    Rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conducive to a good night's rest. My only suggestions for changes involve the bathroom setup. Since the vanity is small, a hand towel rack would be nice, as well as a soap pump instead of a bar in a tray, and the exposed pipes and wires under the sink could use a little camouflage.

    The staff was great, very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center is very well equipped. Parking, although plentiful, is not free. You pay a nightly fee. All in all, would definitely stay again.

    The location of the room and it was very quiet. The toilet wouldn't flush on my first night and I called the FD around 9:45 not only the person placed me on hold for a long time and he told me that he was not able to do anything except given me a plunger to take care of the toilet myself. I told him this was not my home and what made him think that I would do that? 10 minutes later someone knocked at the door and he was very rude saying he got called from home to take care of this, I apologized to him and the same thing happened on the 2nd night, I had no choice but to called again but I was very uncomfortable listening to someone complaining about his job as guest.

    Stayed here as a guest for the wedding and was pleased at my stay. Friendly staff that was responsive via text and easy airport shuttle service to get around the wedding venues. Nice that it offered breakfast as well.

    I recommend dont EVER stay at Double Tree in Roswell, Ga location. 1) Service was a 4/10. 2) Key fobs dont work. 3) On the coldest day, Heating system on 7th floor didnt work. Had to change rooms several times. 4) Buffet food was luke warm at best.

    We found a dirty wash cloth that the housekeepers had left. There was hardly any water pressure in the room. The breakfast buffet was $23 a person, but the selections were great. None of the amenities flavoring your coffee were labeled. At 2 AM and again at 3 AM, there was someone in the hallway knocking loudly on the door across the hall, and screaming loudly.

    The hotel was very clean. The front desk person was very good but in our room, our TV did not work properly. It kept shutting off. They sent someone up two times to try to fix it and he said it couldn’t be fixed and they had no other rooms to transfer us to they said they were booked up and then we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work in our room. We had no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Had to go up the steps to the next floor to get ice.

    The right elevator was not working. Left elevator door closing not right. Will not stop closing by pressure on right side. No place to hang dress or gown in our room (411). 4th floor elevator light covers broken and missing. 4th floor ice machine not working. At checkout I mentioned these things but was told she could do nothing to fix mechanicals and the elevator has been broken for a while.

    The hotel was extremely busy with two separate wedding parties, but we still felt like we were in the hotel ourselves. It was quiet, check in was efficient, there was ample parking, and everything was very clean. We were even able to check in a bit early, which allowed us to get a quick nap… an unexpected surprise.

    Room 402 smelled like pot and the front desk admitted the people before us were charged an extra cleaning fee. Room did not have soap upon arrival. The shower door did not close and AC would not get the room cool enough to sleep. Others we were with had this same problem with their rooms We were there for a baseball tournament and came in a day early on another reservation. Rather than let us stay in the same room, we had to move all our things out and wait for the other room to be ready causing a major inconvenience. Holiday Inn and Marriot's never had us do this. Always thought Hilton was the gold plated brand for hotels, not so in this experience.

    I stayed here 3 years ago. It was nice both stays. However, only one (the left) elevator worked both stays. Rooms are very small. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. No laundry, which is fine if you’re not on a baseball trip. Would definitely stay again if I was just there for one night.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was completely understaffed, and the staff at the front desk was the opposite of helpful. The elevators didn't work, the pool was closed, and there was no room service as advertised. Housekeeping came in the first day, and took pillows off our bed. When I called the front desk to ask for them back, they said "there is a pillow down here in the closet. You can come get it". On our night we tried to order room service. We called down 5 times with no answer. The front desk finally answered, and then put me on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. When my husband went downstairs, the bartender had two tables and said they were not doing room service because they were understaffed. There was no front desk person at the desk, and a huge line of people were waiting to check in. There are also no refrigerators or microwaves at this hotel, and there is no warning about that. For a Hilton and almost $600 for three nights.....We were extremely disappointed by this experience. I would never stay here again.

    I choose this hotel as it said there was a free shuttle service within 5 mile radius . Worked great to take me to the hospital near by where a family member was admitted on Friday . How ever when I requested the shuttle on Sunday I was told it only operates Sat and Sunday . That should be clearly explained in hotel amenities description

    The hotel wasn’t dirty but definitely left a lot to be desired. The elevators weren’t working so we used the service elevator the entire stay (not a big deal) but the bathroom was tiny, we had two tiny towels. There was no lotion in the dispensers and the water pressure was non existent. The ice makers didn’t work on most floors. We didn’t get offered cookies when we checked in. The staff was friendly but overall I’d expect more from a property in this area at this cost. It wasn’t awful but it’s unlikely we’d return

    This is a lousy hotel. First, when checking in they advise you that they charge $10 a day to park your stupid car. Next, when you try to get in the elevator, it takes 10 minutes for it to come to the ground floor and then every single time you get in the elevator takes five minutes for the doors to shut. Other guest told me that it’s been in that condition for a long time. There are many other better options, I would never stay there again.

    I would recommend staying here, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room are very clean and views are amazing, as hotel in on a hill. Restaurants and local stores are close by. I took the train from the airport to the bus, and it dropped me 4 minutes away, nice walk workout going up the hill.

    As I am handicapped using a walker I found the bathroom seriously lacking even though was “handicap accessible.” The toilet was painfully low, as in abnormally low like for a preschool. The bath/shower did not have a bench or a chair.

    The Bar and restaurant were a plus, The 1 time I had sheets changed house keeping missed replacing the liquid soap in the shower. But overall I will be staying there again this spring

    This was a great hotel and very clean and quiet. My only negative if there is one is that there was not much staff available- needed room service and no one to do it or bring towels the first day there- we had to go get them ourselves then next day the nice maintenance man had to bring them and empty our trash?? So need more staff! But very nice hotel and beautiful Christmas deco! Will stay again if in area.

    Super clean and overall well maintained. Minor gripes include view, torn shower curtain hole, smaller than anticipated beds. Thought I selected two queens not twins. Friendly staff and would recommend to another traveler if they don't mind price and things not being all inclusive

    The staff and the facility were perfectly fine. But I was disappointed in the amenities. No continental breakfast or coffee, no servicing of room each day (we were there 3 nights), no mini-fridge in the room, ice machines not working on quite literally every floor. It was disappointing and I will seek other arrangements the next time I visit Roswell.

    Friendly staff and clean. Someone let their pet poop in the hallway and they cleaned it up in minutes. So yes...you can have pets, but pet owners need accountability in the hotel when this happens. Everything else was great.

    Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel. My only slight complaint was that the hallways were freezing do to air conditioning. There must be a way to control hallway temperature better

    Property was nice and clean. Reserved and told them we had a dog. They said no problem and they were pet friendly. Upon check out they added $100 cleaning fee for the one night we were there. This was never discussed or in writing. Additionally we are very clean people and our dog doesn’t even shed!

    They did not have my room available and front desk staff should not be working in customer service. The water in the shower would not get hot and parking, which they charge extra for, was slim. Had to park in the cheap seats. Went to the front desk to check in and the gentle told me my room was not available and preceded to tell me it would be an extra $60. No explanation, just waited for my card. I immediately assumed it was for the room change. It wasn’t, but, that could have been easily explained w a little more effort. On a more positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable and the restaurant staff and breakfast were good. All in all, not terrible but expected more from Doubletree. Nice building but motel service.

    The gentleman who checked us in on August 25 and the gentleman who checked us out on the 26 were both extremely pleasant! The only complaint for me is that the printer wasn't working. One of the main reasons I continue to pick this location every for my travels is for the business center.

    Rooms are not cleaned unless you request them to be. In room coffee cups had lids that did not fit. Ice Machine on our floor was broken, Receipt was not provided at checkout. Restuarant staff was friendly.
