I was absolutely disgusted with our room. There were roaches, wall was sticky behind the bed, and the carpet was so dirty that my feet were black from walking on it. The pool area had torn chairs and they key reader for the entrance to hotel from the pool was not working. We asked management if they can assist us and said no, we needed to walk all the way to the side door.... when we asked for extra towels the manager was very hesitant and would side eye us.... horrible experience, never again.

It was quiet and clean. Staff was very nice. It felt muggy, but not the staffs fault.

This is the worst Hotel we have ever stayed at!!! Hands down! Motel 6 is cleaner and better than this place. It was filthy and disgusting! Downright nasty that we hardly slept! When we first walked in it smelt like cigarette smoke and notified the front desk, which did nothing about it. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night long! We had to shower with our flip flops on the tub was so dirty! A dirty plastic knife was under our bed along with blue rolled up tape, which means it was not cleaned at all!! Our bed sheets had hair in them, and the pillows were stained and did not smell clean! We had to put our shirts over the pillowcases just to sleep on something clean! You can see in the pictures I took of the room the curtains were all broken and hanging, the side table had not been cleaned and had food on it and even the outlets on the table lamp had not been cleaned! They had sticky food on them! Just dirty! Do not stay here! I am sorry we paid over $100.00 to stay in this nasty, dirty, disgusting, so called hotel!!

It was an OK stay. Rooms are pretty degraded, stains and marks on walls and furniture. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked so that was nice. Didn't use the shower. Won't be staying again.

The 1st room had water damage everywhere. The tub was dirty and paint was peeling. The hallway leading to the room reeked of urine. When I requested a room change, Avil, the manager on duty, asked that we don't touch anything in the room [which we hadn't, except for we all had to use the restroom, which is how we noticed the uncleanness in the room]. He goes up to the room to check then accused us of touching things in the room like the tissue, washing our hands and moving a hair dryer which was not true. We got placed into a different room where the tub was still not clean but we managed since we wouldn't be in the room much during our stay of 2 days. Also, there was a roach in the room. It's still there. Let me also add I was in room 220, across the hall was a couple that had a domestic dispute and there was blood EVERYWHERE. SHEETS, WALLS, FURNITURE , WINDOWS, MIRRORS.... for safety reasons, I'd be weary of staying in that room

Tips: Bring your own soap and shampoo. Shower before 8 am if you want a hot shower. Breakfast is fine if you like waffles, eggs, apples, toast, and cereal. That’s pretty much all there is. The coffee is not good. The property is relatively new but already worn.

We had a truck and trailer and could not find anywhere to park. Ended up going to Flying J next door and paying to park in prime parking.Had trouble finding desk clerk to check in as there was only one person working and she was fixing something for another guest.

The Front Desk man was Very Rude and Unprofessional! The Whole Property Smelled like Sewage! The Room Smelled like Smoke mixed with wet musty Carpet mixed with pets. I have Never Experienced Something like this at a hotel.

We stayed on 2nd floor, pillow cases had a stain looked like blood and white sheets had a red stain as well . Right by the ac unit floor felt like floor sunk in or rotten floor .

The first room we were given the toilet had been used and was dirty. It also smelled musty. The second room the dead bolt didn’t work and sheets look very old.

The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Only problem was the AC really didn’t work right.

I preferred variations in breakfast.

Pictures are deceiving, while the hotel looks new from the outside looks can be deceiving. Our room had some mysterious substance on the ceiling and walls that looked like blood. The curtains had holes all over, hotel had an extremely strong smell of mothballs. There was hair in the shower, if we could have just left we would’ve taken the loss and gone somewhere else.

Our double bed room was ok, the sheets were clean, well they smelled clean anyways, pillows were to small, my top sheet was worn nearly holey, the comforter was stained, the curtain would not close all the way around so the light from the outside was shining in my face at night so sleep was very limited, there was someone elses shoes under my bed and some trash, the skirting board could of been cleaned. Other than those issues I did feel ok here. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and the dining area was nice. The lobby is very clean and bright, and it features a mini store. You are surrounded by a truck stop and a truck wash, but it was very quiet. It seems they may be updating some areas. I think it would be really great if they cleaned and maintained it better and had an area where you can sanitize the gym equipment. Also, the tubs need some slip-proof stuff as it was slippery.

Could not stay at motel. The room look like someone had just got out the bed and tried to make it in a hurry. The walls paint peeling, and the furniture was old and beat up like it has been moved around alot. It was pretty banged up. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and in the tub. Will not ever stay another brand of theirs. Also they did not give refund so money lost. I went down the street to holiday inn and it was great.

The exterior is nice but the interior needs alot of work. The shower drained so slow which is something that's been mentioned in previous reviews. This tells me the issue hasn't been fixed. Did not see a bar setup. Furniture had stains and looks like the furniture needs to be replaced. It wasn't bad for the price. Breakfast wasn't too appetizing, so just had coffee.

Bad shower set up! Reached in to turn the water on from the only position you can and got drenched. There was 2 phones in the room BUT one lamp. Won't be staying there anymore.

Dirty. Hallway was dirty. Floor in the room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty. They also need to invest in new pillows, they are way pasted their prime.

Walking in the lobby it seems nice. Clerk behind the counter was not wearing shoes or socks (I guess that's up to the dress code there, but didn't seem very professional). the room smelled like dirty armpits, and the smell never went away. The pillows were of poor quality, and the main blanket was dirty. shower was moldy. The breakfast was boring and didn't have much of a continental breakfast at all. if you want waffles then you were good, but that was about it. coffee came out of a machine that didn't work very well and after 5 days of staying there I will never go back to this location. The location itself is great, but needs someone new to manage this hotel.

The room was fine, the bed was not. The hotel needs to change the mattress. Warped on both sides.

The room was okay. The ac blew cold. The shower was backwards… you get wet when you turn it on. There was only 1 wash cloth and 2 towels, but there were 2 of us staying. The breakfast was slim and did not look very good. I usually like yogurt and fruit at hotels with breakfast and they didn’t have either. Staff was friendly enough. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

There was a party in two rooms on our floor smoking and playing music from a loud speaker until 2am!!! There was only one set of towels in the room. The breakfast area was scant and there was a dog walking around the kitchen and eating area. We left and went to McDonald's. Unless you enjoy this kind of environment, this is the place for you. We stayed here to be close to tournament fields. This place really shouldn't be opened until they fix all the issues. I relied on hotels.com reviews. I should have checked google reviews first. Never again!

I had 2 rooms. In one room the entry door scraped the floor and was very difficult to open and close with a gap at the top. The floors needed to be sweaped. In the other room there was no lamp between the 2 queen beds, leaving the room very dark. In both rooms the handles on the dresser were VERY rusted. Awful!! Hand soap was missing. The phones were not connected in either room. The sheer curtains were missing in one room. TV remote was not made for TV in one room. The staff was friendly, but not at the desk for long periods of time. The bedding on both beds were SO VERY wrinkled. They did not look to have gone to the laundry. THE PRICE WAS GOOD!! The front desk staff did bring a lamp to the room after we checked in and provided and soap for both rooms. Nice people, but help is needed.

Staff support was horrible when it came to my vehicle being stolen after being parked right in the front of the entrance. Called the police and they said they are constantly there to handle vehicle thefts. If you are staying here, do not leave any valuable things in your vehicle and ensure you have trackers.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, however the hotel bathroom did not look clean. We had to request towels as there were not enough towels for everyone. The towels smelled so bad! They smelled like they were dumped into a soiled toilet. I had never been to a hotel that had this issue. The room was not cleaned either even though we stayed there for 3 days.

Room was neglected and shower

Filthy and horrible. Didn't have a good night sleep cause I was afraid of falling off the bed cause it had a down slope on the edge and would fall off if I moved to close to the side. The edges around the room was dusty and very badly maintained. Never again would we stay at this motel.

Check in was fast and seamless. Other La Quintas have charged a fee for my dog but this one did not charge extra, which was huge! The room is nice and clean , with fridge. I added this property to my phone for next time I am in San Antonio.

As an active duty service member whom travels many many miles and is required to stay at many hotels over night, this has EASILY been the worst i have ever stayed in. The most neglected, money grabbing, careless, hotel. It disgusts me so badly i refused to sleep in the bed for the neglect the rest of the room presented. Showers where DISGUSTING, there was no effort made to clean at all, male pubes scattered across the shower and womens hair on the curtains. Soap bottles where all empty and they left no hand soap out!!! How can this even be a hotel!?!?! The refrigerator did not seal properly, light was exposed on the side! Highly recommend staying away from this pitiful (as they call themselves) "Hotel".

It was almost hard to sleep with the pungent smell. I also booked a one bed for my partner and I, and when I got there, the attendant gave us a double bed room stating it was an upgrade. I told him that I only wanted what was confirmed and what I paid for, but he refused to grant me the room that I selected. He stated that I could "wait until 6 A.M.", and he would gladly place me in the room selection that I chose. What is going on with this hotel? Has the LaQuinta Inn really reduce down to some weed infested/we'll give your room selection away to whoever comes in...and give you whatever we have left, type of place? I'm still appauld by what I went through that night, especially when I called the location and made sure to let them know that we may have a late check in. That part was fine, as far as the late check in; however, I had to just deal with whatever room was issued that I didn't select because that is just how they run things at this place.

Everything was good! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. The carpet in my room was dirty but I did see new carpet downstairs getting ready to be installed. The hotel is pet friendly and the do not charge for cats or dogs. But you do sign a paper saying they can charge you up to $250 for any damages from your pet. There really wasn’t any pet area to take them to do their business.

Night Staff, “ Mario ” the front desk member super rude. We booked our room 1 week ago. When we got there for our check in, they give us a regular room when we supposed to get the suite + king bed. He just told us “ oh we just give to someone else ” he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience he made seem like it was our fault for them not having it ready for us.

It was ok till check out time get ready to leave somebody stole my air stem to two of my tires so end up happening to come out of more more and their security cameras are out of date so it could not get the perpetrator on camera

First room we were given hadnt even been cleaned, we had to go request a new room and the second room we were giv3n the tv was messed up but we didnt wanna complain so just went with a messed up tv all weekend! Staff really didnt talk much.

The smell when I walked into my room was horrible. The smell probably came from the old carpet outdated curtains and most definitely from the old chair. It was hair on my sheets when I turn the comforter down. Trust me when I say I will NOT be staying there again.

The people on the top floor were very loud n running around and we told the property manager nand he said there was nothing he could do about it and this was like 12 am and 1 am all the loud noise so never again will we stay there !!!!

Shower was difficult to get into. You had to get into it then turn on the water. Also not clean.

The staff was very nice and everything was very clean and tidy, but the motel on the inside was a little dated and there is construction around the property so everybody knows how that is. Overall, we had a very good experience staying there.

It’s was so spacey. I was thoroughly surprised with our room. Everything was nice and clean except for the desk chair that looked very nasty and dirty. I put a towel down before sitting on it. Other than that all was well and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was poor since the minute I walked in very hot. No air conditioning in the lobby. Area room and restroom was not clean very well. We came down for breakfast very little items empty containers everywhere. Coffee was not. Fresh juice was water down. And again very hot in that area no air conditioning to be able to enjoy your meal.

I booked two rooms and both were dirty. The cleaning ladies are too busy on their phones instead of cleaning. they will go in by 9:30am for housekeeping... why so early? Also the refrigerator was leaking water a lot of water my parents are older and my dad slipped even after i went downstairs to inform the front office 6 times to please go fix it. There was no urgency and simply did not care. Worse experience ever

Restroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Towels were limited, not very clean looking, they were kinda old and dingy looking. We requested towels in the morning and the towels smelled like vomit. In the middle of the night there was a drunk man banging on his door to be let in. We called front desk to make them aware. They claimed they called the pd. A bit after we heard loud bangs from inside the room and we called again to have them check on whoever was in there to make sure they were ok. Never did we see the clerk go check in or the pd.

Everything was great. If anything, the hallways and elevator didn't seem to have air conditioning and were a bit warm.

Well the ac worked well, interior a bit beat up but just cosmetic issues. Breakfast was not very good, just sausage over toasted biscuits and only white bread. Not a good selection.

Stayed here 1 night and got bitten when I woke up I had tons of bright red bites on me I spoke to receptionist who told me to call back and speak with manager he never called me back.

Points to improve: The linen (bedding and towels) were old and very dingy, to the point of appearing dirty, but smelled clean. Mattresses need to be rotated, they slope downhill on one side.

Two of the front desk employees had such a strong accent (Indian, Pakistani or Iranian?) that it was very difficult to effectively communicate with them. The 3rd (a woman) spoke great English. Although I pre-payed through Expedia, I later found out that they also charged me for the room on my debit card (which was required for incidentals). They eventually resolved the issue by reversing the charge. The elevator and the 3rd floor hallway had NO A/C, but our room did. The breakfast was pathetic.This used to be a good property, but has gone downhill.

Property was terrible poorly ran the hallway was 100 degrees on the second floor and my room smelled. It was so bad i checked out early and they still charged me for all three days. I didnt even atay the last night. If i could id give - stars

Couple for one night stay. LaQuinta typically is a safe go-to for me but this was the worst one I’ve ever been to. The first room smelled of old wet carpet. Got a new room. The hallway was hot and damp. The toilet was loose from the floor. Everything seemed shoddy. There is a street lamp on the west side of the building that floods the west rooms with light. Had to arrange furniture and pillows to stop some of the light from pouring through the curtains. Nothing seemed very clean. I usually like LaQuinta’s breakfast but skipped it this time. The fellow working the desk was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, The bathroom door had water damage on it and It looks like they tries to fix it with no luck, The free breakfast was meek, just cereal and powered eggs with no yogurt which is standard and lack of frersh friut.

I missed the entrance into the hotel twice (2nd time it was late night) and I was coming from the turn around.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the community. Lobby, reception, halls and room were very clean. The only minor issue is the hotel is going through a reno and some materials were in the hall areas. This was not a big deal but it was the only issue that I saw. This hotel is very well run.

It wasn’t absolutely terrible but it still wasn’t super comfortable but there were some q-tips left on one of the chairs in the room. Our pillowcases had hair on them. I know it’s just “hair” but to me it makes it seem none of the sheets had been washed or switched out. The sheets had some stains on them and it felt like the room hadn’t properly been cleaned nor the sheets had been switched out. Our bathroom was okay but the bottom of the floor to the walk-in shower looked kinda dirty. Our hairdryer also started smoking and kinda sparking a bit. Our tv really didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch tv. Overall it was whatever but we more than likely won’t be staying at a La Quinta.

Online it stated I didn’t have to pay until I got there in person. When i went to check in, they cancelled my reservation. They said I needed to pay online. Mind you, I tried and expedia would not let me stating I would pay at the property. The hotel was nice and clean. It was just the experience.

Place was overpriced for 2 nights , it was dirty . Room wasn’t cleaned and pictures were completely different from what it actually looked.

The 1st room had roof leaks, bed comforters had yellow stains and pubic hair. There was a whole in the wall and the it was dusty. I let the front office clerk know and she showed me another room. The second room the bed comforters were stained, walls were dirty and scraped and the room was very dusty. We were there due to a Medical Emergency and couldn’t find 2 rooms near by on New Year’s Eve so I asked if the housekeeper could please change the sheets and dust since I was traveling with small children. They said housekeeper was gone for the day but they would show me another room. Third room was worst, AC unit was coming of the wall, roof leaks, it smell rotten and the dirtiness of the bed was disgusting. I decided on the second room but asked for clean sheets, comforter pillow cases, etc and changed them myself. When, I was changing the pillow cases one of the pillow was stained with a big splash of blood. That evening we just bathed and slept and didn’t unpack anything. We had booked for 2 nights but I was not planning on staying there under such disgusting and horrific circumstances. In the morning we showered and I threw away the clothes we had when were there. I explained to the receptionist and Manager that we couldn’t stay there because of those conditions and they said that was fine but that they wouldn’t reimburse me the second night on both rooms. If I had an issue to contact Expedia, and all Expedia could do for me was give me $30 credit to use at another hotel.

In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was not an attendant cleaning the food area. There was food, syrup and pancake batter all over the counters. The container for bagels and bread did not have tongs to pick up the bagel so people used their fingers! The bath towels are so old. Our room was stocked with only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. I know we could have requested more but we shouldn't have to since we had two people in the room. The only good thing I can say is the water pressure was good, the TV worked but the microwave didn't work correctly. We rented two room one for us and one for my daughter and her family. It was not a good experience for a weekend getaway. I payed $151.00 for each room. I felt totally ripped off. We will not be booking at LaQuinta again.

Booked for the entire weekend, it’s was comfortable, had no problems with the staff, they were all kind and friendly. Only thing is which I’m really not bothered by was there was trash under one of the beds from the previous people. But other than that everything was amazing.

Constant smell and WiFi is damn slow but customer service is amazing

Clean rooms, bathroom, complimentary toiletries and overall friendly staff, our stay was very pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!

Front desk was very nice

Early check in is $25.00 I was never told about when I called and asked if it was option. Sunday breakfast was being put away at 9 instead of 10 like sign stated. At 6am and 11;00 noticed Trash cans full of outside, Many towels by pool no clean up from night before. Side door didn’t work with room key had to walk around. Tv had blue tint like it was broken. Bathroom not cleaned properly had hair in shower and bathroom floor. We always trusted the name of hotel. Probably won’t stay at another La Quinta or not trust Expedia.

I was there for a concert and once i entered my room everything was nice and clean

Good location, well lit property, nice surrounding area. Fitness Center wasn't huge but fine. Great breakfast, good water pressure, good TV selection although the picture/color on the TV in my room was dull. Nice staff. Anything to "nitpick" at was nothing I had to actually complain to staff about and wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

The property and facility was clean, good breakfast, clean, plenty food. Good folks who work there, accomadating, mannerly, helpful, and kind. We really felt the mattresses were kinda uncomfortable, but one could say this about any mattress that ur not used to. Was a good stay for the most part.

Smelt like smoke and dampness

The parking lot is very small. The TV is terrible. The screen had a blue hue to it. The apps on the TV would not update saying it was a problem with the connection, but the TV was connected to the Wi-Fi and the TV only have four working channels. The worst part of it was the TV.

Ideal Location

The beds were a bit on the hard side but we are used to extra soft at home. Staff was nice and the facility was clean

Dirty so so dirty blankets were disgusting the room is dark the restroom had not even half a roll of toilet paper had 3 towels for 4 people when I went to the desk to get more no one was there waited 15 mins just so they could tell me we have no towels the. Says let me check if we have some for sure then came out with rags RAGS woke up the next morning no toilet paper go to the front desk again another 15-20 mins went to the public restroom and stole some from there so embarrassing never again

Location to work

This property is absolutely disgusting! At first glance it looks very beautiful but once you get a good look it quickly fades away. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and it was absolutely filthy. This place has roaches everywhere. The tv had a few channels but the remote for the tv was not working. The front desk refused to even take a look at our complaint. The curtains were torn, paint peeling and cracked. The walls were covered in obvious brown stains. The property is not that old to be in this condition. There was no real house keeping staff. The breakfast was an absolute disaster. I made the mistake of not really researching this property and now you don’t have to do the same. This place is not even worth a free stay. This was my first time ever staying at LaQuinta or Wyndham and it will definitely be my last time!!! You have been warned, stay here at your own risk!
