It's nicer on the inside than out, really quiet and low-key. There's parking in the back so it was really easy to unpack into my room The lady at the front desk was a bit short with us when we were checking in, she only gave us one key card to share.

The fact that they would rent a room with mold beside the tub and the ceiling in the shower is getting ready to fall went to office to report it and was told what did i want him to do i got another room and he turned around and rerented it again said he didn't have any complaints about it from anybody else but he didn't go look at it either

this hotel needs a visit from the health department. its absolutely disgusting. mold, filth, extremely unsanitary. we walked into the room, took some pictures, and left. between the astounding amount of old cobwebs on the ceiling, to the mystery stains on the mattress cover, to so much more, we couldnt imagine even trying to sleep there. we'd have rather slept in the car at another location. save yourself from what we saw, and dont get a room here. if i could give this less than one star all around i would.

Did not feel safe, there was about a 1 1/2-2 inch roach in the bathroom that I had to ask him if I could use the toilet!

The hotel looked so beaten down we thought the hotel was closed and abandoned. It appears they suffered from the rain storm since ceiling tiles were on the lobby floor. Two lamps in the room did not function and the floor was sticky; plus the furniture was broken down. Actually, the mattress was fine and the sheets clean. It seemed a place where people a bit more on the down and out had to stay. We would have left except there was a big concert and all the other hotels were filled and it was late. We didn't even shower in the AM--just left quickly.

It is an older property with kind of a musty smell.

This motel is absolutely disgusting. If it werent for checking jn late for an early flight and being across from the airport, i would have walked out. I know, you get what you pay for, all i wanted was a clean bed and hot shower, but this place had neither. The bedding had burn holes, paint peeling off the wall, mildly warm water. Take my advice, spend a little extra $$ for cleanliness.

It was filthy. There was a big whole in the wall of the shower. The coffee pot and coffee cups were dirty. The whole place was in disrepair.

Long hike to any ground floor room facing away from the street. Imagine my frustration after finally getting into the room to find the fire alarm beeping every 90 seconds (low batter) Another hike to frtont desk, back to room to collect my things, another hike to another room....with no water to the sink. BTW, thee is no breakfast bar and no coffee in the lobby. And this place$10/night more expensive than a Motel 6 up the street!

Never again. It was gross. You could smell the mold. The parking lot was sketchy. Glad we were only there to sleep before an early flight.

The dirtiest place i have ever laid my head. Sheets wete dirty, pillows stained, pillow cases stained, cigarette burns in comforter and sheets, floor dirty, shower curtain full of mold, dirty soap in shower with hair on it, walls, ceiling stained with looks like blood, but I certainly hope not. Shady people sitting outside all hours of the day. Absolutely disgusting and needless to stay i did not sleep real well. Asked Expedia to refund my purchase after checking in and they conveniently responded the evening I was supposed to check out. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to lay your head at night.

It was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. It looked like they hadnt vacuumed in a month. The pillow case's looked dirty. The room smelled aweful. I would never stay there again.

Seriously ,Do Not stay here. I had no choice because it seemed like the entire city of Richmond was booked. I figured it was one night and my flight was super early. Black mold is still there. Cigarette burns in the comforter is still there. The drywall in the bathroom was rotted af the bottom, clear signs of a leak. Refrigerator was not clean, microwave was not clean. I took apart the bed to check for bedbugs. None was found. Thats probably the only thing i can say was good. But seriously, do not stay here.

The hotel was NOTHING like what was advertised. Rooms were filthy with black mold and there was domestic violence the staff didn’t do anything about. The photos haven’t been updated in decades it looks like. Do NOT stay here it is unsanitary and unsafe. I also have contacted Hotels.com about a refund and was told I’d get a call back and never have.

The room was absolutely disgusting with stains and rust everywhere. I did not feel safe drinking the water from the, tap let alone taking a shower. There were also flies in our room and I found a baby roach when we checked in. I did not feel comfortable sleeping under the disgusting, cigarette burnt covers either. The entire building looked like it was falling apart and had not been cared for in years. We stayed one night and checked out the next morning. This is NOT what the pictures or information on their website describe. Felt like the motel straight out of breaking bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The Express Airport in was to be an overnight stay after arriving flying into Richmond and arriving at 11 pm. In our room we found the coffee maker with old coffee grounds and the coffee pot 1/2 full, many cigarette burn holes in the top bedspread, the smell of smoke for what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the towel rack barely attached to the wall ready to fall to the floor and a musty, moldy smell. The hotel clerk was unwilling to refund our payment so we spent the next 2 hours driving home in the middle of the night. Do not stay at this motel unless you like unpleasant surprises.

Rooms are dilapidated. They're not dirty, but they feel dirty. Old bedding, hideous 1970s decor, almost everything broken or falling apart.

Orbitz should not be listing this place. It has many code violations and we felt unsafe. We slept in our clothes and would not use the shower. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Do not stay here.

We pulled up and the place looked like it was from a haunted movie. Went in the front desk people could hardly understand what they were saying. Went to go to room and it was blocked by someone with a grill outdoors. Didn't even go in the room decided to not even stay there went somewhere else. Will not stay there or recommend it to anyone.

It was interesting and I have to say that I feel as thought this hotel charges too much for the amenities that it offers. If it were 30 doallrs less then this wold probably be a 4 star hotel.

Nasty ass hotel

The property was run down all around the hotel including the hotel. Night staff wasn't friendly. Room was not clean and very dated. Didn't feel safe staying at eh hotel.

It looked run down and was not clean. I did not feel safe nor was my room clean. There was water on tgd fllor near tge bathroom and the bathroom itself was not clean.

Stay isn't worth the $80 price tag for a night's stay. When we got in our assigned room, carpet looked dirty, like it wasn't vacuumed. Fridge was dirty from previous guest's use. Re-assigned a different room, but the pillows didn't have pillowcases and bar of used soap still in shower. Carpet looked dirtier. Good that room had microwave and parking is well lit. Lobby feels and looks dirty. Because I would be charged a night's stay for late cancel since we're at the property, we decided to stay. For future stays, I will not go here again. Lots of long termers staying in property, questionable looking people.

I asked for non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The room was clean but some of the lights did not work. The front desk lady was really nice and tried to accommodate me as mush as she could.

From the outside it looked like a pretty dumpy motel, but the bed and pillows were more comfortable than the expensive hotel I stayed at the night before. Clean room, good WiFi. They also let me check in a couple hours early which I appreciated.

I liked that there was running water. I didnt like that the towels were crusty and stained. Sheets were stained. Mold and mildew in the bathroom.

Most importantly room was clean, bed was clean, bathroom was clean except bad mold in bathroom tile. Area ok, not great but not bad, hotel is old and needs an update. Good value for a quick over night trip

Wonderful romantic private accomodations, great host and food too. Central location in walking distance to everything good in town and parking free out back....

Sink was dirty, toilet was coming out the floor, tub was stopped up had to wait a hour for the next person to shower! Had to make sure my grandson didn’t get nun off the floor. Didn’t want to provide towels and wash clothes, said they didn’t have a lot.

The room was good but the service suck, the guy took 15 minutes to get me and a room and I asked for a smoker room and didn’t get it

The lady at check in and check out was very friendly. The top sheet on the bed was dirty and I had to go ask for another one, the toilet was not completely clean. The bath tonight was old and needs to be redone. The breakfast did not have much to offer, just waffles and a couple of different types of cereal, they did not have any protein foods.

The place smelled like mildew, only one towel didn't have some weird black stuff or hair on it, the refrigerator needed to be unplugged because of how loud it was and only the sink, bathroom, and two of the room's lights worked. One lamp was just the shade resting on a bulb.. there was nothing holding the shade up. And ho boy don't get me started on the "breakfast". I tried it, threw it out, checked out and went to IHOP.

Bed was hard...toilet made a noise when flushing and it ran all night...people knocking on your door at night...not a good experience.

Toilet got clogged and was told that I could unclogged it, with the plunger that they gave me. The blanket have burnet smoke in the sheets. The light kept flickering on and off. The front end check in person gave me the wrong change also. Also the door kept sticking and couldn't open. Overall I would never stay at this hotel or tell anyone about this hotel, if I could i would have gotten my 135.00

Lot of shady noisy people staying there, but it was quiet in the room.

Only complaint I have is the fact that there was mold on the ceiling, other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The air did not cool the room and it about cought fire when I plugged my phone up and when I told them about it they knew exactly which plugin it was.

The 2 staff members I encountered were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the space of of the room, the little table with a chair and the mini fridge was helpful. The hotel over all, made me uncomfortable and feel unclean. I asked for non smoking and it was. But it reaked of smoke. By the time I left the next day even after showering there, the person I was flying to said "you need a shower, you smell like smoke." The floors were nice. I appreciate them being wood and not carpet. It makes it feel cleaner. And also made it seem like they were trying to make the inn better and more pleasant of a stay. The mattress had the bought date on it which was in 2008. That was a little gross to think about. The mattress itself was fairly dirty as well. The sheets seemed clean though. The lighting was not good so I couldn't tell great using my phone flashlight. The shower walls, which were tile, seemed to be a poke away from collapsing. The toilet also wiggled quiet a bit when I sat down. Made me a little nervous that I was going to break it. With a little renovation, it could be a pretty great inn.

The tub would not drain in room 144, no internet, and the building is extremely old. Second worse hotel ever! Not worth $60.

It was ok for a last minute stay. I wouldn't stay again though. When I booked, it was smoking room and I understand that but the pillows and bed smelled like cigarettes. It had not been updated in a while. The comfort of the beds were not good. Too springy.

The floor had not been cleaned in the living quarters,little pieces of toilet paper on the floor, crumbs from someone food before us and string it looks like from someones clothing,no hand towels and the bath-mat looked as though it had been previously used with-out being washed first.

Dirty, dilapidated hotel. Poor desk/customer service. Dirty sink. Tub looked clean. Supposedly non-smoking facility but the stench of "smoking smell" hits you when you open the door.

first room remote 4 tv didn't work, phone was defected. Second room remote didn't work, took several trips to desk and they came 2 times but finally got one that worked. cobwebs in corners of ceiling, refrigerator didn't work. After taking someone to airport at 0400 the key didn't work.

There were a group of about 10 individuals outside our room and they were loud and obnoxious til about 130 in the morning. The hotel staff did nothing to tell them to leave or go to their room. Horrible stay

Overall not bad for the price not the best nor the cleanest hotel. Breakfast they had was not the best they had some type of fake orange drink on substitute for orange juice (cheap) but for the price I can't complaint much but wouldn't pay much more then $45 to stay here.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The heater shoots out really hot air or no air at all. No moderate temperature. The carpets are extremely dirty with stains all over them. The key to the door worked rarely after a few tries. The water in the shower decides to be hot when it wants to. I had the worst staying experience in my life and I'm upset Expedia would book me somewhere like this.

I don't have any complaints except the fact that everytime I left my room, I literally had to kick my door for it to open and I knew it was disturbing to other guests.. And the fact that the housekeepers stole my earrings and tried to say there were no earrings in the room to begin with... Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and so did my friends.

My door key would not work, the staff had to assist both times. They were very nice!

It truly should be a $30 a night motel. You're just never comfortable. My carpet was wet, the bath tub was in bad shape, the comforter was coarse. I could go on but won't. It served its purpose.

Hotel was cheap and got the family and I off the road but the pictures do it no justice as far as what the rooms look like and the way it smells. served "breakfast" that consisted of cereal you weren't allowed to take out of the lobby. The gym was a two or three treadmills located under the stairs. I would not recommend this to any traveling families at all.

It was exactly what I thought it would be for pretty cheap - a place to crash before starting my real vacation the next day. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to stay but for what was promised, it did deliver. A bed and room for cheap that night.

I just needed a place close to the airport where I could spend the night, with a bed that I could sleep on and a place to shower. It was less than $50 for the night. Plus a few days ago the staff was really kind and understand when my flight was delayed and I had to cancel my reservation hours before I checked in.

This is a cheap hotel offering basic lodging at a cut-rate price. It was ideal for me and my family who booked two rooms for a single night. The low cost was the main reason we booked it. It was a good value for the money.
