The size of the room and the overall cleanliness of the room. The hotel had a bad smell when we got there like sewage burst or something. They were busy drying hallway carpet the entire 3 days of our stay.

It's okay--a 3-star experience. The room was clean enough and I didn't notice any issues in terms of crime. The rooms are smallish. Not a very walkable area at all but there's plenty of free parking. The breakfast is not any good. Corporate and unfresh; the eggs had a funny taste. The staff are pretty friendly.

I thought this hotel was brand new but it is six or more years old. Very clean, friendly staff and even the continental breakfast is better than other hotels. Beds and pillows were comfortable, room wass quiet.

Nice facilities, decent breakfast included. Everything is new and clean. The room we reserved was oversold and they automatically upgraded us to connected rooms so everyone could be comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and great location. The conditioner was not refilled so we had to contact the front desk to get more added.

Employees always make you feel welcome, great location, clean, and good selection for breakfast. Only thing I would change is the syrup for the waffles shouldn't be so close to the waffle makers because people bump into you trying to reach for the syrup when you're making a waffle. Other than that, everything is pleasant.

Our only minor complaint was that on the second day, we informed the housekeeping staff that we were leaving for the day, but when we returned that evening, our room had not been serviced. Overall, this did not take away from an otherwise pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. If we travel to the Tampa/Riverview area again, we would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been staying here for the last few years and this time the front desk person was 10/10. He was extremely attentive and professional. The overall experience was excellent.

Everything was nice, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and most of all the staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

Did not appreciate having to move/relocate hanging plastic tarping to get in our room with the baggage cart. They stuck us in a room next to construction repair, baseboard trim ripped off in hallway by our door, etc. Was not a pleasant nor upscale nor inviting entrance to our room, but I didn’t complain as was tired from 1000+ mile drive. This was first time I stayed here, ordinarily stay elsewhere like Hilton Garden Inn to the north side of town, so I was not impressed. Convenience of location was good, but I’ve had much better experiences at this price point. Hence the 4 star vs 5 on some of the categories.

Pretty good breakfast. Had breakfast sandwiches, eggs and vegan sausage. We made waffles every morning. The room was nice but the strong age areas above the closet was super dusty and got my bag all dirty. The cleaning lady came everyday and was so nice!!!

From the moment I stepped into this upscale hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. This place was elegant and comfortable, making it feel like a true luxury experience. What set this place apart, though, was the exceptional staff. Every single team member I encountered greeted me warmly with a cheerful “Good morning” or a genuine offer to help. The level of hospitality was beyond accommodating; they made me feel seen, valued, and completely taken care of. The breakfast each morning was another highlight, served hot, fresh, and delicious; it was the perfect start to each day. I can confidently say this hotel exceeded every expectation and delivered a five-star experience in every way.

I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff at check-in, which made for a great first impression. The room itself appeared clean and well-kept at first glance. However, during the night, a very unpleasant smell started coming from the AC unit. It was a strong mix of weed and something similar to a dirty public bathroom. The odor got worse as the night went on and made it hard to sleep or relax, even though the room looked clean otherwise. It’s unfortunate because the staff was excellent and the room seemed fine visually, but the smell completely affected my comfort. I hope management investigates and resolves this issue for future guests.

The location was great being very close to Summerfield Crossing mall with several great dining and shopping options. And the front desk staff was very friendly and gave us a recommendation for a good Italian restaurant, which we tried, Manolo’s. And it was delicious! Will definitely keep this on my favorites list for the next time I need a place in between Tampa & Bradenton.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was clean when we arrived and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning it each day while we were out. We Always had fresh, clean towels and wash cloths each day. The complimentary continental breakfast was great! They had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from and the coffee was hot and plentiful. We would definitely stay again.

In-room refrigerators leave a lot to be desired. You have to push a button inside the refrigerator to get them to come on for 2 hours. Even then, they don't get very cold. Disappointing.

My stay was actually awesome. Breakfast was great and the eating area was very clean.

The shower was great. The room was much smaller than expected and the bed was not the most comfortable.

Property was clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff, particularly Joe and Sunda, were all awesome. Rooms were clean and had no smells. Hallways were freezing but it was summer and so that was ok. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Pool was small but well kept. We used the hotel as part of a package via Expedia. No issues and we checked in late but they had us ready to go. We WILL be back and would recommend a stay here to anyone.

The hotel was okay. I must say that the concierge that registered me was very friendly, professional and make you feel comfortable. The room was okay except for when they cleaned, they only fix the bed. Bathroom was not always cleaned. Housekeeping needs to make sure that they clean, a little supervision might help.

The property is new, well-equipped, and super well-maintained with nice and courteous employees. So far, this is my favorite. Oh, I forgot to mention that the place's location is super convenient as it is surrounded by shops and restaurants within walking distance!

On our last vacation to Riverview, we had problems with two different rental places within a few days, and ended up needing a hotel at the last second for myself, my wife and our two kids. The hotel staff greeted us like old friends, the room was spacious and clean, and it was a comfortable place for us all to sleep. The breakfast each morning was delicious as well. The location was easy to get to, and had lots of places nearby for eating. We would certainly come back here again on our next trip.

I made reservation on Expedia, On duty staff person said she was not authorized to have access to my reservation in their system, so I had to pay again for the room. resulting hours on the phone with Expedia, and Expedia on the Phone with the Hotel. It's still not straightened up, Never again.

No AC for 2 nights. They came to "reset" unit it worked for a couple of hours then stopped. This happened for first 2 nights then they finally replaced the unit while we were getting dressed for a funeral
