The night we arrived, another couple was given the same room and keys. I then noticed black mold on the shower curtain. The room I paid for was a deluxe room with king size bed. I was given a room with a queen bed. It took approx 2 hours before a correct room was provided. They put a clean shower curtain in the new room. Carpeting appeared to have never been shampooed Multiple stains. Truly not what I expected for an Omni Hotel.
- 3/5
It was fine, rooms a bit tired and didn’t smell great, but good location. Cheap parking opposite, valet a rip off.
- 4/5
Had an enjoyable stay, was glad there was fitness center I could use. The only issues I had was that you had to pay for the WiFi, and the deposit amount was $100 a night when I was told it was $50 when I called ahead. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice.
- 5/5
The staff is what made the stay perfect. Especially Candace who checked me in in an Sean the shuttle driver, who gave excellent recs and also served as my bellman, etc

Overall the hotel is very nice. There’s Starbucks and chick f-la on the ground floor and a smoothie shop as well. The only negative is that the rates changed when I checked out. Not sure why, and I didn’t have time to make a complaint. The room was amazing. Spacious and supper quiet. The cleaning staff made sure your room was cleaned. The food in the tavern was delicious.
- 5/5
Clean room and amazing staff.
- 2/5
1 of 4 elevators worked. It was very difficult to get to room and out of the hotel. We were late for a wedding due to length of time it took to get an elevator. The staff at the front desk were rude when asked about the lack of elevators working.
- 5/5
Excellent location and beautiful hotel.
- 4/5
There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!
- 2/5
The staff was lovely, however, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired and at times was straight up infuriating. 1/4 elevators worked for a 20 story building, causing 10+ minute wait times for the elevator… worst of all there was no public access to a stairwell which seems insane. Because of this issue it was NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Further, there was no real blanket on the bed and the pillows deflated to nothingness once my head hit them. The ice room smelt like throw up and there was no accessible water other than the bathroom sink. Even the vending machine did not have water… overall a very bad experience for what seemed nice online.

1 out of the 4 were operating. The room was small not decent. My car was very dirty when returned from the valet.
- 2/5
I called customer several times and no answer, neither they called me back and selected that option. When I spoke to someone, she was helpless. No microwave was in the room, no free wi fi. The parking is very unreasonable.
- 5/5
It was very conveniently located and beautifully appointed. Helpful staff.

- 4/5
Fine. View could have been better. Non-rewards members get slighted.
- 2/5
Conveniently placed for what we wanted to do We were meant to check in at 4pm. By 6.30pm we had a room, but not the one we had booked, a downgrade with 100 dollars off. Not really good enough. And room wasn’t cleaned so spent 4 days with a full bin
- 5/5
Didn't like: NO pantry for snacks and on-the-go purchases. No drug store nearby and you do not want to walk up and around the corner to 7-11 at night. Or in my case, in the rain. Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby but it felt like being in a MEAT LOCKER- freezing (that's a lot of places though in summer in the south so bring a sweater or coat for indoor dining as a back up.)

Believe me, the Omni in Richmond is a wonderful hotel. I’ll just say that if you’re looking for a luxurious top tier level of hotel, it isn’t all the way there. You’ll notice some little things top hotels don’t let slide. The walls are super thin. I felt like I could have a conversation with our neighbors through the wall (without yelling). We were lucky not to hear any nefarious activities going on. Also, the bathroom door had some wear and tear. The windows needed a scrubbing too. No big deal. Just stuff you’d care about if you wanted luxury at its best, which tends to be the Omni brand. My last gripe really is that they don’t have a free parking option. It’s either you park yourself for $35 or valet parks you for $45. So include that in your price if you elect to stay here. Other than that, my goodness - very clean, soft bed, excellent shower pressure, amazing amenities, perfect location, helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone passing through and looking for something really nice to stay in for the night.

Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and easy to talk to. Room was clean and comfortable. We had problems with our room water which was barely warm until our last morning. Only one of four elevators were working for a couple days for eighteen floor hotel. Long waits or had to walk. Had to go to three different floors to find ice. Several machines were not operating. Would probably not return due to the facility maintenance problems.

The room size is decent, the bed is comfortable. Also the shower has very good pressure. Room service was not good. They did not provide essential stuff like shampoo, body wash, coffee, milk and even cups. also the cleaning wasn't great. Reception staff that I interacted with were so un helpful and made me feel that either they hated their job or they just did not want to serve.

I had to book this last minute due to my other arrangements being cancelled and was good value being last minute My safe was locked when I arrived therefore I couldn’t use it. The bath drainage was terrible, I had to hold open the plug for the water to drain. Water pressure wasn’t amazing either. No complimentary water provided in the rooms which I’ve had everywhere else I’ve stayed. The hotel is advertised as having free wifi however they tried to charge me, I argued that wasn’t what it was advertised as and I had to sign up to Omni to get a membership number in order to get free wifi? Didn’t realise this was a thing anymore. The women staff were quite rude and pretentious, turned their nose down at me. This hotel is great for business interviews staying for work or conferences however if you’re in Richmond for vacation the location is terrible and is 30+ min walk to get to anything exciting or all the good restaurants
- 3/5
Internet access provided by hotel is bad. Traveling for a business trip I had to spend at least half an hour contacting the help center to connect in my laptop. Also, the toilet dispenser is too close to the toilet bowl. You have to actually sit diagonal in order to be able to use the toilet.

I had booked this hotel as a treat for my daughter and myself so that she could have a good relaxing stay the night before we moved her into accommodations for an internship. We spent the whole night listening to the squeak of the elevator. It had need of some repairs clearly and was loud enough to disrupt us all night. It was a shame because we’ve been looking forward to it.

When we had an issue with the ice machine they were quick to come and fix the issue. Fold in the restaurants onsite was mediocre! But surrounding restaurants in Richmond were good.

I was a little disappointed. We were in a Queen size room. The bathroom toilet was immediately next to the wall with zero elbow room the the right and a wall with a metal towel holder maybe 2 feet in front. It was a safety issue. I’m 5’1 and still hit my head on the towel rack. I am surprised the room passed inspection. Also, the tv is next to the bed and not in front of it so relaxing in bed with a movie was not an option. The room was clean and the hotel was clean. The elevators are slow and you do need to wait some time for the crowds at the elevator. Location was nice, but I would not book the Omni again.

The in house restaurant is pub style and food quality was excellent. If you want something more formal just across the street is the Tobacco Company (also excellent); something less formal then Chick Fil A (visiting which is a tradition for us whenever we come south) is in the lobby Minor problems with the room were responded to super quick - within 5 minutes of being reported. My wife thought the in-room toiletries were excellent.

The only thing that always confuses me is paying for parking at a hotel I already paid to stay at. Luckily, we found parking across the street for $6 and ended up paying only $12 total instead of $45, which was a win. The elevator was a little scary because it jerked when moving and the doors closed a bit abruptly. Our room itself was nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work as expected. We set it to 69 because we’re both dealing with hot flashes and wanted the room cooler, but it never actually felt that cool. It may be a centralized setting for all rooms, or it simply wasn’t working properly. We didn’t call the front desk since it was late. Even with those issues, every staff interaction I had was lovely, and the customer service was warm and welcoming. We didn’t get a chance to check out the heated pool or other amenities this time, but we would definitely come back for another stay.

- 4/5
Front desk people were friendly but overworked. She couldn’t stop yawning throughout the check in process. Awkward.
- 4/5
Rooms are good and hotel location in the Slip is great. It was a full house with MCV alumni and a large church youth group. Two of the 4 elevators were down. As the groups have events sometimes 100 people waiting for elevators. On two days asked the front desk staff were they being fix this weekend. Neither staffer had heard of the elevators being down. As the elevator area entrance is visible from front desk. Why at night would large groups of people be waiting for elevators.

- 5/5
Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize. For example, having USB-C charging options and more connection points for devices would be nice. No market pantry for a quick grab and go option and the fact that the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday is a bit inconvenient, esp if you're in a rush but plenty of options nearby.

Hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly, parking is a breeze you have the option to do valet at a fee where you can come and go throughout the day or there is an attached garage that also has a fee but you pay every time you enter. If your only staying for sleep the attached garage is the way to go. The bed are comfy, bathrooms are nice and clean. I slept amazing. The only complaint I have is none of the ice machine had ice. I went to five different floors searching for ice and none of the machines had ice in them. Other than that the hotel was amazing and I would stay again.

Location was excellent No fan in the bathroom - paying for parking
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. While everything was in good condition, a few minor updates to the shower could elevate the experience further. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transportation. The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and common areas, were well-kept and added value to the stay. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to a few small issues. However, these did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, this is a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice downtown corporate feel hotel. We checked in on a Saturday and the Starbucks, Chic Fil A and smoothie shop that were advertised as perks were all closed, so that was a bummer. But the front desk staff was kind and friendly and the bartender was excellent. Downtown Richmond was a little sad though. Probably wouldn’t stay in that same area again.
- 5/5
We didn’t have breakfast, but the bar was great, and offered a pool table and stand up shuffle board that kept the kids occupied. Food was very good as well.

Good location. Our room was very nice and we were pleased that it wasn’t cramped even though it was a basic 2 double bed room
- 4/5
I called and was told my room was ready early; arrived and it was not ready for another 3 hours. This is not on the hotel, but it was disappointing none the less- I thought the smoothie shop and chick fil a would be open during my stay but it's only open M-F, closed on weekends. That caused us to have an issue getting food for our kids. Lastly, the pool room was freezing and the pool water was so cold, we could not enjoy it. The pool was the only reason I booked this hotel.
- 4/5
The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips.
- 1/5
Over booked rooms and expected customers to be satisfied with roll out beds due to their mismanagement.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Easy walk to the Capital area with lots of historical sites. Bar across the street is adult oriented, clean and elegant, while also having very good live music every night. (Compared to the other nearby bars which were much louder and grubbier and catering to partying college students).

Excellent staff and service at check-in. We had to wait for the luggage to be delivered, and the staff added a note to the file to text us when it arrived. The shuttle service was excellent. Sean was wonderful and very helpful. He made dinner reservations for us across the street. I didn't quite why Wi-FI isn't complimentary, and I had to agree to a FREE membership?
- 5/5
Great place to stay!!!!
- 4/5
Lovely hotel and conveniently located within the town of Richmond and also as one who arrived by car. Staff was superior. Not only friendly, but extremely helpful with any request - front desk, room service, bellman and valet attendant. All worked efficiently and with professionalism. Our room was small and had an unappealing view, but the reservation was last minute and well priced. In-room info was well thought out and graciously displayed. Was pleasantly surprised that the room service cuisine was VERY good, as even many fine hotels’ renditions of classics only pay lip service to in-room dining. I did have one serious complaint and that was the overpowering smell in the room. The AC was on at arrival but the air was heavy and dank (mildew, mold) which never dissipated. As our stay was a quick turnaround, the easiest solution was to turn off the AC and call it a night. The air remained bothersome, but slightly improved. The room furnishings seemed ever so slightly dated, and needed attention to a few scratches, and perhaps that spot on the rug near the AC unit, but nothing that made one uncomfortable. All in all, had it not been for the air in the room and the sad view, I would have rated it a 5.

The room had a bad smell from the carpeting. The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged. We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill.
- 5/5
The velet guys were so amazing and helpful. I am so grateful for them!
- 5/5
Great service from friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
It would have been nice if parking was a bit more straightforward. We parked in the garage across the street and we came and went a few times, so paying for parking was a bit expensive. I'm not sure if that garage was the best value given how we had to come and go.

The location was perfect. We traveled to Richmond to see a show and our hotel was a ten minute walk to the venue. The room was also clean, and the lobby was sparkling. The door man was very attentive and the valet service was quick and speedy. The pool was closed during our stay. I did choose this location primarily for the pool, so I was very disappointed. Our room was comfortable, but any time the air kicked on, a loud, piercing buzzing would sound in the room. It hurt my ears.

Property was fine but generally unclean for the price point. Booking.com is an absolute mess when it comes to processing payments directly on behalf of the hotel. Beware being double charged and then having to deal with Booking.com’s inane customer service process to get the charge reversed

Spotless room and attentive staff.
- 2/5
Check in was very unorganized. We were finally given a room 2 hours past check in time, and for most of that time non of the amenities (coffee shop, restaurant) were open and we had already given our car to a very busy valet. The hallways and lobby were flooded with people and luggage waiting to get into a room. They said they would text when a room was available, but we never received a text. My husband had to go inquire after waiting 2 hours and a room was suddenly available. We were told the reason was that the hotel was full. Poor planning knowing how many rooms were booked.
- 5/5
Yes. Shower head was awesome and the robes spectacular. Just what we needed after a long drive from Boston. Ordered room service for dinner and everything was delicious.
- 3/5
The Cons: 1) The room itself was only surface cleaned. We found a used Q-tip behind the trashcan, an empty beer bottle under the bed, an empty water bottle behind the tv stand, another one behind the far nightstand, and a very strange metal container under the mattress, which the cleaning staff should have noticed when they changed the sheets; further, the hard-to-vacuum areas were very dusty and, frankly, gross. 2) There is a severe lack of easily accessible electrical outlets for charging devices (which is why we were poking around in the dusty corners of the room) and the ones that were accessible didn't always work well. 3) Parking is very expensive: $45/night for valet (w/ unlimited in and out), or $35 for self-park in the hotel garage with additional charges for each entry and exit, and the front desk makes vague hints about vandalism to discourage parking in the garage across the street ($15/night, well lit, other cars were there, but exact change, cash only). All in all, a somewhat disappointing stay.

- 4/5
Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay. Beds and pillows are almost too soft.
- 3/5
No kettle, difficult to get hot drinkable water. Close to lift which made noise. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Clean room, amazing view. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful view from room which was super clean!
- 5/5
The room was clean and has a great view! We were celebrating our friend who was having a baby and they brought us a hand written note and treat to celebrate! So thoughtful!
- 4/5
Decent hotel, not the best place to stay though.
- 2/5
Some staff was good and in some cases there was zero responsiveness. We could not get issue with TV fixed during our whole stay.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and staff- had amazing time with our little baby
- 5/5
Great hospitality great service from the menu you walk in to the minute you leave
- 5/5
I was greeted warmly by the staff from the valet parking attendant to the front desk staff. The room was clean, comfortable and overall nice.
- 4/5
Clean room, lovely bath products, and assistance by bellhops and valet!
- 4/5
Staff are great and helpful. Parking attendant super helpful. The building is old and my room smelled like cigar smoke but the room are big and nice view of the river. The furniture is dated. Convenient restaurants like Starbucks and some fast food places within the building. Fitness center is small but good enough for a quick exercise.
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Great location. Well appointed room.
- 5/5
This solo trip was lovely. Staff was very professional. Front desk personnel were very pretty, very skilled, and stopped at nothing to provide my needs. Restaurant staff had exceptional customer service skills. Food was good.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great staff

Room still had trash in the trash can.
- 5/5
Great room staff were very attentive
- 2/5
When we checked in, we were told we were given a quiet room with a beautiful view of the canal. However, our room was next to the elevators and we had a beautiful view of the interstate. The view, ok fine. But we could hear the elevator everyone time it opened and closed on our floor.
- 5/5
We did not eat breakfast.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful! Very spacious room
- 5/5
Great staff, comfortable bed

- 3/5
Hotel staff are nice, very polite and accommodating guests needs. Great locations!
- 3/5
Was not informed about parking. Cost me 35.00 a day. Not happy!! No coffee in the lobby, how cheap can you get.
- 5/5
Clean room good staff
- 4/5
Very good experience.
- 5/5
YES YES YES! I will definitely stay here when I return to Richmond
- 5/5
The accommodations are always great at here. Extremely helpful staff. A special thank you to the parking attendants.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and very clean, staff was polite and helpful, view was great, and everything was in walking distance of the hotel. This will probably be my go to hotel when I visit Richmond in the future.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and helpful, loved the kids welcome bags of goodies. Clean, easy to park
- 1/5
The shower had hair all over it.
- 5/5
The room was great, the staff was excellent. the wings at the restaurant were quite tasty
- 4/5
Staff is very pleasant
- 5/5
Check in staff was excellent
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the indoor pool—it was a great feature. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a hot tub, as that would have made the experience even better. Overall, a good stay and I’d consider coming back.
- 5/5
Top tier stay! Bed was super comfortable, room was clean, staff was nice.
- 5/5
Loved the room
- 5/5
Room was great, staff was very courteous and professional. Will definitely stay again and refer to others.
- 3/5
Staff was great, but the rooms need an update asap.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff was very helpful and friendly. Kudos to the valet especially!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. They have a featherless floor for guests who have allergies
- 4/5
Staff was great, especially dining staff. Room was quiet. We requested extra towels and there was only one for two people and only one tea bag. One and a half rolls of bathroom tissue so we bought some. Beds were very comfortable, shower head was heavenly. Parking was expensive but convenient and easy. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay. Everything you want from a higher end hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was pleasant and professional. We arrived several hours early before check-in and granted
- 1/5
Bed sheets didn’t smell fresh and housekeeping didn’t come even though we did not opt out of housekeeping for the charity. Bath tub was old fashion. I’ve never stayed in an omni with a bathtub. I’m use to walk in showers. The tub was dirty as well. Paid premium Wi-Fi price $15 per day was inferior and lagging with gaming. Valet parking was outside and car came back dirty with passenger seat settings changed which was strange and unexplainable unless someone was in the passenger seat; which should not have happened. On top of the price being $40 per night. Air conditioning, even though the thermostat said 62 degree, was not working well and both night were hot and unpleasant. Staff was nice and pleasant.
- 2/5
The staff were great, the room was just fine. They only had one elevator in operation for all but one day of our four night stay. The vegan options are laughable. The Internet is slow.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!!
- 5/5
Courteous staff
- 1/5
The food in the hotel is horrible, stale cake and drinks wasn’t made well. Starbucks always had long, long lines so forget about getting coffee there if you’re in a hurry. They had 4 elevators with only one working so we’d had to pack ourselves in like sardines or wait another 20 min. The pillows weren’t even pillow they were a sheet of toilet paper, every morning I woke up with a jacked up neck. They had kids running up and down yelling and screaming at night and keep hearing windshield wiper noises. I will never come back.
- 5/5
Agent at the check-in desk was very helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated her professionalism
- 5/5
Beautiful room, large bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Monique provided EXCELLENT service at check in patiently answering our questions about the hotel and area. She was professional and had an incredible positive attitude.
- 5/5
Overall great experience for our 3 nights! Cant complain. Would stay again!
- 3/5
Everything was great until a very aggressive security guard knocked at my door at 2am. Threatening to call the police if I didn't open the door. I called the front desk and she said it was a noise complaint however, I was in bed. That wasn't explained by the security officer. He was upset bc i did not open the door.
- 4/5
Parking staff were so nice.
- 5/5
Great corner room
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Breakfast is delicious. But not included.
- 5/5
For awareness when visiting... Meal options at the hotel are limited on the weekend, especially on Sunday and Holidays.
- 4/5
The property is very nice and I think a solid value for the price. Parking is extremely expensive but it is a pretty convenient and efficient system. The staff overall was very mediocre and their enthusiasm for the job did not match the ambiance of the space. Overall I would stay there again if given the option but just can’t give it a 10 because of the staff.
- 5/5
I left an important item at the hotel. Ms. Deborah made sure that I got my item. I tried to give her a ministry gift and she declined. I want to say thank you to her and that the Omni should know what an asset that she is. I am forever greatful.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and the property was very clean. Would stay there again
- 4/5
Internet was fine for streaming movies, although I did upgrade the speed I was not charged since I joined the rewards club. The property seems old … older TV’s, few USB ports and no USB-C ports.
- 3/5
I expected more for the price of the room per night. Parking was not included with the stay, it's $35 a night for self park and $40 a night for valet that's not a part of the hotel. There was major water damage to the window in our room at some point and instead of the trim being fixed properly it was just painted over. The ac unit that was in the wall never satisfied so it never turned off and was very noisy. Also found dried blood on the sheets the day we checked out that was not ours.
- 5/5
Love the Richmond Omni!
- 5/5
It was great all around!!
- 5/5
Great shower. I will definitely book another King in higher floors here again!
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Lovely place to stay! Staff is very helpful. The location is excellent and within walking distance to restaurants. Parking is very expensive and mattresses are worn out.

- 5/5
Very conveniently located for our needs
- 5/5
Nice hotel in close proximity to main st station. Not a lot of amenities in surrounding area though. Limited dining options outwith hotel.
- 2/5
This time I was not happy with my stay. Very loud outside my room. Not sure if it was doors banging or what. For about 5 minutes 3 times. Also housekeeping came in and throw away a bag I had full of snacks.
- 5/5
This hotel was awesome. Rooms were clean and convenient to restaurants etc.
- 5/5
Very professionally run buisnes
- 5/5
Great stay thank you
- 5/5

- 5/5
.
- 5/5
We had great time
- 5/5
This hotel is lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This stay helped me learn to search for a place with better parking options, but I understand that urban areas will have parking limitations. So, just understand that you will have to pay a significant amount for parking. Very limited choices for parking! If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then you should consider staying at this lovely, well-appointed hotel.
- 4/5
service was excellent but limited eating options during weekends
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and attentive soon as I walked through the doors. Everything was as I dreamed it would be. Definitely would come back and recommend to others.
- 5/5
very professional staff
- 3/5
Otherwise a fine serviceable hotel. But a family of 4 or more is not fitting comfortable into one room.

- 5/5
Outstanding cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff , great restaurants ,
- 5/5
Enjoyed my weekend stay as well as the dining option on the property.
- 4/5
Great room, good location and very fast valet service!
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 4/5
I was hoping that the pool and sun deck area was going to be nicer. The pool area was like a hot green house-- and a small door opens it up to the outdoor area. Would be better if ot could be a large garage door to give better access to both areas to use on warm days
- 5/5
Thank you, Brandon
- 5/5
Was in for a concert , the staff and hotel was just so inviting and friendly I will be back

Nice location, Super friendly staff which were extremely outgoing, professional, and genuinely hospitable. I will definitely stay there again if in Richmond again.
- 5/5
I wasn't clear how often housekeeping came. Someone came day 1 but not day 2, then 3. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know they don't come every day. Also, having bottled water in the fridge was very helpful. It saves so much time to not have to find a convenience store.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms, high quality hotel in a great location.
- 5/5
All was great
- 5/5
The hotel is clean, beautiful & wonderful amenities! Valet was very prompt and all staff was very courteous! It was close to everything that we wanted to visit in Richmond! We would give it a five star!

Ms Jade, Ms Raven, Mr Aaron, and Mr Jacob to name a few provided an exceptional high level of customer service throughout the duration of our stay. I was very pleased with the pool and fitness room areas. The downtown Richmond Omni Hotel will be our choice when visiting Richmond VA. Thanks for your hospitality.

- 4/5
Was a convenient stop. Staff was polite. I always have issues with hotel cleanliness.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Food provided by outside vendor and hotel should not advertise it. The bed is ok. Pool area was unbelievably hot (due hot weather ) and it make it unusable.Gym was closed without any explanation, could not use it as well. Daily Internet charge for 24 hours are laughable for 4 Star hotel, more suited to Motel 6.Sorry
- 5/5
Everything was great! The hotel was excellent, super clean and had several onsite restaurants. The valet guys were so friendly.
- 5/5
5 Star hotel not staying anywhere else.
- 5/5

- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at Omni.
- 5/5
Sarah and Walter were the front desk attendants the night I checked in and they were great. They were super helpful with a positive attitude. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel. They deserve a kudos!! Thanks for making my stay awesome!
- 5/5
We had a lovely weekend getaway to Richmond and stayed at the Omni. It was a great location, walkable to restaurants. Check in was simple, valet was quick. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous. No complaints at all.
- 5/5
The shower and water pressure was very weak. Terrific stay all the way around otherwise. Perfect for a visit to the Allianz Ampitheater.
- 3/5
The corridors were very noisy in the early hours of the morning The valet service scratched my car
- 5/5
Great property. Comfortable and clean!
- 5/5
Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant downstairs had great breakfast.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Nice staff at check-in and nice valet service, room clean and elevators quick at all times
- 5/5
The person that set off the fire alarm at 2am was terrible.
- 4/5
Location is great and the restaurant across the street, The Tobacco Company is fantastic. You should not miss it. On the opposite side, the restaurant inside the hotel was terrible. From the drinks to food, terrible! They served us the soup cold! The iceberg in the salad was month old! The meat was chewy and low quality! The service was bad! The rooms and hotel staff was great and they had an Starbucks inside the hotel which was a plus but Starbucks closed early!
- 5/5
An amazing experience will be back soon. From top to bottom great customer service
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
I liked the pool I liked the security loved the valet please know that you probably are better off with valet service but the hold covers
- 5/5
We loved our impromptu overnight stay here. Beautiful building, extremely comfortable bed and room, good location for walking to miscellaneous nearby places, good safe parking garage under the hotel. The restaurants inside the hotel and in the surrounding area have weird hours on weekends, with some of them not even opening. The hotel restaurant and bar on the first floor have great staff, and we would highly recommend the burger and rockfish. Pool was surprisingly cold although the pool area was very hot and humid , and we didn’t expect so many people (a tad crowded). We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The hotel is amazing but it is a challenge for guests who are not adept at using their cell phone since many tasks require cell phone or other digital devices to use the elevators, send text messages to parking staff, etc. It was very confusing and frustrating to us. Too much unfamiliar hassle! But very lux! We may choose to stay elsewhere in future to avoid the hassle, which adds to the cost of the stay.
- 5/5
I liked the convince of walking to restaurants and shops. It was nice to walk the area. I liked the room and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend to other people that are going to that area. Loved there was a parking deck as well, although not free.
- 5/5
Nice hotel.
- 4/5
Customer service was beyond excellent. Only issue was the bedding was not soft at all. Sheets were rough. I was surprised by that.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly, accommodating and professional 👍
- 5/5
Room was great and the shower head was a delight. Jessica and Sean were most helpful.
- 5/5
Hotel staff was tops n every way- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!
- 5/5
We found the staff wonderful at every step. The room was clean and modern, the hotel overall is very attractive. The restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast! The chef, Samuel did a wonderful job with everything, especially the biscuits and gravy. Also thanks to Phaedra and Stewart in tbe restaurant, and Jacob at the front desk. I would highly recommend!
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, the Westham breakfast was delicious; and our server, Stewart, deserves the highest praise.
- 5/5
Good location within walking distance many attractions. Well appointed with friendly staff
