We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else

The bed was comfortable No lake view as shown in pics. The rooms looked like a halfway house. It's all cinder block walls. All the pics are of the lobby, which was never open. There wasn't even soap in the bathrooms. We rented 2 rooms and this was the case in both rooms. There was not aby staff working at this location. Very disappointed, for the money we paid, I was so excited for the stay, until they arrived to a ran down little old motel.

The place was very clean, neat excellent staff, state and communication would recommend it to anyone the new remodel great amenities, we will definitely be going back

The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors and the road traffic. Bring earplugs.

The kitchenette is nothing more than a microwave and mini frig.

This motel is a few miles east of Rogers. 26 minutes to the Walmart Amp due to lights and traffic. There is a beautiful lake across the street, but you can see it due to tree tops. There is a nice patio seating area on the roof of check in office. The office was not staffed and we did an electronic check in to obtain a room door code. There was little traffic, so sleep was not interrupted. The rooms don’t have much insulation between rooms. I could hear my neighbor early morning. Probably not a great spot with screaming kids unless you get a room on the end.

What a gem of a place. We booked the 2 bedroom suite with the view of lake. The suite has a balcony/patio with a table for eight to enjoy your evening. Charming area. Love the outdoor areas: pool, patio, fire pit, and walking trails. Wish we had more than just one day here. Nothing was bad. Would not recommend suite if you have issues with stairs.

I really enjoyed my stay! Clean room, peaceful, and very comfortable. Ill be back for sure!

All good- would stay again. Separate area from other hotels , which was nice(less traffic). Full kitchen in our suite above the office. Also an outdoor deck with a view of Beaver Lake. Sean, the person on duty, was very friendly & helpful.

I loved the retro vibe and the decor in the motel room. It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and they even left little snacks to welcome us. I loved every single thing about our stay. There was a beautiful view of the lake right as you open the door! Nothing, it was all amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and it was clean, organized, and felt very homey. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room, but that didn't bother us. The room was very spacious and felt vintage. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

It was very clean and no problems with any of the amenities, and friendly staff. The shower has excellent hot water and had controllable room temp. Very cozy, quiet space and it was near Pinnacle Hills shopping and nearby restaurants. Perfect for our anniversary trip :)

Love the location! Love the remodel, room was spacious and bed was incredibly comfortable. The walls must be paper thin as we could hear entire conversations from our surrounding rooms. Luckily we had neighbors that kept good sleep hours ? The TV wasn’t super intuitive— nothing there stating that there were bo apps/channels included that one had to enter in their own info. Not a deal breaker though. We would definitely stay at the arka again!

How clean and new everything was.

Such a fun place to stay. The view of beaver Lake is beautiful. The grounds offer swimming, hiking, firepits, and bike trails. Downtown Rogers is about a 10 minute drive and the town is adorable and has MANY good restaurants and eateries. Fun and walkable.

Great simple room. My only critiques would be that the towels were very small and the sound proofing between the rooms could beat little better. That being said, I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone

Its past reputation is clearly the past for those that remember back then. You are making a mistake not staying here!

That housekeeping didn’t clean our room for our extended stay. That is something a lot of hotels are now doing but they usually make you aware of it. The other thing was that there was a note stating when the lobby would be open & then they weren’t.

Room was so cute! Can tell it was a really old hotel but had been 100% redone. Will stay again

Busy road, no where comfortable for two people to sit especially when it was too hot to be outside, no one there at any time to make you feel welcome, only one small towel per person, no Kleenex

Adorable, clean, well appointed. What’s not to like!

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The staff helped out with the check-in process, since I was having technical difficulties on my phone, on my way there. The bathroom was a little small, but it didn't change the overall experience of staying there. Just wasn't expecting it to be the size it was, that's all.

It's an older location that's been totally remodeled and even boasts remote controlled AC. Very close to restaurants and many different Marina's and shops. My hats off to whoever picked out the updated room fixtures and décor.

The ONLY problem we had was loud neighbors that were having a girls grad party weekend. They didn't observe the 10pm quiet hours, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

The pool wasn't available when visiting.

For a motel finishes etc are upscale. It was featured on HGTVs Fixer to Fabulous and it was fun to see it in person

Arka is such a great place to stay. It's clean and comfortable. The views are nice and it's an easy self check in and out process. Glad i found it for my work trip and ended up staying there 9 different weeks.

We had a nice stay at ARKA Motel. We were disappointed the pool was not yet open, but our accommodations were great! Beautiful view of Beaver Lake from our deck! Bathroom fan could be quieter, & our bed was a bit squeaky, management was willing to fix, but we were fine w/ them just knowing about, so they could address after our stay. They also sent us, via text, some of their favorite spots to check out!

No one there to check you in, my parents are older and this was a point of great stress for them. They will not be returning because of this fact.

Bathroom was very small. . . .no Kleenex. Good coffee! Knowing the story behind the sale and rehab of the motel. . .it is nice to see this type of accomodations so close to the lake and one of our favorite dining places. There is still room for upgrades and I am sure that will come along with the success of the property. Yes we will stay there again. . . and we only live 15 miles away!! PS the bed was GREAT!

Loved the peppery! They were easy to contact and the room was perfect for our last minute getaway! Rooms were very cute and clean and would definitely recommend.

This is a little hidden gem of a place to stay! Very, very clean, decor was great, very quiet location, an easy drive to hiking trails or points of interest. Check in and out was easy (contactless), and texts/emails were answered almost immediately. Beautiful setting among trees with a little walking path behind the hotel, parking right in front of your room.

The room was exceptionally clean and well organized.

Clean, new, and comfortable. Easy check-in and access to the room. I could use instructions for the heater but they answered texts quickly.

Newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to park right outside the room. Host is very responsive. Nice location if you want to be close to Beaver Lake and short drive to restaurants and coffe shop.

Beautiful renovated motel that feels like you stepped into Palm Springs! Super spacious and everything is so new! And I love how easy check-in was - and also how convenient it was to send a text for anything we needed (iron, fresh towels, etc). It also only a 8-10 minute drive into downtown Rogers, nearly the marina, and super close to a lot of the event venues (for weddings, etc). Loved this spot!

The view from the room was great! Loved the style of the room and how clean everything was! The toilet was not flushing properly. Only complaint and I know it happens!
