I didn’t like that. I was walked out after communicating with them all day that I plan to rebook. The staff was rude to me, and I had to stand outside the door for quite a while. I even paid them extra than I should have because I asked for a late checkout and then told them that I wanted to rebook, but since I was at an event that I couldn’t leave, I was not able to make it back until 6 PM, which I was locked out at.

It was very quiet. I didn't see another person the entire time. Parking was good. The bed was very loose and swayed. The jacuzzi tub had flakes of gunk come from the jets.

Nice and clean room The bed was too soft and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep and causing back pain. The shower hose was unevenly spraying water, which made it difficult to take a proper bath.

It was very clean, very quiet Lack of basic maintenance, probably a difficult location/timing we are with uncertainty. King bed frame was replaced with a queen mattress, which made for a painful experience on my foot and shin walking around it at night. Advertised jet bath(didn't want to use it anyway) but it was inop with painter's tape blocking the switch. No tangible amenities, contact with host only by text/email.

Extremely happy with our stay, the ower met us for check-in and warmly greeted us. Check-in was flawless, and we were given a tour. The staff in the restaurant and bar treated us as if we were family. Our room was charming and extremely clean. We will return very soon.

I've been to this place several times to spend my money and enjoy the peace and spa baths, but my experience has been far from pleasing. Twice on two different stays , I was messaged and questioned and accused of SMOKING CANNABIS in my room. Here is the kicker. Both times, I wasn't in my room or on the property. I checked in and left to enjoy my day in Sacramento. I don't return until late at night around 11pm. So how am I being accused of smells at 8pm. The third time, I stayed I booked a spa bath for an anniversary, and the bath didn't work. I contacted the hotel and got no reply. Then later same thing only this time, one of the managers said my room smelled smh. First, let me say I'm disabled and eat edibles. I don't smoke in my home or anyone else's. I consume outside, on my porch or in my car. If my clothes smell so what thats not against any law or policy. Then they told me cannabis was illegal, not true, but it wasn't me anyway. I feel profiled, but I don't want wrongly ACCUSE. Keep in mind this a small hotel. It's like a two story house setting, so rooms all close together. One hallway. So if someone is smoking, the entire hall would be smelling. How can you know and accuse one. I really like this place and the lady manager is really nice but the man is not so much. I hope they find who is actually causing the problem and not accuse loyal guests who aren't even on the property

Location was very convenient. The building itself has a charming country feel. Bath bomb was a nice touch. Since this is a family owned place I really wish I could leave a better review. I think this place has a lot of potential but we would not stay here again. The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Some of the rooms do not have jetted tubs. We were able to switch to a room that did, which I appreciated, but the jets were visibly dirty with brownish/pink buildup. Other reviews mentioned the junk outside and we definitely noticed that as well. Lots of stuff being stored outside just made the place look rundown. There is no cable TV because their internet disrupts the signal... except the internet barely worked in the first room and did not work at all in the second room. So there were antennae channels only on the TV and no internet at all in our room.

Not like the website photos- all the large trees surrounding it are gone and there is what seems a construction site Room was supposed to be ready for check in at 2 but wasn’t ready until 4. Felt sorry for the cleaning staff-room was clean but late. Also not as in photos

Felt like we were in another state The staff was not welcoming when we arrived and made us wait awhile before checking us in. The room was not the cleanest and felt out dated. The bed was not sturdy and very cheap wood frame queen bed. The heater did not go higher than 65 degrees and just blew cold air out.
