    If you plan to arrive late not a great experience. Hotel is well secured. You can’t get to the front desk to ck in. I finally noticed a sign on a window that states ring bell for late night ck in. No reply for 15 mins. I recalled the number that I had called about 6 pm to let them know I was arriving late person said no problem we will be here.     They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. I took a small portion—one bowl of cereal, three pancakes, and some juice—but the cereal quality was very poor. My child couldn’t eat it, so we threw the cereal in the dustbin. The manager then came, picked it up from the trash, and confronted us aggressively, questioning why we threw it away. She started accusing us, saying this is “not charity, this is a business,” and began threatening to charge us $20 for breakfast. The situation escalated quickly. She raised her voice, continued accusing us unfairly, and then told us to vacate the property, saying it was “her property.” This behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating—especially in front of other guests, who were also being treated poorly. Additionally, the room conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom had mold, and the carpet was stained and appeared very old, which made the stay uncomfortable and concerning for hygiene.     The parking lot was pretty much full with big trucks and cones that made driving hard and parking even harder. The lady that checked me in seemed mad and never smiled. She would look at her screen and ask me questions while facing away from me. That made it hard to hear and upset her. The room looked old and kinda smelled. The couch cushions were looked so old and over used. I didn't want to sit on it. The sheets were not clean which was given away by their odor. The bathroom only had a half used roll of tp and the shower was dripping water and had obvious mold. I'm never staying there again.

    The room was in a state of disrepair and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom all over the ceiling and caulk joints of the shower. Duct tape holding tiles and carpet, no bag for the dirty ice bucket, etc.

    Remember when renting cheap you get what you pay for. If i were traveling alone and didn't care as long as the place was clean and cheap. This was the place.i had no bad experience here. Looks like the place may have been just bought. But it needs work on the outside and the inside of the building and rooms. Do not expect 5 stars from a cheap place. But i had no issues with my room or service when i needed. My room was clean, the service when needed was good. Looked like a mom and pop running the place. The place needs some tlc that's all.

    Very bare minimum Top lock on our door was broken and unusable. No breakfast was available. Coffee pot was empty in lobby and was reluctantly offered to be refilled. No a/c in hallways, very warm. Carpets worn at doorways and covered with red tape. Very sketchy unsafe neighborhood. No working lights in two of three lamps available in room. Sure better get our $50 refunded!

    My first stay the shower curtain rod was attached to the wall by one screw and I felt like it was going to fall at any point. My second stay, anything that could go wrong went wrong. The door would not fully close and both locks were broken. When I alerted hotel staff, they asked me to give them my schedule for the next day so they could find time to "take a grinder to the door" and fix it. Past that, the TV was broken, the couch cushions were torn up, and the bathroom fan would make the most horrible noise and was stuck which is a major fire hazard. I don't think I'd tell my worst enemy to stay here. The staff themselves were for the most part nice but one member of staff knocked on my door to fix the TV at 10pm when I hadn't even found that issue yet. This likely means they knowingly gave me a room with a broken TV. The next morning when I told them the rest of the issues, an older woman came up from behind me and started yelling at me and refused to let me change rooms. Do yourself a favor and go a block down the road to the Best Western or somewhere else if you need to stay in the area.

    There were children who kept opening and slamming the adjoining room door, I I asked the front desk if I could move to another room and they told me I could not but they would speak to the people in the room next to us. Don't know if they actually did or not because we still heard the door slamming up your more times and the baby crying till the morning. The walls are super thin. The so-called breakfast was not ready until 2 hours later then the supposed start time. The little refrigerator did not work, it had ice built up in it. There was red duct tape over a hole in the bathroom. I would not be going back. Was not even offered a discount

    The room had carpet stains, stains on the furniture, no clock, a pcv pipe for the shower curtain rod. There was a back door that remains unlocked. I have pictures that I can share. Photos in the advertisement have to be old. For some this might be OK, but it was out of my comfort zone.

    Hotel is not high end but from my experience of these hotels they used to be nice well maintained and free breakfast was way better (even though free breakfast is not high end. First of the area is not bad, hotel is small, complimentary breakfast was a waffle maker and a jar of juice and some small muffins, soda machine that doesn’t work, and a snack machine, other than that the rooms need updating, the room looks like it has furniture and bedding items were left outside for over 4 full seasons, mold in the shower all on the ceiling, stingy on soap supplies and other items needed for a stay. Price can’t complain but a bad experience for being a first out of state

    There were no towels in the room, so we had to go ask for those. The laminate flooring was cracked up so bad you had to be careful not to injure your feet. Both rear entrances had broken locks so no hotel key was required to get in the building. Anybody off the street could enter, however they would probably be deterred by the big pile of pigeon crap on the ground in front of the door. The pigeons were allowed to use the satellite dish to roost right over the door and crap right down on you passing through! The rear gate entrance to the parking lot was locked up, I'm guessing an attempt to stop your car from getting broken into? The place is in pretty run down area.

    The Manager and his wife are incredibly rude. Dilip Patel is the GM. I booked my room through Expedia but the manager would not allow me to stay there. He wanted a $50 deposit and only on a credit card. I didn't see this policy on the website. As I was questioning Mr Patel on why he couldn't accept cash or check for deposit, his wife started screaming at me. I really don't believe they are trustworthy. I had to leave after he denied me a room I had already paid for.

    Property is in complete disrepair. External trash bins completely full and overflowing. Pool was not appealing at all. 2 Throw pillows on the bed instead of standard size pillows. Carpeting so dingy, good thing I don't wear white socks as a habit. Blackout curtains are a joke. Bathroom: door knob loosely installed backwards. Existing shower curtain may as well not exist. Water leaked through and onto floor which explains the rust around the toilet base. Shower curtain rod likely being held up by magic, huge gaping hole. Same as shower head, magic. As for the microwave, looks like too many cans of soup were nuked in there. Continental breakfast: stay safe and bring your own. Area was unkept cereal left on counters. Not looking forward to booking a room with Wyndham any time soon.

    The people at the front desk were being super rude. They gave us a room that was supposedly not smoking and when we entered the room smelled like cigarettes. The pillows had yellows stains on them. The sheets had hairs and there was cockroaches in the restroom and the shower was super dirty as well. It was an awful experience for me and my family.

    Once I returned at 2'ish to check in, another lady helped get me checked in. As I was entering the side entrance with my bags, I noticed the pool gate had a cable lock around it. I assumed the pool was closed for some reason. When I entered the side door there was some sort of red sauce all over the floor and wall. I made my way up to my room and it was very quiet. When I entered my room I found that the air was off. It was over 90 degrees and extremely humid. I immediately turned the air on and down. The carpets were black everywhere. The love seat in the room had cigarette burns in it and was black as well. One of the cushions insides was exposed because the cover was torn open. Some of the lights didn't work and all of the outlets were all loose in their boxes. The pillows on the bed were little like half pillows. Almost like cushions for a couch and they were folded up inside the full side pillow cases. In the bathroom I found that the toilet was not seated correctly so it wobbled left and right when you sat on it. The stopper for the tub was stripped out and was up on the soap are of the shower and there was a big nasty looking hole in the wall behind the shower head. There was mold in the carpet around the mini fridge

    The multiple beds were full size, it would be nice if they were queen size. The size of the room was ok. The pool area could use more cleaning. I checked out before breakfast so no comment in that area. But for a last minute quick one night stay and for the price, I cant complain at all. I think this was the cheapest room in the area.

    i did not have problems getting my room and settling in. i did not experience bed bugs or anything when i had stayed the night. the customer service was great overall when i was checking in. the property around the hotel should get a clean up though it kind of creeped me out a bit and brought down my expectations of the hotel. overall everything was an average decent experience.

    Upon arrival we were told there no elevator which wasnt in the description, when we got to our room the AC was off & it was super hot inside.     Not rack no enough towel Shower head is dead Hole on the bed sheet The manager is a lady name is Viva I don’t know if spell correct I hope I never met her or kind of her in all my life When you go breakfast it’s somekind like rob her property On dining area There is only coffee 1 packet bread one milk which only 20 oz left in bottle nothing else Breakfast ending 9oclock when I came 8:00 the chairs are all on table That meaning if you like this poor food you need to take the chair off by yourself When I try to take a coffee and the last pack of bread than leaving she stopped me and told me I can’t take it from dining area And request me need to show respect to the hotel That really shocked me in that moment She looks like a angry person who tried to take her property you robbed from her family I just have a question should hotel respect the quest who paid money for stay included a breakfast? That’s theew worst experience I had in days in n I would never coming back again

    When we checked in there was much help and information on what to see in the area and even help on what to see as we continued on our trip! A very kind gentleman worked the front desk both when we arrived and checked out! We would stay again! Thank you for a great rest on our long journey!

    I didn't even stay. The front doorman was nice but required an additional deposit and I only had $58. I didn't stay and on my bank statement it is posted $58 for may 2. It is now may 6. So just curious how long it takes?

    It was the worst property I have ever stayed at being a Wyndham property. Back door to first floor was not secured. We opened every time without using a key. The security feature on the inside of our door was broken.

    The staff is wonderful and that is the only redeeming quality of this place. The room had a hole in the floor and dirty on the ceiling. The shower barely worked and the tub was so slippery as to be dangerous. The breakfast was only waffles or cereal and the dining area was filled with construction materials. I would not recommend and will not stay there again.

    The staff was so nice and they were so kind. They provided such great customer service. I had just stayed at a Choice Hotel the night before in which I had a horrible experience. Staying at this hotel I actually was able to relax . The room was fully stocked upon arrival. And did I mention they were so kind. I would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel needs to improve cleaning, the windows do not have locks, the door to the room does not have good security either, the bed sheets were a little stained and likewise the bathroom towels, we will definitely not stay there again, too much noise from other guests.

    We canceled the moment we arrived, the place look so ghetto and dirty. The parking lot was empty. The man in the front desk still wanted a $100 deposit on top of our 2 day stay payment for loss and damage deposit. It just didn’t feel good.

    Unsafe, staff prints a copy of your drivers license and keeps it so any staff can see it. They told me they copy the drivers license or go stay somewhere else. Supposed to have a continental breakfast. Nothing. Piece of crap place to stay run by typical Indian family running in the ground.

    I asked for a baby bed or crib an the front desk clerk gave me the most sarcastic reply - uh what do you want ? U need a what crib or baby bed ? We don't have any of that here. Ok I put in the special request or accommodations part that stated I needed this and any other hotel would've responded with a sorry sir we have those things. I even asked about a couch or pull out and nothing. Then upon checking in I had no toiletries in the room an no towels and it was a whole hassle to get them. But they hotel is convenient when your in a hurry. It's ok

    The staff was very rude and before check out over 30 mins they had us feeling rushed and expected to checkout way before 11 am. The presentation of the room was very poorly . Freezer was iced over and unable to use. The door lock was broken .

    It was close to where we were going. The room had a sleeper sofa, it looked like they found it in a dumpster. The cushions were all tore up and dirty. It just didn’t belong there, just throw it away please !!

    The person at reception acted professionally, but dressed in a t-shirt and jeans. Just off-putting. No elevator in 2.5 star? Room was bad: stains on carpet, torn curtains, deadbolt didn't latch.

    This has been my worst experience ever staying at a hotel. The owners wife was rude!!! Came banging on my door because she said we weren¿t registered when her husband is the one who gave us keys. Also she stopped us and made us put breakfast back!!

    The hotel was old and smelled terrible. There was mold by the refrigerator on the floor. Mildew wet smell. Front desk was rude. They don¿t leave coffee out after breakfast. Coffee should be left out all day for customers obviously being changed.
