The staff was friendly and attentive & the property was clean I'd give the room 3 stars.

Great place to stay and so very close to many stores in town. I’ll stay here again!

The room was very humid.

Safe didn’t work , was notified of it till I figured out myself that it wasn’t working across-the-board and asked, Pool didn’t work either. Other than that, the rooms seemed very clean and it was comfortable.

Check in was a nightmare. Booked, had receipt and they would not honour it because they said Hotels.com did not pay them. Waited an hour and a half to get fixed after calling credit card company and Hilton customer service which were completely useless, said there was nothing they could do.

Not all hotels in this Hilton brand are equal, this one however stands out and gave me a sense of comfort.

Of of all didn’t realize there were 3 different king rooms and of course I pick one that only had 1 chair no couch. Bathrooms need a little update the pool was shut down it was green!!!! The breakfast was supposed to be a contenial it was a bagel bar hard boil eggs and cereal not what I was expecting this is the second spark I have been at in the last 2 months the and will never go back. This last one was cleaner than the first. Hilton should not attached they name to this hotel

Nice big room, lots of space. Modernized room. Hall carpets need updating. Staff were very pleasant.

The room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was super basic but ok. The hallway smelt horribly and the carpets in the hallways and elevator were very dirty. The room itself was nice with exception of clogged sink in bathroom.

Staff was helpful. Pool was dirty and although closed was unsightly leaving a poor impression.

Everything was clean, and welcoming. The room was quiet and I felt very safe. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

At check in they required us to sign an agreement accepting liability if damages occurred at our visit because a few weeks prior they had had vandalism. We were there to visit friends and not part of any group that caused any of the said damages and I never want to sign a document that holds me liable for something I’m not even remotely part of. The pool was unusable and covered in algae and brown floating things and our room door would not lock therefore leaving our valuables at risk. When we slept we put the blocker/stopper but otherwise we had no protection. Breakfast was advertised as a breakfast and not a crappy continental breakfast. The hot was had about a ten minute usage time. The room was clean that was the only good thing about the stay.

Central to shopping, restaurants, and 77. 10 mins from Winthrop University. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean . Room was spotless and clean and comfy .

We've stayed here before with no issues but this time were given room 319 and the heat/ac wasn't working right loud and would not cool the room constantly on and off all night . Beds are in need of replacing getting pretty worn out way to soft and sagging

Main part of our room was very nice. The bathroom was not very clean- shower had black hair all around and the chair for the shower had long black hair on the legs of it. One good size hair ball on ironing board leg. The bedding was comfortable,Coffee was ok the rest of the hotel seemed to be neat and organized

Always a Bonvoy fan, this Spark hotel was amazing! Great location right off the highway with plenty of shoppers and restaurants nearby. Hotel was exceptionally clean; staff greeted me welcoming me. Room was clean, locked on arrival, check in was a breeze. Bagel breakfast bar was more than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe not all Spark are like this but would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Plenty of parking and only recommendation is if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to request an even numbered room between -02 and -10 on any floor as the highway is closer to the odd numbered rooms running -17 to -27. I was in an odd numbered room closer to the highway and although not noisy and I fell asleep easily enough, someone who struggles with noise might find it too much. But still had a fabulous nights sleep! Five stars!

The staff was very kind. The room was exceptionally spacious. The only drawback was the lack of options at breakfast. Hot food such as scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, & sausage would have been preferred.

The water pressure in the shower is the only complaint i could say.

Location is fantastic. Close to restaurants, shopping and easy access to interstate. Ample parking and staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Bathrooms are a little small, could have been a little more updated in the shower area.

Had to wait on room to be cleaned. 45 mins. Water leak with bathrooms on any room that ending with last w digits 17. Housekeeping cleans late afternoon. Housekeeping was extremely rude and became verbally aggressive. I report her to staff. Breakfast minimal it was the worst stay in that city I have ever experienced. Dirty stained carpet. Window curtains wouldnt close all the way. Light through, no black out. Loud in hallways

The hotel was very clean. Check-in was easy and we had a very nice room. However, breakfast was very weak toast and coffee. No hot food was a little disappointed.

The only negative i experienced at this hotel was that 1) they gave room access to someone NOT on my reservation, and 2) the night cleark was extremely rude when confronted with it. A phone call would've confirmed if that person was allowed, but none was given. THEN she proceeded to tell me that Hilton and hotels.com have different rules which is a crock. Had that person been a stalker or ex-husband, the cops would have been involved.

Everything was nice, the complaint I have is the room, I was placed in an ADA room when I did not ask for that.

The staff was very accommodating. We needed an accessible room and they were all taken, the manager was able to provide me with a shower chair and it was in the room when we arrived. All the hotel needs is hot breakfast available. There was plenty of parking even if you came with a trailer.

We enjoyed our stay.

Issues: Only 1 of 2 elevators is operating, yet that elevator does not work consistently. There were a couple of minor breakdowns during our stay. Quickly fixed, but it does not instill confidence in the elevator. Bathroom door frame in our room was so out of square that is was not possible to close the bathroom door. Some of the light fixtures in the room had shorts in the wire and the lights flickered like a strobe. We were staying during the Disc Golf championships. Spark is a sponsor hotel for the tourney. The outdoor late night golfer get-togethers were loud enough to be heard from the 5th floor. Hotel staff had to be called at 2am to bring the noise down; noise that staff in the lobby did not hear. Breakfast options are fine for a 1 or 2 day stay (bread & cereal). But I have to say that the Quality Inn in MS that we stayed in offered more robust breakfast options than Spark at less than half the room rate. Parking lot lights include spotlights that shine brightly through the 5th floor windows at night. That was not pleasant. Bottom line: for the rates Hilton charges at this place, better quality experience is expected. Recommend finding someplace else in Rock Hill if you are visiting this area.

The floor in our room was filthy when we arrived. Our feet were black after walking from our bed to the bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom floor.

I was there for a basketball tournament, so I expect a lot of kids. Every night had a LOT of kids, clearly in rooms alone. Running up and down the halls making ridiculous amounts of noise into the night. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but quite bothersome!

The people were great. My problem was the elevators. One has a button that is missing - which of course was my floor and the other was having issues. The room was clean the bathroom was clean but not spotless - I don't know why the corners don't get cleaned.

We liked the hotel, the room we had was nice and comfortable. The elevator was missing a button on the panel and had broken tape over it. It was a little disappointing that the pool was closed for cleaning. Overall we had a good time and would visit again.

All of the staff are very nice and it’s nice and quiet in the rooms but somehow my reservation got cancelled by EXPEDIA!! The staff helped me and gave me my reservation back.. I would like this looked into to find out why EXPEDIA cancelled my reservation.

The hotel itself was a little run down but I absolutely loved the shampoo and soap smells. Shower was great, room was clean. They had some nice touches added. Bed was comfy.

Very comfortable, quiet, and a relaxing stay. What I don’t like about Hilton is the fact that me being a resident in the area disqualify me from staying at Hilton. Luckily I was able to stay. I booked the room through Expedia and NO WHERE on Expedia indicated that locals can not book at Hilton. Expedia allowed me the option to decline some type of coverage wherein Hilton required the coverage. Very misleading information. The hallway near the laundry area on the first floor had a strong smell of gas which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable

i feel like it was an old motel that was poorly refurbished - lobby was very nice (almost comparable to a TRU) until you got in the elevator and the rest was dreary and tired looking. One elevator of 2 didn’t work. Wouldn’t stay at a Spark again.

Someone. Was definitely smoking in the hotel. Our. Room smelled like weed, and we got the cigarette smell often from other rooms, despite this being a non smoking hotel. Everything else was great.

This property is brand new, and so it's a comfortable stay - no drama, new carpets, new showers, new furniture. Well worth the money.
