Pretty, lobby is beautiful. The grounds very attractive. The staff very friendly. The gentleman who runs the restaurant is wonderful!! The beds were a little firm.

The room I stayed has water dripping on bathroom ceiling, morning staff front desk is not pleasant at all , lady in long hair Telling me my stay doesnt include breakfast so I decided to order from a different place. Will not stay again .

I stayed here last year and really loved it so I went back. The staff and amenities are wonderful and it’s very clean. I could see little signs of lack of maintenance up-keep though. Examples- cracked elevator button, scuffs/marks on corners of walls. Maybe short staffed for maintenance? I was a little disappointed that it didn’t look like it was being cared for.

Everything was neatly displayed, and the staff seemed to take an interest in the likes of the guests. I liked the welcome lobby a lot as it was super clean and cozy. A bonus to the location as it is walking distance from some nice other food and coffee spots.

I really did like the staff, they were all very helpful and friendly.

It would not allow us to add a night to our stay. When we got help changing the reservation we lost the original room we booked and got stuck with a room that was almost doubled the previous rate.

Very comfortable

The property is beautiful and the grounds are perfectly landscaped with flowers and trees. The location is excellent close to a major shopping area and right off of a main freeway. The area is safe and the location is semi gated. The lobby is decorated with beautiful art and comfortable seating. I would rate this property 3-4 stars.

Yeah the hot tub was good. Just had some cracks in it which didn't bother me but bothered my kids. Other than that I love the place in the room. Don't like the breakfast bar being that expensive. But everyone was friendly

However: Only 2 bath towels For 2 people, husband had to use hand towel for hair. A $3 price on a sign on water with each bottle saying "free for special members but for "all other guests " $3 for a bottle of water, that's already in the room I find rude.

A very average stay with bathroom exhaust fan nonexistent, rough old towels, pool and hot tub is tiny and crowded, staff (especially breakfast team members ) stand over your head “hey that is paid, what you want? Do you want cereal? Pay here, very poky attitude. Absolutely annoying experience with the lady in charge. The property doesn’t match the standard of hilton group and looks more like a mediocre hotel. Something is wrong with the staff.

Great start

The facilities and staff were excellent.

The bad- no hot water for showers the first morning, mattress was not comfortable, parking was ok if you got there early and didn't need to leave . If you got there late, parking was slim picking to none .

The outside road noise was almost deafening. We had to get our cards replaced no less than six times to be able to use our room over 2 1/2 days. The lobby looked nice and updated but our room looked years overdue for a makeover (not the furniture, the walls and bathroom fixtures).

The best part of our stay was the staff. Were greeted by very friendly and kind people at the reception, and the breakfast staff was exceptional. We also had exchanges with the cleaning staff and they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced, the rooms were spacious and clean, the rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. My teenage boys enjoyed the gym and the pool. We'll defiantly come back if we are in this area! Highly recommend.

Not sure why they gave me a handicap room, tub had a seat in it???would have perfered a reg room

Upon checking in we were greeted by Sigourney who was very welcoming and friendly. She addressed all my questions and we were quickly checked in. In the evening we dined at the hotel we greeted by Nate the Barmen. Nate was very pleasant and made you feel like old friends. The food and service were very good. Thank you to all.

Great stay!!

Extremely disappointed. This room cost $281 for one night. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and moisture from showers covered everything. Already signs of the wallpaper starting to loosen from the wall and I believe this hotel is only recently built. Can’t close the curtains to block out the light around the room darkening shades. No adjustment on the AC vent to keep the air from blowing directly on the bed. Iron but not ironing board. And only 2 coffee packets for 3 people that only contained one sugar and one sweetener packet for the coffee. For $281 no continental breakfast. If you want the buffet it was another $16 plus tax adding another $48 to the total cost. Website and room provides no information on the “grille” hours or breakfast hours. 3 of the 4 doors couldn’t be used from the parking lot with the room key to enter. Could have stayed at a Days Inn for far less and had a better experience. This stay has reminded me why I stopped using Hilton. Staff were friendly but the bar and “grille” which is a very loose term for the one page menu offered in the lobby area was poorly attended to the point 2 guests went behind the bar and got drinks and walked away because they waited for the bar tender and decided just to take something and leave.

Great building, rooms were roomy, nice decor. Staff friendly. Nice parking, quiet for being in Tampa. The staff said that "to save costs" they make up the rooms every other day. Made me feel like I was at a Motel 6. The continental breakfast was $11 per person. Seems a bit high for a bagel and a glass of OJ. Made me wish that I was at a Motel 6. I chose to stay at a Hilton for nice service, I expected better.

The accommodations were great! Erin (front desk) was so warm, helpful, and professional. All the staff, in fact were super! Everyone made sure that I and my group had everything we needed.

The facility was upgraded but it seemed like some things were missed. Our room key would not open the door and maintenance wasn’t able to get it open for 30 minutes. We asked it to be fixed the next day and nothing was done about it. It took maintenance an hour to get it open the second night with a master key box. No apologies from management were given or care for the inconvenience it caused us.

I didn't like that they didn't have free wifi like every hotel I have stayed at for years, but I just used my hotspot. The hotel was really clean and had a nice staff.

Our stay was good. The staff was helpful although I did find it a bit uncomfortable to have to wait to ask the desk employee for a complimentary coffee/tea instead of being able to just get it myself. The room was clean but old - old peeling wallpaper, rust spots in the tub, and peeling plastic on the toilet seat.

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, easy access to the highway. Rooms are very clean. I was in a handicap room and it’s extremely spacious. A very friendly and gracious staff definitely will stay here again.

The rooms were not very clean, the shower was dirty. We needed more towels and were told we had to come downstairs to get them. When taking a shower, the shampoo container was empty. For the price, one would think breakfast would be included, not an additional charge. The location was nice, full of beautiful trees. It was nice and quiet and felt safe.

Property was nice. Staff was friendly only had one problem. There was some little bugs on the nightstand crawling but I only stayed there for two nights so wasn’t really that concerned about it, but I did tell the front desk and they were willing to get somebody up there to assess the problem

We arrived so late at night so we didn't have time to stop in a store for toothpaste. We asked the front desk for a store name near by, but lady was so nice and gave us what we needed so we just stayed and relaxed. We appreciate it, we were so tired.

We stayed at this Hilton hotel near the end of our trip and we were both thoroughly impressed with everything this hotel had to offer!! The lobby and room were both absolutely stunning, and we loved the options they had in their lobby's snack bar. While the breakfast wasn't free, it was worth the price we paid - it was absolutely delicious and better than some breakfast restaurants I've been to!! Our room was spacey, cozy, and had all the amenities we wanted out of the room. Plus, we were able to hook up my Nintendo Switch console into the TV's HDMI and play games in our downtime - something other hotels don't usually offer. Overall, a wonderful experience for the time we spent there!!

The excellent service from the breakfast staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the breakfast was amazing cooked liking very kind, caring and helpful.

Horrible stay was charged multiple times from the hotel after fully paying when I arrived, terrible lighting, thermostat won’t go low enough to cool the room and no fan ventilation in bathroom

I have stayed at this property several times. This time was not as expected. They never cleaned the room in 6 nights that we were there and they should have at least coffee for their guests at the lobby like the Marriott.

Nate, a Dallas Cowboy fan, was very social and personal. . I can't remeber the name of the hotel staff with the beard, he was friendly and personable, he installed a new fridge in my room. Those two employee's should be recognized for their hospitality and being welcoming to an out of town guests. The beds were very comfortable, the ceiling in the room could use an update. Overall, I enjoyed the peace and quiet...

Great place. Very clean throughout and good size room. The only negative and this is probably not entirely in Hiltons control, the road sign is missing that leads you to the location. I missed the turn and others in our party did the same. You can't see the hotel from the intersection and the road leading to the hotel looks like a service road to a construction site. Perhaps Hilton should contact someone to have a road sign installed.

The front lobby area at every Hilton Garden Inn ism one of my favorite things about the places. Good food and amenities available. The bar is full service and always well stocked including several draft beer options. Always clean and well maintained. Everything in the gym worked. Rooms were well kept.

Did not include breakfast and had to pay $60 for parking at the hotel and there was ZERO public parking!!

Contacted Expedia about cancelling due to a family emergency was told to contact the hotel and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. Checked in late found that the bathroom was dirty and the air conditioning was not working. Was very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. Upon checkout staff thought it was a better idea to keep going with their personal conversation then to deal with a customer.

I think the walk in shower stalls should be cleaned better. There was some red slime on the bottom of the door. Maybe a footstool to go with the chair in the room. Us old people like to put our feet up 😀.

Several things need attention. The hot tub has only 2 barely working jets. The jetted tub in the room was not functional. These were the main reasons we selected this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, other than an odor when the AC came on. Conditioner out in the shower. AC unit and road traffic also bothersome. Disappointing one night stay for the money.

The stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tampa was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the service and that we could arrange an extra hour to check out. The location is very convenient to the freeway and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

I have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. I’ve only had breakfast there and the mornings staff is always upbeat, pleasant and a delight to see in the mornings.
