Location. No running water mid day. Caused delay and missed wedding ceremony. Staff attempted to provide water buckets but didn’t get any to our room. No apology from any staff or management.

The heater in the room was not working. Although a small portable heater was provided, it was not sufficient for the size of the room.

We stayed here the night of our wedding and it was very clean, front desk was nice, super friendly

Late night on Wednesday 12/3 I received a call from a gentleman at the hotel he asked if I was Luis Cantu, I said yes, then he handed the phone to another gentleman that proceeded to tell me he was from the Sinaloa cartel and that there was a truck with men and arms outside and that I should come out of my room. Luckily I had checked out a day earlier!!! The only place they could have gotten my telephone number was from the front desk!!!

The room was very clean and beautiful. There was one thing missing we didn’t get a wash cloth but all in all we had a wonderful stay.

I have stayed múltiple times at this hotel, views are good considering the town, hotel has filthy towels, 2 out of 4 times water isn’t running properly.

The only thing is that every time we stay there isn’t enough toilet paper in the bathroom or tissue paper to use. Other than that, everything is fine.

The staff are very nice

The hotel had no water from 8pm to 10 am the next day. So no shower, or toilet. They said it was due to the storm. No compensation was given.

The hotel lost power at around 6:00 pm friday night and it was not restored until around 11:00am the next day. We couldn’t use the bathroom only way it worked was using aa bucket of water. We had no ac and couldn’t sleep Friday night. We kept asking for answer and the hotel staff just kept saying one more hour . We missed our appointment due to we couldn’t shower and the wife couldn’t get dressed or get ready. We couldn’t iron our clothes , charge our phones etc..

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The pool was awesome – perfect for hanging out during the day – and the bar and restaurant on-site made things so convenient. Good food, good drinks, and no need to leave the hotel to find something fun to do. Overall, it was a great vibe and I’d definitely stay here again. Bonus** There’s a casino across the street Nothing everything was good

The pool was clean and perfectly warm, and we loved that the restaurant staff brought out menus while we relaxed. The lemonade was especially refreshing, and the service overall was fast and excellent. Our room was comfortable, the AC was just right for a restful night’s sleep, and we especially appreciated the fully stocked minibar with great snack and drink options. Fast internet and a generous breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food options were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Me and my family stayed for four days. The hotel was beautiful. The surrounding was amazing easy parking wonderful staff and also the buffet for breakfast delicious. The staff outstanding amazing at the breakfast area. It was the servers were excellent. Every every worker very helpful. I had an excellent day. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s beautiful quiet the swimming pool area great Overall it’s a four star hotel. It’s a perfect place if you want to stay in Sanluis Rio Colorado. You should also try the restaurant right across the hotel Chilaquiles El jefe, amazing . Good breakfast and an amazing prices. Overall amazing service.

This is the only place I’ll stay when I visit family. Check in and Check out is seamless. And the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here if you’re looking to actually sleep. Their bar area was blasting music till 3:30am. Online it states the bar closes at 12am so I thought just maybe we will get some rest then I also called the front desk and they informed me they will close at 1am. Horrible. It’s a hotel for sleeping. The music was obnoxiously loud for such a small bar. Such a shame because I have family here and will visit them often but I will never ever stay here again.

The place was very nice and quiet. Only problem I had was the shower. Not enough water pressure. But everything else was good!

Beds are so hard I slept of sofa security guard at gate very rude and inconsiderate

Loved the property. Night barista in the cafe was a bit rude at night when we had to step out we had to park across the street due to lack of parking, I was a bit uncomfortable leaving my new BMW across the street but everything was fine in the morning. Everything else was pleasant and would highly recommend staying here.

I like this hotel and have stayed there before. This time, the trowels looked old and worn out. And they did something to the showers and now they have really bad water pressure.

I booked four rooms and all had the same issue the beds and pillows were hard. Keep in mind if booking in the summer the AC in the rooms is not turned on. You need to turn them on once you check it.
