The amount of roaches I encountered in the room was awful, disgusting. I informed management about the infestation, nothing was done about it. Disappointing stay at this property.

In a bad part of town , but everything is close by food. Stores.
- 4/5
I was surprised at the high level of maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Exceeded expectations.

Horrible service
- 3/5
Run down, no amenities, rooms are hot and AC is extremely loud and inefficient, room layout is not good, surrounding area is full of homeless
- 1/5
Worst hotel experience. Not worth what I paid at all.
- 1/5
Didn’t serve breakfast even though it was paid for. Said all their rooms are smoking rooms even though we booked nonsmoking. The room service they said they had was just a phone number for dominoes pizza. Room had some nasty stains.
- 5/5
Parked in front of your room. U shape lot. Took $20 cash deposit in addition to paying with credit card before getting key...whats that about? Got it back when i left.
- 2/5
The showers & walls were filthy, and there were cockaroaches in the room, the extra towels i asked for 3 times were never brought to me and the phone in the room did not work.
- 4/5
It was ok just the staff was kinda rude

It was not the best night stay it could be more clean but overall okay

Nice and quite. Really nice and clean.

The room was dirty. The bathroom counter hasn’t been cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub.

It’s was a comfort stay

No carpet on floor. The room was clean and very comfortable

Was clean and friendly

We were allowed to check in early. Only took chip cards. Rooms are a really good size. Beds are not comfortable. Super clean!
- 2/5
The hotel was decent for the price, but the surrounding area was very sketchy. Some random guy tried opening our door at about 4 AM.
- 1/5
The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and become angry, if you had a complaint.
- 5/5
Route 66 flavor in gracious California, this is a classic Motel set in one story serenity. Good air conditioning. Central location, close to budget ranged dineries. Foot strolls after dark not recommended.
- 4/5
It was clean and the service was good . Went to a music festival and it was close by . One thing though the free breakfast wasn't great .
- 1/5
First room had a beeping smoke detector. The second room was lacking hot water.
- 4/5
color choices and furnishings. I lived in nearby Redlands for 20 years and am very familiar with San Bernardino. America's Best Value is a gold nugget in a city that has its share of issues. I enjoyed my stay there and applaud the owners and staff for their quality standards.
- 2/5
Owners and staff extremely rude and short answered. Did not have a fun stay with friends while going to a music festival.
- 5/5
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable as well were the pillows! We woke up with our backs and necks very sore!
- 2/5
A think been charged twice once on visa card then in cash at hotel.
- 2/5
The room smelled badly of cigarettes, a poor breakfast and not enough towels. I don't really want to recommend this hotel to others.
- 5/5
One time, I had to appear in Court and forgot my tie. No problem, the owner loaned me one that had never been used which I returned later that day. Yesterday, I left my shaver in the room and realized it but was not far away. I called and while I was on the phone, he went into my room and found my shaver and told me so. When I returned it was awaiting me at my desk. Their breakfasts are just mediocre coffee and sweet starch but except for that, this is the cleanest , kindest place in the Downtown vicinity for the price. Everything sparkles in this hotel. Always.
- 5/5
Comfortable and clean. Sometimes it has issues with sink or bathtub but the good outweighs the bad. There's a microwave and refrigerator which is great.
- 4/5
Good for overnight...stop & go. San Bernadino is not a "hot spot" for tourism.
- 1/5
Not so good I guess there's a prostitution gang going on in there..!! The roof had some leaks and the continental breakfast was milk orange juice and a donut ( nothing else ). Very bad service ... very disappointed!!!
- 4/5
The room only had thin blankets which required the heater to be run well to keep warm in winter at night.
- 4/5
leaving the next day, I heard the people staying in next room talking about the Pornography Movie they were filming all night & how they didn't get any sleep. Stayed 2 nights. 2nd night got some sleep, no noise to deal with!
- 4/5
This is my first time visiting inland empire for an event. We came for an event. I was very pleased with the outdoor setting. Parking was nice and clean. When you go into the room, it's pretty big. The bed is a bit hard. The wall is a bit thin, so i can hear everything next door. Besides that, everything is perfect for a short stay.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Clean. Well taken care of. Close to NOS center. We walked back from the NOS center to the hotel it didn't take too long. Not to bad. I would stay here again. Most important thing I did not see any bugs!
- 4/5
Hotel was okay. Stayed here two nights. They didn't have extra towels, clean/make our bedroom. Overall was OKAY but don't expect any hotel setting
- 3/5
Sheets are outdated. They look extra-worn. In fact, some have holes in them. Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Walls were dirty. Bathroom towels were old and we had to request more! But we had to return the old ones first. All in all, we were there for an event and it worked out! Great distance from the NOS Event Center, next to an In-n-Out, and a block away from food shopping plazas! You get what you pay for, but it was worth it.

My daughter and I were in town to catch the train early the next morning so I wanted to be close to the amtrack station. I called ahead to ask a few questions but the person that I spoke with was brief and only stated that chack in is at 2 o'clock, "no early or late check in". Not exactly rude, but not friendly either. This room was decently priced at 70$. It is a small, single story motel. The room was clean, AC worked great and the TV was decent and had plenty of channels. The bathroom was fine though the shower/tub was small and there was one small shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. luckily we bring our own when we travel. There were enough towels which were standard for this type of motel. The pillows were terrible. The room had a microwave and mini fridge but I would have preferred a coffee pot. As other reviews mentioned, the walls are thin! I left the tv on and tried to keep it low but loud enough to drown out the sound of our neighbors talking. In the morning check out was easy. I grabbed a coffee but it was pretty terrible, it tasted old and was very weak and they only had powdered generic creamer. The available breakfast was 2 dingy looking apples and 2 wrinkly oranges and a tray of packaged pastries, there are no tables in the lobby to sit and have your coffee at so my daughter and I grabbed a danish to go. Overall it was what we paid for and served its purpose. There are far worse places to stay in the same area which is a very run down part of town.
- 4/5
Two nights, my hairdryer was not working once reported, it was still not working.
- 1/5
Totally a waste of 84$ I wouldn't recommend this hotel ever.ocer all dirty 1 star
- 3/5
Close to the nos center but you get what you pay for. Comforter had stains on it. We left our room to get food and when we came back our neighbors were checking out because they had roaches... We didn't see any but I wouldn't be surprised.
- 3/5
I normally stay at this hotel every year if not twice a year because it is so close to where I need to be. But the showers drains needs to be upgraded or unclogged there was little water going down and not enough towels . Also there's no late check out .. But besides that it was a good stay for a good price
- 3/5
It was a decent stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick. The rooms and amenities is what you paid for so I can't complain that much. The shower head felt like needles shooting at me, but hey--at least I got to shower. The real disappointment was our sheets. I hope it wouldn't happen to me but I found a noticeable stain with hairs around it. I didn't see it until the last night of our stay so it was too late to ask to change it.
- 3/5
Met up with a friend secluded away in a sleazy but not so sleazy motel. In this town of San Bernadino you would not expect Continental Breakfast or great service, but at last I found it and it was more than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and very courteous.
- 1/5
Very old and run down. Comforter was thin and dirty.
- 5/5
It was wonderful loved it felt safe very cleanWould live to know more locations
- 4/5
It's a nice little hotel with little spacious rooms. The only thing I would advise them to enhance is the grab and go breakfast. The coffee tastes bad and the Danish wasn't thay good.
- 3/5
We only stayed for one night. It was cheap comfortable and overall an alright experience.
- 5/5
Nice staff, very open and nice about our late check in. Very clean room with great amenities for an awesome price! Would love to heck out the other hotels in nearby cities
- 5/5
The room was comfortable, clean, and free of smoking odors. Sure it's not in the nicest neighborhood, but they have security and it is located near the highway. The tv and ac are functional and made the stay pleasant. For the money I would recommend it.
- 3/5
Everything was as expected for the most part. Front desk was difficult to deal with, but eventually everything got worked out. Very convenient if you are going to the NOS Center.
- 4/5
I must admit, considering the surrounding I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff accommodated my request over te phone and had very welcoming hello upon arrival. Clean from the entrance on in!
- 1/5
I don't know if the guy in the front was bored or what but he seriously called my room about five times the whole 11 hours I was there. First it was about the fact that my sister decided to visit me and I had only written down that it was staying there alone. Secondly, I went outside to smoke and when I came back, he reminded me it was a non smoking room. I KNOW, THATS WHY I WENT OUTSIDE. The ironing board was broken, no toilet paper, and he called 10 minutes before checkout telling us to check out already. I already had it with this idiot so I finally screamed at him, even if it were ten more minutes of privacy. I heard the Americas Value INN in rialto is waaaay better and chill, not here
- 3/5
Not the nicest neighborhood, but it did fine for an inexpensive business stay. Sad that they advertise a continental breakfast and all that was available on a relatively small countertop was a half pot of coffee, a couple apples and bananas and one pre-packaged Danish (yes one!). I guess the actual breakfast choices were on another continent. Paid my bill and had a real breakfast elsewhere.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in
- 3/5
Nothing special here but the room was very clean and the staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
- 4/5
We needed a room for a single night at the last minute. I was afraid we would be stuck with a flea-bag hotel, but while the America's Best isn't the Hilton, it wasn't bad. No pool, but we wouldn't have used one, anyway. The entire complex was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean. We did need to use the laundry facility, which was also well maintained. If we had to stay for longer, I might look for a hotel with more amenities, but this was perfect for our needs.
- 4/5
Business meeting very close by. Surprising courtyard. Very clean and quiet. Neighborhood "in transition" in a good way. Will stay here again for same business reasons.
- 4/5
Great experience after they(o)(r)(b)(t) faxed the necessary paper work
- 3/5
Hotel room was clean, good place for a night's stay. Breakfast was just pre-packaged muffins/sweets and coffee, nothing remarkable.
- 3/5
Good overall value for the price. Needs some deep cleaning you could see stains on the walls in the bathroom.
- 1/5
Worst service ever!!! Did not see a smile the entire stay. If you can't understand their accent and asked her to repeat you're met with an attitude. Unless you're okay with using tap water, no hot water to make tea or milk for your baby. Their complimentary breakfast is a joke: apple n bananas n a pot of coffee. They have a fridge in the lobby but it is conveniently locked during breakfast hours just in case u want some juice. what a shame to the name. Its should be America's worst value
- 1/5
I stayed there on 9/19/14 and hotel was not bad. I booked this hotel again for the following week, as I gave the lady my ID she said in an angry tone " the manager made a note that you smoked weed last week." I was completely surprised because I'm currently in the police academy and I would never smoke weed and put my career on the line. I tried to explain to the Indian lady that there is no possible way for me to have smoked weed, all she would say was the manager would not lie. She also said that because I smoked weed in the room that I'm lucky she didn't charge me $90 to clean the room and she is putting me in a smoking room tonight. I asked to speak to the manager and all she could do is give me attitude. Don't stay there unless you want to get bad service and get charged for something you did not do.
- 3/5
the stay was good clean room staff nice would stay there again.
- 2/5
Upon arrival, the sheets had someone else's hair in them so we asked for new clean sheets which I swapped out for the dirty ones before going to bed. Also, the walls are extremely thin at this hotel, be prepared to hear everyone all around you breathing and, uhm, doing other activities. The people staying near us had a huge fight in the middle of the night, shouting, threatening, I was so scared I didn't even call to file a noise complaint because the situation seemed so volatile. I did not feel safe in this neighborhood because of that.
- 4/5
We drove to the hotel via GPS. Upon driving a few blocks from the hotel, we discovered that it was in a moderately poorer side of the city. Nonetheless, the amenities were good and our stay was uneventful.
- 3/5
The room is clean and we happy we stay The only thing. Is the garbage are full outside. De rooms
- 5/5
Plenty of parking and it look like they did a remodel on the room very nice and clean
- 2/5
Bed extremely hard, says there was a jacuzzi but when asked where it was told it was the bath tub (really), and walls extremely thin. My room had a door that went to the other room & it was only a single door, heard everything that was going on in the next room, I had a child with me and really didn't want to hear it, had to turn tv up to tune the sound out. Lastly not in a great area, there is nothing around it. Never again will I stay there.
- 2/5
I asked for ONE blanket because de air condicioner. BUT the lady sad We have not.....The hotel was empty........

We were to stay @ the Hampton Inn, but Hotels.com didnt make the reservation, so there wasnt any rooms for us when we arrived! The found us Americas Best Value. I accepted knowing I couldn't go home. The room did not have a coffeemaker, fridge without freezer, and was not cold. My son was bitten by bugs. And the pastry breakfast was deplorable. The lobby smelled of strong garlic which was very off-putting. The internet was spotty and the kids were miserable. The upside was we were able to keep our appt with Disney Execs. Maybe something good will happen for us.
- 2/5
The hotel clerk was not rude, but not friendly. Kind of bored. She let me check in early. This hotel is in a very bad part of town and everything smells of curry. The lobby, my room, everything. The accommodations were adequate, as was the cleanliness. The carpet is very old and fraying by the bathroom. There are no good restaurants within walking distance. I do not consider Inn and Out a restaurant. Lots of homeless people. I did not feel safe at this hotel.
