Breakfast was good. Wish for more choices, like bacon. Staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean. They did announce at the front desk regarding some construction going on in the hotel 3rd floor where we were at but the noise was loud and it did disturb our rest. Not only that spouse suffers from asthma which was triggered due to the dust.

Breakfast had good choices and a variety. It was fresh and hot. Room was clean and was stocked well with all the hygiene products that you need. Had newly laid carpet. We enjoyed our stay we would definitely come back.

It was very clean, the staff for the most part were very friendly. I traveled with my dog and they were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and varied. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time, the staff was awesome, the breakfast was delicious, lot's of varieties to choose from. Overall everyone is very welcoming and attentive to anything you need. I'll definitely return, thank you.

We checked in at 1am. The staff greeted us with a smile and gave us bottled water.

During check-in, we were informed that the AC in our original room was not working, so the hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly appreciated the gesture, as it made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. Overall, a great experience!

Our shower was not clean when we arrived. Front desk was informed of the situation but the problem wasn’t resolved until the third day. Manager never called to address the issue. I don’t think we will book a room with them in the future.

We did get a letter stuck to our door saying they were having some work done on our final day between 10am-8pm with recommendations to shower before 10am otherwise if you were scalded, that was not their fault. A whole day without the use of a shower seems like a big enough inconvenience that there would be some sort of plan but all we got was a a perfunctory “sorry ‘bout that”

Everything was great minus bugs that looked like little roaches in the bathroom. Didn’t see them anywhere else.

Clean room—-they do housekeeping in your room daily without requesting. The staff is friendly and nice.

The first night of our stay are T V did not work. So the next morning they moved us to a different room. So it was the hassle of packing up and moving.the other thing was during our full stay we had no WIFI.that is why the ratings was a 4 star

They put me in a handicap room, the shower drain smelled like sewage and the room was dirty.

Room was to have transfer-shower but none were available, They changed rooms that was suppose to have been mobility accessible but it was hearing accessible so it did not have bars in shower or around toilet. The toilet was too low for my sister to get up from. We ended up buying a toilet seat at CVS so she could use the toilet. The beds were too high and she had to have help to get into the bed because she is short and has trouble lifting her legs. They did not have any stools..

The staff is great. Breakfast was consistent and nice choices. Location is quiet. There were rusty staples holding the molding together in the bathroom. The shower basin looked old and stained.

Microwave was not functioning and phone land line was not working either.

Staff was great. No hot water in our room until the next morning. No other room like the one we reserved available that night. Maintenance fixed it quickly the next day.

The hotel was clean, in great condition, and the staff was excellent. But there is such a thing as TOO eco friendly. The air conditioning shouldn't shut off when you leave, because then you come back too a hot room. Also, there's something weird with the water pressure. In a span of 10 minutes to shower pressure varied wildly, the hot water cut out completely, and then the cold water cut out almost altogether. Manageable, but annoying.

The stay was fine. The fact that I booked 2qn beds and expedia sent over request for room for 2 people and we ended up with one king bed and a pull out couch was disappointing. The hotel was sold out so ni changes could be made but hotel did the best they could

The only complaint I have is the soccer players came out while my husband and I was relaxing in the jacuzzi. The kids was blasting music loud and kicking the ball , so we got up and left. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back.

No regular coffee pods - only decaf. Good reliable stay though. Stay there often for work.

Hotel and staff were great. Room was clean. The only reason for giving 4 stars was that of facility design. The pool was located on the back side of the building and did not have sun at any time of the day. If the pool was heated, this would have made it 4.5 stars for sure.

My only problem was how difficult the location is to find from the main street. There is not a giant sign from viewing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came down for the weekend and our kids swim the entire time. The staff was super kind, and the rooms are very nice. We will definitely be booking at your hotel again in the future.

We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Ruskin. The room was nice, shower wasn’t the best and the water got very hot, but overall a nice stay.

I thought the staff could have been more friendly and the hotel needs some maintenance in the bathrooms. The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom in our room and the drain in the sink was slow to drain.The cleanliness was ok. We got housekeeping every day and fresh towels. The internet was spotty, the TV would reset. The breakfast was great, convenient times, and the woman running it was very friendly.

Good stay! We only stayed one night to visit family living in the Retirment community across the street, so it was nice. There were dining options nearby.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, people were nice and breakfast was delicious.

Check-in and out was very smooth, the room was great and the breakfast was pretty good. Nice outdoor areas but wasn't able to enjoy them much due to the weather. I loved the dog run, it would be nice to let my dogs have a bit of time off-leash. Now that I know I'll bring them next time instead of boarding them.
