I have to say that this was one of the best times that me and my wife had together. The first time at the hotel at ilani and we were very impressed with the room and the staff. Very nice people and had a great time!

I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.

The hotel was beautiful and room was clean. Hot tub was very dirty with heavy foam and the foam had brown matter. I look forward to using hot tubs and this was a scary experience.

The do not have breakfast. But do have pre-made sandwiches. Room was clean. The staff is outstanding!! They were pleasant and very helpful. We had dinner at Tom's in the casino was sooooooo good.

Only one small gripe and it’s the scent that they push thru the air vents…same thing in Las Vegas. I’m very sensitive to the smell and had to go in and out so I wouldn’t get nauseous. May not be able to stay again due to that smell.

We went with our 4 year old granddaughter and EVERYONE (staff and other guests included) treated her with kindness and respect! The resort was outstanding but having our granddaughter engaged and delighted was wonderful !

The room was a bit lacking. Although there was a very small fridge, it wouldn’t even fit two leftover boxes in it from one of the restaurants. There’s no microwave. The beds were uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all. Some of the lights were flickering in the room. There is no on-site laundry so when my guest sat in a chair that was soaked in urine, we had to go to the only store on site where all of the clothes are $100 and above. We had to spend $100 on a pair of pants because there’s no laundry service and the place was not clean enough. The woman in the store said we were the second people to come in there looking for pants because of sitting in somebody else’s urine on a chair. There’s also no room service. I stayed in downtown Portland the weekend before at a high end hotel and it cost less than one night in this hotel.

The staff are great, the hotel itself is still fairly new so it’s modern and clean and smells nice. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is bc the price is pretty steep AND you can hear hallway noise and doors slamming all night/morning long. You would think for such a nice hotel they would make the doors a lot more soundproof considering there is a 24 hour casino connected to it.

Your staff seems to be very limited on their knowledge of the resort and the amenities specifically restaurant amenities and was of virtually no assistance in selecting a brunch location for a Sunday brunch; I would expect all staff to be aware of where the best branches at your resort. I finally found an older woman and she was able to help

Room was good condition, but pillows smelled, and there were black hairs on both beds and sink. Took a while to figure out all the lights. Kinda expensive at 200 a night. The bathroom towels were nice. Only one chair in the room to sit. So had to sit on the bed to play a board game.

Room was immaculate, water pressure in shower lacked, bathrooms were very well designed otherwise. Casino was very clean and best part, no smoking.

The stay was too good but didn’t have enough time to use the swimming pool area. Maybe next time!

Everyone on staff was friendly, extremely clean, and the food at the conference was delicious!!

The pool was so cold and the jacuzzi was just warm and full of kid kicking me and smashing it was so much that I had to get out. We had dinner at the Longhouse and we ordered the SUSHI chefs choice, and it wasn't SUSHI it was tempura rolls😔😢😭. We were very disappointed to spent 80$ for just tempura rolls!

Everything was pretty awsome. I wish that the Hotel parking was a little closer to the entrance of the hotel. I wish it was also a covered parking structure. People who arent staying in the hotel have better parking options.

Maybe more area outside to walk and move your body. But other than that. Casino was great, non smoking was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was super friendly every where we went.

This is a quite luxurious hotel attached to a very nice clean Native Tribal Casino with a number of dining options. I was there to meet family for event. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend

The hotel is nice enough. Pool was great. Parkling situation was very poor for hotel guests. Zero parking near the hotel and not a easy way to get from the very distant parking garage to the hotel portion of the resort.

The front desk employee was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to a concert and no idea what to expect or where to go. She knew it all, wish I could remember her name. It appeared she was likely part of the tribe too, which I appreciate. The room was really fantastic!

Beautiful hotel. Smooth check in and able to check in early. Friendly and accommodating staff. Bella Vista restaurant was tasty with attentive service as well. We disappointed Line and Lure the seafood restaurant is not open on Mondays, but our dinner was excellent at Bella Vista and views lovely from the top floor of the hotel. Would definitely stay again with the great Hotel.com rate I found.

Great hotel and fun place but we had an air conditioning issue in the middle of the night where it started making loud noises and we had to call for maintenance twice and got little sleep. The hotel removed the resort fee and gave us a $50 credit for next visit. Our room was about $400 but they did all they could do because we booked 3rd party. Food service was terrible. Unfriendly staff at pizza place and at the noodle house we got completely ignored for 20 min waiting to place a to go order since nothing else was open in food court. They had a lineup and never acknowledged any of us. There were tables open for those who wanted to dine in but nobody got seated. We left and ate chips we brought. Starbucks was open for grab n go food but we wanted a hot meal at no coffee at midnight. Hotel staff is great though. Very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay STATE OF THE ART

We arrived to the hotel after hours of driving only to be advised that they had no reservation in our name and that there was nothing they could do. We explained to the young man at the counter that we had made the reservation days ago and he again stated he had no reservation. We explained that we had been driving most of the day and we asked if he had any available rooms. He stated he had plenty of rooms and then said that "THEY WILL BE PRICEY" and then he laughed. He stated if would be about $$$$$ for the night. Since we had booked thru Expedia for $$$$$ a night, we thought since he quoted an amount that was more than twice the Expedia booking that it was outrageous. We thus decided to take our luggage back to the car and drive the additional miles back to Seattle.

We ate at the Michael Jordan Steakhouse. The food and atmosphere were great.

Great place and helpful staff. I wish there had been more staff at the coffee shop. Only 2 people and sometimes only 1 available. Long wait for just a drink and pastry. I believe they were understaffed. There needs to be slip resistant strips in the showers. Extremely slippery. I know there was a shower chair in the handicapped rooms, but maybe grab bars in all the showers also. Very dangerous for anyone.

Self parking is on the opposite side of the hotel across the casino. When you try to enter from the casino side we were told we couldn't and we had to walk outside the building. The lady was very rude and demeaning. If you went around the building at the other entrances the doors were open with no check in and the hotel opened into the casino. The inconvenience and attitude for the price of the rooms made for awful experience. What did scanning the ID even matter at the door when the kids coild walk around the casino because the food was on the outskirts of it...truly need customer service training.

Best place in the area.

There is so much chlorine in the pool that the water was cloudy and so strong that it burned our eyes. They have no beverage service at or near the pool.

The worst thing about staying here was the hotel guest parking, its location is inconvenient and very limited spots, unless you wanna pay for valet parking.

We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we had our children, however the pool was closed for maintenance both days we were there so the kids didn't get to enjoy the amenity we booked for.

The casino was big with lots of gaming choices, but no one was winning anything. All in all it is a nice place if you can afford to spend alot of money. I won't stay there again.

This was my 1st time here. We decided to go for my birthday weekend. Beautiful Property!! Very Clean lobby and room. Great fun for the whole family, but......Pool was dirty, full of hair and the water was murky. The hot tub was big but the jets were not functioning. Please fix! Also, the water pressure in the showers was embarrassing. For a property like this I would expect better.

First visit and would happily stay again. Friendly and helpful staff made the experience better and were super accommodating

The room was clean and well kept . Coffee cups and condiments were missing from the room. I was disappointed but the hotel was almost a full capacity due to a concert hopping in the nearby area and no food options were open at 12 o’clock at night, my company, and I had to leave the hotel and travel to a nearby hotel to get food a little disappointing with such a nice hotel and casino.

We stayed at the Alani because it was five minutes from a wedding. We were attending from out of state. Beautiful hotel, and amazing dining options!

Beautiful place, people and customers. Very pleasant staff, from the front desk to customer service rewards lady (Kasandra). Despite manning the whole card service by herself with a long line, she still had a beautiful smile for everyone she served.
