The man thats always worked the front desk is cool. Hes stern, but means well. The property is very nice, quiet, and very clean, and the rooms are big, very big, and slso nice and clean. And the bed was comfy! :)

This was just your average run of the mill Hotel where things were pretty old and a nice place to stay if nothing else is available but it's not comparable to most of the other hotels in the area but it's quiet and clean rooms

Extremely poor service. They charged an additional fee at check-in, even though everything was technically paid through Expedia. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathtub wouldn't drain. Hair on the bed linens. The room smelled terribly of dirty feet and cigarettes (even though it was a non-smoking room). The hotel is adjacent to a freeway, so be prepared for the frontage road to be blocked by police, and the only exit is the traffic-clogged freeway.

I knew the moment I pulled into the facility I was not going to stay. Horrible neighborhood to begin with. I unlocked the door and closed it , big cockroach was on the back of the door. I walked right back to the front desk and ask for the $42 cash deposit that was asked from me and was given back $40. If you are like me and looking for the best price on Expedia don’t let pics deceive you. Read reviews like this one.!

It was a nice room. Clean nothing rusty or molded. But no cleaning service. No one ever came to throw trash out or offer us clean towels we had to get our own towels. There was only juice coffee and cereal pretty bland. Could have offered waffles at least. Other than that room was comfy.

Found a dead cockroach. The hairdryer didn't work, there was a coffee pot but no coffee and it hadn't been washed. This was a connecting room, which we didn't request, and the door connecting the rooms didn't lock so we had to figure out a way to secure it ourselves.

Cigarette holes in blankets, key card not working have to get rekeyed frequently. Bedding were not clean, could see hair on towels. Refuses to switch room. Gave only 3 towels for 5 guests, When asked for more towels, they state we have to bring other towels first. Would not give more than 3 towels at one time. Sink missing drain stopper. The only good thing about the room was the roll-in shower and bathroom. It appeared to have been redone fairly recently. However the rest of the room was old. There was an adjoining door to the next room that did not close and lock properly. It just was not a nice room at all; however, I should have been suspicious due to the price. The room was supposed to have been a handicap accessible room for 3 adults, yet there was only one king size bed. The online picture showed a love seat also that should have been a fold out bed, but I was told that was only for non accessible rooms. They did provide a roll away bed that was about 30 years old and the springs, yes springs, not a mattress, were too uncomfortable to sleep on. To top it off, the free breakfast consisted of only two kinds of cereal and yogurt, along with juice and coffee. Breakfast was from 6-9 AM, but on the morning of check-out I had to ring the bell for service because the lobby was locked at 7 AM. Also, I did not receive my deposit back because I paid with a credit card and not a check or cash. I was told they would have to inspect the room first. Had I paid with a check or cash they would have given it back to me then. I have stayed at nice Days Inns before and since being taken over by Wyndham I was certainly expecting better.

Hella crackheads hanging out here. A lot of people smoking weed too in the rooms. The TV didn’t work and about half of the plugs didn’t either. The mattress was awful quality and the AC unit made an awful noise that would wake you up when it stopped

It’s ridiculous!) — — I chose to pack my bags and come back later after 3pm, due to 3rd party booking and no refunds! — Later when coming back to check in, I was already disgusted with staying another night and the front desk lady puts me in a faulty room, that needs fixed. I’ve already moved my belongings into the room at this time. But still had to be moved!!! One of the worst two day stays! I wouldn’t recommend this days inn to anybody!! Terrible service, just terrible!!!!

We had to leave in the middle of the night. The front desk called our room saying someone was there asking for someone we didn’t know. I told them they had the wrong room. A few minutes later there was a knock at our door. We kept quiet and then there was a more aggressive knock. We asked who it was and there was no answer. Through the cracks in the door we could someone standing there for a very long time. We couldn’t sleep. I stayed there with my 3 kids and we were all awake and afraid. As soon as we saw the coast was clear, we packed up and left. The front desk said everything was ok and we’d be ok, but just at that moment someone from another room called reporting the same thing. I wasn’t going to risk my family’s safety. We had to book at another hotel at 1 in the morning. I felt there was a lack of action on behalf of the staff to ensure our safety.

Mischarged my card, the TV didn't work, and told me it would be $20 if I wanted to do a late checkout when there was absolutely no demand to get in to this hotel. I basically never leave negative reviews but this place is a dud, plenty of other options in the area.

The lady that checked us in at around 9 PM on Feb 10 refused to accept that my husband and I had the same address (as we live together) and kept asking me for a “my“ address and was getting visibly upset when I kept giving her the one that matched my husbands- she eventually gave up and accepted the address I gave her (which was on the ID we gave her). Just a few hours later, at 3am, someone in the stuff actually opened our door to get in our room and didn’t stop until my husband screamed out to them “HELLO?”. Whoever this man was didn’t even apologize or even close the door that was thankfully blocked by the door stopper which kept them from opening the door completely. Whoever it was just walked away, leaving the door cracked open and my husband had to get up and look outside to see who it was. Eventually, the staff member saw my husband and apologized saying that he was getting into the wrong room. It was 3 AM and we were exhausted and scared so we decided to let A staff member know in the morning, knowing that it would be easy to just check the 3 AM camera. Instead, I was told by the staff member at the front desk that I should’ve said something earlier because now there’s nothing he can do, then tried to gaslight me by telling me that there was no way anyone went into our room because no one else has the key…

Family of five stayed 3 nights in double queen room. Room was clean a smelled good upon arrival. It was large could use a bigger table tho. RR was clean and looked new. A/c didn’t blow hard so luckily we take a fan every where we stay. Helped circulate air during hot summer day. Overall room was way better than expected for the price being so cheap. Pool was clean not very big but ok for us. Location was good. There is a great bakery about 5 mins and some Mexican restaurant were we got breakfast tacos in the a.m so good and great prices, sabrositios tacos is the name they had a drive thru. Oh we went to schlitterbhan 2 days and the drive is 23 mins which is not long. Definitely would stay again bc saved so much money compared to staying at rooms closer to schlitterbhan. Where they were way overpriced.I would stay again and I would recommend to stay at the days inn.

Desk clerk was friendly. Room was hot and humid. A/C was on a governor set at 70. No fans available at desk. Went to Walmart to buy fan and bought a thermometer. Room temperature, by thermometer was 80. Either brand new thermometer wasn't working or they had adjusted the A/C to show a cooler temperature than it actually was. Fan was no help. After much complaining they finally sent a tech to remove governor to allow lower temperature. TV cable is shut off till someone checks into room. Which they neglected to turn bbn on. Much frustration ensued until we called to find out why the wouldn't work. Then sent someone to turn it on. Only 2 towels for 4 people. 2 shampoos. For the price it was very disappointing

The lady at the front desk was nice, but the rooms were not clean or in good condition. Connecting door went to a stranger's room, but the lock had been picked and broken many times. Coffee pot filter had not been cleaned since someone else stayed there. Microwave missing in our 2nd room. Lots of hairs in bathtub. The ratings were good, but especially with Covid, I expected everything to be cleaner.

The place could use a face lift. The furniture was very old, the two chairs in the room was about to collapse if you sat in it for to long. The toilet stopped working as I was checking out. But overall the staff was very friendly

I stayed seven nights, house keeping never serviced my room, The person behind the desk, who told me her name was "huney", told me NO I would have to wait until the next morning for house keeping, after my fourth night. I asked for clean towels, she told me if I brought the used linens to the front desk, I could get clean ones. That is the definition "complete lack of customer service" I don't what your training for management entails, but the

There was no breakfast like it said on the site, no coffee or stuff for coffee, hair dryer didn't work.. people slamming doors all night and managers kids ran around half the night yelling and screaming...maids don't come every day and we stayed 4 days and not once were the sheets changed...all around terrible stay so we left early because of it! Wouldn't stay again no matter what!

In the lobby checking in there was food and liquid all over the floor the lady wasn’t the friendliest. Oh well. I see why they say no refund with this hotel. They just want your money I would not recommend anyone to go here. Especially if you have a family.

This exterior of this property was clean and easy to access, but that’s where the pleasant side of our visit ends. We had a non smoking room, but when the neighbors lit up, it came right through the front door, which had no seal. The ice machine was broken and had been for some time. The bathroom was recently re-tiled but looked unfinished, the tub had no “nonslip” material in the bottom. The side of the nightstand had unknown substances smeared on it and the “room service” menu was covered in something sticky.

Check in was quick and easy BUT be aware they charge additional $2 for a lock box in the room and not sure why. They also charge $40 for deposit. The beds were hard like the floor. Our room faced I 35 so lots of traffic. The shower was nice and room had decent AC. Not worth a $130 plus the additional charges I mentioned above. This hotel should easily be $60! We travel a lot so I know. However everything in the area was skyrocket prices and where we usually stay was $400!

PADDED CHARGES! Watch for the hidden and extra charges and no upfront that your credit card will not just have a hold for incidentals. They actually charge you when you arrive at the hotel and you have to wait for them to refund it. This is after you have already paid on hotels.com. they also charge a $1.08 resort fee. This is for the safe in your room, whether you use it or not. No breakfast because of covid but the to go breakfast they say they have is a granola bar and a snack pack of peaches and a used paper bag, and you have to beg them for that. They act like you are taking their food. Rock hard beds, banged on doors even with do not disturb sign up, rooms are not modern, smells like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, lots of highway noise, and a very unhelpful staff (I say staff but it's really just the family that lives there with their kids). Stay away from this place! There are plenty of other cheap motels along this strip.

The price was reasonable. However, the TV didn't work and when it did turn on only one channel was received. Also, I killed three roaches and there were more plus fleas. I didn't like the fact that I was charged $25.00 cash to get my room before 2:00 pm even though there were plenty of rooms ready and available. I certainly would not recommend anyone to this hotel. Sorry but it was not a good stay.

The property's phone didn’t work, When I had a question or needed something I had to leave the room. they only gave us two towels per day when we where two adults and three children. There was also tenants who where smoking marijuana, That was very unpleasant for my family.

It is an old place with not great maintenance. The location close to the airport is why we took it, that is good. Some of the worst part of our experience is that when i reserved it did not show that it was a smoking room. So besides the low end place and the spider nets in one of the lamps, the worst part was the smell to lung cancer in the room. Maybe if i was a smoke i would qualify it a bit better, but not much.

First time that a hotel asks me for an additional deposit besides and after charging for the whole cost. For the checkout no one available was at the front desk. No breakfast, (not even coffee, or water). For the room number they provided a tiny piece of paper (1 in x 1 in). The table inside the room was dirty, when we tried to have dinner on it.

The hotel is horrible! Very dirty, smell horrible. It was just untolerable. Booked two rooms for two nights, ended up not staying at all. No refund at all. I should have listened to the reviews. Please don't make the same mistake, I ended up paying over $600 for nothing.

Most disgusting “hotel” I’ve ever seen. I checked into the room and immediately checked out. Dirty smelly, people outside everywhere smoking, water pipes draining OUTSIDE. People outside with no clothes on..you can clearly tell what type of MOTEL it is. The man checks two single women into a room and the very WND of the ONE corridor of rooms they have stains on the floor stains on the bedding and the door lock loose..we were terrified we had to go to the LaQuinta down the road it was truly a nightmare and of course no money back even though I didn’t stay
