Everything thing was fine. Breakfast was good.

Very clean rooms and property. Pool area was well taken care of. Breakfast was great and ready to go at 6am. The check in staff was extremely helpful as well. The parking lot was also well lit and overall the property felt safe.

HOWEVER, upon checking out we began driving home and got about 1.5-2 hours from the hotel and received a call that a purse was found in the room. We realized my friend I was traveling with had forgotten hers. They took down her name, number, and email in order for her to fill out the form to have it shipped. This call was around 9:30am on 5/31/26. No email ever came, so around 6pm she called and no one seemed to know anything about it. Granted, this was new front desk staffing from the morning and they did send the email. This morning she called back and suddenly it’s not on the premises and no one knows where it is or what she’s talking about. If they weren’t planning to do the right thing, why even call us to let it know it was found?? So, if you stay, beware that if you forget something, it’s likely to disappear.

It’s not your fault but there’s a horrible backup of traffic. They couldn’t get on route four and it took us 45 minutes to get around the corner to your street. The hotel in Sanford was totally backed up. We got nowhere. There was never anywhere for the car to go to go around the corner. Just really a long, long time.

Yes on both. Shower curtain had rips in it and the bathroom door was delaminating on the inside. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to Connor any minute.

Spacious room and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The only problem we had was the mini refrigerator didn’t keep our canned sodas very cold.

This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel is located approx 10 miles from SFB. They do not offer a shuttle from airport to hotel but can get an Uber quite easily. Room was comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast offered as well as cold items which was convenient. It is located about an hour from Port Canaveral but used the Go Port for pick up at hotel and drop off at airport after cruise. Would stay here again. Restaurants and gas station within walking distance.

The shower was not working properly. I find it hard to believe that housekeeping cleaned the bathroom with this malfunction. For sure they did not turn the shower on as water would have sprayed the entire room !!!!!! See Above

I arrived very early for check in and they were able to accommodate me right away. Then I left for a flight at 3 AM and they offered a nice selection of breakfast items to go. It was a little farther from the airport than I thought.

The floor in our room was not clean. Our feet turned black within a few minutes of walking on the floor. Very gross!

It was very nice and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is there is no shuttle to the airport and I had to call a taxi that cost me 40.00 gor a 20 min drive. I was told they no longer have a shuttle.

Found hair and things in the beds and room, that seems as though the cleaning staff was not super thorough. It may have even been their hair that fell out when changing the beds, but still gross. Overall, the property was OK for a night. It is right next to I-4. There are plenty of restaurants and things close by. Main street is about 10 minutes away.

The Kleenex holder in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. I ran my finger across it and left a big line through the dust. There was a black ring around the top of toilet bowl. Bottom shelves of storage in bathroom had not been dusted in a long time. Again, I could run my finger thru the dust. Those few things made me feel uncomfortable in the entire room.

The property was in a wonderful location, quiet and cozy, and we were surrounded by everything we needed or wherever we wanted to go we didn’t have to go far I have no complaints. The property was clean inside and out.

The beds were so awful I could literally feel and hear every spring in the mattress. My shoulders and back paid a heavy price. I woke up at 5:30 am and started preparing to leave. Extremely frustrating. I wish I could have my money back at least

While the property was a bit dated, it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread in the morning was good. The tub dripped, so the bathroom door had to be shut so you didn't hear it. We were on the top floor so the traffic from I4 can be heard through the bathroom vent and is loud. The air conditioning unit was unbelievably loud, I had to put a pillow over my head to fall asleep.

Flight was delayed so the room served its purpose Everytime someone flushed the toilet above us it was super loud ALL night..walls were insanely thin creating constant wake ups. Beds were uncomfortable for the higher price point. Someone else’s toys were left in our room and not picked up.

Late at night and then again early in the morning, children playing in the hallway. Running, jumping, screaming, banging, etc!!! Worst fo all, the cleaning staff shows up in the morning, and they are louder than the kids!!! Talking LOUDLY to each other, moving around, banging, etc. The cleaning staff had absolutely no regard for guest sleeping! And THAT is the number one reason that I will never stay here again!

This is an economy property. Furnishings are cheap. Paint is scuffed. Bathroom fixtures need replacing. Breakfast was okay but seating is scarce. I was charged a surprise room tax on checkout despite prepaying (I thought) in full. It is disclosed on the check-in counter. The hotel does have an advantage over others nearby in that it was built at an angle to the interstate which reduces road noise somewhat. You will still hear every motorcycle that passes throughout the night.

It was fine for a quick stay, but nothing fancy. The beds were clean and comfy enough. I liked that there were new floors without carpet. I was most disappointed and turned off by the pull out couch that I paid extra for and intended for my daughter to sleep on. It was disgusting and a bag of springs.

The overall stay was ok but for what we paid for 1 night a lot of things were annoying. There was no body wash in the shower (just to be told they don’t provide it). We were on the first floor that shared a door with another room and we could hear everything they were saying (all night & their tv). The lock in the bathroom didn’t work and the lock on the door was weird as well. The breakfast was questionable. But for 1 night it did the job.

Room was big and set up was open which was very nice and clean. Access to room was easy. Breakfast was not at all what was expected. Breakfast was the same daily biscuits and gravy, sausages, soggy eggs and water filled container with patties, needless to say this was disappointing as I reserved a breakfast spot to facilitate our needs for early breakfast. I’ve been to plenty breakfast hotels and this one left a lot to wish for. If this is upgraded I would consider staying here again.

The rooms aren’t cleaned well. You can hear everything through the walls. I was in a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable and not the cleanest. The good thing about it is its by alot of eating places (Texas Roadhouse & a Cracker Barrel) and it served it’s purpose for a little bit of sleep to catch a super early morning flight the next day. They are also cashless incase that helps in preparing for your stay.

We had a great experience with comfort inn and suites, in Sanford surroundings. specially front desk experience with “Emily” was great. We wanted to change our room and First we were told there was no other room but right after few mins i went to see Emily and she helped us through out. Housekeeping was great all through our stay. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Front desk young lady was exceptional! Our flight didn’t get in until 11:45 and their shuttle was shutting down so she sent an uber to fetch us from the airport. It was a 3 star experience only because the rooms have those wall-unit ACs. Ours was very loud and did not cool the room well. Since it was December, it didn’t matter as much about the temperature, but it was hard to sleep with the noise. Otherwise, the place was very clean and efficient. The water pressure was good in the shower, and it felt safe. Appreciated the free parking and hot breakfasts.

The room was very loud, between the traffic outside and the slamming doors in the hallway.

Did not have the breakfast. Did have an issue with the lack of drain covers in the bathroom lavatory resulting in the loss of a black onxy earring that could not be retrieved. Bill provided at checkout reflected $112, but credit card was charged an additional $15 when I checked my statement. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and the location related to the unauthorized charge.

I’m hoping this can be taken care of quickly, as this isn’t the level of care I should have to point out.

I said yes, and when she saw that this was a reservation through Hotels.com, she told me to file the complaint with you so that it could be forwarded to the hotel. We stay for a night to catch a cruise the next day. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets had dust mites and I got scabbies because of it. It is nasty that a hotel do not clean well the sheets and other areas. It has been 2 months and after treatment I still have the rash. Do not go here unless you want some skin rash.

Bathroom had a strong odor of a disinfectant. Shower curtain torn at top. Air conditioner may a grinding noise even when not running. Staff were pleasant.

I found this property to be excellent for a 2.5 star hotel. The front desk was pleasant and all hotel staff I passed in the halls said hello. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I used the fitness center which is small but has though equipment for a basic workout: treadmills, elliptical, free weights, an adjust bench, etc. My only concern was the lights shut off while I was on the treadmill as the motion sensor was near the entrance. Regardless, I would stay here again without hesitation.

I'm requesting a refund of $133.68 for my stay on 10/18/25 due to the terrifying experience I had with an unknown man attempting to break down my door i the middle of the night.

The room was next to the highway and very loud. I would request a room opposite I-4.

We had a very early morning flight and went to bed early. I was awakened around 9pm by someone vacuuming in the hallway. I first thought something was spilled but they continued all the way down the hallway. Needless to say I could not go back to sleep. Traffic from the highway was also very loud.

Upon arrival the room I reserved was a first floor room. The attendant stated there were no other rooms available on the first floor. When I walked outside I saw a room that was what I requested through the window totally vacant. It was kinda prejudice of that attendee to do that.

Our air conditioning in the room was not working. The room was 89 degrees in Florida in August! We call to the front desk to report the issue and was told that someone would be up to fix the issue, no one ever came. I would not recommend this hotel!

The only thing was an odor of stale smoke, but everyhing was clean and had good selection of food at the complimentary breakfast

Kameron at the front desk was very helpful, we had an issue with the air in our room and he immediately move us with a complimentary upgrade.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly.

I was expecting a nicer hotel based on other reviews. Hotel is okay, but I wouldn’t stay there again. It is an older hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

I wasn’t there long just for a quick overnight to catch an early morning flight to the airport. Great location.

Had a situation and was taken great care of by this hotel staff.

The staff is so nice from checking to cleaning, &check out. The Hotel is super clean. Beds comfortable. Water pressure great & hot water. Breakfast was nice a normal hotel breakfast. Everything was great. I would definitely stay again & recommend.

Their airport shuttle is not 24/7. Unfortunately an airline that is flying into SFB has several late flights

I didn't like the sofa bed. I could feel all the springs in the mattress. It was not comfortable at all.

Was grate

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to highway. The only negative was overloaded garbage by dumpster for days. Bad smell and look. Otherwise, excellent and recommended.

Short stay close to Sanford airport. The decor and bedding/furniture needs to updated. The A/C was initially not cooling. Maintenance quickly came down and did what they could to get it running though it was pretty loud and quickly got warm/stuffy when trying to set it above 70 degrees. There were stains on the chairs and bedside lamp. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed on either side of the tub so water leaked onto the floor. Beds uncomfortable - felt WAY too broken in. The staff was very kind and friendly though. Overall the location and staff were what kept me from rating the hotel lower. I think the rates are too high for the condition of the rooms.

Front staff is fantastic! Shuttle to the airport was right on time, plus you get a call to remind you if the shuttle. Lots of handy shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Room was fairly clean and water pressure for shower was ok. Beds were terrible and sounded like they were ready to fall apart and pillows were flat. Took shuttle bus to airport and it was spitting and sputtering all the way there, so hopefully driver got back to hotel!

One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was well-stocked, fresh, and had a good variety of options. What really stood out was the attentiveness of the staff—several team members were consistently monitoring the breakfast area to ensure everything was replenished and clean. It made a noticeable difference and added a nice touch to the overall experience. While I didn’t have any issues during my stay, I appreciated the calm and professional atmosphere. I’d definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.

Emily was very pleasant at checkin. Joe was great for our shuttle to the airport. Able to leave your car there for $10 per day. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The hotel itself could use upgrading. Breakfast was good with the ability to make waffles, sausage & gravy available. Would stay again as it’s a good location with restaurants around it. About 15-18 minutes to Orlando Sanford Airport.

Greatly appreciated the hand rails in shower! Happy that cnn was not on the cafeteria tv!

Great stay!

The hotel was good, but there was no little extras like free shampoo bottles and stuff in the bathroom that I Unusually get at other hotels. The breakfast in the morning was OK. I got cereal and it tasted like it was a knock off brand of Froot Loops, and not the real thing. Also, the chairs in the breakfast area looked like they were 50 years old. They were worn out and ugly..

The propery was nice. I would have like some zero sugar options at breakfast. There were not any dressers or anywhere to put clothes when we stayed for several days. All the staff were very friendly

Our stay was very nice. We needed somewhere to stay one night since our flight was getting in late. We didn’t arrive until around 3:30am and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The beds were comfy. Overall a very nice stay.

Bed itself thought I paid for queen size seems like a full size ( uncomfortable) Check out time is 11am I thought, roughly 10:00a.m. someone beating on the door " "checkout"" checkout" woke me and husband up literally a few minutes before our alarms went off... So if staff like this all the time I wouldn't book there again ... Sunt my husband downstairs For an extra towel ..To only be told "You should have plenty in room "

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was good and strong. Coffee available in the lobby. Two restaurants next door. Shuttle to airport was clean and on time. But you should check with the hotel as it does not run 24 hours a day. We were in our 2 hour window by about 20 min. That allowed plenty of time to get through an easy airport like Sanford.

Safe enough that a Lamborghini is parked for the night! Easy access to I-4, and free shuttle to Sanford Airport! We'll be back!!! =)

It was adequate for our needs. The breakfast was nice. The only negative, and a big one at that, is there were small bug droppings on top of the bed and inside on the bed sheets when we awoke.

Rooms were very very clean and the staff was excellent.

It was great but make sure you go to breakfast fairly early. It gets busy and there isn’t much left by the end.
