Tv only worked properly some of the time. Had construction noise next or under our room that was extremely loud which started up every morning by about 8am.Room was also right above trash bins which created more racket. Indoor swimming pool was tiny and chlorine smell was unbearable. Our suite was the smallest we've ever stayed in. Had to call for a hair dryer. We would expect a fair amount of compensation from Expedia as upon checkout they told us to call you and then you call the hotel and they would confirm our very valid complaints. There is absolutely no comparison between San Rafael and Scottsdale Embassy Suites as we've never had any problems in Scottsdale. Thanks for your consideration concerning this matter and would expect your prompt attention to our concerns. Sincerely, Larry and Kathryn Yorty

The room was clean, the breakfast options were delish. Our family always enjoy the leisurely breakfasts there. Always love the omelette station. There’s an evening reception with free drinks and light snacks. It would be good to have that area manned by a staff member because it unfortunately gets dirty pretty quickly with spilt food etc. Son loved the gym; husband loved the breakfasts, daughter liked that the people who worked there were ‘nice and welcoming’. We stayed at 4 different places (hotels and air bnb) in our 7 days trip to the CA coast and the consensus by the teens was that we should always look for an Embassy Suites.

Everything was great, especially the promenade area so you can have a little gathering, at happy hour

Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. Quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Nice weights in gym. Cost :(

Nice size rooms, and close to where we needed to be.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Unfortunately, I asked at least three times at the reception desk: the faucet in my bathroom had a constant leak, at least a gallon an hour leak. You would think that in the state of California something like this would get fixed pronto. doesn't seem to be a priority.

Might have given 5 stars. Cleaning the room, they didn't replace the coffee pods, which stunk the next morning. Not a lot to do/restaurants, etc. in walking distance other than the hotel property.

Convenient location in the suburban area. The area feels safe, and there is no need to worry about homeless people. The front desk was welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was excellent—you could serve yourself and enjoy it in your room. Check-in process was smooth, and we arrived after 1am.The room was spacious, but the A/C wasn't cold enough.

Good breakfast. Snacks were a great idea. Every employee was friendly and helpful and kind. Some grab bars in the tub would have made me feel so much safer.

Plenty of space, comfortable beds. Did not realize how large of a hotel it is but it really was well managed and run. Our air conditioner did not seem to be cooling and they responded immediately to try and adjust. Very responsive staff! They have a good breakfast as well as happy hour in evenings that were welcomed! The lighting in the main room is a bit dull- would be nice to have a dimmer or way to increase.

We stayed on a busy weekend for the hotel so unfortunately the breakfast buffet was not as nice as expected. The rooms are in a need of an upgrade as well, but overall fine.

Liked the included breakfast (very good, lots of choice and especially omelettes prepared to order) and two complimentary drinks. Room very good size, clean and modern. Some public areas away from reception were not always clean, with plates and cutlery left outside rooms and the lift floor needed a clean (sticky stain/ spill). Lighting was modern but couldn't quite get it quite right - e.g. light in lounge needed dinner, otherwise too bright.

Great Hotel great breakfast
- 3/5
Over priced conference hotel lacking serious staff capacity. The “restaurant” had one server and it took us almost two hours to get our dinner. Food was cold when we got it. Only one bartender for a sold out hotel that couldn’t keep up with happy hour or dinner rush. The outside seating area was completely covered in bird poop and not useable.

It was fine.

Room super comfy. Free drinks at the bar ( don’t drink). But the nonalcoholic awesome. Breakfast fantastic. Staff super friendly and nice.

Bathroom 8/10 - the bathtub and shower head need a refresher. The tub and the wall paper in there, gave me the ICK. The tub is super outdated and the shower head needs to be stronger and cleaned a bit more. One of the towels were stained, so luckily there were two more to choose from. Loved that the light had a sensor in there when using the bathroom at night. Bedroom 9/10 LOVED the HUGE vanity this location has with the chair provided with it for getting ready. The bed was also comfortable and the the AC was working its magic at night. Breakfast 10/10 the set up of this location is a lot better than the other Embassy locations we've been to. They have the regular breakfast in a different room and then they have a whole other section for the omelet station. Everything from the service to the food, was GREAT! Overall 9/10 Staff was exceptional but I do think that corporate need to upgrade a few things in this location, especially in the area that it is in. Other than that, we definitely make another trip here and hope the staff is still as wonderful as the last.

Great breakfast and a nice happy hour.
- 5/5
Excellent hot breakfast!! Especially omelette station taking order with 4 different options available. Good and clean atmostphear as well
- 4/5
However, the accessinle bathroom really needs a raised toilet. And a rubber bath mat at the shower, I do appreciate the leveled shower. For the safety of the disabled, the recommendation need to be implemented.
- 5/5
Will return and recommend.
- 5/5
Excellent stay, especially coming in with the kids. I really liked the architecture, it's just as photogenic as in the pictures. Breakfast, ingredients, taste was surprisingly good. The custom made omelettes were pretty tasty. Complimentary happy hour drinks included with the stay also does not hurt!

Third floor room back side hotel above kitchen area. The kitchen was being power washed when we arrived (unknown to us). Constant loud vibrating noise in room the hotel finially offered to move us at 1:30 am after multiple complaints to the front desk.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelets. Room was spacious, clean, and updated. Nice view from 4th floor. Charging $15 for parking at a facility with a huge lot that's only half-full seems exploitive.

NO HOT TUB! They advertised an indoor heated pool and hot tub, yet the hot tub was apparently removed and nowhere to be found. Windows in the room behind the curtains had dried fluid and hand prints everywhere so we were more disgusted when we looked at the view than anything. Several empty food dishes and glasses left in the hall combined with a side entrance door that doesn't even have a disability ramp sealed that we won't ever be back.
- 3/5
For this reason ~ we won’t stay here again .

The best thing about my stay there was the staff, the entire front desk was amazing. They greeted me every time I left and came back, every time I had a question they had an answer and would explain things with passion. I noticed that they handled other customers with great care and compassion being that their were many people attending the expo going on there, overall they made me and others feel comfortable and at home. They all deserve great recognition including the cleaning staff and bar staff. I would definitely recommend this place and would also stay for another vacation. Great thanks to all of you and many blessings to come my dear friends. The fact that I had to leave and fly home. No complaints whatsoever.
- 4/5
However, the room is a bit dated , the bed springs squeak when I sat down, the carpet needs to match with the spirited atmosphere outside the room. The accessible shower is thoughtfully designed.

Be aware that google states that their happy hour and free reception goes until 7:30 and it does not, make sure to call or get in touch with the hotel itself if you are hoping to take advantage of its free reception. One thing that was nice is that the male bartender who has been there for years idk maybe 8 years? He remembered me as a repeat customer and I felt like that, that was really nice to be remembered. He did treat me well.

Location Black mold in bath, refrigerator not working, A/C went off a at night when no movement in room though told by chief engineer it was body heat regulated. WHAT A JOKE!! !!!! It’s a motion sensor that ALL these properties use to save energy at the cost of PAYING customers. Ordered fajitas on menu and they served a quesadilla!!! Again customer is not going to know the difference? Did give us a 10% mold discount

The staff, the buffet and the Happy Hour bar and staff were all excellent. My only complaint was about two things in the room and I already passed this complaint to the desk staff. There was a deep foul odor throughout the room which I suspect emanated from the HVAC but I could be wrong, It was not and I almost went down to change rooms but was too tired. The second thing was an empty shampoo dispenser in the shower.

The breakfast was great. lots of options Everything else. The restaurant on site, food was very expensive and not great. the room was old and one of them smell like smoke so we had had to request for a different room. most of the staff looks like they hate their job. they don't come around and pick up the plates that you leave out in the front. when we checked in there were plates from previous night and when we left the next day it was still there so to be sure , I'm not sure how many days the dishes were left out by the hall. during my checkout day the cleaning lady came and knocked on my door around 9:30 a.m. and was surprise I was still in the room and asked me do I know what checkout time is. I answered yes 11:00 a.m. and it's not 11am yet. instead of apologizing she said. oh well. you should put the do not disturb sign so I would know not to come clean the room. first of all nobody told me that. so how would I know? and second of all it was not even my checkout time yet.

The courtyard is like a small town: bar, games, tables, benches, safe places for children to play, plus comfortable couches with fluffy pillows. You don't want to leave.

We were traveling with a teenager and Embassy Suites always fits the bill. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was bountiful, and the staff friendly and helpful.

No longer a hot tub, just a pool. We arrived at 515 for Happy Hour and the food was gone and wasn’t going to be replenished. Glad it was offered. Rooms are always large and roomy and well equipped.

It is a great pleasure to stay within the unique upscale and stylish environment of this hotel. It is the best breakfast in town. Hilton is doing a great job of maintaining the high traditions of Embassy Suites. Will definitely be back.

Large rooms/suites. Separate living area from bedroom. Staff members were gracious. It was nice having a small happy hour (cheese, crackers and fruit) and two well drinks included. Very good made to order omelettes!
- 4/5
The property is beautiful and is a wonderful location That I had to communicate about cleaning my room for my toddlers needs like a vacuum each day and an extra format for the bathroom. I had to mention this three times our first official night. but once I had brought it to the attention of the front desk, who was texting with me, they took care of the issue right away.
- 4/5
Should make sure that there is Shampoo available. Seem like I run into a lot from staying at most Hilton. I always need to request for it most of the time
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. Pool area was clean and perks (daily snack service at no cost and free drinks each evening) made our family trip a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Loved staying here. It was clean, quiet, and had a great free breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean and Beautiful Hotel. Breakfast was also good. My family had a great time staying here.
- 4.5/5
Clean, modern, well maintained. It had the usual Embassy Suites layout, but either recently build or remodeled, with a very simple music-based theme. Very nice. The staff was super professional and helpful. Breakfast included a made-to-order omelets, which is a level up on most included breakfasts in this category
- 3.5/5
The property is a fantastic location - we used it as a home base for a family reunion. The bar and breakfast gatherings are perfect for big groups and well maintained. All staff from the front desk to the bar staff and waiters plus housekeeping were so friendly and accommodating. Super big plus for Eduardo in the restaurant. He went above and beyond to help my family have a great experience. The rooms are giant with a million outlets and so much space. Everything has been updated beautifully. Perhaps it was just our room on the 5th floor and the fact that there was an unusual heat wave but the air conditioning in the room was terrible. On “high” it barely spit out any air in the bedroom and we were very hot at night. No screens on the windows and there were two large spiders outside so we didn’t want to leave it open. The toilet would constantly run after being flushed. We would have to open the lid to the tank and adjust it every time otherwise it would make weird gargling noises that would keep us awake at night. The door handle to our room was completely broken from the inside like a previous guest had smashed it against the wall. Huge holes in the door and wall. The pool area is very small - if one group is in there, it feels a bit overrun so we never went in.
- 3/5
Excellent omelet station. Free evening reception was very well done. Long line at checkin. No answer calling front desk for service. Dripping bathroom sink. Garbage in parking lot. Not enough people clearing tables during breakfast.
- 5/5
Best stay
- 2.5/5
There were broken amenities, there was ripped couch, the bathroom had water damage to the wall and ceiling and the tub overflowed over 4 inches since it drained poorly (we let house keeping know and they said maintenance would come to fix, but they never arrived). The shower head has water rust that looks unclean/unappealing for the price that was paid for the room. The couch also had suspicious stains.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Love the size and comfort of the room. Parking fee is reasonable. Complimentary drinks and breakfast is great. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, Bath tub was clogged up and water pressure of bathroom shower was far too strong (both cons are room specific, but still needs to be noted). Breakfast was great, but on the second day could not find a seat because staff did not clear tables quick enough. Overall decent stay.

Customer service at front desk could be better. My party arrived before check in time (2pm), rooms were not ready; this is understandable but why not check us in when we arrive& give us a time for rooms to be ready. Why did we have a o wait for rooms to be ready in order to check in.

Things were ok but have had better experiences in the past. We needed to ask for extra bedding 3 times before it was delivered correctly, and the male employee at the front desk was a bit rude when I inquired about it. The breakfast was good but perhaps understaffed, they were doing their best with very large crowds (kudos to them!)

However, the room should have been checked beforehand to ensure everything was working properly before placing guests there. Aside from this issue, everything else was good. Breakfast was okay this time, but the pancakes were not good at all.

Hotel has really gone downhill. Pool was filthy, hot tub was gone. Room cleaning only happened once in 5 days even with request, paint in bathtub (?) peeling, towel holders on wall falling off, LOUD room heating, charging for parking there now (new thing this year I guess?) - - Used to stay there all the time but probably wont again.

We didn't need air conditioning as it is November. The room was comfortable without any heating or air conditioning. We did need an extra blanket and something brought it to her room which is very nice. I love that I have four children and they are 21, 20, and I have twin 16 year olds. It's hard to find a hotel that will accommodate all of us. My oldest ones are boys and one was able to be on the sofa bed and the other on the couch with the ottoman. This way they weren't in the same bed together and that worked out perfectly. We love the breakfast because it caters to absolutely every one of them and me. We also like the evening reception.

Breakfast buffet is good. Staffs are friendly. Great hotel for family. Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely book again on my next visit to the bay area.
- 5/5
Was smooth check in
- 5/5
Great spacious suite. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, especially the made to order omelettes.
- 5/5
We have stayed at Embassy Suites in Marin quite a few times. The breakfast is the best & a big reason we like it. Good location, clean rooms etc. Only one thing really & that is the lighting design is not well thought out. Odd switch locations & a light over the table that was not a good idea. Otherwise we like it very much & will stay there again I'm sure.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The room was very clean, excellent breakfast, courteous staff. Definitely would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location to enjoy time with family, very clean room , great accommodations and breakfast was delicious. Front desk customer service was very courteous and helpful
- 5/5
Stayed a second time on my return to San Rafael. Beautiful hotel with great amenities.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The suite is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great with a cook station for omelets as well as the typical options like sausages, bacons, pancakes, etc. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

- 3/5
Update rooms better lighting and bathroom sink drain was broken
- 4/5
A/C not coming into the bedroom adequately.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and nice place to stay
- 3/5
The fridge in the room was not working and they had no replacement. We had to discard sustainable amount of leftovers from our restaurant dinner..The front desk said my stay could not recieve a comp because I booked through Expedia..I wasn’t charged for parking, that was the only comp hotel could give.
- 4/5
The staff was very accommodating and check in was easy and fast.
- 5/5
Convenient central location for our hiking activities. Free breakfast was good. Gym was big, staff helpful
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Niece suite , good location ; good breakfast
- 5/5
Great staff and amenities for faniles
- 3/5
The lighting in the whole suite was awful, we could hardly see! Almost impossible to read sue to poor lighting. The sheets were old and wrinkly. Not a good experience. The buffet was nice and the facility attractive.
- 5/5
Really nice updated hotel, beautiful property
- 3/5
Everything was comfortable and satisfactory. Not having a valet to bring the bell cart up and paying for parking (in an enormous empty lot) was unacceptable. We paid a lot of money to stay there. There was a foosball table in the middle of the walkway leading to the back exit. There were other unsafe conditions.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels in the area! I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and breakfast. I had a great night’s rest and truly enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
The omelette station was a hit. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. Even my husband loved it, and he usually never eats breakfast. The beds were very comfortable too.
- 5/5
Excellent location, room was clean, helpful personnel. Enjoyed
- 5/5
We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly and it was easy to get our dog outside to potty
- 5/5
Everyone was exceptionally friendly and kind. Customer service at its best.

- 5/5
Good experience, would stay again
- 4/5
Cleaner rooms, better lighting in room
- 5/5
It was convenient
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 4/5
I like this hotel because it’s a nice facility but it’s in an inconvenient location which is motivating me to try something closer to town. I wanted to have some lunch when I got there and I couldn’t walk anywhere and the hotel restaurant wasn’t open so I ended up having to take an uber to downtown.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Housekeeping was polite and helped with my needs. First desk staff was amazing. All around great hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel. A little short staffed but everyone did great. Kids and family loved it
- 5/5
Best place to stay. Highly recommend
- 5/5
It was roomy for a family vacation and free buffet breakfast with a fresh omelet was the best part.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Definitely a good stay! Pricey but worth that yummy breakfast in the morning. I didn’t get to indulge on the cocktail hour they had which I regretted. I would definitely stay there again. The room was so clean and the beds comfy. They just got to work on their pillow game but all in all very fine hotel.
- 5/5
Parking here was super easy, location is not near much but was convenient since we were visiting for business at the Marin County Civic Center. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails was a great touch! I would stay again if I had business in the Marin area.
- 5/5
Pretty much the best hotel you can get around the area. Super clean . Beds very comfortable and spacious
- 4/5
The manager receptions food was poor. Still had two drinks comped so saving grace. Rooms were clean and staff were always kind and helpful They didn’t mention parking charge until I checked out telling me it was on the website. Tell me at check in please
- 4/5

- 5/5
Everything was as advertised
- 5/5
the rooms were very clean
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Great location! Business friendly.
- 4/5
The building is so hot when you walk in, as if they do not have air conditioning. The rooms are only decently cleaned/maintained
- 4/5
Spacious rooms
- 1/5
Overbooked and didn't get the room we booked
- 3/5
ALSO, side note: While I love the breakfast, not having free lobby coffee after 10am, was just a little on the low side. 95% of hotels I travel to, and I stay at a lot, have coffee until at least 12noon. That is a SMALL issue and just noteable.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Cpean and good location
- 5/5
good breakfast
- 3/5
They asked if I had a car and I said yes so they charged $15 a day but never asked for the license number or gave me a tag to put on the car. I could have just lied and wouldn’t have been charged. Plus the parking lot is huge and empty. Another rip off way to take money from customers.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The people who worked there. Very hospitable.
- 5/5
The best ever for sure I will be back soon
- 4/5
There were additional charges for parking that were not included in the room fee. We checked in on Thurs at about 5pm. We left for activities on Friday at 10am and returned at about 3pm. On of the rooms had not yet been serviced.
- 4/5
Breakfast was excellent. Everything was excellent except the a/c was barely working in my room even after reporting to the front desk.
- 4/5
Good staff but room is too small for two queen beds. Smaller than usual Embassy Suites that I have used. Hence inconverient for 4 adults.
- 5/5
Very nice property. Clean and consistent.
- 5/5
Just a great all around hotel.
- 3/5
No stairs and very few lifts so a constant queue and wait to go up and down which seems ridiculous as we were only one floor up and could quite easliy walk up some stairs. The only stairs were fire escapes which all exited out into the care park and had no way back in other than to walk around the perimeter of the hotel and re-enter at the front. The reception staff seemed keen on keeping all interaction with customers to an absolute minimum. They recoiled when approached and gave monosyllabic answers to queries. The small refreshment shop at reception seemed to be poorly stocked and items were not restocked as they ran out so by Sunday there was slim pickings. The bar staff were much friendlier and perky. The room was poorly designed, the lighting was awful with only one lamp in the living space and a single pendant. Even with these on the space was gloomy and uncomfortable. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows lumpy and tired. No complimentary water and an unusable one-legged ironing board were the icing on the cake... Breakfast was basic but decent, however the buffet always seemed to have run out of at least one item which made it a bit of a lottery as to what you might get. Overall disappointing for the high price paid.
- 5/5
Nice facility
- 3/5
Unfortunately, there's no hot tub here. Pros: Happy Hour and breakfast.
- 5/5
Breakfast omelet ls excellent and hash browns- great cooks! And super fast!
- 3/5
The halls outside of the rooms were dirty. We had plates piled up outside our room when we checked in. We asked several times to have them removed. The next morning my son delivered the plates to the front desk. In other areas of the hallway were dirty glasses and plates, garbage, towels.
- 4/5
I liked the fact that it was an indoor hotel with an outdoor feel. I also like the hotel bar.
- 4/5
We were not told when breakfast ended so we almost missed it and the air conditioner in our room wasnt getting cold enough. The fan was great but was too noisy to run.

- 5/5
Did not like the charge for parking.
- 5/5
Great service. Quick to address requests. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks. Located close to the freeway, a park with walking trails, a dog park, & pond, and a shopping center with a great local ice cream shop.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast
- 4/5
The room was nice and big for my family. We loved our room, the friendly staff, and enjoyed breakfast. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommended!
- 5/5
Interior spacious
- 3/5
The room was a bit dirty, there were hardened dirt on the carpet, the back of our couch has some tissue paper. Air con wasn’t working well. It’s hot specially at night.

Great location
- 5/5
Such a great hotel! Beautiful atmosphere, easy check in, and complimentary breakfast was soo good! Will be booking again.

The comp breakfast was very good. They have a full omelet station.

- 4/5
Newly redone. Looks great would stay here agaln anytime.
- 5/5
We absolutely LOVED this hotel! The Suite was exactly what our family needed and we had plenty of space. The amenities were fantastic and breakfast was great. It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful area around it. It was our favorite hotel on our week-long trip.
- 5/5
Great place, staff, food was good. Would go again.
- 3/5
Pool are was dirty.dirty plates and cups everywhere, dirty towels everywhere, etc. Its like they hadn't come through and picked it up all day. Peoples room service dishes that were left outside thier doors werent picked up the whole time we were there. Sot here was just dirty dishes lying on the floor as your walking to your room. We walked by sane dirty dishes for a whole day. Bed comfortable. Suite good for large families. Room was clean and nice. Air conditioner made horrible noise that kept me up all night. It didnt even work well..we were all sweater no matter how low we turned it. Staff seemed uninterested but not terrible. Breakfast was fine, but stuff did come out later than start time. Overall fine..but not great
- 4/5
This hotel was great! We loved the pool, gym (new equipment and treadmills that face an open window with a nice view), breakfast (especially the fresh fruit), customer service and cleanliness of the hotel. The pool had lots of towels. There were swallows nesting above our room and we got to see them feed their babies! There seemed to be some plumbing issues. Our toilet did not flush properly and the pool deck drains were not draining well making the pool area slippery. We saw several children slip and fall. All said, we would love to return!
- 5/5
Excellent service by staff
- 5/5
We had a great time because this property is close to everything.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is great as well.
- 5/5
Nice and easy had a big truck was able to park at a restaurant to have a beer and food perfect

I have been staying at this hotel for 25 years. I had just been driving for 10 hours and realized it was unsafe to keep driving and I was having a medical issue where I needed a shower asap and rest, so I made the reservation via Expedia at 3. Arrived at 4pm and didn’t get my room until nearly 5pm. Staff was so rude and slow. I told them I needed to get to my room asap due to personal medical issue and they were unresponsive, rude, and painfully slow at getting me my room. Then I got there and there was no tub, which I had requested for said medical issue. Took them 10 minutes to move me. Then I got locked out this morning and took another 10 minutes to get someone to even acknowledge me. Get better staff!!! Train them to be human and compassionate. I will never stay here again. It was the opposite of what I needed after driving for 10 Hours straight and being sick. I missed breakfast due to slow nature of getting me back into my room and then the coffee machine was out.
- 1/5
Switch room too 106 Closet no space to hang up Suits or shirts or tuxedo. Since my hole stay no room service, even after I asked for it.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here next business trip to the area
- 3/5
My daughter was in a wheelchair so we requested a walk -in shower with with accommodations. The first room she was in had a tub/shower; the second room had a walk-in shower, but it didn't have a seat for her. The front desk said they removed all of the seats last year even though the room is pictured with a seat in the shower. The hotel ended up buying a shower seat and had it delivered to her. One elevator of two wasn't working throughout our 5-day stay which created a fire hazard. With my daughter in a wheelchair, this worried us because her room was in the back part of the hotel with the out-of-service elevator. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of seating and often-replenished food. The omelet-to-order bar was fantastic. This sets the hotel apart from others. The hotel was very busy with a large group of students staying. We didn't hear any noise from the bar area or restaurant as we were in a corner room. General accommodations were comfortable. An extra blanket would have been nice to have for the person who slept on the couch. I'd probably stay here again for the location, but I'd stay in the fall and winter when it's cooler outside so the air-conditioning isn't struggling.
- 4/5
The breakfast area floor was very sticky and the made to order omelet didn’t have all the ingredients requested but it was still very good
- 5/5
Breakfast is good and also very clean From now I will only book at Hilton hotels
- 5/5
Wish there was a hot tub
- 4/5
Good breakfast, lack of property maintenance shows
- 4/5
We have stayed at this location many times in the past 10 years. It is definitely showing some aging and is in need of some maintenance. A minor room refresh would help along with more attention to the overall property.
- 4/5
Property was wonderful, clean and tidy. Good breakfast selection, nice quiet rooms. Their laundry room was small but efficient, they do offer laundry service as well! Only thing I didn’t appreciate was the bachelorette party or whatever was happening and the vomit stains outside our room the next morning. Nothing against the hotel at all, they did attempt to clean up the vomit stains.
- 2/5
The service at thw fron desk was fine, the beds in the room and couch are hard as a rock. Woke up with back and neck pain.
- 2/5
The front desk hotel staff we encountered were not very hospitable. No smile from Liam, he really hated his job. No liquid soap in the shower. Remote control batteries were dead. Spider in the room. Rude housemaid whom knocked on our door 1 hour before checkout to ask us when we were leaving; I've never experienced that before. The female who helped us at the in-hotel restaurant was pleasant. But the young male whom delivered the food, again very unpleasant no smile, hated his job. Great view looking out our room window, but the bird sh*t on it ruined it all. We will never be staying at this hotel again.
- 2/5
Check in was good, very fast. Everything beyond check in was not good. Dirty room, shower and kitchenette area had stains and mini fridge had spilled liquid stains. Room service took over an hour and a half so i decided to walk to the restaurant and pick it up. Employee at restaurant said he brought it to a different room. He retrieved it and gave it to me, said it was still good to eat as not much time passed. One hour after eating i got pretty sick and spent next two hours in bathroom. Ended up leaving the hotel at 11pm in search of a different place.
- 5/5
No hot tub is disappointing and pool not being warmed up more.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Kids love the game room
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable! The staff were all friendly and it was great not to hear any noise during quiet hours (I switched to this hotel bc of this problem at a different hotel i was at the night before).
- 2/5
I arrived and asked to check in - with no greeting, the front desk worker just said “ID and card used online. Room (number) floor 4.” Morning of checkout, I tried to meet my friend who walked into the breakfast. When I tried to go, the lady said “you need a meal ticket,” but didn’t say where to go to get it, nor was
- 4/5
Easy check in, friendly staff
- 4/5
The room amenities were comfortable, bedding was super comfy.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and comfortable. Decor was up to date and the common areas were clean. Breakfast was good. The omelet station was very good.
- 5/5
A hidden gem reminded me of the four seasons resort I would stay there again
- 5/5
Really nice people; took care of issues right away.
- 5/5
Great customer service and clean room
- 2/5
No water in the room, no housekeeping only if asked specifically , low quality of service , old rooms .
- 5/5
This hotel was very clean and pretty, the staff were very kind, and the breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
Great location with quick access to the major highways. Clean and nice room upgrades. Their evening appetizer crab cakes are superb.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but instead they gave me 1 bed and a sofa bed in an ADA room (no one in my party was disabled). Fridge didn’t work and was dirty/smelly. Dead bugs on the ground. No linens for the sofa. I let the front desk know all of this, and showed pictures of the bugs & fridge. They refunded me $15 for the parking. It was a miserable stay and I wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
I work nights. They have a room ready for me in spite of my odd hours. The front desk staff (Sednare) probably spelling his name wrong is very accommodating and nice. The blackout curtains are perfect for a day sleeper. One of my favorite embassy suites.
- 3/5
I am not sure why there is a trend to not put soap in the bathroom area and the shower, the shower almost never has bar soap. You can shave your legs easily with the soap on the wall. Check-in was not the warmest. When, we asked the man how his day was going, he said, crappy. They’re happy hour is a joke. It is not at all like the pictures shown on the TVs in the rooms. Pretzels, chips and cute cheese is not exactly a happy hour. I was thinking.
- 1/5
Terrible is an understatement. The customer service is awful. We were booked into room 330. When we arrived the room smelled strongly of weed and there was a maintenance cart in the bedroom with wet open can of paint. I took a video as I’ve never ever had that happens. Then the maintenance guys just walks in. Doesn’t knock or anything. He offers to take the cart out. There was no way I was staying in that room. They gave us another room and blamed a glitch in the computer system. The “happy hour” had a very unpleasant bar tender who clearly hated his job and all the snacks were empty far before it ended so we didn’t get to enjoy that. The free drink was great though. They close everything early. Can’t use the football tables or anything. Breakfast was another thing I’ve never seen. They closed it early and all the workers went and got the food that was left. All of them were eating and several guests came down late and couldn’t get food or coffee. It appeared they closed early so they all could eat breakfast. I don’t think then eating is bad but closing early and turning all the juice off and breaking down the coffee stand was so unprofessional. The least they could have done is leave everything open while they raided the left overs. The worst part is they weren’t even apologetic. They didn’t seem to care if they even had customers. The place is pretty but the service is awful.
- 5/5
Excellent convenient Great Helpful and friendly Staff
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet for the most part. when the kids are there sound bounces off all the walls as they scream and run thru the hotel...as well as steal from the store below.
- 5/5
We didn't like the charge for parking. Also, housekeeping did not shut our door all the way one day. Breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
Very clean room, nice service. Decent gym and great bar and restaurant.
- 5/5
Always great stay consistent and excellent Staff
- 4/5
Person at front desk did not seem to want to be there. Long lines (very long) at breakfast with not enough people working. Hotel was clean and liked room. Main areas by bar and front were nice.
- 2/5
The pool was broken, thats the only reason why we stayed there!
- 5/5
Convenient, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Was so good to have the complimentary drinks and snacks at happy hour
