocking that this brand was so terrible.

First off, they called me a few days ahead of my stay to tell me that they did not have any rooms available with two beds, which is specifically why I booked it. I was traveling with multiple family members, and made the reservation well ahead of time. At that point, it was too late to find another room, so I went along with it. The gentleman working at the desk was pleasant, but the facility is not particularly clean, the couch in the room was filthy, and the room smelled vaguely of old cigarette smoke and marijuana. Worth noting that the Google rating is lower than the rating lot hotels.com, and I should’ve checked that as well.

ALWAYS check google reviews- I learned this the hard way. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room at check in was filthy with hair and dirt all over the sheets, towels and floors. All applicants were rusted and dirty. I felt very uncomfortable for the 5 hours I stayed there. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with strobe lights and a CONSTANT PIERCING HIGH PITCHED SCREAM. I understand this is a safety measure and cannot be controlled if set off, but the front desk closed immediately and no one said anything. The fire department pulled up. My animals were terrified and I was so shaken. Awful experience

Our room had a terrible AC leak and a toilet leak. The floor kept flooding , I put down towels to attempt to keep the floor dry. I went and asked front desk for towels and I got a snarky comment " I love having to play housekeeping too" . I let front desk know 2xs about the leak and not once did they offer to change our room. There was literal puddles from AC and behind the the toilet. I paid $136 to bascially clean water all night.

The next morning, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am to see if I needed fresh towels. This woke me up. I was awoken a second time about an hour later, by an uninvited guest in my bed: a 1" cockroach. Finally around 10:30am housekeeping knocked on the door again to ask if I was going to be checking out soon (11am checkout).

Floors were nasty ! Noise all night in corridors and @ main entrance !

It was an amazing stay. Hotel room was clean. They also serve the free grab & go breakfast. Their front desk staff is also very friendly.

1) Clean sheets/towels. 2) Shower/drain worked. 3) Quiet/safe area. Minus: 1) Room smelled like a mix of smoke, BO and burning trash. Air fresher badly needed. 2) "Breakfast included"... means coffee and plastic wrapped muffins. Lame. Won't be going back. Other hotels put in more effort.

I had a fantastic experience at Extended Stay America. Front desk agent Aden was super helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The lobby was spotless as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. We had a suite becaue we had 3 adults. It was very nice having 2 separate bathrooms. The pullout couch for one of our guests was very lumpy and soft. The recliner in the living room wouldn't recline becasue it was obviously broken. Our room keys kept de-programming. This was an extended stay with the kitchenette, but there was absolutely no cooking utensils or plates. The area around the hotel was walkable and serene.

IT WAS A REALLY GOOD STAY. THEIR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD. IF YOU WANT A DECENT HOTEL ON MIDLOTHIAN TURNPIKE THEN IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They brag about a “recent renovation,” but the beds felt like leftovers from a freshman dorm move-out day. At sunrise, the cleaning crew turned the hall into their personal coffee shop—thin walls made sure I caught every word of their conversation, including how the exterior doors don’t lock and how sketchy the neighborhood is. Thanks for the reassurance! The hallways smelled like a sewer married a dumpster, and the front desk was busy eating dinner while the aroma wafted through the building like a cheap air freshener. Cozy! We actually shoved chairs against our door before bed. That’s not a travel hack—that’s survival mode. If you’re looking for an experience somewhere between “roach motel” and “horror movie set,” congratulations, you found it.

I would say it was a decent hotel. Honestly their mattresses seems to be new. Cuz they were really comfortable.

Was disappointed to check into my room and find that the hotel did not supply a hair dryer, so had to run out and purchase one. While the price was economical, cleanliness is compromised with visible mold in the bathroom. "Free Breakfast" is really only oatmeal packets and energy bars.

My check in was very quick. The front desk associate Aden was really good and kind to us. Room was spic span. It smells good and refreshing. Overall it was a nice stay.

It was disgusting and dirty. I checked in and our cards for the doors didn’t work and they said “oh it’s just a tricky door handle” and she had to pull and push so hard. Once we got into the room, there was crumbs everywhere, pieces of hair on the counters and table. I pulled back the covers and there were stains on the sheets. The tv had finger prints and feet prints on them. It was the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to.

The room was so gross we had to leave. There was hair in the bed, the floor was dirty, there were stains on the ceiling (not water), a giant cobweb on the wall, hair in the bathroom and the countertop wasn’t clean. They offered a different room that was also gross. We got a full refund thank goodness. We found a room at another hotel and left at 11:10 PM. I couldn’t even check out because their staff leaves by 11:00.

W chose to stay at this location and trust us we REGRET IT! it wasn’t clean the rooms had a weird smell to it, towels had stains the water was so hot the both my self and my son got burned, the shower was nasty. My family had to move rooms around due to the lack of cleanliness. People knocking on doors. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Breakfast was grab and go. Only allowed 2 choices. Coffee instant oatmeal granola bar were the choices. They hadn't dusted lamps in a long time. Dust dust and more dust. Bathtub was disgusting. We did not take a shower. Bed was not comfortable. Never anyone at front desk. Had to call out to get someone to come to desk. Full kitchen. Empty cabinets. No dishes or utensils

Checking in after 11pm took 30min and 3 phone calls, room was blah, smelly, bathroom was mildew and gross. paint was spotty throughout building. Just not a good clean feeling.

Its very outdated and old. The lobby and hallways smell. the kitchen has no items. You have to make a request from front desk. Generally clean but needs renovation

They offer no ammenities. No even coffee. Furniture is early Salvation Army. Mold in bathroom, etc. Extended Stay will never see me again.

We had booked this property because it was next door to the hotel my son was staying in prior to becoming a Navy recruit and the other hotel did not have any rooms available. It smelled like marijuana as soon as we walked in. The halls were dirty, the room had stains all over it, the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the room smelled terrible. We checked at the front desk of the hotel next door and thankfully they had something that had become available last minute and we were able to check-out. Pretty sure I won’t get a refund but don’t care because it’s better than staying at this hotel overnight. Plus, the super nice hotel next door was cheaper than this place. Do NOT recommend.
