The unusual bathroom layout (a separate room for the toilet and a lying sink, and another bathroom for the shower and another sink) felt wrong. We’ve been twice during our travels because it’s conveniently located, but because of weird room layouts and slippery bathroom floors, we’re going to pass on staying at this Hampton Inn again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Let us check in early at no cost, after we had to check out of La Quinta due to dissatifying experience. Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good and hot. Room was nice size, clean, and comfortable. Will stay here again next time we are in San Antonio.

The room was what I ask for, and the price was good! But the carpet was filthy! I probably wouldn't know that except that we were traveling with a one-year-old who crawled all over the room and ended up with BLACK knees and feet.

I love the excellent customer service which trumps most minor issues. A cleaner room performed by housekeepers with attention to detail.

I usually stay at Drury Inn and this was a last minute reservation. They gave me a better price and I was impressed with the comfort and the breakfast was good. I'll be coming back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options and was very tasty. The only complaint I would have is something was up with the air conditioner. He wouldn’t really cool unless it was at a certain temp but it was too bad to where I would have to tell the front desk or have to move rooms.

With that said, there were several minor maintenance issues. The keyed lock needed a reprogram to open. One light bulb was out (it was fixed quickly) when we entered room. When I called the front desk, they could hear me because the room phone had some issue. And the shower knob was loose. Nothing major but they do leave an impression. The breakfast was a simple continental one. We didn't eat much. There are a lot of local choices around the area though.

Definitively the worst hotel I've ever been. Dirty, low staffed, bad attitude. I spent 1 week there and not a single day the floor was swept nor the bathroom cleaned, they just made beds after 4 days and after I went down to the lobby to complain. Absolutely not recommended.

I did not appreciate the unexpected $20 fee for incidentals. I was told it would be refunded if nothing was use. I didn’t use anything and I was never refunded

The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, the room had a good size. It’s a good hotel for what you’re paying, but definitely not excellent since we did not have room service done and the walls are very thin which you can hear guests on other rooms. But overall great price for a good hotel!

Staff was really nice, even the cleaning ladies were saying hi and smiling at us, if only you had shower pressure in your showers it was so hard to shower with absolutely no water pressure and I mean zero.

Everything thing was great except the toilet. 1. The seat cushion was shredded like a dog scratched the soft cushion material. 2. It kept filling the tank off and on-loudly. 3. The inside of the tank was outlined and the whole inside was covered in black mold from top to bottom.

First room had no electricity or air so we got switched rooms. Second room was better but possible mold or high dust allergens present because woke up all days extremely congested and feeling sick-like but was fine once we left the room.

No workspace, but front desk was very kind enough to print multiple copies of a document I had to make revisions on. Front desk was dealing with an irate customer who did not understand that a certain policy is in place for a reason but the young woman kept her cool and coordinated with the other staff member who was at check in at that time to help with my request. Clean hotel, had to leave before breakfast but it looked and smelled worth a try, Mabye next time as I will be staying here again.

The pool was subpar and so was the fitness center. Breakfast was not good, and so was the service of the personnel at breakfast. The room was ok.

We really enjoyed this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly. We cannot say enough good things about them. There are many restaurants and places to shop close by but it still felt quiet. Breakfast was fantastic - lemon waffles - YUM!

I made my reservation. Got to the hotel at 11:30pm because we had been in the hospital all day. I get to the hotel, and they were out of rooms. I had no idea what to do. Very tired. Really needed to rest, and proper planning was not done at the hotel. Receptionist was very nice, she did apologize but I very disappointed.

The staff was great. The breakfast was delicious, but the pool looked a little dirty. The elevator made some kind of funny noise. It would shake when you’re in it . They were doing inside maintenance where there was curtain cornrows on the floor. And the dryer was broken so I couldn’t wash and dry my wet swimming clothes.

Room good, location good as was near to Six Flags. They did not make up the room for the second nights stay which was disappointing.

It was a bit warm the first night but after we talked to the front desk maintenance was there in less than 10 minutes and it was cold just how we like it breakfast was delicious overall stay was excellent

It was clean, my non smoking room actually didn’t smell like cigarettes like some other hotels. Only thing I dislike was the no mirror in the restroom.

It was dirty the restrooms smell bad the staff in the afternoon is rude the food is cold and just gross the potatoes where not cooked the sausage over dried, no creamer for coffee and if the was creamers there was no coffe theres so much construction going on people coming in and out of the hallways our door in room 429 the was no lock room 329 microwave was broken the laundry was also out of order the patio area for the pool was dorty and old ised towels everywhere the whole hotel is sad and i will never stay there again

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. Teresa at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great! We will definitely be back for our other trips we have planned ahead. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy.

I had booked a king studio and the staff behind the counter gave me 2 queen beds room. I went to my room which was on the 4th floor and was surprised that they gave me the wrong room. When I went back to the check in counter the guy tells me they are completely booked and that’s all they have left. He did not even advise me that in the first place when I checked in that he is giving me a different room. Had a bad experience with that hotel. Bad service.

I stayed here because it has an indoor pool. Upon arrival I asked front seat if the pool was clean she said yes. But that was not the case. I went for sorting break w my kids and water was super dirty you could not even see our hands or feet in the water. So filthy. We didn’t end up swimming . It was nasty dirty water.

Save your money, or spend a little more for a different hotel. This one is NOT worth it. I could hear every noise neighboring rooms made, the hall light was shining brightly through the large seam in the door, the photos of the pool were not from this hotel, the pool water was DIRTY and foggy- we couldn't see our feet. There was no hot tub, and there were hairs on the shower walls in our room. The fridge was wet inside. Overall bad experience. The breakfast was cold and many trays were empty already by 8:45. If you want a vacations, this stay won't be a relaxing one.

This place has become my favorite in San Antonio. It’s clean and quiet. Indoor poor. Breakfast is ok and staff is always super nice. It’s close to the highway and some fast food spots around. I recommend this place as a husband and father of 2.

AC in the room was noisy. And the pool was horrible. The whole first floor smelled like chlorine. The room was comfortable and clean.

Only thing I noticed with cleanliness was one long hair on the top of the bed. Could have been the cleaning crew that left it there. I didn't freak out but I did look at the sheets. They looked alright.

There was a cockroach in the room. The following day, the room wasn't cleaned as requested. The receptionist did come up to pick up the cockroach that instant.

We did not have a pleasant stay. The carpet and toilet were dirty, there are plugs on only one side of the room, condensation on celing of bathroom was yellow after showering, and housekeeping never went to our room. We had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels.

First, the address that navigation takes you to is nowhere near the actual hotel. When we called the hotel for exact directions and location, the gentleman on the other end, couldn’t speak English very well, and so it was difficult to understand where he was telling us to go. He told us to enter through a side street that ran behind the Tesla dealership and that there was a gate there there was open that we could come in. When we got there, the gate was locked so we had to turn around and go all the way back out. The only way to get there was to go all the way down the interstate to the next major intersection and take the U-turn and come back up the freeway, which all in all probably was about another 3 to 4 miles. The hotel is very difficult to get to. When we finally got there, I made that reference to that gentleman that checked us in. And he wasn’t aware that the back gate was closed that he told us to enter. The room was clean, but we had no hot water in our shower. Both there were two sinks in the room and both sinks seem to get hot water relatively quickly. But the shower I stood in for almost 10 minutes and never got hot water. Will probably never stay there again

Issues: the bathrooms had no fans so you would smell everyone’s poop. You couldn’t take a hot shower because no vents. The shower layout door was incorrect and facing inwards when open. The property its self was not bad but you notice little things here and there. Cracks, dirty spots. Etc… the elevator had a liquid stain on the ground and instead of staff cleaning it, they put a watch your step sign for the evening leading to the next morning instead of cleaning it. It was such a simple clean. Besides that, front staff were nice and polite. The rooms are nice and looked and felt clean. The filters on the AC units need some cleaning but it did its job. Breakfast is nothing special but it was good enough. The Breakfast lady was nice.

Staff was unhelpful and discourteous. Asked for extra pillows, and told the hotel doesn't have any. Was told breakfast ends at 10, and check out is at 11. Finished breakfast just before 10, and went to the room to get our things only to find our keys had already been deactivated and had to ask a housekeeping supervisor permission to go back in and get our things. We were then told next time we'd have to go back downstairs to get back in when we shouldn't have been locked out in the first place. The room itself was spacious, but the walls were so thin, I got no sleep as there was banging and stomping until at least 1AM.
