The personal very friendly and kind places very clean and secure I really love it. I did not like the way the Manager treat the employees I presented she was so mean and not professional to me if you treat your employees with respect they happily work better.

Hotel dud nit have our reservation through booking.com we arrived with our reservation and confirmation email, and we're told we had no room or reservation. We had yo get a different room and make a new reservation at the front. It was very frustrating. And we would have been too far from home If there was no room to stay. Booking and the hotel need to address this issue

Helpful staff and clean rooms. I personally didn’t like the breakfast but then again I had many restrictions. The pillows are horrible.

Great location with convenient amenities, easy check-in, and friendly, welcoming staff. Everything was great overall, but there was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain that affected the bathroom experience.

The staff was very nice and spoke great english. Designed lit parking made finding spots easy. Lots of food options within walking distance.

Continental breakfast amazing but I didn’t like the room itself it was a bit musty in there no type of ventilation and the air conditioner wasn’t working. Other then that it was great oh and beds a little too hard .

It happened to have a large convention crowd so we had to go elsewhere to eat several mornings in a row!

The hotel is very clean abd the stop very professional. We were in the second floor we didn't sleep good because it was a lot of noice. Next time we are going to ask for the fourth floor.

Upon arrival they did not provide anything written about what the hotel should be providing me to make my stay placente. The room was in did not have phone to call not even the front desk. The continental breakfast was a disastrous experience. There is more but I stop here.

Hotel had water coming out from ac and there was mold in the corner wall. Hotel charged me after double prepaying for the hotel. It’s a mess to request a refund.

Everything was amazing.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. No refrigerator or closet. Small plaza area w/ gym, Walmart and other stores. Staff was friendly and nice. Pool area was clean, water was heated and pool area was clean. Would stay here again.

Zero complaints about the service, and our stay overall was a 10/10. Would recommend and will be staying again.

Walking distance to Walmart. There is plenty of restaurants to choose from. What I don’t like about the hotel is that staff doesn’t give information about what time is checkout, time of continental breakfast. Also I was asking for early check like an hour earlier, receptionist told me no early check in. I told her that few weeks ago I came and the young lady that was in the front desk kindly let us check in a hour earlier.

We stayed two nights and the room was very comfortable and the darkening shades were a plus. The breakfast was delicious with variety. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I ask for more water there was no service to the room or water bottle and also we took a shower and the water was cold and hot a lot of noise housekeeping talking loud it was terrible bad experience

Overall the stay was ok except for a light smell of something, most likely cigarette plus too close to elevators, can hear the bell all night long. Location is the best thing, not a fan of breakfast included deals, gets too crowded and unruly.

It's often difficult to find an ADA certified hotel in a foreign country. This place is great for a 91 year old.

The closest to the soccer field for a weekend tournament. The hotel room is small. The floor in the room is gross. The room we stayed in smelled like poo poo 24/7 - bad sewage water. Water comes out of the side of the toilet when we flush.

It's located in a very busy plaza so parking was a bit challenging, but the bonus is that there's plenty to do in the area after you're settled into the room. They validate the parking as well so no need to pay out of pocket for that.

Excellent place, quite recent installations, well kept, friendly staff and smiley/respectful security guards, ample parking, hotel is part of an outdoor mall so everything is near walking distance.

Staff was very attentive, it only took about 3 minutes to check in.

We booked a few rooms because it was a total of 11 of us. We will definitely stay here again. Clean and courteous. Location was on point! Huge shopping center with walmart and coffee shops. And the best tortas too! Restaurant with birria and delicious posole in the shopping center as well. A/C Worked great and the front desk employees Isaac and others were amazing. Thank you to the shuttle driver Omar as well he was great getting us around town safely. Stay here! You truly enjoy your stay. About 8 minute drive to centro Rosarito/Papas and beer. Also the Vaca Loca restaurant is in the same shopping center which was delicious and pleasant esthetic.
