Disappointing

Unfortunately not much was good about the room or property. Front desk she was great. Outdated property and hotel rooms, area had closed restaurants around it. She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!

Location was great and conveniently located next to expressway. The grab and go breakfast was extremely lackluster and nothing to be desired.

The staff at this location is the highlight of my stay. Thank you especially to the front desk morning person she was so kind and personable. I felt like I've known her for a long time.

The staff members during the day are personable and friendly. I had some issues with the room but the staff took care of them quickly. The property is older so these smaller issues are to be expected. Night time is super quiet and I felt safe.Overall a decent experience

I walked into the room and walked right back down to get a refund. This place was nasty. When I walked into the room the windows were raised and it was so hot in the room and had a very odd smell. It looked like a bad movie set. The beds were basically cot frames and were not even attached to the wall or headboard and you could love them with 2 fingers. The beds were supposed to be queen they were full size. Pictures hanging on the walls were nasty and had finger prints all over it. The dresser had a nasty grimy white substance on it. The fridge was clean inside but was rusted across the front. I felt absolutely nasty just walking in. The hallways walking to room looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. When I was leaving a man with a huge pit bull dog was walking in. It was just nasty. That’s all I can say. The hotel said I would get a full and complete refund within 7-10 days. Dirty floors, hallways. I would be very interested in cleaning rooms, walkways, and the whole building inside and out, for a room for my husband and me who lost our home recently. We just are trying to catch up on past due bills and waiting on approval for a new home. We're very clean, quiet, respectable people who just need a little help and I would definitely clean every day, after work and if needed could possibly afford the room at a discounted rate. We just need a couple of weeks or a week we'd be very grateful. We work Wednesday-Saturday 3rd shift 5pm-4am at Wayfair here in Romeoville . Thank you and have a great day.

The lady who works nights at the desk is amazing. She does so much and yet still is pleasant to people. Well not that I needed it but the phone in the room didn't work when I got in there. The bathtub was dripping and I didn't want to be blamed for it so I tightened it. There was still some remnants of food in the microwave and the refrigerator.

AT 1130 PM WE ARRIVED AND PLACE SMELLED LIKE WEED BED WAS HARD AND PILLOWS WERE NOT GOOD. I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER EXTENDED STAYS IN THE AREA AND FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS ONE

So of course, I have to be terribly honest. Room was a little dirty, but other than that there was a fire alarm glitch where we had to leave and that just created a host of problems. From retrieving our items from the room, to having to be uploaded and sent somewhere else to finally just going back home.

Checking out is a mess but gladly the front desk and manager are very nice but it took longer just to check out

The hotel is currently under construction, with portuons of the 3rd floor and some of the rooms being remodeled. However, the workers were very quiet and we could barely tell they were there. Overall, we would stay again!

It was in a very convenient area, but not very clean. The room appeared beaten up and in need of repair. The staff appeared annoyed by my presence, and didn’t let me talk more than 2-3 words. But I suppose that’s a given that it’s under construction, maybe it’ll be better in a year or so. One last thing, the amount of shouting and pounding going on in the rooms was concerned, the yelling in the hallways at night had me awake at night and frightened to go back to sleep.

It was near Bolingbrook CC, where we were attending LIV Golf Chicago.

If I could add pictures to this review, you would have proof of the conditions. It looks nothing like the photos online. When we got there and we’re checking in I noticed several areas of the lobby that were covered in tarps. She didn’t disclose any reason for that when we came in. Nor were there any signs on the doors explaining why. I asked her if they were doing some remodeling and she told me they were dealing with a water leak. We were then given our room key to go to the third floor. Upon exiting the elevator, all of the flooring has been completely tore up. We were walking on old cement. Our room was to the left of the elevator, but to the right of the elevator, those rooms had drywall taken away from the walls because of the damage. Our room was just as bad. It had rust on the the outside of the refrigerator and dirt inside the refrigerator. There was also mold growing in the bathtub and you could see urine along the walls of the toilet that wasn’t cleaned. I took photos of all of this for proof and will post them on Google because they allow photos. It was so disgusting that we left and booked a room at a different hotel even though this was not refundable. Well, I understand that sometimes things happen and maybe they couldn’t prevent the water leak but the fact that they did not disclose that information to any guests before our arrival or during our check-in is completely unacceptable. It really makes you question what else they’re hiding at this hotel.

Unfortunately, property had a fire sprinkler accident. Property is in disarray, and laundry facilities closed. I think we should get a partial refund.

There was a flood in the hotel. There were fans all over, part of the ceiling was removed. They didn’t have any rooms left that I reserved (2 double beds) so I got a roll away cot. The springs were digging in my back, the room smelled. I think I should have been notified of the conditions I was walking into.

The location is super clean and the staff was AMAZING. The front desk had this super helpful and smiley staff, her name was Megan, she was so great to deal with all our questions. I had some business in Lockport, IL and the girlfriend stayed back with our pup. It was too hot too be bringing our 8 year old lab everywhere so Megan was able to let us late checkout. Our stay was super relaxed and easy.

The room was clean, but had a musty smell but some febreze took care of it. I had issues with the toilet seat being too close to the water, making it uncomfortable to use without getting my hand wet.

I stayed 2 nights the room was clean, the clerk was thoughtful and I had no issues. I checked out and then ended up staying unexpectedly due to a flight cancellation. The second room was dirty- hair on the sheets, hair in the sink and shower. Trash on the bathroom shelf (under the sink) and the clerk was a grumpy old lady, she was cross with a guest (who was trying to exchange pool towels) and she was complaining to me about that guest after they left the room. She accommodated my needs but was not friendly.

One of the worse hotel stays

In room 208 There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the towels and bed sheets. The tub appears dirty and the faucet drips constantly, the toilet doesn’t flush properly, The bathroom sink drains slow and the kitchen cabinet is stained. The woman who checked me in was

The smelled bad, sheets had stains, loud all hours of the night, and everywhere in the hotel just smelled bad or weird.

Everything was good. Just didn't like housekeeping knocking on my door 20 minutes before check out, asking if I'm checking out...

Everything was amazing with one exception. Our room’s shower had a water saver shower head. It was not practical! Took forever to shampoo my hair. More water would have been appreciated. We only had a trickle.

The property is very dated and dark. The room had 1 working outlet, that was all. The hotel guests were loud all night and we could hear everything conversation in the next room. The toilet ran for a long time after flushing after we let the front desk know, it was not fixed however we only stayed one night so it’s possible it was fixed after we left.

Expedia booked me in a room they did not have, and the room was lesser. Emily took care of it. The floor was very sticky, and the toilet stopped up. They brought up a plunger, but did nothing. I had to plunge myself. Emily was amazing. Thank you so much for your help. I hope the next time I stay, it is better. Nice location.

They literally hab, no breakfast. The only thing they have is copy and blueberry muffins. They have nothing, no juice, no eggs, no sausage, they've got nothing. This is not how you treat a customer

Only this that sucked was check in was at 3pm and I went up to my room and my room was still being cleaned. I had to wait in the hallway by my room with all my stuff for 30 min for the cleaning service people finish cleaning the room.

The clerk who helped check us in was very nice. The clerk who checked us out was also very nice. The hotel is old and you can clearly tell they let the “wrong” types of people stay for extended periods. A shame because you can tell it was a nice hotel at one time. Maybe a greedy owner who pockets money instead of investing it back.

My stay there was ok for one night stay. I could have been more comfortabl etc. The staff needs to clean their rooms bathrooms out better.

I found my stay to be clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The only thing that was missing was a cream rinse to go with the shampoo which was no big deal to me.

Easy to get everywhere, to the suites two minutes off Int. 55, restaurants, gas and more, all within 20 minutes of the hotel. Staff and rooms excellent, especially with my dog.

We were in room 302 and from the time we walked in we noticed that the room was dirty especially the bathroom… another issue was the heating unit in the room… although we had it set to 64 degrees the heater was still shooting out heat and it was extremely hot in the room

No problems during my stay. The room was clean and quiet. They were very accommodating of my service dog. I'd definitely stay there again.

Close proximity to Bolingbrook CC where the LIV Golf event was held. We were able to take Lyft right to the gate, which was great compared to the shuttle service the course setup.

Conveniently located. Front desk staff member, Melissa, was very pleasant & welcoming. The room was fine, but there was a big dark stain on the floor next to the bed which was concerning, and the walls were pretty thin. I could hear the argument happening in the room next to me pretty clearly.

The room was so humid, the a/c fan had a pitch noise, room stinks like cigarettes and carpet is super dirty. No way is they advertised.

Price was great, but the condition of the hotel was old and the coffee machine broke one day.

It was the best price for needing something for a week. Staff was very nice. Room was clean, I was a little concerned about all the men hanging around outside drinking but in the end they stayed to themselves and never bothered anyone.

This hotel is located in a business park area off the highway. Workers where some of their clients. I found nothing wrong with that. We did have noisy people above us. The breakfast was packaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. Grab and go.

Quiet and comfy place to rest. Staff was friendly and price for the night was great.

I have a torn miniscus in left and right knees and the best they could do is a 3rd floor room. Knees hurt. Given enough time I would have cancelled and gladly paid whatever to have a proper stay at a hotel with a working elevator.

Room was ok. I look under bed trash. I’m handicap with breathing problem. The last day elevator broke down.

When we arrived we found the bathroom toilet did not work. We were then moved immediately to another room. Then went to dinner. When we came back our keys did not work on our new room. The following day the elevator did not work.

Noisy traffic area. Limited breakfast. Close to other restaurants.

Room was clean but property needed work. Also convenient to the interstate. Windows in the room were dirty, the shower head wasn’t very good and even though it seemed like there was some upgrades done inside the hotel is dated. Breakfast is offered but is nothing but a small cart in the lobby with coffee and a few muffins. Probably would not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is dirty. Rude front desk staff. No housekeeping unless you stay more than seven days. I asked front desk for some gloves to clean my room and was told they are not allowed to give any gloves out. Mood all the sink in bathroom. Dried up blood on sheets I asked to switch rooms and I was told that there was no more rooms available. Stove didn’t work either.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous! The room was surprisingly bigger than we expected for 1 queen sized bed. The extra door lock/latch didn’t close all the way, which made me slightly nervous. Parking lot and entryway to hotel needs to better lit. But the hotel is a nice area directly across the street from Lifetime gym. And a Starbucks 5 min down the road if you prefer stronger coffee. For the price, I would consider staying there again.

First off the staff was AMAZING!!! As far as the room, it appeared clean. However, the hotel is long overdue for a makeover so everything looks grimy. The room was stuffy and smelled like smoke. The paint was sliding off the wall in the corners. The carpet looked so bad I was afraid to walk on it bare feet. No amount of cleaning will fix these problems. Update your rooms and stop being cheap.

Most of the Staff was very very nice and very considerate. Janice needs to be trained to keep her nose in her own business and not be so judgmental. Especially when she doesn’t understand a person’s situation.

It wasnt in the best shape and could have been cleaned better. The bathroom door didnt latch. It was noisy being near the road. It was nice having an elevator and not having to take the stairs to the 3rd floor

The hotel smelled like dog we could not walk without our shoes on because there was dog her we have to by our own broom to clean up. There were spider webs and spiders. 2 spiders in my make up bag. One of the burners on the stove were rusted and did not work
