Plenty of parking The bed was very uncomfortable. If you sat at the foot of the bed, the rest of the bed rose up. The pillows were like pillowcases stuffed with limp rags. There was a sheet and a very thin bedspread and no blanket or quilt or any extra bedding in the closet. The lights were very bright and no way to dim them

It was easy checking in after already booking and paying online. It was quiet. Location is a little rough. There is no phone in the room to call front desk.

This is exactly what you would expect for about $65.00. The front desk staff were very nice though.

The rooms were comfortable, and quiet, the amenities were slim to none, the check in was wonderful

Clean room, huge bathroom. Staff and cleaning was nice. A little noisy in the area and it had a weird smell but overall 8/10

It’s ok for a one night stay

The Staff was more than nice, they were very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. No problems. The only complaint that I have is that I chose this motel based on the picture that I saw and the room was not like that at all. The room was clean and tidi but the bed was lopsided and too soft and the room was not what the pic told.

We came to this location after having an unacceptable experience at a different hotel. The property is clean, and I did not see foot traffic going through the property. We stayed two nights here, I would use this location again.

Could be better for the price but it wasn’t too bad. The sheets were a bit stained and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. But In

My room was clean but to be honest, it was a very expensive room for motel especially the price was almost identical to hotel’s room. Next time if i have the same budget i would definitely stay in hotel. There was no hair dryer, no phone for room service and someone left food in the fridge and it was not cleaned. Overall, it was an okay experience. Staff is nice but the area, i am not so sure.

Always a good stay

Not sure if this is the best area of Riverside; lots of homeless and obvious serious drug use in the area. All the nearby eating establishments are fast food type restaurants. The room was poorly furnished, no kleenex for example and the lighting was not comfortable. The room had two beds, one was awful so I obviously used the better, which was adequate.

I liked the proximity to the place I needed to go to the next morning and the closeness to dining places.

Riverside options are limited. It’s either fancy expensive or someplace like this. For the price point, it was clean and comfortable enough. The property next door is an unsightly problem.

Outlets, when i was chargibg my phone, the plug kept falling off because the outlets were too loose. $0.25 just to get ice? Are you kdding me? It should be free for all guests. $40.00 cash need to be turned in at deposit? Isn't there a reason why hotels ask for credit cards? No one carries cash these days. When i came back to my room, it wasn't even cleaned and bed sheets weren't even arranged. I know it was that was during the pandemic where staff does not clean the room until guests check out but the pandemic ended, rooms should always be cleaned. I came in before 3pm i find it hard to believe there were no rooms available downstairs. No coffee maker? Seriously? There should be a coffee pot in each room. I've been to cheaper motels that have better stays than this.

Everything is very nice here. Our room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Only here for one night. Plenty of local restaraunts close by.

Don't bother with this place. The front desk clerk wanted to double charge me for the room. $124 per night is ridiculous for this motel, but double charging for a night, not this sucker.

Super quiet

Hotel required a $40 cash deposit per room that caught us by surprise. We were able to use the ATM at the next door market to cover it. Deposit was returned in good faith so no issue there. The lady running the service counter was also able to accommodate us with a second room key. Overall a solid experience and would recommend. A/C worked great, which was helpful on such a hot weekend in Riverside.

the inside of the rooms should be updated, very old decor, which is scary to me, meaning that they might not keep things as clean as needed, since the decor is sooooo very outdated, but all in all the people behind the window were VERY kind and friendly

My room, at the back and on the third level, was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy here, but I wasn't looking for that. I was a little surprised at the $20-cash only deposit on the room key, but it was cheerfully refunded when I checked out. You also have to pay for ice and you don't get much for 25 cents. But that's no big deal to me. By and large I was satisfied and would stay here again if traveling alone.

Expected for price

Everything was good overall, just thought it was weird that they asked us for the deposit in cash upon check in since that was never mentioned when we booked. Thought they would just charge it onto my card like any other hotel, but they said they couldn’t. We had to go to an ATM to take cash out and bring it back, and they said they would give it back to us once we checked out…but no receipt or anything. Good thing they were nice and did end up giving it back to us when we left.

Don’t stay here. All around unpleasant experience, the room wasn’t clean (food) on the floor from previous guests, dirty towels etc. you have to push your whole body against the door for it to lock properly. Then the staff barely speak English and there are no refunds for early check outs.

Ghetto all around. People in and out who appeared to be on drugs. Had the worst experience with a guy who was on drugs knock on my door 3 in the morning.

I can not complain about anything during my stay. The property was very clean, the room was amazing nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and awesome.

after I checked in...went to room and it smelled funny, everything old and I stayed one hour. I left and did not go back. I could not handle the odd smell. Just went home . This is the first time in years that I was so disappointed. Room looked nothing like pics shown. :(

The laminate flooring in our room was dirty. Even under a table was dusty and dirty.

It was quiet. Couldnt hear neighbors every move. The staff has been incredible. I will be staying here for all of my company stays. I am working on becoming a Real Estate Investor. Thank you for your great service...

it was alright it was a late check in and for what it’s worth it was ok

I was charged for my reservation, even tho i was told at checkin that i wasnt allowed to stay there anymore (due to being late to check out previously) the worker lied and said that his owner wouldnt allow me to stay there and im on the do not rent list. I then asked for my lightbulb (must i add, cosr nearly 60$) when i was yelled at for "changing their lightbulb" i corrected the workers & let them know i didnt change anything... There wasnt a lightbulb there to begin with. -i still haven't received my lightbulb. Nor have i been reimbursed for this reservation. THEY DO NOT DESERVE THAT BUSINESSD PERIOD

It wasn't good I booked two unit with two beds each. I didn't get it. He give me one unit with one bed when I booked with 2 beds.
