This is an old school Florida motel. It is clean and quaint. It's not the Hilton, but that's the draw. Convenient location.

Swati was a wonderful host, very accommodating and friendly. Very clean, tidy, colorful, comfortable. I love these older motels. Nostalgic for a simpler time perhaps. Had nice kitchen area with full size refrigerator. I was visiting a friend who was in Hospice care and was able to stay close to the facility, park, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall very good. Needs some updating but very good shower and bed, so I got everything I needed! Would use again

I encountered the staff while I was sitting outside with family. The owner was personable and very nice. The room was older, the shower was very small and there was an occasional small bug that came in but it was comfortable for what I needed it for and for the amount of time I needed it.

The kitchen was very well-appointed. Loved having a real refrigerator AND freezer. Everything looked clean. The bed was very comfortable. The main room area was spacious. The TV worked well. Could have signed into my own YouTube or Prime accounts - just elected not to for security reasons. Good trash cans. Old school but effective charging stations. Good wifi. While right on a major thoroughfare, it was quiet and did not draw wanderers or random foot traffic, so felt safe even for a solo female senior traveler. Thank God there was a physical key option. The communication and follow-up were very professional and welcoming. Outside very unappealing. Looked like a lower class motel when we pulled up into the parking lot. The fan only operated on one speed and I wanted it higher. The A/C was cranked to the lowest temperature, but never really got cool enough, so was difficult to sleep. The shower was a bit claustrophobically small. The door code worked when I first arrived, but not after that. The key ring needs replacing. It kept opening and the keys kept falling off. A baby roach ran across the plate in the microwave and I did not spill anything in the microwave and made sure there was a covering over everything heated. A dish drying rack or pad would be a really good addition at little cost. I would feel better about paying the price if the outside had a facelift... if it felt more rustic quaint instead of outdated and run down.

The property was small but the room was spacious and clean, unfortunately for us the bed was too hard, we ended up going home the next day. The staff was very nice though. The property is in a great location.

Has a kitchen which would be a plus for a longer stay. Best thing about it was the low price and quiet area.

The Hostess Swathi , was the sweetest person. Helped with anything we needed. Had a fabulous back yard common area. Our well behaved dog had a blast with the zoomies. Quiet and just off the main roads. That we had to leave to soon.

This motel is a charming little gem in a quiet area close to everything. It was clean, recently upgraded, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

The staff, The price, the Keurig and the water pressure . It is comfortable enough, and a family owned business. It's a great place with lots of potential . A.C was super loud to the point I couldn't sleep. Definitely a tiny ant problem in the kitchen. Lighting is definitely an issue. Dim bulbs are mismatched everywhere. Aesthetics could definitely be improved on, everywhere. on the property... Carpeting needs to go!

The location was nice and the area was quiet.

The suite was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a pretty years out back with bikes and a tire swing and a gazebo. The location is very convenient to the airport, Safety Harbor and Clear Water. The only drawback was there was no time piece—I.e.wall clock or clock on the bedside table. We used our I-phones so it was OK.

Super clean and calm place, I really recommend and the staff is very nice

Close to downtown safety harbor, oldsmar and Clearwater, the perfect retreat being close to everything but not in the heart of it all.

We booked so we could vacation with our dog. The area, property and host were all wonderful! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a hard time getting the lockbox open. Could not figure out how to lock the door. Called the help phone number and they told us where the Key was. That made us very uncomfortable knowing the key was very accessible. Will not stay there again. The room was clean but overpriced.

Quaint suites, very clean and quiet, convenient to Tampa Bay Downs. I would recommend and stay there again

I never spoke to anyone. When I got there no one was in office was locked. I found someone walking on grounds that said i should have been texted a code for room. He called someone. He showed me room and keys were under a rug outside door.

The lady in attendance was very helpful. I would stay here again when in the Tampa area.
- 5/5
It was a nice place to stay. The screens did not fit the windows to well but the bugs weren't bad yet. I imagine when they are no one will have the windows open anyway but will use the AC. nothing
- 4/5
We thought it was a perfect location for hanging out in downtown Safety Harbor. The rooms are refurbished motel rooms in a quiet neighborhood with kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and a full size fridge.) The grounds in back had an old gazebo and some picnic tables. They are spacious enough to kick a ball around with your kids or even set up croquet wickets. There are four electric bikes available, but we did not use them. The hosts were friendly, responsive and very kind! We would definitely stay here again, although would probably get a smaller room, as they all have a kitchenette and it would bring the price down a bit.

Steven was very nice to me when I had a problem. He solved it immediately, and all was well. Everything was wonderful!
- 4/5
Decent place with comfy bed. Older motel. Very kind manager let us check in early. Have nice little coffee maker.
- 2.5/5
Location was great. It is in a perfect area near a lot of great businesses and amenities. Safe neighborhood. Easy check in. We got in at midnight and we were able to access our rooms. Staff texted us the door codes and were very clear where to find our room. Decent toiletries and good toilet paper. Room was very clean. We were only there briefly for a funeral and it was fine. Our room needed WORK. We were in room 6. It looked like an addition to the building. Door was rotten and needed to be lifted up to open and close. Bed was very old. A/C unit struggled to keep up and it's only March. There was coffee and creamer for the coffee pot.... But no filters. Bathroom was raised on a different level than the rest of the room, my husband's head brushed the ceiling. Shower was old and small. Toilet only flushed when you used the provided plunger. There was no bathroom sink. You had to do everything in the kitchenette. No sink mirror light for doing makeup. I'm pretty sure there was water damage in our room. Walls were sagging at the bottom with peeling paint. Awkward packet of condoms provided. It was fine for what we needed but was disappointing and not quite what we were expecting.
- 5/5
Rooms were age appropriate nothing fancy. Window in bathroom had duct tape around it. On a noisy road.
- 5/5
Great location for where we had to go. I was impressed on cleanliness. We spilled something on the floor and when whipped up wit white paper towel it was still clean. I have never had that happen at any place we’ve stayed.
- 5/5
This little motel was perfect for us! It's well-kept, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities (and more!) of a modern hotel room, but with a quaint, mid-century charm that we love! We will definitely stay again.
- 2.5/5
The location was nice and easy to find. The room was furnished nicely and mostly clean. The room does not have a desk, so my husband had to set up his laptop on a wobbly small kitchen table. The coffee maker only worked when I held the handle down. The TV use was weird because it needed 2 remotes. The bathroom didn't have a fan so we wanted to open the window a bit after taking a shower. The window was just gross, I didn't want to touch it. The biggest problem though was the curtain for the window towards the parking lot. The curtain was not wide enough to cover the whole window, there was a huge gap! We had to use a suitcase to hold it in place to somewhat cover it. The downside to that was that it blocked half of the AC unit.

Very clean, texts from property management was clear, and professional. Thank you

Peaceful centrally located place with pleasant owners. Quaint old time Florida feel.

Perfect room for a stay if you're out and about in the Tampa area. Quiet room, TV, microwave, coffee maker, nice sink and a fridge.

- 5/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
It’s a very old motel with few luxuries but it was adequate for our needs. The staff was extremely nice & accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The shower looked newly renovated. There was a full size refrigerator & microwave & toaster. The coffee maker wasn’t very good.
- 1/5
The place flooded Unfortunately they didn't share that, the smell of the room was horrible couldn't breathe so we left after speaking to hotels.com which is handling the situation. I don't care to share pictures as I hope the motel will recover but 200.00 a night plus 25 buck cleaning fee is ridiculous. Sorry but they need to rip out the carpet, cabinets and take care of ants before opening.

The stay was pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Great customer service!!

My dog enjoyed long walks to the park, which was down the street
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very close to town and beautiful park. Never heard a single neighbor or had trouble parking.
- 5/5
Cute, quaint, large and well-equipped space. Complete with kitchenette and a nice size shower and bathroom. It's everything you need, very clean, nice area, close to beaches and restaurants. We really enjoyed it! My only issue is the bed. The mattress was firm and it hurt my hips. I would recommend a memory foam topper that could be removed for those who like firm mattresses and also accommodate people like me who prefer more cushion.

Location and quiet

Love the easy check in. They text you code to door. Easy and convenient. Cute and clean place. We had king bed with kitchenette. Only 7 rooms. Highly recommend.

1. The bunk safe is not steady. The bed is falling apart. 2. The sofa is not a sofa bed. Therefore our son won't be able to sleep in there. 3. The cigarette smell is overwhelming. We are allergic to cigarette.
- 5/5
Excellent property. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect for people who do not want the big hotel experience.
- 1/5
We were given a room that is NOT like the pictured room. It was the only room behind 5 other rooms. We are 85 years old and in order to step up to the commode and shower there was a 14" step which would be impossible for my wife. There was no vanity and if you wanted to shave, etc. you had to use a bar sink in the bedroom. My wife was texted that the room was ready when we originally checked in. There was no responsible person on the premises except what appeared to be a workman and it took about 5 minutes to open the door because he couldn't get it open. Even though this room was prepaid WE DID NOT STAY THERE! I am contacting my credit card for a refund.
- 5/5
Great value. If I come back to Safety Harbor, I'm staying here.
- 3/5
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived 20 minutes before check in time. We had other plans so we sat in room on couch until our scheduled appt. when we arrived later evening room was ready and clean. However there was no soap for bathing and no wash cloths. Just a night of sleeping was all we had there. Good to rest your body while vacationing but nothing I’d want to hang out at during the day!
- 1/5
Horrible service. Office locked, Crazy code system that locked us out of the room. Had to sleep somewhere else. Owner said to go to Expedia to get our money back. I don't know how to do that. The office was always locked, no one there but cleaner people.
- 4/5
Only thing, I would have preferred local tv, to Roku. Not a big deal
