    Property is a lil worn, but clean. Rooms are clean and ac works well. Staff mentioned property had just been acquired and they are doing a lot to improve. It was a pleasant stay at a very reasonable price.

    All management is rude. Barely give you any towels. Room was disgusting. No breakfast. Lie about checkout time just to keep your deposit. While I was standing in the lobby to get my deposit back at checkout time I heard them use every excuse possible to keep EVERY single person‘s deposit. YOU WILL LOSE THE $25 DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT.

    There was water leaking from the ceiling on the 2nd floor near the ice machine. The carpets are stained terribly. The ice machine was broken. I bought two drinks from the coke machine and they were hot. The refrigerator didn’t stay constantly cold. The rooms were clean but there was a lot of paint and stains and outdated equipment. The AC wasn’t really cold but kept the room ok cool. Didn’t see any bugs but it was not a clean stay. No one explained the breakfast or amenities to me. I didn’t even know there was a pool. There were a lot of people coming and going from rooms. Smelled marijuana. Heard gunshots one night. The staff had employees who did not speak English well but they were courteous. When I checked out I asked for a refund but was told to call the next morning to speak with a manager. I checked out at midnight but the employee put I checked out at 5:30am. Doesn’t add up. I had to struggle with staff and Expedia to get refund but staff and manager were helpful with that. Just not sure why I was charged for my entire stay when I had only stayed 2 nights. The area doesn’t feel safe. The beds and bedding felt comfortable but I could hear a lot of outside noise and other things being hit against my adjacent walls from other visitors.

    It was horrible could’ve been a little cleaner in the room and nice if all the plugs worked.. 1st night was a bit creepy as some strange man was banging on my door and people were screaming and yelling. I ended up calling the front desk . But it seemed handled enough to try and sleep.

    I didn’t know are read anything of extended stay for limited service for 4 nights stay. I was assuming hotel accommodations of room service at least once. But was not informed during check in and if you are from Out of country and state and using other websites then you are out there.

    They did let us check in early. The bed was comfortable. They had no ice machine. The refrigerator in the room did not work. They closed the pool. We had to go to the office and exchange towels because they don’t clean in between your stays. The manager was rude. I I was asked to leave a $25 deposit I gave it in cash. She would not give it back to me in Cash. We have to wait for her to put it on the card because apparently I lied and I didn’t really give them cash according to them so I told him to check the camera.

    This hotel has horrible service. We came after 3pm which is their check-in time but we still had to wait an hour to get a room. The lobby was cluttered with boxes and equipment giving the lobby a really unprofessional look. None of the ice machines in the entire hotel were working. Also you can here everyone around you like they are in your room and there is doors connecting to the room behind you with are extremely thin. The wifi was horrible and half way unusable through out the whole 2 day stay. Over all the service was bad half of the hotel is not working. This was the worst experience I had staying at a hotel. I have been to better cheap motels with roaches in them compared to what this hotel has to offer.

    I have stayed here several times. Each time different deposit amounts. Reservations made on line if there is an issue on booking or what ever they are extremely rude, don’t care attitude it’s your problem. Of course they take your money in a second but you wait to get any refund within 72 hours. Great customer service even the security boy try’s to get in the issue being rude and threatening to you. also the fat ass manager states she is the boss and they don’t have a corporate office number to call. I’m 70! Years old and having someone threatening you of course I will leave and will not return. You can change the name of the place but if the same trashy employees will continue to ruin your business. Had to ask three times for toilet paper and to barrow a plunger. Finally a man came splashed water all over the floor I cleaned it up with their towel. Police in the parking lot each night. Stay safe clean up your staff starting with the manager on down. What a shame honestly.

    They gave a combined room and the stay was horrible with the people next to us, arguing and loud and just annoying. The outside was trashy and the hotel room was very stinky. The bathroom door kept sticking and making old noises. The beds were comfortable but that place is just a place to lay your head, that’s it!!

    The people that stay at the hotel are always out in the middle of the night smoking throwing cigarette butts, throwing trash everywhere, loud. This place is a decent place to lay your head at, that’s all. If you’re looking for something better, this is not it.

    The staff is nice, the rooms are okay. Bed was comfy but in my room the water temp would not stay consistent. It would go from hot to cold and the shower would make an annoying whistling sound. My dad’s room was almost the same, adding that his tv did not work. The area is okay, there are a lot of like sketchy people around and what not

    The location was the only good part. If they even had breakfast we didn't know. We were literally give no information. But no hesitation to wrongly charge us for our stay which in my opinion very over charged for what we got The desk cleark at check in was slow and seemed to be very inexperienced. The rate we agreed upon on booking was different when we arrived plus the 25$ deposit. The tv didn't work most of our stay. The tolit had poop in it and had a hard time flushing it. The face, hand, and body towel was thin( glad we brought our own because the floor mat was thicker. We were woken up 1st thing at 8am to beating and banging like some sort of construction. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.

    Friendly staff. The walls are thin, not the best stay for a light sleeper. The mini frig was missing a self & made nose consistently. The sink took awhile to drain if your doing more than washing your hands. The place has roaches & evidence of mice. There is no fresh bath cloth/towel changes daily if your considered an extended stay (booked 6 nights) good thing I had my own. Those are my Cons... Pros: Well light @ night. It has a pool & located right next to Dennys no driving needed. Highway access & Walmart about was about a 4-5 minutes drive away. If you're in a pinch it's not the worst place.

    my girlfriend stayed here by herself. it’s not the most quiet, or clean. if you’re worried about cleanliness just don’t look too close at everything you’ll be fine. watch out for being locked into your room, not getting deposit back in a reasonable time, and inconsistent staff. you’re on their time, not your own. so if you are a long way from home and cannot come back in person if any of this happens to you, i would not recommend staying here. don’t try to check in before 4pm, don’t try to check out before 9am. the front desk experience mid day is mundane, but there way always something if you need assistance too early or late in the day.

    This place has really come up since the name change and change and I guess I'm out of him and personnel. Your staff is much more friendly. Attentive, not combative and confrontational and it just feels like a sweet now. Smells clean. Much more light. It still has a reputation for being the old flex, but as someone who frequents there I can guarantee that it is much better andand the ambiance is so much nicer. I can be outside at any time of the diet, smoking my vape and not be asked if I'm a prostitute or if I'm looking to prostitute or if I want drugs. It's a nice change that's all I'm saying

    Reconsidered our stay in this hotel after going into the restroom and water seeping out near the toilet through the floor tiles. Immediately went to the front office and asked for a refund. Did not stay in hotel. Attendant was nice about it and said she would contact the manager in order to get us our refund. Hope she did.

    Staff was great. Walking to the room in the walkway trash was falling out of the trash cans. Inside the room the sheets and bed spread was dirty and stained. The lamps and mini fridge wasn’t working. A lot of foot traffic was worried about break ins. Security could have done better.

    I was planning on staying here for 2 nights and 3 days. I only stayed 1 night. The room had NO electricity only in the restroom, there were roaches , towels were thin and old, one of our beds had a cigarette burn in it.     It smelled clean in the lobby but as I was checking in another patron came out and said their room given to them had someone in it. So kinda of scary start. The room itself was very smoky smelling. No coffee pot at all in the room or in the lobby. 15% off to Denny's next door but their staff was not much better to be honest. It was for one night, but I doubt I will consider staying there again.

    On top of that, the room floors were very dirty and clearly had not been mopped. The only set of towels provided for my family had hair on them, so I had to go out and purchase towels for us to use. The room curtains also would not close, and the only solution offered by the front desk was a bed sheet to cover the window. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again.

    I was happy to get a non-smoking room which is a nice change for this property, however the room did smell like smoke when I checked in and I should have said something about it at the time but I let it go not wanting to cause trouble. I'm allergic to smoke I would not allow anybody to smoke in the room I did have a guest leave a half smoked cigarette on the counter. And there was one towel that they said had a blue stain on it the blue stain was tide detergent. Because of a half smoked cigarette that was never smoked in the room and for what they called a stain on the towel they refused to give me my deposit back. The people working the desk were sympathetic to my plea and they understood however the manager who I have yet to talk to or see refuse to give me the deposit back. There's nothing more irritating then doing what you need to do to keep the room in better condition than when you found it and then lose your deposit. I got this room because it was an efficient price but that's not really the price if I have to pay the deposit as well. There are better hotels in the area for the same price without deposit hassles I would recommend looking into those.

    We spent 3days/2nights and well website site was misleading, the room had a leak in the shower that caused interrupted sleep, there were roaches to when we were packing to leave had to Mae sure we didn’t take any back home.     Arrived friday about 430 checked in. Conjoined rooms with 2 doors in between that lock. Well that other room loud screaming kids and their mother all night. Then neighbor argueing and screaming in font of our door. No cups or nothing for water. Was there 3 nights 4 days housekeeking never came by to clean room. Change sheets and replace used toilet paper roll. By sunday out of toilet paper luckily i had wipes with me. Checked out sunday around 10 maybe earlier. Still no house keeping. The way i see it i shouldnt have to call the front for all this. Will never stay there or a place with conjoined rooms with 2 doors in between them keeping them seperated because theres not much privacy. I can hear everything they said and im sure they heard us. Especially me complainting about their loud ass kids and them speaking loud. I wouldnt recommend this place not even to a homeless person

    Would not recommend. Friendly staff, but that was it. Room was not clean, lights did not work, no towels, odd smell. Almost no amenities, only a couple of power outlets. Literally watched a piece of the roof fall off while I was walking to the outdoor check-in window. We chose to book another hotel down the street after deciding not to stay.

    I do not recommend, there were roaches and other insects, I went to the hospital because of the bug bites. Then the room key wasn’t working properly and the refrigerators were old and partially broken. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies, I asked for bug spray and sprayed the room but I had to air the room out for a couple hours after spraying, There were no amenities.

    I reserved and paid for the room two days in advance I arrived at 630pm on Christmas Day. Had paid for a room with a king bed and was told there were only doubles. I had requested a room on the 1st floor. There was only 3rd floor available. Stairs no elevator. Got in the room. There was no toilet paper, no towels, no soap. I used my own supplies for everything. I had paid for two days and on the second morning(Sunday). I had to get something out of my car at 5 am My door key didn’t work to let me back into my room. The office was closed so I called and the guy and he told me to come to a window with a slot in it. He eventually fixed my key so I could get back in my room. There was a man screaming at a woman. She was crying. The police were rolling in. All in all. I would never stay here again. No way. The shower was slow to drain and it was lukewarm to boot. So I took like a 15-30 second shower. There were no normal pillows. Only the pillows with the bedspread like covers. I think the room got robbed of all the essentials. The tv worked tho so that’s one positive. 1-10 scale. I guess I would give it a 1-

    Second day we were gone all day and returned at night time. No room service was done. Had to return our old used towels to get new towels at the receptionist desk. They said they don’t do room service while rooms are being occupied. Minutes later the toilet was backing and water was coming out of the bowl. Reported to front desk and asked for a plunger to see if we could fix the issue and receptionist said there was no plungers on site. That if we had to use the restroom we had to go to Denny’s next door. Asked if we could get another room and receptionist said we couldn’t. Asked for a refund and we had to wait to talk to a manager the next morning. Turned in our key card and immediately checked out making a two hour trip to our town. Next day I spoke to the manager named Darling. Which receptionist said she was the highest person I could speak too ‘’supposedly’’. Darling the manager said we couldn’t get refunded for that one night because they don’t do refunds regardless of what happens to the rooms. She states that it’s on their policy, however we booked through Travelocity and no where on their policy states anything about no refunds. Don’t recommend staying here at all.

    The pool was closed. We did not get to use it. We had 2 rooms, 5 people and we only had one set of towels in each room.     Front desk was great. Except when I went to the night clerk after noticing my fridge wasn't working and advised him if this, said I had to wait until the morning to get with maintenance. I had $100 worth of food in my room and some of it went bad. He could have just switched my rooms. Poor customer service by that individual. Other than than, I was satisfied with my stay.

    1st issue was I called the hotel requesting my two rooms be next to each other due to us traveling with my 18 yr old daughter and two small grandsons. We get there and are told one would be on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd. I have a service dog and they tried charging me for her to stay. Totally against ADA!! Yes I have documentation. Landed up having both rooms on 3rd floor and elevators out of service. A disabled couple checking before us were placed on the 2nd floor and told if they didn’t like it that the hotel would refund their money!! Then 1 towel for four people in one room and 1 wash rag. In our room for two, no towels. Only tub mats. No trashcan in either room. Closet in room did not have a clothes rod to hand anything up. Tubs were filthy. We had to go buy towels, wash rags, and bath cleaner. When we asked about towels we were given more bathmats saying that’s all they had. Every time we left the rooms, we had to go back down to the office to get cards reset. People were smoking marajuana on the balconies too. Broken glass everywhere.

    Perfect for a quick stay. Riverwalk is like a 20 minute drive. Person in the front is super great! Only cons: Floor is very dirty. Unfortunately seems as if they don’t mop, or use dirty mop water to clean. “Blanket” is very thin, more like a fitted sheet, so definitely recommend taking your own!

    This location is trying to improve itself with upgrades and construction. The pool wasn't open, which was a disappointment as I was booking so I could use the pool. We didn't ask if there were any arrangements with nearby pools. We still stayed there because the staff was really nice and it was still a good place to stay for a few days.

    The staff is amazing and extremely nice! Our rooms looked clean at first glance but then we noticed stains on the blanket and towels. After showering I walked around the room getting ready and my feet were so sorry when I sat down to put my socks on.     Always come back to flex always greeted friendly and quick check ins everytime. Only thing ive noticed is one side of the building is very clean no smoke smell in rooms. good running a/c. fridge and microwave. water pressure in shower is excellent overall great but other side is completely different. I been wondering if they will ever start renting the rooms in the front of the building above the lobby ever or even the bigger suites in the other building across from the pool. I sure hope so!

    The room had several roaches that I had to get rid of myself. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way which made for uncomfortable bathroom breaks. Floors made my white socks nearly black so I cleaned that as well. Lots of hairs in the shower, near the ceiling. On a positive note, they had nice staff and hot water.

    I was very impressed with the rooms. I had a very different impression of this hotel and I will no longer judge a hotel only its negative ratings until I personally stay there myself I have traveled Mexico, South America and United States. Their melt renovated rooms reflect more space and modem decors that make your stay feel very exquisite. I would highly recommend saying at this Flex Studios.     However, there was no trash can or hair dryer. There were 3 small pillows for the king bed. Asked for another pillow and a trash can. They didn’t have any. There was one roll of toilet paper. There’s a sign in the lobby that says toilet paper is $1 a roll. We had to buy all these things for our stay. We also had to buy towels, because they gave two dollar tree quality towels that had thick, black hair woven in them. Neither of us have black hair. The floor was also nasty. And the pool isn’t open, even though they make it look like they have one. The worst part of this whole stay was that we didn’t feel safe. There are people outside at all hours. People were knocking on our door at 3am. And there was a guy sleeping in his car at the bottom of the stairs.

    Additionally, there was a memorial for someone who had recently passed away right outside the entrance. The condition of the room was appalling: the floor was dirty and sticky, and both the sink and faucet were broken. There was no trash can, and the room had a musty smell of mold. In the evening, I observed suspicious activities occurring on the premises, with girls entering random rooms. I can't believe Expedia would even allow this place to be listed. This was my first experience booking through your service, and I will not do so again unless this issue is addressed by Expedia for allowing us to book at such an unsafe location.

    Was very upset I stayed a total of 4 days and I didn't have no microwave or fridge no trashcan and then when I spoke with the person in charge all I got was another room and I was going to be there 1 more day plus the room I was moved to the AC went out that night omg was very upset,mad, and just couldn't believe I didn't get more accomodations for all the troubles I went through not even a discount or free days.

    Property charged me three times. Lobby is not cleaned. Room is ok s you’re getting what you paid for. It’s an OK location. If you want to save I can recommend the area it’s just I don’t like when my card was charged three times. Night auditor is not even really helpful when I called. She immediately refer to call in morning like no intention of actually asking what happened. Like she doesn’t care at all.

    Very low quality room, the lighting was bad, the towels were tiny and stained, the floor sticky, and the restroom door didn’t close. I expected a low quality room for the price but this was definitely under that. Motel is looks like a 5 stars next to this one. Checking was easy and staff was friendly, but the room was not worth the price.

    I booked 1 stay here and the first room they put me in the refrigerator didn’t work so I went down stairs to be moved into another room and the girl put me in a room with no refrigerator or microwave so I just gave up it was too damn hot to be keep switching rooms. Then I was told that there were no smoking in rooms and I be damned if the people in the room next door were smoking weed and I seen about 30 people come in and out that room when I was sitting in my car smoking including the girl who works at the desk. Room had roaches wasn’t very clean. Crackheads in and out. I will never stay here again. I see why it’s so cheap. You need to do better.

    This is definitely more of a long-term residence as opposed to a hotel. They do not provide housekeeping, and the ice machines do not work. You can go to the office for toilet paper, garbage bags, and towels during certain hours, although we discovered many of the times they didn’t have these items available. Well, they had a thing like mini fridge in the microwave, the mini fridge did not have any shelves or drawers in it and it wasn’t something they were willing to fix.

    New management and new rules but I've always made sure to take care of their rooms in the past and not be the bad apples that would try to frequent this hotel. Tools and paint containers left in my room I kept them safe and hidden along with secure to give back in the morning. Yet, before check out time housekeeping can go snooping looking for trouble where their is none. I was not at the room from 12ish am till 10:30am this morning. Didn't bother anyone or mess up their remodeled room (which was nice btw no lie). I respect the new managements atmosphere they want to bring I agree with it.

    The pictures did not match what was advertised at all. The beds were decent and clean but the the rest of the room was disgusting.     Highway noise 24/7, bag of pills on stairs and syringes on ground, room smelled like smoke, curtains didn’t close all the way leaving gapping opening that any one could look in on - I don’t think bedding was even changed in one bed and the other bed springs squeaking with any little movement. I can’t believe Expedia even has this property listed. 4 out of 5 star rating on Expedia. Had to move to another hotel. Expedia did help me get a full refund.

    Room had multiple roaches living rent free in there. Floor was dirty. The TV from like 2009 was about to fall off of its stand. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Shower was dirty. Only one bedside table. Limited outlets near the bed for charging your electronics at night. The amount of sound coming from outside of the room made it hard to sleep (even with a sound machine that we brought from home).

    I walked into the room and it smelled like someone had been smoking pot. I called the front desk and was offered Febreeze. Then I look at the walls, only to see roaches crawling. I immediately left and went to the front desk and advised that I would not be staying in that room. The front desk advised me to call Expedia for a refund. I was refunded my $20. I contacted Expedia Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel advised I had stayed overnight and checked out at noon today. I provided Expedia with the rental car receipt which showed that I returned the car 130 miles away at 8:30 today and the receipt from the hotel where I stayed. I would advise to stay at a different hotel.

    I complained about other property of Flex Studios and a second time, we were threatened to be put out when I was led to believe the property manager would resolve my dilemma after the other property broke several laws and put my family out on the street while I informed them that I was on my way back to the hotel to prove my payment for the next day and I asked them to wait for my verification of payment and they put my family out in the street when they could have allowed them to stay in the lobby when we did pay for one day.

    Staff was very friendly however this property is definitely not for someone who is handicapped. I booked through Expedia with specific instructions that my husband was in a wheelchair the day of aarival we did receive a first floor however I was told none of the rooms had restrooms that were handicap accessible ie rails or anything not to mention the restroom mess such a small space that my husband had to be helped in and out of the restroom. Front desk lady was friendly so that was a plus side just not a place I would stay again with my husband having limited ability due to atroke

    Well the sheets were not so bleached comforter head stains on it I was itchy when I sat on the bed floor had stains on it look like blood stains in the bathroom I should have taken pictures of all of this what you take a shower in the morning and the shower head didn't have anything to mount to so I went now almost 2 days without a shower. I had to give a $20 deposit using my debit card and probably won't see that for quite some time for a room that I was really not pleased with.

    Everything was going well until I got up to go to the bathroom and turned on the light, and it was full of invasive cockroaches running everywhere.     I was placed in several different rooms due to the cockroaches I found in them. It was horrible! I had to buy roach motels and roach spray just to be able to sleep. My sister, who came to stay one night with me, was awoken in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling on her forehead. What a nightmare. The day I checked out, there was a woman yelling outside my door. She apparently was in the middle of some drug psychosis and carried on for over an hour. I will never stay at this hotel again. I stayed here before the present management, when it was Super 8 Hotel, and it was a lot nicer. No roaches back then. I’ll never stay at a Flex Studios Hotel again! The only nice thing I can say about this hotel would be about the male counter agent. He was nice and tried very hard to get me a better room. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one.

    This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The room was absolutely filthy, sheets stained, floor sticky and obviously not washed in a long time. Bed bug droppings in the dresser even the shower was broken. Asked the desk attendant for new bed clothes and was told they had none. Long story short we stayed 1 night(only necause we flew in late and had no choice) and found a new hotel first thing the next morning. Im not a real picky person and can let a lot slide but this place is just shameful in all aspects. I TRULY and with all honesty recomend not to stay here.
