We didn't take the breakfast, the room was ok

The room is very clean, the manager is very nice, the only thing is there is a drunk male in front of our room , and he is not even stay in the hotel. I feel not comfortable, everytime we got to our room in the evening, we have to ask the manager, to move him, this is happening 2 days . And we didn't get the bottle of water because we didn't book directly from Best Western 😒

We booked this place one week in advance of a Saturday night stay compared to prices plus or -5 miles , this is a good value for the price @ $ 150 with taxes - the room is nothing fancy, but adequate equipped with a king size bed a small clean microwave a clean refrigerator a nice flatscreen TV with Comcast cable - most important all the bed linens and bath towels were crispy clean we pulled them back and the mattresses are clean - we didn’t have any disturbances and slept pretty good. The room did its job for us.

Nothing really! It is very rundown, no coffee pot in rooms, pillows are flat, no lamps on bedside tables to read by,can hear everything that goes on outside!

My flight was delayed for 20 minutes and when I got at there for checking, there was nobody, 35 minutes after, a sleepy agent appeared and said: There’s no Room available sir. Even I show him my reservation he said there’s nothing he can do.

Horrible surprise ! I made a reservation for 2 nights, 3 weeks before my flight to San Francisco. I called them right after having my confirmation number to learn about the service. My flight was delayed for 20 minutes and when I got at there for checking, there was nobody, 35 minutes after, a sleepy agent appeared and said: There’s no Room available sir. Even I show him my reservation he said there’s nothing he can do.

The phone and TV in my room didn't work. Had to keep the bathroom window open to ventelate the bathroom . No fan. Breakfast was a juice machine, tea packs, coffee (not liked by other guests) and prepackaged pastry. (Something with chocolate chips and bagels... No cream cheese). I was asked to park my suburban in the only 3 spots for lager vehicles in front of the office at the furthest point from my room. Lastly. Travelocity has the hotel listed as Travel Lodge, but the name changed to a Best Western Sure Stay several years ago according to the receptionist.

I was grateful for the late night check-in. The location was surprising in a more industrial side of town. The bed was comfortable and clean. The variety of the continental breakfast was delightful. Not the fault of the facility, the noise of traffic was distracting.

Stains on sheets as well. The shower shampoo bottles completely empty! They only give you one towel per day per person according to the gentleman who checked us on. Later after we came back to the hotel at night, we noticed the floors were dirty and long hairs across the edges of the walls. And to top it off found 3 cockroaches at night. Called the front desk immediately about it. And she said she would let the manager know ,that she just works there. Not a sorry or any credit or nothing for the bad experience. Literally first thing at 9 am checked out of that place immediately!

Advertised as a hotel but was a motel. Run down and gross. Even killed a cockroach in our room.

They provided some fresh apples. They provided flavored yogurt. The breakfast was definitely sparse even for continental style. The cereal bowls were mini-sized for some reason - too small for even one serving of oatmeal, and the only way to get oatmeal made was to use hot water dispensed from the Keurig coffee maker. There was no microwave oven, so cooking or even warming anything up was impossible (except for making toast in the toaster).

Room did not appear to be well cleaned. Hair found in the shower, bathroom sink, and in the bed. The hair in the bed was the most disturbing as it made us suspect of the bedding had even been washed in the first place.

No amenities, breakfast, bad attitudes no accommodations and the guest are sketchy activities for out of towners seeking family friendly space, go to a real BW Express or plus not these. VERY BLACK DIRTY FLOORS FEET GOT FILTHY IN ROOM. I mopped up and the towel went BLACK!

There were walls with chipped paint, scratched doors and things like that. The room was vacuumed but it did have nasty old carpet even though pictures showed linoleum floors and that was one of the reasons I booked it due to allergies. Price is very reasonable but not worth it.

There was no breakfast lol. Staff was rude. Did not say one word to me when I checked in. Gave me one key when we had two guests. Room smelled musty. Toilet shook around was not bolted into floor properly. When I left I asked for a receipt. I was refused one and said I would be emailed shortly. Never received one but I was charged twice. I will never stay here again.

Parking was good. There wasnt a real breakfast. Just coffee and juice and a pre-packaged pastry. Very miss leading.

Upon check-in, it was clear that the room had not been properly prepared. There was no shampoo or body wash—only empty bottles were left behind. There were just a few napkins available, and the TV was not working. Overall, the room did not appear clean or properly maintained. More concerning, after returning home, I developed numerous red spots on my face. This makes me question the cleanliness of the bedding and linens, or whether low-quality or irritating cleaning products were used. I strongly believe that rooms should be thoroughly inspected by staff after cleaning, rather than relying on guests to discover these issues.

the only thing is that the ice machine was not working. other than that it was a great stay.

They let me check in @9am after working night shift and that is very considerate of them. Good thing the room was available at that time. The room itself is clean and tidy. Has a refrigerator and microwave. Overall my stay was very comfortable!

Not 5 minutes after sitting down we noticed a bug and when looking around the room (not moving anything) we noticed the roaches just crawling around. We left immediately as we had a small child with us. Staff seemed aware of the big problem.

You can stand the middle of the room and slant yourself because of the ground being uneven, we stayed on the second floor.

Clean room

The room was spotless, spacious, and the shower water was hot and soothing. The night manager at the front desk is also a really kind human. She cares about people because another guest needed jumper cable and she went out of her way to obtain one for the guest.

Room was terrible. Peeling wall paper, toilet leaking on floor, filthy carpeting. The floor was very soft in places like rotten under carpet. They claimed to have breakfast included, but we didn't check it out because the lobby was so tiny. The property was just run down. Very disappointed

Did not have fitted sheets. Floor had gaping in the wood. Wouldn't recommend

Noisy and not very safe area

When we arrived, even though the room looked like it had been cleaned, the restroom was still dirty with toilet paper still in the toilet, and no extra rolls near by. There was a bad smell in the room and the surrounding area.

The place is falling apart a bit structurally. The front desk is tiny and is where an also tiny breakfast is served. Front desk staff had a very indifferent demeanor. Double charged us accidentally and took over a week to resolve it. Totally serviceable for a needed place to stay, not recommended for leisure/vacation.

Check in was not friendly. When I arrived I was surprised by location and apperance. Room was adequate.

We got to our room and had a very terrible smell. The room was dirty & better filthy. The front desk said that there were no more rooms available. It took me almost two (2) hrs to clean and sanitize the room. I had brought my own disinfectant,-sanitary wipes , luckily. I have pictures of all the dirt from the floor from the bathroom to the front room and where the banshee was at. I cleaned and wiped everything down. It was filthy. Never again while I stay there. I would like to have a Refund of my two day stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. Disgusting unclean pillowcases caused inflammation and pimples on my girlfriend’s ear. The place feels extremely unsafe, the area and the people around the area make it feel extremely uncomfortable. We were very concerned for our safety staying at this hotel, for whether damage would be caused to our car whilst staying. We entered our room initially to the smell of marijuana, when alerting the front desk he offered to swap the room but did not apologise for it or seem to feel too bad. Our next room had a huge dent in the wall upon opening the door, but whatever. I have never felt unsafe staying at a hotel until this stay. Other guests were smoking marijuana outside the hotel room doors, that we had to tell to stop then eventually call the front room desk so they would in this no smoking hotel. This hotel cost $155 for the night, an incredible rip off, with issues that i would not even expect from a $50/night place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is great. I checked in late. But everything works out! I am glad.

The property looked great. Room clean and well cared for. Unfortunately this sight is not for people or construction workers who need to stay for the week. No parking. Have to park out on the street. $4000 worth of tools that were locked up on the truck still managed to get stollen out of the work truck

Just OK!

Very nice for the price. The breakfast was simple, but perfect for us. A bagel with cream cheese, yogurt, fruit and coffee. The location was also nice and centralized for all of our outings. Our room was very comfortable.

Inside was really nice and clean. Outside was a bit sketchy at first.

Someone took a deuce in the fridge and the body wash wasn't conditioner and for that matter the shampoo wasn't really up to stuff either but other than the horrible experience it was really nice and staying up all night because all the noise was even better thank you

Hotel was small but nice, and a good coffe shop across the street. It was clean, but I was disappointed that I found an apple core that had been left in the ice bucket. Service was friendly, will stay here again if we come back to the area.

The rooms were clean. The “reception” was tiny and breakfast should be just a coffee bar. This is a motel. Full of people smoking on the porches and balconies

Sketchy people hanging around the property. Went to check in and saw a roach scurry across the room. Followed by a bed bug crawling up the wall. Didn’t unpack thank goodness. Person on the front desk probably knew. Refunded me without hesitation. Avoid at all cost

The place was centrally located to other services, and close to my business event. Room was clean, well stocked, safe parking lot and soft bed.

It’s very basic. The breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00, which is late by my standards. Breakfast offered was worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Very disappointed. No lotion in room.

There was a dead bug in the shower, no hand soap. They also kept taking my towels and not replacing them. My feet were BLACK on the bottom from the carpet. Honestly not worth the money at all. Breakfast selection was very limited.

A nice little hotel, very clean

Initially arriving they write down your card information to paper, which is very concerning that it’s not being input to a SureStay system of record online. I have photos of the rooms lack of cleanliness to include a large amount of food splattered across the curtains and large liquid across the wall. Additionally the carpet was very stained and looked . The shower and bath was clean but the room was a 5/10. Paid way too much for the quality

Overall good room. Bed was comfortable. Small breakfast was provided. Front desk took a long time to come to the office. We had to ring the bell twice. The TV in the room didn’t have channels or I couldn’t figure it out. They should provide directions on how to use tv.

The location is very convenient, but just below the elevated freeway. However with the windows closed the noise is not bad at night. The area is not very attractive. We had a glitch with our reservation. Expedia took care of it. Would I stay again- no. I’d pay a bit more to be in a better area.. for just driving thru and needing a good nights stay this will do.

We literally drove away without getting out of the car. We left when we parked and a prostitute walked up to and past the car. Area already felt suspect but that was enough to flush the prepaid money down the drain.

I liked the room.

Our first room had a refrigerator that had leaked onto the floor in front of it causing a large soft spot that had saturated the floor and smelled awful. When I went to explain to the owner it didn't seem that this was the first time he was told about it. We then were transferred to a room that had ran out of shampoo and soap in the shower containers. There were 2 towels and one wash cloth. Also, there was no toilet paper roller. It had an oder, not as bad as the first room but did not smell clean. On the outside it was kind of scary looking with multiple people walking around that clearly weren't there to stay. Worst Best Western we have ever stayed at.

Could not believe we paid $200 to stay here! Right next to a freeway and the surrounding neighborhood was awful. Loud music playing in the apartments located behind motel from 2:00-6:00am. Paper thin walls and no breakfast offered. Horrible stay; never again

I was pleasantly surprised to have a very quiet night of sleep with the hotel being close to the highway. Clean room, free breakfast and friendly staff.

The room slopes and has uneven places on the floor. Breakfast is served in a 3’ by 3’ area very cramped…the entire lobby is quiet small and stingy appearing. Bottom line: minimal investment and effort made to make this setting comfortable and welcoming. We were here for one night only and it’s definitely a one and done experience. Two good things: the shower works well and the receptionist was meticulous and careful with my credit card and the check in process and also gave us an upstairs room without attitude when I requested this.

A very basic hotel, room is small, but clean and very limited amenities. Breakfast was coffee, juice and packaged rolls in the miniscule lobby. Was quite quiet, though. Easy to get to off Hwy 101

When anyone turns on the water shower it echoes very loud including the AC unit as well. If you looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not the place.

When we arrived, our room had been cleaned using some fruit scented cleaner that was overpowering. Needed to open windows to air out the room.
