Although the breakfast could have had more warm options like scrambled eggs and breakfast meat, it was a pleasant stay and I didn’t want for nothing

Victoria was amazing at the front desk. Room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool.

This hotel is located perfectly for our visit to Boerne and the Rim Shopping Center. The rooms are ample and clean. The breakfast has a nice selection and parking is convenient. There's also a nice selection of restaurants nearby. This is our go-to hotel because the rates are usually reasonable.

The property and the room were clean. We stayed here on a business trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean place. We were passing through and my wife was having back pain after camping for 3 weeks in the hill country. This hotel was a clean, comfortable place to rest before our flight home. We got take out nearby for dinner, and the breakfast in the hotel was perfect for weary travellers like us!

It’s always a great stay. When I stay there. It’s by a lot of good restaurants. It’s close to a few good night clubs as well. The staff is extremely friendly. They are more than willing to help whit anything I need.

The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!

We arrived a bit early for check-in, but we’re still immediately checked into our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. While the pool could’ve used a cleaning, we still took a dip and it was wonderfully cold after a day outside. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but we did take advantage of the 24 hour coffee and tea bar in the lobby. Overall, no real complaints and a great experience.

This was a lovely location to stay at ! The staff are super helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean , the view is good ! The pool is really nice , tho they do have the hottub blocked off , but in total this stay was amazing !

Employees were the absolute best! Good place to come stay if you just want to get away. Was a little smelly in the lobby and room but nothing horrible. Used febreze and the smell vanished! Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here, would definitely recommend!! Thank you to the staff for everything!

The hotel was very clean andcthe staff was friendly and helpful. My only issues were with the smell of the room and the awful pillows on the bed. I doubt I would stay there again because of the smell.

The staff did not stop the hotel from being used as a kennel. Dog was barking in room 205 from 3 am to early in the morning. Owners were not there. Absolutely terrible experience. The whole 200 floor probably didnt get any sleep.

Spark by Hilton is the best budget friendly hotel in my opinion and this location is just lovely! Front desk is super helpful and kind, the breakfast is honestly better than your average continental breakfast and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really hope guests don’t ruin spark for everyone else. They are truly a fantastic hotel. Free parking and coffee/tea available 24/7. There is a simple gym that was empty every time I’ve been there. It looks like someone stole the light weights which stinks, but that’s not the hotels fault. Overall absolutely enjoy my stay. I travel a lot for work and now I look for Spark wherever I’m heading !

Was not happy that I had an emergency and wanted to change dates and they were not willing tomwork with me. They kept the full rental property amount.

I'm a little concerned about how I found a stray hair on my bath towel, and another one in the bed. Complementary breakfast was also very minimal for a Hilton property (cereal, bagels, hard-boiled eggs and coffee - that was pretty much it). Staff was friendly enough, and it was a good location, but I probably won't be back.

The room and hallways were dim. There was a toenail on the floor in the bathroom the walls and lightswitches were dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. There were hairs on the towels. The whole room felt gross.

The walls are really thin and you can hear everything. There was a baby crying all morning in the room next and you could hear it really loud. If you are close to an elevator you can hear the “ding” loud and clear every time. And it keeps you awake.

The room needs soundproofing. You could hear a cart going down the hallway at 5 am, and the AC had a weird noise to it when it shut off. The room was very clean and the staff was nice.

There were no amenities there was no microwave no coffee pot no way to basically do anything as far as making food went. However, the suite was nice size room, but it does need an alarm clock as well.

The only thing that I don’t like is the noise coming from above our room. You can hear the footsteps. Continental breakfast is ok. Room is very clean. Distance to our venue is ok.

Dirty room

Destinee…no words to describe how great she is. I was traveling from California and still had 4 hrs to go before hitting my stop at the hotel. I booked through Expedia but the app changed the dates when I booked somehow. Destinee made sure I had a place to stay as I got help from Expedia. It was a wonderful welcome back home to Texas. The rest of the staff was equally welcoming and kind. I had driven for 2 days. It touched my heart to be treated with such kindness when I was so tired. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Destinee and all staff. (The bed was so comfy too.) Sending blessings to you all, especially Destinee. Please give her a raise. Kiran 😊✨

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect for our 1-night stay. We were greeted warmly as we had a very late check in. The room was comfortable, shower good (although I would suggest adding another hold bar), plenty of towels (nice, thick bath towels) and quiet.

We were told that they would come very other day, but they never made it to our room...... other than that the hotel is in a good location. About 25 minutes from the Zoo and Riveralk.

Asked for a different room. It was better but still really dirty. Didn’t feel comfortable staying there so we left and got a different place in town. Hotel refunded Expedia, now I need to try to get my money back from Expedia. We will see how that goes.

This place is horrible. Someone used my name to book the hotel. They said the person never checked in yet my card was used for room charges as well that my bank reversed. They refused to give me my money back, when this hotel is literally across the country from me!!! For sure some scam or fraud probably by an employee. Will NEVER use Expedia or Book at this hotel again.

This hotel is a great value for the price. All the essential items needed for a great stay are available. Big clean rooms with comfortable beds. The climate controls in the rooms work well and the bathroom and shower is nice. The extra perks like a microwave oven in the room and a complimentary breakfast with eggs and waffles are missing. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location is convenient to several eateries. I will make this my hotel when I return.

My only critique for the hotel is the breakfast. The milk tasted expired. Other than that we will be coming back 😄

Annie was incredible! From the moment we checked in, she was helpful and professional in every interaction. The hotel was clean and comfortable. But honestly after a very BAD experience at the Spark in Augusta GA I wasn't too sure about this chain. Our stay in San Antonio totally wiped away the negative from Augusta. I will be staying there again, coffee is always hot and available, same with hot water for tea. Just a great experience-thanks to Annie

The room was very clean , housekeeping was amazing . The outside lights were off , pitch black outside no security lights. I felt very unsafe . I complained daily and was told this would be resolved, it was not . The pool also very dirty , one of the amenities I was looking forward to using again management said they would resolve and did not . Not was the hot tub available . I will not be using Spark by Hilton as a stay when visiting San Antonio. I especially felt bad because it was my son’s birthday and we were going to have a little something around the pool for his birthday!

Parking was right in front

The breakfast is limited to a few options and wasn’t available until about 6:30 am. The hotel is near several grocery stores and lots of restaurants being on I-10. It was a convenient location for one night, if it was a longer trip we would have chosen a nicer location.

I ordered a Suite 6 months ago and when I arrived, they told me they did not have a suite for me. They actually told me they canceled it a week after but did not have the courtesy to notify me. We do not have hot water for 24 hours of our three day stay. One of the boilers went out on a Saturday night and they could’ve fixed it but they opted to go the cheaper route and away today. I expected more from Hilton on this stay. I even emailed the manager directly twice and not once. Did anybody get back to me. But I have to say Hotels.com made it right for me. They’re awesome.

The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE! Super clean and affordable. Bagel breakfast in the morning was so good and the coffee was delicious! Additionally, I will say this- get a rental car if you plan on staying here. It’s about 25-30 minutes outside of the city of downtown San Antonio.

Found bed bugs in the room. Slept there one night, woke up covered in bites. I had around 15 and my friend who slept in the other bed had 10. We went up front and asked for a refund. Front desk lady was apologetic and helpful. Ended up having to use our money to wash and dry our clothes and spent hours of our trip doing laundry and the rest of the time super uncomfortable from being covered in bites. They were quick to refund but I would be afraid to stay here again.

The beds were comfy. Pool is nice. Carpets were dirty. Baby found a piece of pet food and tried to eat it. The breakfast was not continental. Bagel bar. Staff was excellent and helpful. Very nice people. Tv is aggravating to opperate. Overall it was a safe place to sleep.

Hotel is in a decent location. When we checked in we received no information about wifi or breakfast hours. The next morning we went to pool only to find it filthy with leaves and bugs. We were staying two nights and asked for no cleaning service but just new towels, none were ever delivered. Our “suite” was missing a tv in the sitting area and the door to the bedroom didn’t shut fully or lock. While cleaning to depart found a spider on the bed and dead roach on the floor.

Nothing extra, nothing more Staff friendly, breakfast very, but limited, only bread and oatmeal. I think the spark hotel its what happend to a Hampton when it gets old....

Our check in was at 3pm and we got there around 5pm and we were told to wait because they didn’t know if it was clean or not. We waited to get checked in and once we walked in the room it had a weird smell. The sink was dirty and towels also looked dirty and i’m not even sure they clean the sheets if i’m being honest. Would not book here nor through Expedia again.

Lets not forget the name of the Dominion. The place was no where near the Dominion

Good price and location. Staff was very friendly. There were numerous areas that required some serious TLC. Dirty & stained carpeting throughout the hotel. The shower walls had poor patch work from where the shower rod had been previously hung. One wall had frame hooks. Not sure what happened to the frame. I wouldn't stay there again.

DIRTY. Sheets had stains. Beds were so hard. The overall look of the hotel isn't clean.

Rooms were nice size. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. The carpets in hallways and rooms were nasty. Looked and felt like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was no lever on the sink to open the drain, so everything was slow draining which is gross when brushing your teeth. Also, the remote on the tv didn't work. And I noticed, and maybe I m just old and they don't do this anymore, but there were no phones in the room.

Exceptional

Location was okay, the exit to the location was not and very hazardous to exit, stop and turn. The door didn’t open. Took numerous time to open, had to be rekeyed every time we went in and out. The fold out bed was left dirt, with dirty sheets and pillow cases. The tub didn’t drain, The toilet clogged a couples times. The pool is dirty, no secure, no lighting and most of the items are broken and or rusted. There are stains on the couch, the floors were sticky and walls had holes in them. Looks like there was a leak and the repairs weren’t finished. The sink is falling off the wall. The hall was dirty and flooring nasty along with an unsecured unit across from us. The door did not have a knob nor lock on it.

Reasonable price Room smells a little musty

Front desk clerk accommodated us by giving us another room. Price was decent compared to other places. First room wasn't cleaned very well and items were left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Quilts and sheets were dingy in both rooms.

There were roaches in the first room. I was charged double plus a double dog deposit.

The carpets of the entire building are dirty never been clean. The walls and ceilings have more cracks and than the ground. The beds are broken no springs to spring. Toilet was not attached to the floor all the way or sealed properly. The showers are dirty. The smell is to die for. Pool area had two chairs not enough water inside it he pool. No cleaning solution inside the pool to ensure the safety of the guests.

Location was good Very outdated. Ac in room leaked. All the furniture was beat up as were the rooms and bathrooms. It really showed its age on the inside.
