Everything was above average .Great for family .

Staff was super friendly and helpful! For the most part, the place was good. Pool was nice after a hot day. Rooms were OK. Mildew smell in the hallways, rust in the bathroom, pillows were not the best, and there was a mysterious stain on the bed cover. I can't say it was excellent but it was decent and worth the price. They allowed pets, which was super helpful for us. Would we stay here again? Maybe.

Our room was never cleaned, toilet ran the whole time and made noises, sink clogged no one ever came to fix it.

A little mixed on this one. The good points were, they were reasonably priced. We had three adults, one room, used Expedia, Saturday night stay for about $125. Another good point is they had a pretty good free breakfast. Sausage, two chicken strips - ONLY two, scrambled eggs- cooked correctly, the ran out of blueberry muffins, I didn't see the yogurt, but my son said they had some. They had some fresh fruit, etc. Juice was so so, pancake conveyor belt machine was a cool idea, not sure that it worked, it looked like it had issues, but the waffle machines worked fine. Pretty good over all. Two distinct bad points stood out. No curtains or shades in the room. They had a screen that was pretty easy to see through (I'll try to attach a picture, but it definitely was NOT a black out screen, and I had a nice view of the parking lot light - all night long. As a plus, they did have security drive around the lot, and it was pretty quiet. My daughter and I could not sleep at all. The blankets were not wide enough for two people who are not a couple. It covered the bed, but not much overhang. We also had trouble with the plugs for charging devices. The plugs would not stay in the outlets. We ended up using the one in the bathroom. Also, the shower was hot!

Breakfast was good. Location to Sea World was great. I asked for housekeeping the next day after they already came because we needed more towels and toilet paper, but they didn’t come.

Very pleased with the service received at the hotel, from now on I will stay at this location.

What even prompted me to lift the tube and check the dispenser area was because I saw gunk on the edge/rim of the bottle.

Room was double booked. Room service didn’t come through; I thought they were supposed to, at least that’s what they advertised. There was a camera system in the parking lot right outside the room that kept sounding an alarm throughout the night. Went on for several minutes and quiet for a bit then started over. Breakfast was great; I actually looked forward to getting up for that.

There was an alarm that went off in the middle of the night and early morning this needs to be assessed not sure if it was a technical issue or genially the building was on fire but we didn’t notice anything . Our stay was nice, they even gave us extra towels thank you.

Rosa’s breakfast is incredible! The food is authentic and full of flavor. That Mexican sauce is definitely the best in town. We had a great time with the family and will be back for sure

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was clean and had working AC. Loved the layout of the breakfast/sitting area. Gym is clean with weights going up to 75 lbs. There are 2 Fussball tables and a shelf with some board games. Did not have time to check out the pool. There is a daily parking fee of $4.99. The hotel was clean with a pleasant and fun color scheme. I would 100% book here again.

I liked the location. Close to lots of stores, mainly the Air Force base location it was close too. Rooms dirty, bathrooms dirty, blinds are all broken and hardly can raise them up. They looked like trash

However was given a 4 star due to bathroom being duty. Showered was DIRTY. Looked like it had not been cleaned in abit and had several pieces of hair. It was enough for my young child to say she did not want to use it because of how it looked. Then called front desk a few times and no answer. Had to clean it myself with wipes. Breakfast was your basic free breakfast but was good and fresh. Rooms were cold which is a plus. Not sure if id stay again unless if i had to seaworld since it really cloae.

The room was small and with 2 queen beds the space is tight. I was disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room too. The kids enjoyed the pool.

I didn't like that one your employees make me way for 3min before check in while another person came after me, and he check him in and not let him way the 3min. Then he told me that their no rooms available yet but he check in a guess.

Housekeeping is every other day unless you request it. I had requested additional items for my room around 10 am left the hotel came back around 6 pm and the items had not been delivered had to go ask again for them. Staff was not always easily available at the front desk. The mattress was very firm.

We had a nice day. The rooms were nice and clean. The receptionist was nice, considerate, friendly, and very helpful. The only damn thing I didn’t like is they don’t clean the rooms as often as they should what I mean by that is make the beds take out the trash.

I visited San Antonio to attend my boyfriends BMT graduation @ Lackland Afb. I arrived on Dec. 30th around 2am, walked into the lobby, and spoke with the receptionist at the desk (short, heavyset woman that looked to be Hispanic). I explained to her that I already had a reservation which was from Dec. 30th- Jan. 2 and if possible I wanted to check in early. Now I understand that check-in is at 3pm and I was super early but the part that really upset me was her lying and saying she still had guests arriving that were already booked for Dec. 29th. I walked away and returned a few moments later and asked her could she charge me another night (at this point I was just tired & wanted to sleep for at least 2 hrs before I needed to head to Lackland). The way she moved to the computer so fast to charge my card was insane to me. She literally could've just told me yes you can check in early but there'll be a fee. 1. Don’t lie to my face and make it sound like you don't have anything available 2. Is it so hard to have a ounce of humanity in your heart? You likely know that I'm visiting from out of town & you can visibly see that I'm tired. For you to not show a tiny bit of empathy for another person is baffling to me. Then for you to charge me full price to stay half a night was even more crazy to me. After returning from the 1st day of graduation I did speak with another receptionist and explained everything to her. She did understand my issue and said that they don't do discounts but

It was fresh but not very tasty. It lacked seasoning. Few hot options. Eggs done one way. No choice between bacon or sausage. They only offered sausage patties and they were cheap large frozen patties, not fresh. They didn't have enough table waffle irons or pancake machines. It caused quite a bottle neck with families waiting their turn. They have one small container to hold milk for cereal and other needs. It ran out frequently. No fruit options. Only one option for yogurt. For what's charged per room with excess deposit and parking fees.

I had a room with a king size bed reserved but when checking in they ran out which was confusing defeating the purpose of a reservation. Unless the room a/c was set at 60 degrees the room would get musty and muggy. The showers full heat setting was luke warm. Breakfast was pretty bland and some of the pancake and waffle makers were not working.

Pretty good overall. Inclusive breakfast was good. Only complaint is shower was awful. Very little pressure, shower head was mostly clogged. Have stayed in alot of hotels, this was by far the worst shower I've used.

Pillows was horrible for me my head sunk right through no support, my husband loved the pillows. I ended up getting a hand towel from the bathroom and putting it under the pillow and that helped me a lot. That's my only complaint. I love the night lights on the switch

Used the gym, and there was no water. All the reusable water filters were red. I let an employee know and they were never replaced. Would not stay here again. Staff were friendly, but this hotel is lacking maintenance.

Would definitely recommend! It’s so clean, cute and the staff is so sweet. I would definitely stay here again. I work remotely and not only was I able to work in my room but I also worked in every area of the lobby and was pleased with how there were outlets everywhere.

The room was decent. The bathroom door lock was broken and didnt work at all. I informed the front desk around 11 pm of several vehicles without a parking pass. Night staff did nothing. In turb, I had to park my vehicle out of sight in a sketchy neighborhood. Not ideal. Day staff was great. That being said, I won't book this priperty again.

The breakfast was great. Room and location was great. The guests next to us were loud and would be awake late with their dog barking. You could hear everything.

I have stayed here several times but this time the experience was not the same. The toilet didn’t flush properly, one of the elevators was broken and it look longer to get the elevator. They charged for parking which I don’t remember having this charge before. My stay was okay.

2nd time here, is the best in the area.

The breakfast and breakfast staff was excellent. The experience however was different from previous visits to this same property. They need to disclose when booking that they charge for parking security per day. Also, i asked for some of the sample toothpaste at front desk. Which are those single use packets, generic and was charged for it! $2 per packet!!! That is outrageous. Will consider another property next time we are in the area, there are plenty of other choices near by.

Stayed with family and kids for a night while visiting sea world. Clean room and bathroom with hardwood floors, excellent hot breakfast with variety of choices, will definitely stay again. They charge $5 a night for self parking which can be avoided.

Overall, the hotel and rooms were clean and nice. We asked for a crib for the two nights we were there and they didn’t have one available on either of the nights. The breakfast area was broken into two opposite ends of the lobby which made things confusing and not easily manageable.

Clean room, two hotels in one building. The separate breakfast set ups were a little confusing but both buffets are available for people staying in either hotel.

The room I stayed had been remodeled but the bathroom doors did not even close all the way so the water ran all over the floor. And was pooling even under the shower… also, the hotel’s back entrance/exit door kept locking up so I after several times of walking around on the outside to get to my vehicle, I had to ask at the front desk if it was broken. It was quickly fixed….

It’s a good location if you’re going to SeaWorld/Aquatica, the rooms need to be more detailed cleaning , the restrooms specifically; had lots of old soap stains and looked rusted on the shower area. Also I think there was a kids baseball tournament or something like that going on the area because we had breakfast there one morning only but didn’t for the other day of our stay because what we saw. I saw two Kids were playing on the ground with utensils to grab the food , I know this has more to do with the parents not paying attention to what their kids are doing, but that’s a big no no for us . The front desk staff was really friendly and attentive.

The only thing i did not like about this property was having to pay for parking. I do not think you should charge to park at your own property...you have plenty of parking availability. So when i arrived i had to put a 50$ deposit for a 5$ parking permit which i was not aware of before hand.

The staff accommodated our many unique needs to make our visit to San Antonio a memorable experience attending the Grandson’s completion of boot camp at Lackland Air Force Base. Shout out to Ray.

A couple of things you will have to pay for parking and also have a $50 refundable deposit. I also found a cockroach in my room. That grossed me out. I contacted the front desk and expedia and was refunded 1 nite out of the two nights I paid for. Customer Service was great Im not sure I would stay there again if they have cockroaches

Overall this hotel was great for our needs. Downsides are the rooms are a bit small, no storage space options, like drawers or shelves. And safes are not in the rooms. Other than that, check in/check out was easy, breakfast was decent and it is a good location to get to most things within about 20min.

The staff and check in was great, very professional and welcoming! The bed and room were also great! The walls seemed a little thin, we felt like we could hear everything going on and we could hear the people above us walking around.

The room had 2 queen beds but was quite small. Housekeeping only comes every 2 days for towels and trash unless you request otherwise. The lady at the front desk in the mornings was not very friendly and seems annoyed as if she was being bothered. The pool is constantly out of towels and the hot breakfast was cold, even when they brought more from the back it was not warm. Front desk also called our room around midnight saying we were getting noise complaints of loud music and slamming doors when we were laying in bed watching a movie on low volume that I could barely hear it.

We had 2 rooms. Arrived after 3pm which was stated check in time. We were tired and hot after being at SeaWorld all day. Got through the weird check in process. I had arranged to pay at hotel and it was drafted after stay and had to pay for deposit and parking there, very confusing. Once to our room housekeeping cart was outside our door one room ready one was not. So we all waited in one room for 45 min for the other one. We asked front desk and they were confused as well but did nothing. This hotel is pretty new and looks clean but customer service is off and free breakfast options were just okay. Waffle bar had no syrup and server said there wasn’t any. Probably would pass this one up next time.

Easy to park, room was clean, breakfast was great. 24/7 coffee and tea was cold coffee and ice cold "hot water" so that's not really 24/7. blinds were broken in my room so it was too bright to sleep and there were flashing lights all night. I did not report until morning because i discovered this at 11 pm and was already showered. i am deaf so i did not feel comfortable having someone come in that late. I also reserved a room with a king bed but got two double beds.

We booked because it was convenient to our needs. Our room was freezing couldn’t adjust accordingly. The pillows were lumpy & uncomfortable. Our bathroom had draining issues & the water pressure was abysmal. Breakfast was standard. Kids enjoyed indoor pool.

Extremely loud, walls are paper thin. Rock hard bed that makes your body ache when you wake up. Mold growing in bathroom and shower head so calcified the water came out like a power washer.

The hotel was nice, just as expected. the only complaint was when entering the room, the AC was turned off and the temperature inside the room was 91 degrees. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a late check-in so, it took until around midnight to get the room cooled down.

We enjoyed our stay overall, the room was clean except the shower that needed I little update/clean, good breakfast, it was quiet and felt safe.

Check-In took forever because there was no one at the desk for at least 5-10 minutes. Once we checked in, the room was not in great condition. There were no ice buckets anywhere on the floor and we had to go to the front desk and ask for them. The shelf in the shower was falling off of the wall, and housekeeping did not make it to our room at all during our three day stay. We had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels for our room and for the pool, and they shut down breakfast the second day ahead of schedule.

Overall good stay. Clean bathrooms, plenty of soap, shampoo, towels. Love the storage option of pegs on the wall! Love that there was so much seating and tables in the lobby, and that they were available for use 24/7. Some room for improvement. Floors in the room were very dirty. Breakfast was not being refilled to keep up with demand. Thank you.

I liked that it was a nice are. I didn’t like the beds, they were very uncomfortably, way too hard. My back is hurting so much that i will probably have to go get a full back massage.

The stay was good. Breakfast was great! There were some guests who smoked in their rooms and the alarms went off both nights. Not the hotel’s fault but annoying nonetheless. The front desk clerk was wonderful. Expedia double booked my stay, and the guy at the front desk cancelled it for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about. He went above and beyond! The biggest downside was the road construction happening. I’d stay there again.

The hotel it self was clean but the towel look brown and the bed felt like the sheets weren’t was good either. Might be the water just didn’t feel fresh have stayed in many Hilton tru homes and they always are super clean and comfortable. Also only a couple of ladies were nice the other they were dry and didn’t acknowledge anyone

Cons: The floors were sticky everywhere. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. No one in our family slept well. And the AC was extremely loud. The staff was trying but they were understaffed.

A very clean place next to all kinds of food. A very small room but great for one person.

Staff were great and Ricky the front desk receptionist was very friendly , we stayed almost a week a felt a home . We found are go to when we go back to San Antonio

The room had a weird smell. People were knocking on the door at night and running. You can hear the people next door and I feel like we shouldn’t reuse towels because that wipe dirt back on you.!

What I like the most are the rooms.

Easy and friendly check in. Woman at the front desk was amazing. Super sweet. Black woman (didnt ask her name unfortunately. My fault) grounds were clean and cohesive. Flowed. Overall great experience

all was good. Had a minor problem at check-in and the staff took care of it immediately.

There was very little places to put things like clothes or baggage. I think it was overpriced for being a basic room. However I did like the heated indoor pool. I would stay here again if only for a night; would not recommend for an extended stay
