We arrived and was told that they couldn’t break a 100. That tells me that you can only pay with a card. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Will not stay there again if we go back.

Valet needs work - I don't think they are necessarily related to Home2 however they need some customer service training. The saving grace for Valet is the Manager Samuel. Samuel is a great dude! Helped smooth everything over and got the service right

I liked how close it was to the riverwalk and Alamo. It was close to almost everything downtown. The only thing that I really did not like was the bathroom door. The barn yard style doors have no locks and you can see into the bathroom from the side if you’re walking in the room and someone else is in there showering.

We didn't get the room we reserved because it wasn't clean yet. They gave us a different room.

Additionally, we requested a late checkout until 12:00 p.m., but that request was denied. I’ve never had an issue with a late check-out request of one hour at other hotels. The hotel could also benefit from improved cleanliness and overall maintenance. We have stayed at Home2 Suites properties in the past and have consistently had positive experiences, which makes this stay particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below our expectations, and it is unlikely that we will choose this location again.

The room , location was great. What was terrible was bathroom for wheelchair child. We booked roll in shower. We got small Glass doors stand up shower with 1 grab bar. We did get shower chair. Trying to get him in / out was horrible. I DO NOT recommend for w/c guests. Free breakfast was terrible as well .

We enjoyed our spacious room and being on the Riverwalk was amazing!! However, when we requested towels, no one ever showed up, which was disappointing. But my grandkids enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. The pool was fun despite it being quite shallow. I would definitely use this hotel again!!

Everything was amazing for me and my family. The pool was perfect. We where able to go in and out as we wanted to see the riverwalk. The breakfast was good but the sausage was definitely weird tasting.

Everything at this hotel was great. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful. The valet service was awesome. Our only complaint…the bacon at breakfast was not the best. Other than that the free breakfast was great as well. It had a lot of options. I would recommend staying at this property.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. I called 4 times prior to arriving, once i even spoke to a staff member that knew me by name before i even spoke. And they assured me we would not be charged any kind of fees for coming in after 4am. Keep in mind we paid for Saturday just to make sure we had a room when we came in. We paid for the room for a whole day and arrived May 10th at almost 5 am. The man with glasses was sitting on his phone when we came in amd said "I didn't know you would be coming still so i canceled your reservations". And when i said i spoke to staff more than once he got really ugly and said "WELL that wasn't me!" I was shocked, upset because i was assured multiple time we would be fine coming in at that time. Then he said he might be able to re-reserve the room for our nights but it would cost $55 a night fee for checking in. And we asked why and he said it was for "indemnities". We just went to our room and went to bed bc he upset us so badly. After close to $600 then getting treated like that right when we got there was HORRIBLE. Then upon arrival we were informed the pool was under construction and not available. Which was a huge disappointment! We came to enjoy our honeymoon and the pool was one of the main amenities that we were looking forward to. There was no online warning about this construction either. The rooms were awesome! No trashbags in trashcans in rooms. Breakfast was not very good. No meats in the morning just eggs. Limited selections.

I would stay here again the staff was sweet and my room was clean and cold. I slept like a baby.

The check in staff was so pleasant!! Our stay landed on Mother's Day..the morning mimosas were so sweet and delicious! The breakfast was so good. The wide selection of breakfast dishes made it easy to satisfy our whole family of 6! We will definitely be back! The only complaint is that the pool was under construction.

We arrived and were informed that the pool was closed for renovation. This was a huge disappointment for the kids. Area of the room between the beds smelled like feet and wet dog.

Other very unfortunate topics, breakfast was terrible... you can enter from two sides which the staff never mentioned and there are no signs. One side has a "better" breakfast than the other... meat was burnt, everything seemed old or re heated and set out. They did have a waffle maker that was good! The room was okay clean nothing great, shampoo was empty. Hard to rate this place better than 3/okay.

Housekeeping was great, swimming pool was out of order, Would have liked to known that before we stayed and also did not know you have to pay for parking another unexpected situation. Breakfast 5 out of 10.. Had a room with 2 queen, bed and one pullout sofa and the pullout sofa was more comfortable then the beds were.. Nice area close to decent restaurants, but won’t be staying there again..

Housekeeping never showed up for two days despite asking specifically and being told they will. Whats worse is that when i asked reception to request to at least have our bed made, they just sent someone to give us extra sheets that’s it!

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Stayed 2 nights in a king size suite so we had a king size bed and couch, full size fridge, microwave , dishes and a dishwasher. There was a curtain you could draw to separate the bed from sitting, kitchen and restroom area. Breakfast had nice hot and cold options. Very convenient to the Riverwalk. There is no parking so you have to use Valet or there is a parking garage across the street and open parking a block away. Not sure how many spaces are available or cost comparison.

We stayed in a pool side room. Room was spacious and very clean. Although we thought a pool side room would give us easy access to the pool. It didnt. There is a glass walled partition blocking access. To get to the pool you still have go out into the hall and around. Not as convenient as we thought it would be.

The first room was large and clean but there was a dog across the hall howling and barking all night. We moved rooms and got put in a room 1/2 the size of what we booked and while they say it was a river view it wasn’t. You saw a brick wall and the pool. You could see a tiny maybe river if you smooshed your face into the window. No reduced rate or anything despite the sign right at the desk that says if you’re not satisfied they’ll comp your stay.

Don’t book this hotel. They don’t honor Hotels.com bookings. We went to check in only for them to tell us that they don’t have our booking and we should only book directly thought them. This also happened to a guest who booked on Travelocity the same day. This hotel is also older than any Home2Suites we’ve stayed at. They came and “cleaned” the room but the only worked the trash and gave us more towels. They didn’t touch the beds or clean up anything on the desk, table etc. Staff was clueless and dismissive about people arriving and not having the room they booked.

Breakfast was good and had a few options including fresh fruit and waffles. Had issue with the room not being cleaned when requested. When I contacted manager, they responded they would notify housekeeping. About 20 minutes later a maid came up handed us some towels and a garbage bag, I guess we had to collect the garbage on our own.

We had an excellent time till maintenance decided to paint door frames at 8:00 at night when everyone is coming in and out. My husband and son did not know our door frame was wet and ruined his shirt and my son’s shorts. Need better time frame for maintenance work and not on a weekend.

The room was very nice and clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom. The complex is near the Riverwalk right at the back door, the breakfast was excellent and there was a variety of options to choose from. The staff was awesome and helpful. Yes I would recommend this establishment.

Free internet very basic, did not allow to watch sporting events and other streaming video content (using my own subscriptions to such services). It was all good. Valet workers were very distracted though.

Great location right on the river walk. You can literally walk down to the river walk from the hotel property. Main reason for not 5 stars is that the hotel pool was out of commission our entire stay. Otherwise very clean room and no other complaints. I would stay here again.

we had a a queen corner room with a huge balcony overlooking one of the side canals of the riverwalk. It had. two chairs and a table. The kitchen had a dishwasher, small sink, microwave and a full-size refrigerator that had a top freezer. The seating space had a pullout sofa bed. My main complaint is that the room had only one sort of flimsy desk chair otherwise there were no chairs in the room. It did have a pullout table, but no chairs. The bathroom was decent sized. Breakfast was very interesting. The hotel had two separate serving areas that were connected by a seating area. The breakfast areas serve two different Hilton Hotels and you can move between both sides choosing from different breakfast items. One side was more of a take and go for a quick breakfast the other side usually had hot items from which to choose and items changed daily. My main complaint about the hotel is that there is no easy access through the hotel to the Riverwalk. The only way to reach the Riverwalk, in the hotel’s present state, is to go outside and walk around the corner and then walk down several flights of stairs to get to the Riverwalk. The elevator is inoperable.

When we tried to calmly ask questions and figure out what happened, she dismissed us and made us feel like the situation was somehow our fault. There was no effort to help resolve the issue. Instead, we were told that the only way to stay that night was to pay more than double our original booking price. It honestly felt like she was upset that we were even there trying to check in. We felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable, we had to find another hotel in the middle of night . Would stay away. Definitely do not recommend.

We stayed for a night for a family dinner and even though we arrived late, they were super helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my parking pass and the valet came to find me and give it to me!!

One of the biggest reasons we chose this hotel was how close it is to Lackland Air Force Base—only about a 15-minute drive, which was ideal for attending events there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Overall, you really can’t go wrong staying here if you want a central location near the River Walk and quick access to Lackland. ⭐ Highly recommend!

The top sheets of the beds are very scratchy and the beds aren't that comfortable. Also, most of the USB charging plugs that are built-in to the lamps are broken. I mentioned this to the staff and all they said was "sorry". The breakfast was fine although in the actual breakfast area there wasn't cold water or decaf coffee provided. There were limited fruit options (my kids love fruit). It was nice that we were able to leave our luggage prior to check-in and I also had to have an Amazon package delivered which was nice and easy.

Rooms are large and clean. Walls are paper thin. Traffic noise late at night and before dawn on a street side room was brutal. Had to endure the occupants of the room next to me enjoying sexy time with audible moaning while their bed thumped and literally jostled my bed through the wall well past midnight. Breakfast was decent and what you’d expect from a Homes2. Location was easy walking distance to the heart of the River Walk. Parking is challenging and expensive. Nice to have a wide variety of streaming services available on the tv.

The pool cabana rooms are not connected to the pool. Breakfast is very limited and didn’t taste that great. The pictures make it seem amazing but not worth the price. Check in is at 4 pm which is late in my opinion.

Overall experience started from the valet which set the rest of the mood. I had reserved three rooms expecting 3 car valet spaces, which we did get but you must expect that each car must have a different phone number which became a big deal with the valet staff. Their communication is poor and seemed inexperienced. Then we proceeded to check in. We reserved 2 of the 3 rooms specifically with River view. Following the advertisment and paying an extra fee, we expected to see the River. One room had no river view at all and the other was a small partial. See the pic attached that is advertised and received as “River view”. The second is a corner piece of the River and the pool was directly in front. It really was pool view rather than River which made the noise of screaming kids from inside the pool impossible to rest. When we presented the situation to the staff, they offered nothing in return; not even a credit of any kind for the extra we paid for the River view. Make sure you know what you’re getting before paying because that is what you’ll be stuck with. That was our experience. Hope you have a better one.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Kevin at the Front Desk was professional, kind, and made check-in seamless. Gabriel from Engineering was attentive and helpful, and Maria C., who serviced my room, did a phenomenal job, the room was incredibly clean, spotless, and fresh. You can truly tell the team cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. The location is unbeatable, just one minute from the River Walk! Being able to step outside and immediately enjoy the beauty and energy of the River Walk was such a treat. And the breakfast area views? Absolutely stunning. Enjoying breakfast with that scenery made it even more special. The breakfast itself was top-tier — fresh, delicious, and perfectly presented. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay comfortable, welcoming, and memorable. I will definitely be back again! 💕 Highly recommend!

Each member was willing to answer our questions, provide needed services, and always greeted us with a smile. Our housekeeper was Fabulous! I've never stayed at a hotel with better housekeeping services.. Gabriella always greeted us with a smile and provided us with everything we asked for. Our 9 night stay was fantastic..and one of my favorite perks...the 24 hour coffee or hot water for tea...thank you!!

Simply but sadly, suite 801 had bedbugs. I'm allergic to them. I tried to stay there so we were moved to another room, which was a total downgrade so we opted to leave & go across the street to the Element. Going there made the difference. I will never stay at another home 2 suites again. The great thing about it was we were able to get a full refund.

The hotel and location are awesome. The hotel is close to everything. When I checked in Kevin went above and beyond with his customer service. The rooms are nice, but the light switches are weird. For example, I would turn on the bathroom light, and the living room light came on as well. I noticed when I came back late at night to take a shower it was all hot water. That was strange as well. The breakfast was good and had a good selection. In all, everything was great for my 1st time being at this hotel. When I checked out the staff was very helpful as well. I definitely recommend staying here.

I chose a river view & the view was just a bunch of trash from my room & while I was sitting having breakfast. The breakfast was cold. The towels were so old the stitching was coming apart.

We pretty much could do everything with in walking distance. Parking is a little high $55 for valet and $35 a night at the garage.

Everything was wonderful.. the staff, breakfast, gym was clean,loved the rooms. So nice to have a kitchen. Also so nice to have a washer and dryer.

Paid 120.00 for upgrade to Cabana room. Was given a room facing a brink wall. Also no access to pool from room. I never saw the pool but access was from a door down the hall like everyone else uses.

The valet parking system and the Valet App were confusing, so I was unable to retrieve my vehicle on time for my meetings. I was staying 6 nights, and every time I needed my car, I was supposed to pay with the valet app. A few days into my stay, I was getting a text to tip their team before getting my car. I have like 9 CC transactions.

hot water was poor in shower. shower drain was weak (like standing in a swamp). very noisy started at 5 am with delivery and garbage outside. electric shade on window sucked.. only went up 2 feet.. and to operate you had to push.. buttons over and over to activate.

From the location to front desk..my family and I will definitely make this location the best spot for us from here on out… loved the hospitality and staff… great customer service need to make this location like all the other ones outside of the new Denver Central Park area, immaculate atmosphere and cleanliness

First night we had a cockroach in our room then I found dropping of some sort on top of the closet. The food quality was same daily w cold and unflavored food. Last night one of my daughters stuffed animals that she got for Christmas “disappeared” we looked everyone went downstairs to staff to ask if housekeepers saw it. No one could get me an answer meanwhile we had to leave at 5 am the next morning, they promised to call by 8 at 1130 still no call so I had to call them. The building around this hotel are abandoned

The hotel was clean, convenient, and very kid-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. It was close to everything we needed, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again.

Rooms was spotless, comfortable, breakfast delicious and very warm

Everything was absolutely amazing. Drove 13 hours from Alabama and was welcomed in the warmest way.

It was so loud in the morning beginning around 4:30 am with loud trucks moving steel containers and dropping them down on the ground both mornings I was there. I was on the 6th floor.

The trip was EXCELLENT!!! The hotel was SUPER - the lobby was decorated perfectly for San Antonio. The staff was so nice and welcoming every time we entered and exited the doors.

Valet was a disaster as well. Breakfast sub par. Room was less than clean. The property has not been responsive or helpful when I’ve reached out about all of this.

We had a great night stay in San Antonio at Home2 Suites. It is shared with the Hampton properties, which was a bit confusing on our check-in. There were three working elevators at all times, so we never had to wait. The hotel was extremely clean. There was plenty of hot water in the shower with great water pressure. The hotel has coffee and tea available at all times in the room, in the lobby, and at breakfast. One afternoon they even had hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. All of the staff we’re very friendly and helpful, including valet services. We had excellent valet service. The only thing I would ding them in is the breakfasts are separated— Hampton and Hilton. The Hilton side was very lacking, but once I made the complaint, they really stepped it up the next morning. We were also able to eat on the Hampton side. Why they have separate dining facilities that are connected, I do not know. They were so accommodating about it that I didn’t feel like dropping them down to a four.

Parking was horrible, valet also told me they couldn’t park my car and that I had to do it myself across the street. The beds were hard as a rock.

It was close to the river and everything downtown. Staff lacked knowledge about what was within walking range and the ability to give directions. You need a concierge, if not always, then at least during high-traffic times such as the River Walk Parade.

The downtown area is attempting to improve, yet many buildings stand empty and run down. There are a fair amount of homeless people who often have mental illness and may act out. The river walk does provide many dining options and that's great, just a bit pricy as they know tourists are their main customers. There are so many hotel options it's strange that home 2 suites doesn't try harder. One day our room wasn't serviced by housekeeping and there isn't any attempt to keep the noise level down even after midnight. The small kitchen in the room was nice. Our room was listed as a 'river view' you could barely see the river.

It was a great experience for me and my family. My kids loved there to stay. Only downside was parking issues. I didn’t mind to park overnight across the street but still it’s almost $40 which was too expensive compared to any other city. I’ll give this trip experience over all 4.5 out of 5

Very Clean rooms, great location on Riverwalk and great staff at check in/reception but definitely not the most comfortable beds and the pillows went flat almost instantly. The breakfast was also not great at all. Everything is cold, ran out, and staff was not good about refilling items quick enough to accommodate the amount of people staying there. I would give our stay a 7/10.

The location is wonderful! Our room is beautiful and looks out on the pool and Riverwalk.

It was beyond clean. It was beyond what I expected as far as cleanliness.

Staf were very courteous and they let me check in earlier than the 4pm time listed. Room was larger than expected and very clean. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable!! The only drawbacks were there is no restaurant in hotel and so no room service, and the valet parks your car “8 blocks away”, so often you have to wait quite a while to get your car. Otherwise the location is great.

Staff was great! Room listing said river view but you could barley see any river. Only if you stood in the corner of the room and looked at an angle. Straight on out of the windows two thirds blocked by a wall. Staff was really friendly though!

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff provided great service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having breakfast available each morning. Overall, a nice and enjoyable experience.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the $50 a day parking. Sadly it cost us more to park our car than it was to rent the car for our stay. I know it's part of staying in cities, but I wish the hotel would work something out different for parking. Again - great location though!!

Over all everything was average

The cabana room is pretty misleading. We were in the corner with a view of the brick wall. We couldn’t even see the pool. There is a little balcony but it has a tall fence so you can not walk out to the pool. You have to go around the same door as everyone else. If I’d known it wasn’t open to the pool we would’ve got a room with a view of the riverwalk.

This hotel location is very convenient to all aspects of the Riverwalk. Breakfast consists of all the usual options that most hotels offer. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. Would stay again!

We have two boys and had no candy or water bottles. Pretty gross. We also got a room facing the street and parking garage and the entry to the riverwalk indoors was blocked and had wet paint while the entry in the street was blocked and had caution tape. Other than those two major issues, the room was a nice room and had soft sheets and great pillows. Will we stay again? Not sure.

Stayed for a long weekend on the riverwalk. Hotel was very clean, staff was accommodating and friendly. Lots of options for breakfast including waffles, fresh fruit, eggs and breakfast meats, toast/bagels, cereal, yogurt -- was maintained by staff the entire time breakfast was offered. Pool was clean & relaxing-- we never had a problem getting a lounge chair. Easy access to the riverwalk--loved the kitchenette style room as we could keep water, snacks cold during our stay. Would choose Home2 again for future vacation.

We in San Antonio for a military graduation so we were literally only in the hotel to sleep. I can say that 2 things we were really after was a comfortable bed and a hot shower. They absolutely met those requirements! The beds were very comfortable the room was big and we love staying at Home2Suites.

The staff is wonderful! Spent a week at this hotel and for the most part was very happy with my stay… however, having a fourth floor room on the street side was not stellar. Very noisy all hours of the night with traffic/ revving engines and around 4:15 I was woken up several mornings to VERY loud racket of garbage trucks… not just for a moment, but several minutes. SOOO, I’d highly recommend not being in rooms facing Soledad street. That is, unless you don’t mind being jarred out of sleep at that hour.

My River View room actually faced a wall with a small view of the pool and even smaller view of the river (I could only see the pool and river if standing right in front of the window). I waited at the front desk for a long time while the desk worker was in the office visiting with another person. I finally said that I would find what I needed myself and the person came out of the office and acknowledged me. Valerie or Vanessa at valet services was EXCELLENT. She provided the best customer service. I did have a gift card on the console of my vehicle that was moved when I got into my car. Neither me nor my husband had moved it, so it had to have been either the person who parked my car on Sunday (09/14/25) night, or brought me the car on Monday (09/15/25) morning.

There were three broken items in the room, the toilet seat, the shower knob and the shower gel pump in the shower. Someone should have done some quality control and reported these items that needed to be repaired before anyone checks into the room.

I stayed two nights at this property and both nights I was awake most of the night due to hearing people coming and going and very loud street noise. Self parking is $37 a night across the street.

Pool is not controlled , so children jumping in from every angle around pool using swim tubes bumping constantly into anyone in pool made us only use once.

They are midst of updating the downtown so there was a lot of construction, construction dust, noise but it's going to be awesome when we get it done.

We wanted a hotel that was close to the riverwalk and this was convenient, easy check up, nice greeting from employees and comfortable beds in a clean room with large bathroom. Great for our temporary stay.

Hotel is nice, the valet parking is expensive y very slow, I understand is not part of the hotel, but still impacts your stay.

It’s a nice property but it was hard to sleep so much noise outside at night and out side our room one thing or another. Lady at front desk was very nice at check in but for the rest of the stay they were average not the best. The worst part someone stole taillights on our Ford pick up from the parking lot the valet representative put our truck in. All they could do is refund the valet fee. It’s gone cost us 1000 to replace those lights. We heard afterwards that happens very often in that area.

I liked how spacious the room was but didn't care for the sliding bathroom door due to my toddler wanting to play with it since it didn't lock. I loved our view as well and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

The house keeping are not that friendly. They’re okay but compared to the other hotels we stayed in, they usually greet you with a smile. Never one that I encountered greeted us even a simple hello or good morning.

The breakfast bar was AMAZING! So many choices and good quality food. The service was also AMAZING! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast area is worn , chairs are ripped and it is HOT in there all the time!! They refuse to let you check in even 30 min early without charging you. They only give you 2 bottles of water at check in . Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

The beds were very comfortable an that the room's had a kitchen sink microwave and a fill size refrigerator with dishes as well that was a plus for are family

The room was great. Very spacious for our family of 4 so we weren’t all on top of each other. The pool was as pictured but they definitely worked the angles to make it look bigger than it was but for the most part it wasn’t very busy the times we went. Breakfast was a typical buffet during busy times there was a little bit of a wait for restocking but understandable. I did however notice a few people bringing coolers into the buffet to load up and take out and thought that if that wasn’t allowed it may help with the running out of food. Over all the location was very convenient and the hotel was very clean. Staff was great and friendly !

The pool is super tiny and only could accommodate a few families and so we were unable to use the pool. Really bad homeless problem in front of hotel. On a good note the staff were all amazing.

If you are needing a good nights sleep then do not stay here. Woke up at 5am in room 302 to trash being picked up right outside my window. When asked to have my room switched so I can sleep before my drive back to Dallas from SPI . Overnight staff said it was just trash being picked up not construction outside my window and noise would stop in a minute. I tried to go back to sleep but guess trash for the whole block was being picked up. I was told by hotel manager “ I can’t do anything for you” but hey at least I got a sorry lol Sherri Pedersen hotel manager does not care if staff cleans bathroom in the lobby or if overnight staff is rude. I showed her pictures and told her I would like to have my room refunded because obviously 5 hours of sleep was not worth the $175 I spent. But anyway hopefully your stay is better not sure why they placed me in a room by the dumpster on trash day either but hey they can’t do anything about it

The continental breakfast buffet was great. There was a wide selection of great tasting food. The service was excellent. It had a great view of the riverwalk, and it was very clean. Cons The beds felt old and stiff. The sofa bed mattress was so thin, and every spring could be felt. There are several loose and wobbly stones throughout the pool deck.

Food, Room, Overall cleanliness was great, location in good as well, the only issue I saw with the room was the sofa bed mattress definitely needed a new one other then that I will definitely stay again

Our stay was delightful as myself and my grandson were on a vacation together. We enjoyed the breakfast daily, and the kitchen in our room. Everything was clean and titdy, The access to the Riverwalk, the Alamo and various other attactions were all in walking distance to the hotel. We will stay there again.

Disliked the dripping water even after the shower was turned off. The car noises from the street at night were bothersome. There was a high parking fee and no self-parking available.

I asked for wheel chair accessible room since my daughter is in a wheelchair did not get an accessible room was told I would be given a credit did not receive the credit! Very Unprofessional

We liked that fact that it was right on the river walk, and the staff was amazing, but the parking for valet was horrible not enough space for parking, the pool area was too small and the breakfast area was beautiful put it was hot, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable.i wouldn't stay there again.

We arrive really late at night due to complications with our travel. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs for such a long day of traveling. The next day we walk the riverfront and I looked up and saw a really cool rooftop pool along the water and wished that our hotel. Later that day we went to the pool and I realized it was the same hotel. The rooftop pool along the riverside was such a fun way to relax after a hot day in the sun for events. Everything was easy to navigate. Valet staff was on point with quick retrieval of our car and they are very helpful loading and unloading. The hotel was clean. We loved our stay.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. If they didn’t know the answer, they would find it. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. We used all of the amenities that were offered. The breakfast was a little chaotic and could have a better layout to help cut down on congestion. Overall we loved this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Everything was great except for parking. Valet overnight for $60.00 plus taxes and fees is pretty high.

The parking/ car pick up and drop off was not the best. Yes they have valet parking (that you must pay for) but the pick up and drop off area is on the street and not convent at all.

Location is great if you are there for the Riverwalk literally steps outside door.. rooms and common areas show some age and wear and tear but nothing to deter you from booking here.. everything was clean and spacious.. the breakfast area layout is a little confusing but they had a nice variety of food ..the property has no parking but there is a parking garage right across the street for around $30 a day.. lots of Restaurants and Convenience shops that are within walking distance on Street level of Hotel not just on The Riverwalk .. Hotel staff was ok .. overall a nice stay would definitely recommend

Rooms were nice. Not a great view but the rooms were well equipped with fridge, microwave,dishwasher, and all utensils.

Came with our two kids, 6 and 2, and we appreciated the location, the pool, and the breakfast! The staff was very attentive and welcoming as well!

The pool was VERY small, and if you do go there, be careful, as the tiles around the pool are very loose. It could be to allow for the overflow of water to spill in to, but nonetheless, its a lawsuit waiting to happen, as it's a matter of when, someone slips and bumps their head or falls on the slippery, uneven, and unlevel cement tiles. DO NOT stay here. On top of it, keep in mind valet is $50 per overnight, across the street, $35.

I always recommend this hotel, the comfort of the rooms, the varied breakfast, other amenities, but the only thing I didn't like about this one in particular is that it didn't have a parking area for guests, instead they charge $50 extra per day for valet service.
