    The initial room assigned smelled like paint, possibly from recent repairs. I asked for a new room and that was corrected quickly. The hotel room itself was ok. The shower wasn't fully clean because you can still see soap on the shower wall. Overall you can tell the hotel is aging. The floors were uneven, possible foundation issues. The tub was also not leveled when standing in the shower there was a dip in the middle of the tub. The elevator was also concerning. It slightly jolts when you are going up, down or stops at your floor. You can also hear I assuming belts squealing time to time. The location was convenient. There were 3 restaurants in the same parking lot and right off of the highway. So didn't have to go very far too eat. There was also dining available downstairs and a bar but I didn't use it. It wasn't too bad for a short stay.

    We had a few issues with equipment in the room and the staff quickly replaced them. Any time we needed anything, it was quickly taken care of. The iron and the fridge in the room did not work and had to be replaced. The room did not smell clean. It smelled like a couple "honeymooned" in there... a lot. Maintenance did come and spray the carpet, which helped for a little while, but the smell did not go away, which suggests something was not clean. To be fair, I did mention the smell to the front desk and they did suggest sending housekeeping to come deep clean the room, but we were already settled in the room and leaving in the morning, so I declined.

    Well we were there because we had a basketball tournament. The location was perfect except NO washer it was broken! And one dryer ! Mind you several teams were staying there . I had 18 uniforms to wash stayed up until 1 am and we okayed at 8am the next morning . Then the dryer the filter thing was broken so my uniforms got caught and some tore ! So very upset !

    Other fun quirks are that the (one) elevator seems to be barely hanging on for dear life, the tub in the room doesn't drain fast enough to have you not standing in a pool of water while showering, and the second floor feels like it's going to collapse with how uneven those floors are. I'm really not a very picky person when it comes to hotels, I just want a clean, safe experience. This was very much not that, and that makes this the first hotel I know that I'll remember to never book again.

    Amazing hotel! Very clean and spacious room. Very neat amenities! The only thing is that their kitchen was closed on a Friday which was my arrival day. The breakfast was good! Overall I will definitely stay here again.

    I’m in the hospital getting check out and they tell her it’s not her fault and that they are taking the money. Didn’t even let her explain that we didn’t want the refund we just wanted to see if we could push the day out. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior me working in the medical field and being law enforcement also we understand things happen you can’t trust other drives things happen. Yet the person on the phone was so rude and apparently didn’t care or let my wife speak. But I bet you if the rules had been flipped and they were the ones in the hospital or calling they would feel the same way we did. Completely unacceptable it shows that it’s not about customer service it’s about meeting your business needs and cash flow and forecasted numbers.. your monthly income must have been low to really need $127.00 You have lost a customer for life and I hope Expedia looks closely into partner ships with big companies like the Hilton. At least the Marriott treats people with respect.

    The front office staff was great !! The room definitely needs to be remodeled. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where they just put a patch over it. The toilet hadn’t been deep cleaned- stain ring in the toilet bowl. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Soap bottles in the shower were empty. Shower head sprayed way too hard. Couch in room looked like something from a garage sale. Ceiling had had a water leak and not fixed. Lamp shade was bent and out dated.

    The staff at check-in was courteous and explained the every other day housekeeping. However, housekeeping never came and we were two people in a double room for three nights. By the time we got back to the hotel and realized it, it was too late to take action and we were too tired. We made due with our allotted three towels and doubt we’ll stay here next time.

    The property is sunny and inviting. The staff was very helpful. Everything was clean, and the ice machine and laundry worked. My only complaint was about trying to get our room cleaned. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. On the website, it stated that the rooms are cleaned daily. When we arrived, the desk clerk said that the rooms are cleaned every other day. Okay, I can live with that. However, the housekeeping staff kept forgetting about cleaning our room, so they would skip it, and we would have to wait until another day for it to be cleaned. This happened twice while we were there.

    The water pressure in our room was literally nonexistent! It was so bad the toilet barely flushed. Taking a shower was rough as it took forever just to rinse the soap from your body and washing my hair was nearly impossible! I have shoulder length hair and ended up going to my daughter’s hotel to shower when I had to wash my hair. I know Texas is known for bugs but every morning there were tiny bugs in the bottom of the bathtub and one evening some sort of HUGE bug. My room was clean but dated and the walls are thin. We could hear all conversations in the adjoining room.

    So very disappointed in this brand and hotel because of the simple fact that there was mold in the bathroom and in the hallway where they were redoing the wallpaper, very shocked and I travel a lot - my friend, who was staying with me, she went through a terrible mold situation in her home years ago and she noticed it right away. She has since had side effects from what happened years ago...We had to suddenly find another place to stay (I had booked it for a week) - a higher up needs to check out this property - it's a bad reflection on the hotel brand...sorry to state the truth, but it's facts.

    The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved our suite room. Smell could’ve been better but not bad. But we got dressed for pool as soon as we checked in and it was locked. Had to ask front desk about it. Said it was closed due to electrical issues and we’re trying to use another properties pool but it never happened. I would’ve liked to been notified. Or even told at check in. I would’ve gone somewhere else. We travel for sports and I want to make sure we get some kind of vacation/relaxation out of the stays.

    On a three day stay, we had 4 rooms of rowdy kids beside our room, who would never settle down, until we called the front desk! The manages on Monday agreed to comp at least one night to accommodate this issue. Evidently the same kids broke out lights in the spa, causing the pool completely!! Very upsetting when we trying to find a restful vacation!

    Older hotel but well maintained. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and slept well. The ice machine was not working the first day but by morning it was fixed.? Also, liked all the staff I interacted with. They took care of any issues.

    Great stay very nice staff loved the breakfast buffet the ac thumostat needed a battery replacement and the toilet was running but all in all great hotel and good price and I was able to take a bath I was expecting a shower only and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a tub and a stopper I took 2 baths and I enjoyed it thoroughly

    The staff were very helpful, site is clean, and beds are comfortable. I was a little surprised that I could hear the people in the rooms next to me but was able to tune it out. If I had been traveling with my dog, it would have been another story because he would have barked the whole night!

    I wanted the bottom floor nearest the entrance to parking. It was convenient, but if thinking of sleeping in, the noise of the opening/closing of the door in the a.m. will be bothersome. Also, I was awakened in a nightmare..... I thought I was laying next to my snoring ex-husband!! Gadz.,... It was the gentleman in the room adjacent to mine! The air conditioner drowned it out but I did not want that on the entire time.

    I stayed on the first floor and it was very noisy at night. I could hear the people next door talking, and I could hear music in the middle of the night coming from the hallway or from next door. The sink in the bathroom was clogged or something because water accumulated at times, and the size of the bathroom was very small.

    There were dead bugs and a bug crawling in the bathroom floor. There a strand hair on the bathroom towels a strand of hair on the bathtub area. It’s embarrassing to let the front desk person know about it.

    This hotel needs serious updating. The outlets in my room didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. The shower only got lukewarm. The AC didn't work at all so it was insanely hot in my room the entire time. The walls were pretty beat up and the bathroom was dated. The pool wasn't cleaned but it was open. The hot tub would only fit MAYBE 3 adults. They also offer to book with breakfast included but they still charged me for breakfast even though I had my booking on my phone and showed them. Overall would never stay here again.

    Our blankets were stained we used the ones we took , the restroom fan didn't work or there wasn't one, when the ac turned off the room had a weird smell. Breakfast wasn't explained right when we ordered they took long and only brought my husbands food out and I had to cancel because he had already finished his.

    The area was safe, seemed to be a lot of cops around so that helps, and There’s alot of food options right in the area. Tiny downside is the parking in the front of the hotel, BUT you can easily park at one of the restaurants as close to the hotel as you can get.

    The hotel didn’t get my Expedia confirmation which is fine they were working with Expedia to figure it out. Things happen, I had my confirmation and receipt of purchase. They agreed to allow me into the room since we had plans. She asked for my credit card for incidentals. I gladly handed it to her and she goes well. If we don’t get confirmation from Expedia, we will just charge this card for the room. I was like absolutely not. I have already paid for this room then the next day the breakfast was not complementary like advertised. They had a buffet that you can purchase à la carte. Plus the entire hotel was under renovation. Definitely not Hilton level service.
